29. Chapter 28

~Robert~

"Well, get it out of there!" Sarah looks at me.

"How am I suppose to do that?" I ask her "that thing probably weighs a ton. There is no way the four of us can get that up here!"

"You can try..." Kayla suggests

"Fine." I roll my eyes "here, why don't AJ and Jake both go into the hole, it looks big enough for both of you to get in there with the dollhouse... You guys can get it off the ground and up to where Oliver and I can grab it and pull it up the rest of the way."

"Got it." Jake jumped down into the whole with AJ, and got on either side of the dollhouse, they started to lift it off the ground and up. Oliver and I quickly bent down to the hole. We grabbed the house, which actually was quite lighter than expected and set it on the ground

"Thanks for the help!" I told Sarah sarcastically

"No problem..." She begin to open the house up "holy... I wish I had a dollhouse that looked like this when I was younger..."

We all bent down and Kayla pulled a drawer below the steps, inside, a letter

"To, whomever found this," Kayla begins "hello, I am Amber Millington. Right now, it is 2013, and it is my last night here at Anubis. I am sure it's many years in the future and your probably in some other mystery. If that's the case, I am dearly sorry. Dear lord, I pray you are not one of my children, but you may be. If you've found this house, you've read the diaries, most likely. Everyone thinks this house was destoried last year, but indeed it was not. After the decoy was ruined, I feared what may happen to this one, so I hid it, now I am back, on my last night to add this to the collection of the house. Almost everything I've collected or learned while at Anubis, is hidden somewhere in this dollhouse, and if it's not, a smaller clue is placed where I've hid that thing in the house. Keep this hidden from anyone who might do this house, or the information in it, harm. Goodbye for now, Amber."

"She was a smart girl. Not gonna lie." Oliver whispers "mum did her so much discredit, but maybe it was for a reason... Everything else is..."

"Well, where would a smart girl like Amber hide the code to that Library?" I ask

"Guys, I swear I saw an amulet like the ones in the cellar." Jake points to a small, almost egged shaped, yellow-ish amulet with an Eygptian animal on it, AJ picks it up and turns it around "on the back, was taped a paper, '1890'.

"That's the number I saw on the back of the bookshelf! It has to be the code!" Sarah tells us

"So, we have the code. Where do we put the dollhouse now?"

"Our best bet is that cellar, no one alive in that house knows the code except us. But we can't do that right now, so I saw we put it back into the hole." AJ shrugs

"Is this all normal for England? Like a right of passage or something?" Jake asks "Because I swear, this all gets weirder everyday..."
