Disclaimer: I don't own Pokemon.

I really wished there was someone I could talk to about this. Wait, that's it. Maybe there was someone. I got out Piplup's Pokeball and let Piplup out. The penguin pokemon opened his mouth to chant his name but I silenced him. He nodded.

I started to explain everything in a whispered-voice.

"So now, I either have to rely on May a lot, or tell Drew the truth. What do you think I should do?" I asked.

"Pip, pip lup!" he said confidently.

"You're saying I should tell Drew?" I asked nervously.

Piplup nodded in confirmation. I thought about it and nodded.

"You're right. He deserves to know the truth. Thanks Piplup," I smiled. I returned Piplup back into his Pokeball. I guess I've got to tell Drew now.

I walked to Drew's room and knocked on the door. I waited for a few seconds and there wasn't a reply. I knocked again, this time louder in case he didn't hear me. There still wasn't any response. Now I was starting to get worried.

I yelled for him, "Drew!" There was no reply from him.

I tried to turn the doorknob, but his door was locked. Oh no, his door was rarely locked. He only locks it when he's REALLY annoyed or angry. I quickly got a bobby-pin from my hair and picked the lock. I opened it and his room was empty.

"Drew!" I tried again, no response. Oh no, what if something happened? I saw his mobile phone lying on his bed. He always has his phone with him. He never goes anywhere without it. No, no, no, this couldn't be happening.

I ran downstairs to the kitchen.

"Mum!" I yelled.

"What is it sweetie?" she asked kindly.

"Do you know where Drew is?" I asked desperately. She looked confused.

"He should be in his room, he hasn't left the house," she answered.

"Is something wrong?" she asked caringly.

"Um… no. Thanks," I muttered before running up back to his room. I couldn't tell mum or dad since they would get really worried. I opened his phone and went to his call log. An unknown number called 7 minutes ago. I checked the time, it was 4:56. I decided to call this unknown number.

The phone rang and on the third ring, someone picked up.

"Hello?" a mysterious unfamiliar voice answered.

"Hello, who is this?" I asked, remembering to modulate my voice. I tried an adult female voice.

"I'm a friend of Drew's," the voice said. He was lying, he couldn't be a friend of Drew. Drew would have told me about all his friends.

"Would you happen to know where Drew is? He's not home," I asked calmly, with a motherly hint of concern.

"Oh yes, in fact I do. He's here with me right now," he said, chuckling darkly. This was not good.

"Could I talk to him?"

"I'm sorry. He's not… available right now," he said in a tone that gave me shivers. I swear I heard a bit of struggling through the phone, as well as a muffled voice. What if that was Drew?

"Could you please tell him to come home as soon as possible? He has visitors expecting him." I gulped, what if Drew was in trouble?

"Of course," he said in a sinister way.

"Thank you," I said quietly. I ended the call, and then started having an inner panic-attack.

I need to find out where he is right now. It would be really useful if someone could track this person. Maybe the agency could help. I've got to head there right away. I put on my disguise really quickly, I can't make any more mistakes.

"Mum, I'm going out for a walk!" I yelled as I sprinted out the door. I ran as fast as I could, getting strange looks from people. I ignored them, this was not the time to feel self-conscious.

When I arrived, the first place I went to was the Commander's room.

"Commander, could you please track down this number?" I asked desperately, before catching my breath.

"Of course. What for?" he asked.

I gave him Drew's phone and showed him the unknown number. He took the phone and connected a few wires and cables. A map showed up on the computer.

"The person's here, in an alleyway," he said. I looked outside, it was fairly dark.

"Why did you want to track this person?" He asked.

"I think he's got my brother," I explained.

"Do you want someone to come with you? I could get Paul to assist you," he suggested. I shook my head.

"You two are partners. I think this would be a great opportunity for you two to work together." He said.

I spoke, "Fine."

"Good." He used the speakers to tell Paul to come to the Commander's room. He handed me a strange looking device.

"This is a tracking device. The red dot is where the person is, the green dot is where you are," he explained. I nodded.

"Thanks."

Paul entered the room.

"You will work together to help protect Platina's assignment," Peter informed Paul. Paul nodded.

It was really smart of him to call Drew my assignment, since Paul would figure out my identity is he said Drew was my brother.

"You two should go now. Platina, you explain to Paul on the way," Peter said.

Paul and I rushed out the door and I ran out onto the streets, trying to reach where this person is.

"Explain," Paul demanded bluntly. I had no time for arguing.

"Some people have captured my assignment. We're tracking them down," I said, barely paying any attention to him. I modulated my voice once again. The explanation seemed decent enough for Paul as he didn't comment.

Suddenly, Paul pulled me back. I was about to yell at him until he covered my mouth. He gave a look telling me to be quiet.

It was quite late and no one was around. I started to hear voices nearby.

"So what is your decision?" the same voice from the phone demanded. My eyes widened.

"I will never join you!" Drew yelled. Oh my Arceus, what were they doing to Drew?

I heard Paul curse under his breath. He let go of me and I peeked into the alleyway. There were two people other than Drew. There was one person holding Drew captive, and the other standing in front of him.

"Paul, we're-" I started.

He cut me off, "My codename is Dark."

"Dark, you take care of the person in front of Drew. I'll deal with the other," I said.

Paul nodded, I was actually surprised he agreed with me. I ran around the wall and climbed up it so when I jumped down, I would be behind the person holding Drew. I really hope this would work.
