Hey everyone! Sorry for not updating in such a long time. I was going to update during my winter break but my family and I took a trip to Florida and went to Disney World. It was fun, but pretty hectic getting up earlier because of the time difference. I was going to start updating yesterday since there wasn't any school, but my computer was going crazy… So now, using a laptop I can finally update a chap or two or three… I'll try. Kikyan's POV
Many days have passed after that, and I feel better than ever… Every once in a while, Nathan would sneakily come by my room when Eduardo's not around and shower me with kisses. To which I didn't mind… Hehe… I stood on the middle of the deck and stared at my hands. I clenched my hands, then released. "Why do I have this power?" I sighed to myself.
"Heads up!"
"?" I turned around and caught the apple that was inches from my face. "Russell! If I hadn't caught that, I would've got hit in the face!"
"Haha." He munched on his apple as he came towards me. "Hah… Still worrying about ya powers?"
"Course I am… I almost blew up a ship remember?"
"Heh, yeah I remember."
"I don't know why I have it… I just hope I don't hurt you guys with it."
"Don't worry about that. You're a good person." Russell ruffled my hair. "And if you do hurt us later on, we'll still love you."
"Thanks."
"Yup. Oh! Lunch is ready; your boyfriend is waiting for you."
"!" I grabbed his ear and yanked him towards me. "Don't say that out loud you idiot! What if my brother hears you?!"
"Ow ow ow! Even if he did hear me, he already has his suspicions. Remember?"
"Yeah…" I agreed. "But you can't help it if you love somebody."
"Guess not."
"Hey, are you guys coming?" Eduardo called as he steered the steering wheel. "The food isn't gonna go away by themselves. Unless if Russell eats them all."
"Shut up." Russell hissed and I laughed as we all made our way towards the mess hall.
Nathan's POV
"There." I smiled to myself as I stared at the food I made. I made a lot of Kikyan's favorites… Hope she likes them… I was lost in thought until a pair of arms surrounded me from behind. "?!"
"Boo!"
"Hey Kikyan." I turned around and pecked her on the forehead.
"Eep!"
"Hehe, you made a funny noise."
"I-I was just surprised that's all." She blushed and looked at the food. "Wow…"
"There're all for you." I whispered, earning a tight hug and a quick peck on the lips.
"Thanks." She smiled and helped me bring the food to the table.

Still Nathan's POV
"Men." Captain said suddenly and we all stopped eating. "If it's all right with you, we are going to stop at the next port, because we are running out of food, and because I need more alcohol and women." He muttered the last part.
"Sure, sure…" Russell snickered, hearing the last reason.
"How long will it take?" I asked, playfully rolling my eyes at Russell.
"An hour." Eduardo answered.
"Any objections?" Captain asked.
"Nope." We all said in unison.
"Great then! So that's our next stop."

Kikyan's POV
"Alright, we all need to split up if we are gonna get everything before sunset." Captain announced.
"Kikyan's coming with me." Nathan stated.
"That was fast…" Russell muttered. "Come on Thomas! Let's go look around!"
"A-Alright!" Thomas quickly followed behind and they left.
"I'm going to check out for some weapons." Eduardo said. "Be careful okay?" He asked me.
"Kay."
"Good, see you guys later." Eduardo waved and disappeared into the crowd.
"What are you doing Christopher?" I questioned.
"I'm going to look for more medicine."
"How about you Captain?" I turned towards him who was staring at a bar.
"Isn't it obvious woman? I'm going to go to that bar to see the wo- To search around of course! See ya!" Captain pats my head and scurried off.
"That leaves us let's go." Nathan gently took my head and together we started shopping.
The port was so crowded that I lost sight of Nathan. "Nathan!" I called as I looked around. I found him talking with a woman about the same height as me. She had short blonde hair and had on a cute smile. She offered him a drink and Nathan took it. After a while, they laughed and I felt a pang in my chest. What's wrong with me? I can't watch… All while I was looking for him, he was talking to her? I decided to casually walk near them, looking around, calling for Nathan. "Nathan? Where did he go?" I said to myself.
"Kikyan!" I heard him calling me.
"Huh? Nathan!"
"Are you alright?" Nathan asked worriedly.
"Yeah. I'm fine, just worried that I couldn't find you."
"At least we're together now…" Nathan started.
"Who's this Nathan?"
"!"
"Oh, Soria, this is Kikyan." Nathan gently nudged me to step forward.
"I'm Kikyan, nice to meet you."
"… Nice to meet you too…"
"…"
"Nathan, you didn't tell her about me didn't you?" Soria playfully slapped Nathan on the arm.
"Um… No I didn't…"
"Well its fine…" She turned towards me. "Nathan and I knew each other since we were very young. He would always come to my house at night and we would like… Talk for hours." She laughed to herself.
"…" Listening to this hurts…
"So… how long are you gonna stay Nathan?"
"It… It depends on Captain."
"You should ask if you can stay with me for a while."
"!" Oh no she wouldn't… What's the matter with me? Am I jealous? But I'm dating Nathan, how could I be jealous?
"Sure I'll ask."
"!" I froze. He… Agreed to this?
"Great! See you later!" She blew him a kiss and winked as she turned and blended in with the crowd.
I stood there frozen.
"What's the matter Kikyan?" Nathan waved his hand in front of me.
"N-Nothing…" I replied. "We should finish buying food."
"Oh yeah, sure." He nodded and walked away, leaving me staring at him, frozen…
Eduardo's POV
"I'll never help you again." I said flatly, followed by Thomas and Russell.
"It's not my fault! I was insulted!" Russell shot back.
"Yeah? And then you punched him. Smart move."
"Whatever…"
"I'm sorry…" Thomas bowed.
I sighed and turned to look at the two. "Come on." I said in a softer voice and we all headed towards the Sirius. When we got there, Nathan was talking to the Captain, who was nodding. Kikyan was leaning on the rail of the Sirius, staring off into the ocean. "Hey, what's the matter?"
"Nothing…" Kikyan answered quickly and turned away from me.
"Hey…" I placed my index finger under her chin and turned her towards me. "I know something's wrong when I see it. Now talk."
"…"
"Kikyan…"
"… Sorry, really Eduardo, it's nothing. Thanks though."
"Men! Tonight, we're going to have a welcome party for Nathan's friend Soria!" Captain announced and walked away happily.
"What?!" Russell, who was quiet this whole time, exclaimed. He quickly looked at Kikyan, then back at Captain. "Nathan? What's going on?"
"I ran into Soria while shopping. She told me about the deaths of her parents. She is now living alone and I decided to ask the Captain if she can stay with us. Until we find a place for her to live."
"…" Kikyan sighed sadly and walked inside the ship.
"How long is she gonna stay?" I questioned, raising my eyebrows. "Like… How long do you plan on keeping her here?"
"Well… I wanna make sure she will be okay when she finds a new home." Nathan explained. "It won't cause trouble will it? I'll let her stay with me in my room.
"WHAT?!" Russell shouted.
"What?" Nathan raised his eyebrows in confusion.
"Nothing." Russell hissed and went into the Sirius.
I thought Nathan and Kikyan were an item… What happened?
Kikyan's POV
After I walked into Eduardo and my room, I collapsed onto the bed, spilling out tears. They're going to stay in the same room?! I can't believe I stayed behind the door just to hear that…
(Knock knock)
"!" I sniffed and replied. "Who is it?"
"Russell, can I come in?"
"Yes."
(Click)
"You okay?"
"No…" I replied, face still in the covers. I felt a hand on my head.
"I think he was just trying to be nice…"
"You think?" I mumbled.
"… Well…" Russell started. "Don't know… But trust me; Nathan wouldn't betray you like that."
"… What was their relationship?"
"… They shared the same feelings for each other. But that was a long time ago. He doesn't have those feelings for her anymore."
I slowly sat up and sighed. "I guess…"
"Come on, cheer up. How about we fight? To get your mind off of it."
"Okay…" I got out of bed and followed Russell to the deck.

(Clang clang)
"You're good!" Russell panted for air after minutes of fighting.
"Thank you; I never knew what I was capable of…" I laughed. (A/N: I always loved that line from Frozen so I decided to put that in there. I'm weird just ignore it lol.)
"Shut up!" Russell shouted playfully and came towards me.
"Never give up huh?" I continued laughing as I dodged.
"Yo! Dinner's ready!" Eduardo called.
"Okay!" Russell replied and threw a towel at me. "Here."
"Thanks." I smiled, but it fell as soon as I saw Nathan walking in with Soria, clinging to his arm. "Russell… You go ahead; I'm gonna chill on deck for a while."
"O-Okay…" He replied and pats my head. "I swear he still loves you."
"Thanks."

I stood on the top deck listening to the waves and the laughing from the Sirius crew. In the end, I decided to skip dinner and stay on deck. Soria was sitting next to Nathan laughing about I don't know what… And I don't even care. To get my mind off of that, I stared at my palm and watched as the sparkles and snow appear and disappear. Hmm… I slowly started walking around and became amazed as snowflakes appear everywhere I walk. "It's beautiful." I giggled and thought of another idea. I held my hair with one hand (as if I was about to tie it in a ponytail) and then gently pulled, changing my straight hair to waves with sparkles. I waved my hand once in front of my face, earning light blue eye shadow, some pink blush, and red lips. Finally, I spun around and my clothes sparkled now revealing a dress that I've imagined. "Wow…" I muttered in amazement and stared at my hands. "I can't believe my powers did this…"
"Woah…" I heard a voice behind me.
I gasped and spun around. "Nathan…"
"Kikyan, you look beautiful…" Nathan said as he came closer to take a good look at me.
"T-thank you…" I blushed and looked away.
Nathan's POV
She's beautiful; I can't keep my eyes off of her… I noticed this a long time ago, but never had the chance to tell her. What's wrong with me? Why do I feel funny?
"So… Kikyan…"
"Nathan!" Soria grabbed my arm before I can finish my sentence. I glanced at Kikyan to see her with tears in her eyes. She noticed me looking at her so she quickly turned away…
"Uh, hey what's up?"
"Nothing really… What are you doing here; the party's going on without you." Soria exclaimed, tugging me.
"Yeah I know. I just wanted to talk to Kikyan for a minute okay?"
"Where is she?"
"Huh?" I turned around, sadness in my eyes. She left…
Kikyan's POV
"(Sigh)." I stared out of the window from my room. "It's as if Nathan forgot about our relationship. But why? Maybe I'm not worthy enough for him…" I said looking depressed. I sighed again and got into the covers. Maybe sleeping will help me feel better…
Third POV
The Sirius was drunk enough to not realize that a little boat was next to the ship. Several men in dark clothing slipped past them and into hall with the rooms… They stopped in front of a specific room and nodded. The door creaked open revealing Kikyan, who was starting to get up because of the noise.
"Eduardo?" She asked sleepily. "AHH!" Soon she was gagged. "MMMNN!" She struggled and one covered her mouth with a cloth full of chloroform. Her eyes watered as she thought of the one who she loves… Nathan…
Nathan's POV
As I was about to visit Kikyan, Soria wanted to take a walk. I didn't know how to reject so I decided just a quick one would be okay…
"Can you wait here for a minute Nathan?"
"Uh… Sure…" My mind wandering off somewhere else.
"Be right back." Soria kissed my cheek and happily skipped away into the shadows. "AHH!"
"Soria?!"
"Wrong." A dark voice chuckled and I yanked out my sickle and chain.
"Well if it isn't Captain Morris." I hissed in disgust.
"Is this the greeting I get?" Captain Morris laughed and something glittering caught my eye.
"That's…" I gasped in horror as I watched Captain Morris walked out of the shadows carrying an unconscious Kikyan in his arms. "Kikyan!" Seconds later, someone yanked Soria out from the shadows. Soria…
"Nathan, help me!"
"As you can see, I have two women here that are very important to you. You choose… which one stays with me and which one stays with you."
"…" How can I choose? Even though I love one more, I just can't let the other one go with him…
"You have 3 days to figure out which one you want…" The Captain chuckled and turned his back to me, walking away, followed by the other crew. "Oh one more thing… Tell anyone about this and both are dead…"
I fell to my knees once they were out of my sight. How could I let this happen? What do I do?

Third POV
"Great acting." A man said to the woman.
"Thanks. You think I will be chosen?" The woman questioned.
"Of course you will. What you gave him changed him. You get what you want and I get what I want."
"Finally we can be together…" The woman sighed dreamily.
"He WILL choose you… No matter what." The man smiled evilly and blew out the candle, filling the room with darkness.
