"No matter where I am you'll always be with me," sighed, I wish I had someone say that to me. Well anyway, that's not important. Well hello once again…..you…..well who ever reads this hi again. Well it's been awhile since I updated my story so sorry. (bows) In any case me back since me was being bribed and so that has made me try once again. Me had writer's block, a major one. In any case, enough of me talking about useless things and on with the show.
Sadly I do not own Skip Beat, only own the craziness of the story and what ever path it take so here we go!
(Note: because me had to take notes something might be from previous chapters so sorry about that)
Last time on Blood Curse: we find out hero's in a predicament. Due to Setsu's mistake in which caused for a high school boy to die. At that time she had switched back with Kyoko who ends up hating herself even more. Then we go that they go into coma land as I have decide to name it and there are a few new and strange characters emerge. Okay so once coma land is done we find out hero's in the current struggle.
Kyoko knocked out due to a strange phone call and, well, Ren and his older brother who was suppose to be waiting in America are fighting to the death. Riku is also traveling to Japan in order to get Kyoko. And Kanade and the Mad Hatter are taking a break. In anycase we also have Kyoko in her subconscious who is at the gateway? So much to learn. In anycase let's get the show on the road!
Continued from Kyoko….
"You're stuck here like I am." he said.
"What is this place."
"A place of nothing, you'll eventually get used to it." Said the little boy.
"But, there has to be a way out…" she said.
"There isn't one."
Kyoko felt a pain on her chest and she took a seat. The boy only looked at her and held her hand.
"It hurts for a while but eventually you forget the pain." He said.
"So we're stuck here? There has to be a way for someone to come and help us, isn't there?" Kyoko asked looking into the boy's lifeless eyes.
"No, no one will come." He said in a sad tone.
Kyoko looked around the pain subsiding for a bit. It was completely dark and there was no sign of anything. She felt something in her hand and looked at the round where her hand was. As she lifted up her hand she stopped as she saw a fairy. It was gray and dead. Its wings dry and the once colored flesh was gone. She grabbed the fairy gently and looked at it and then at the boy.
"Did you do this?" she looked sadly and asked.
The small boy looked at her and only looked at the ground, as he did the ground looked like it had a ripple effect. A small yellow light came from deep in the ground. He pointed to it and looked at her.
"That is the only way out. The others who have tried have all disappeared."
"Disappeared?" Kyoko said looking at the small boy.
"That's the only way." He said.
Kyoko got on her knees and touched the ground, she could feel water. Then she could see it they were on a shallow rock. The boy hugged himself and only looked towards the bright light.
"Where there others?" she asked."
"Once….the Gateway is what drives them all to reach and search for the light." He said.
"How come you're here all alone?" Kyoko asked as she was about to touch his hair but he backed away a bit.
"I'm stuck here all alone. My mother and father went along with the rest and they disappeared . in the end my sister was the one who stayed with me….."
"What happened to her?"
"I killed her." He said his voice hurt.
Kyoko's eyes widened and was shocked, but she couldn't say anything. She didn't know how to respond to the boy. The boy looked at the water and brought out corn.
"She left this with me. She said it would take all my bad feelings away. She said she would always be by my side. She promised but she lied." He said
Tears escaped his lifeless eyes, his small body shaking with anger and fear.
"If she had lived…the Gateway would have taken her I couldn't allow it to happen." He said.
Kyoko looked at the boy and hugged him. The little boy cried his eyes begin to turn back to their original color. The boy hugged Kyoko and could feel her tears staining his shoulder.
"It's alright." She said. "It's alright."
Outside world (Kanade)
Kanade sighed the break didn't last long and the light had commend once again. She was bleeding from her shoulder and she only had a small amount time before her arm gave out. The Mad Hatter had a deep cut on his jaw but smiled.
"Let's finish this quickly, the guests won't wait much longer," he said taking out a bat.
"As if I would allow you to put one finger on her."
"It's a bit interesting. Considering your history with her I would have thought you took out your revenge on her by now."
"Shut up!" Kanade yelled.
"Everyone knows what she did and what's she's capable of. Do you think you can change what she is, what she is meant to become?"
"I said shut up!" she yelled.
She ran at him with a blade which came from her shoulder and sliced his shoulder. He fell back and smiled.
"Girl, the best option for everyone is for you to kill her. Hahaha, everyone knows that's what's going to end up happening anyway."
"You don't know anything about her. So don't you dare talk about her."
"Little one, you seem to have forgotten about what she did to you family."
Kanade froze and fell to her knees. The Mad Hatter sighed and went to her side and picked up the blade."
"It was such a tragedy, but you know the full moon is coming up soon. She'll be at a disadvantage, it would be the best time to end it you know.
Kanade covered her face. She didn't want to remember any of it. It was all a lie. It had to be. The Mad Hatter shield and lifted up his arms and strike down on Kanade when his cell phone rang. He sighed as he looked at the number.
"It's best I leave, for now,…but do remember the moon will be coming up soon. It would be a shame if an accident happened to her." He said smiling.
He threw the knife at the ground and sighed as he disappeared. Kanade grabbed her chest and hit the ground with a fist.
"It can't be." She said as tears spilled onto the ground.
Back to Lory
Lory sighed as he looked around. They were nowhere to be found. Maria sighed and took out her cell phone.
"They don't see be working." Maria said.
After she had no luck reaching anyone, Yashiro looked out the window and he grabbed his phone from his pocket when it burst into flames. Lory and Maria looked and smiled.
"They should be okay."
"But." Yashiro said.
"You have to have faith in them…..the one who worries me is Kyoko." Lory said.
"Sir…"
"What is it?" Lory asked.
"Ah oh, nothing." Yashiro said nervously
Unknown airport
"I'm very sorry. There are no flights to Japan." Said the flight attendant.
"What do you mean there isn't!" Riku yelled.
"Come now boss, calm down." said one of his employees.
"How do you expect me to calm down when all hell is breaking loose!" he yelled.
"Sir, if you continue like this, I will have to ask that you be escorted out." The flight attendant said.
"Why you…. Then when is the next flight?"
"Hmmm, let me see."
The flight attendant looked on her screen and then smiled.
"A month from now." He said.
Riku was about to climb the counter but his employees held him down.
"I'll take care of it." he said.
Riku took a seat and looked at the ceiling. He closed his eyes and began to feel sleepy. He opened his eyes slightly and He held to his hand.
"It's…not too late." Riku said.
His hand fell to the side and his breathing stopped…
Koun
Koun breathed in hard. His lungs felt like they were going to explode. His brother smiled he was sweating (still they were shinny hot vampires….ah anyway) His brother looked at a glass shard which seemed to have covered the ground. The shards began to glow orange. Koun looked and cursed under his breath. He knew it was dangerous. Still he needed to get her out, or she could end up in the crossfire.
Inside Kyoko's mind.
Moi looked at Setsu. She was paler than she should have been. Natsu looked around and sighed as she leaned against a tree.
"What do we do now?" Natsu asked.
"I'm not sure. The girl's deeper somewhere we can't reach her."
"At least we managed to break free from the stone." Setsu said.
"This is dangerous though. Moi, is there something we can do to wake her up? I mean just hearing from the commotion from outside isn't good." Natsu said.
"There is one thing we can do….but it will cost us." Moi said.
"What do you mean?" Setsu asked.
"We'll have to use Corn." Moi said.
"That rock thing she has?" Setsu asked.
"You can't mean…..Moi, that's suicide! You know will happen if we try and use the stone. No way, out of the question." Natsu said.
"We don't have much choice. I'm afraid."
"What, what do you mean?" Setsu asked.
"We'll have to use part of our life force for it." Natsu said.
"What? What are you thinking? Really, we are weak now, and you aren't even able to stay awake as much."
"Without that girl it'll be trouble." Moi said.
"But, after what happened with her and the epidemic from 5 years ago….we can't allow it to happen again. Moi, I know you care for the girl, but you're asking to save one girl in exchange for millions of people." Natsu said.
"Natsu….. Setsu….The girl has a role to play, whether she be here or not it will happen. But it would be best to stop it here, and then at least we have two more years before it begins. The girl is the key to our rebirth and destruction. With her is all the hope we have for humanity."
Natsu came towards Moi and grabbed her shoulder and shook her.
"Moi…..then what about all the pain she has caused us."
"Natsu….secrets are kept hidden and when the times comes they will open and we will know the reason. But I need you two to help me bring her back." Moi said.
"Really, niichan is going to be angry about this. I know it." Setsu said sighing.
"Might as well. But if we do then won't they come out?" Natsu said.
"For our sake and the rest of the world, I hope not." Moi said.
All righty so here is the new chapter of blood curse! Hope you guys like it and enjoy it even though it may make no sense but still hope you guys like it. So please tell me if you do or not.
