Heh. . .heh. . . hey guys. . . OKAY before y'all have anything to say, let me explain myself (some of this is just an excuse, some of this is truth, you decide). So this summer, you see, I had this major case of writer's block, not to mention, we don't even have air conditioning in my house leading me to believe any day would be the day that I'd die of heat exhaustion. Also now that school has started, I don't even have time to breathe let alone spend an hour or so writing. Like Mavis I'm literally so tired that some days I go to bed before dinner. Actually I only had time to write this chapter because I ditched school today (whoops). In my defense, school is literally killing all of my creative brain cells. ONWARDS!

[Third-Person POV: currently at Ul's eating cheesecake]

"Shit Erza, that's brilliant" Gray began, shaking his head in ways of approval, "simple but still brilliant."

The redhead smiled slyly; of course it was brilliant, she was Titania after all. The girls, Levy and Aries, were too occupied with their cheesecake to pay any mind to them really. "This is just a matter of getting up early, Fullbuster. Brilliant or not, the whole thing relies on us being there before they wake up. What time does Natsu typically wake on Saturdays?"

"Noonish?" The raven-haired teen said in manner that could almost be considered confident. He then proceeded to shove a large spoonful of vanilla ice cream into his all too large mouth. If Erza had been in her right state of mind, she would have found it unsightly, but she was currently too tired and excited about strawberry cheesecake and found it cute instead.

The girl laughed, something not heard very often and the boy relished the sound. "What?"

"Nothing," She replied, focusing on the cheesecake in front of her.

"Hey Miss Ul? Is it alright if we stay here for the night?" Levy asked, at least remembering to swallow before speaking. The woman smiled and nodded her head. "Anytime, as long as it's okay with your parents." Lyon groaned from behind the counter, receiving a sharp glare from his aunt.

"We don't have parents." Levy replied. Casual.

"Is that so? Come anytime then. Just ignore the sign. Knock if needed." Ul said. Casual.

"Thanks ma'am." Aries said, truly touched by the woman's kindness.

"I swear to Mavis Gray, if they are as obnoxious as Natsu, I will kick your fucking ass." Lyon was cut short by a flying slipper, one belonging to his dear Aunt Ul.

"Watch your fucking language! And Natsu is one of the sweetest boys on this planet. If only you weren't so ungrateful." The woman ranted. Lyon mumbled, probably swearing under his breath. Gray smiled and kicked back in his chair.

"Yeah," Gray mockeed. "So ungrateful."

Erza hit him upside the head. "Shut up, Fullbuster."

"What the hell Erza!" The boy shouted, rubbing the soon-to-be lump on his head. In this day and age, this could be considered abnormal - hitting someone upside the head-, but considering there was nothing ordinary about anybody in Fairy Tail, student or otherwise, it could be considered ordinary. You hit idiots. Just doing what needs to be done, and maybe, just maybe, you'll knock some sense into their empty heads. That's how Erza saw it anyway.

The girl just licked her lips and shoved the last bite of cheesecake into her mouth, savoring the flavor. Gray, a somewhat ordinary teenage boy, found this action to be incredibly sexy and, as any sane person would do, averted his eyes to view something more interesting. Like that bouquet of flowers by the register. Such a pretty and incredibly intriguing bouquet it was. This action did not go unnoticed.

"Wow. Such a pretty bouquet, huh, Gray?" Levy teased as she finished her own cheesecake. Such a pest she can be, but Gray knew how to spite her, considering she's been spending quite a lot of her time with a buddy of his. A buddy with a shit ton of piercing and unusual scent of metal surrounding him at all times. Metal, leather and, in a strange sense, mint. What a weird fellow this buddy of his was.

Gray, being the clever little shit he was, did not reply, but instead, decided to message this friend of his, attaching the photo Natsu and Lucy snuggling it up along with it. In a separate text, he typed out the simple plan that was conjured up in the mind of the beauty sitting beside him. He set his phone on top of the table and gathered the now empty plates into a pile in the middle of the table. Sweet Mavis, he was a genius. The phone buzzed on the table top.

The raven-haired teen smiled and then read the message sent by Gajeel. 'Gihi. Fuck thatll scare the fuckin shit out of Salamandor. Omfw.'

Satisfied with himself, Gray leaned back in his chair, holding the table for balance, and tuned into the girl's conversation. "I can't believe Lu-chan forgot about girl's night." The petite girl sitting across from him said. "It was held at her house for Mavis's sake! Who forgets about get-togethers held at their own house."

"Idiots." Erza replied, amusement lighting her features. Gray could stare at that face forever if he was given the chance. As creepy as that sounds. She was like a breathe of fresh air, cliche, he knows. But if he were told to describe her, he'd say Erza Scarlet was like the moon. Beautiful, bright, and mysterious. How he wanted to brush that piece of hair out of her golden eyes. He almost did too, if it hadn't been for the door chime. "OI! TITANIA! That plan is ingenious. I'm in."

"Gajeel?" Levy asked stupidly. There she was, sitting in her completely over-sized and completely unfashionable cheetah pajama pants and hideously orange t-shirt. Erza then noticed the stupid grin resting comfortably on Gray's handsome face and one of her own spread upon her face.

"Nice pj's, Shrimp." Gajeel commented, an unusually childish smile spread upon his rough features. One Levy clearly enjoyed looking at.

"Shut up Gajeel," The blue-haired girl said, puffing her cheeks into a pout. The larger teen ruffled her hair affectionately.

"Come on. It's cute." At this, everyone's mouth dropped to the floor, even Ul's and Lyon's. To hear these words come out of that boy's mouth was like seeing the sun fly into the moon, it just doesn't happen. Levy fumed and Gajeel, for a split second looked embarrassed. Instead of bursting into flames, the gruff teen just tousled the girl's hair once more and walked past the table. "Gotta piss." He said as he walked not-so-gracefully towards the bathroom.

Immediately, Erza and Aries bombarded the flaming girl with questions. "What the hell was that Lev!?" Aries whisper-shouted.

"Can't talk until all girls are present," Levy mumbled, staring at the floor, pouting cutely. Deciding that these teens were too driven by hormones and more awkward, embarrassing and uncharacteristic things may concur, Ul announced that it was time to turn in if they wanted to be up and out of the door by 10:30 tomorrow morning. The teens, excluding Gajeel who was probably too embarrassed to leave the restroom. Gray lead the teens through the cherry wood door and up some stairs into the living room.

"Okay," He started, his eyes scanning each of the girl's faces," Sleeping arrangements. This couch pulls out into a bed, but only fits two people comfortably." He pointed to a cute olive green couch. The living room was actually really cute, reflecting Gray in a way. The walls were painted a dark blue and the coffee table was made mostly of glass. The TV was hung on the wall directly in front of the couch on the right. A light blue vase containing some of the same white flowers from the cafe below them sat on the little glass end table next to the couch. Photos of young Gray and Lyon hung on the wall in mismatched picture frames. Erza made note to look at them in the morning.

"My bed fits 2 people." Gray continued. The door leading to the stairs opened and closed and Gajeel waltzed in.

"How about you and Gajeel crash in your room, and the three of us will try and sleep here?" Levy asked innocently.

"NO way in hell. Not after what happened last time." Gajeel said immediately. "I'll crash on the fucking floor." The boy paused to tie up his unruly hair into a man bun, something Levy found incredibly attractive. He then continued to walk to a closet in the hall to their left and pulled out a pillow and blanket. Gajeel then threw the pillow on the white, shaggy carpet and lied down, pulling the orange woven blanket over his body. "Hurry the fuck up and decide. I'm tired as shit."

"What happened last time?" Aries, sweet little Aries. A girl who only asks questions that no one seems to want to answer. Gray shivered. The two had stayed up late and ended up sleeping in Gray's bed one night, only to wake up the next morning spooning. For those wondering, Gray was the little spoon.

The little spoon held up his hand in protest. "I don't want to talk about it."

Levy smiled a not-so-sweet smile, one that dripped mischief and trouble. "Then Erza can just stay in Gray's room. This way we can all sleep comfortably."

Dark eyes met golden eyes in an awkward I-don't-know-what-to-do kind of way. The red-haired girl yawned and shrugged, too tired to put up a fight. "Fine whatever. We have to get up early tomorrow. Hurry up fool. I don't know which room belongs to you."

Gray glared at Levy, too scared to argue with Erza after she's made up her mind. This was probably payback for inviting Gajeel. First, Gray helped pull out the couch-bed, then he went into the closet Gajeel had previously retrieved the pillows and blankets for the three girls, setting two sets of hideous colored, knitted blankets and pillows on the bed for Aries and Levy. He handed Erza a set for herself and reminded everyone to set alarms for 9am before leading Erza down the hall to his bedroom. He opened the door at the very end of the hall; his bedroom.

It was rather plain when you compared it to Natsu's drawing covered walls. His own room had typical blue walls and matching black furniture. His unmade bed, the one he would be sharing with Erza for the night, was pushed into the left side of the room, a gray comforter and messily thrown on black sheets adoring the mattress. The small piano he received as a child sat on the left wall, his acoustic guitar resting against it. Thank Mavis Ul made him clean up the previous night.

"I didn't know you played any instruments. I thought you were just a fool with decent grades and poor sense of humor." Erza joked, walking towards the bed, throwing her pillow on the side that was pressed against the wall. Gray laughed, that stupid smile spread across his face, indicating he was about to say something equally as witty in retrote.

"You were wrong. I'm a fool with decent grades, a poor sense of humor that can play piano and guitar." Erza laughed, climbing into bed, pulling the ugly, puke green blanket that Ul refused to get rid of over her shoulders. The boy followed suit with his gray comforter.

"Actually, I think I'll just sleep on the-," Erza cut him off, raising her hand and speaking in a rather serious voice. "Just shut up and go to sleep Fullbuster. I'd feel bad if you slept on the floor."

Again, instead of arguing, the boy just rolled over, facing the rest of the room, Erza facing the wall. Eventually, the redhead's breath fell into a steady rhythm. Gray rolled back over, only to be faced with the sleeping beauty's face only a few inches from his own. It was going to be a long night.
