" Did I remember to do everything?" Jay asked himself. " Brushed my teeth, check. Took a shower, check. Made sure my bag was placed with all the utensils for tomorrow's class, check. All that's left is have a good night's sleep."
He lied down on his mattress, ready to get some sleep. But after a few minutes of listening to Vincent and Nemo snore, he just couldn't.
" I can't sleep without having a warm glass of milk." Jay mumbled. " Maybe I can count sheep. That's said to work."
Jay attempted to count the sheep jumping in his head, but every time he did he lost count. He tried to close his eyes to sleep but it was still troubling. It wasn't until he began to have strange, blurry visions and then sees something he couldn't quite make out. Before he knew it, he had fallen asleep.

" What kind of dream is this?"
Jay looked around, finding himself sitting on the green grass underneath cyan skies. " Usually I have dreams where I'm riding trains or at my college graduation but this..."
Jay sees that his hands are brown with fur. " What in the world?"
Jay looks for water so he can see what he looks like. He finds a pond, peers at the reflection and sees he's become a monkey, covered with fur and a long tail. The only thing that wasn't primate-like about him was his face.
" I'm a monkey!" Jay gasped. " Well, at least I'm a skinny monkey."
Then when Jay looked at his reflection more closely, he saw three Giant Orcs behind him.
" Bone and Crush." said the first Giant Orc.
" We break his bones and crush his head." huffed the second Giant Orc.
" He's too skinny to eat," the third Giant Orc growled. " But he might be fun to play with."
Jay tried to run away from the Giant Orcs, but one Orc throws his bone and it hits him in the back. The Orcs run towards him while he's lying on the ground.
' Why doesn't it feel like my bones were hit by a boomerang?'
Jay gets up but when he tries climbing up the tree the Giant Orc grabs him and throws him to the ground. They all punch him but Jay doesn't feel any pain. He can't however move his arms or legs.
" This one doesn't cry when we break him," the first Giant Orc complains.
" He's no fun to me," said the second Giant Orc.
Third Orc sees the pond. " We'll throw him in the water. Let this monkey drown."
" Aye!" both Orcs say.
The Orcs throw Jay in the water. He can hear their bloodcurdling laughter above until it faded away. He felt someone pushing him out of the water.
" Who has a dream about turning into a monkey and drowning?!" Jay gurgled until he was back on dry land. He coughed and gasped for air, unaware that the one who saved him emerged from the pond.
" My magic saved you," a familiar voice spoke out. Jay blinked, thinking he heard Nemo's voice. When he turns around he sees Nemo wearing a blue hat, covering his banged purple hair. A white shirt with green sleeves and a pair of white pants hid underneath a blue cape. He carried a green staff with a white handle and a pink diamond between.
" Nemo?" Jay asked.
" Nemo? Who is Nemo? My name is Water Magician." Water Magician bows to him. " But it's okay to call me Nemo, hero."
" Hero? Nemo, what kind of game are you playing? Why am I dressed as a monkey and where am I?"
" You're in Ghembletok." Jay turned towards the person who sounded like Ciel but when he looked at him he sees Ciel smaller than usual, like a fairy, with blue wings and a halo on his head. " Welcome, hero."
" Ciel? What are the two of you doing?"
" I don't know who this Ciel is, hero. My name is Petit Angel. We welcome you to the world of Duel Monsters."
Ciel and Nemo monsters smile, Jay blinked back in confusion. 'This isn't happening.'
Jay immediately starts to pinch himself. Nothing happens; he can't feel anything. So he kept pinching himself more and more until it scares Ciel and Nemo monsters.
" What's wrong, hero?" Water Magician asks him.
" I'm either having the weirdest dream or I'm hallucinating from the food in the Slifer Red dorm." Jay told himself pinching his hips. " None of you are real."
" But we are real, hero. We sing, we dance, and we eat…at least we used to. Times have changed here. It used to be that everyone in Apnore and Ghembletok could dance and sing. Knowledge was given to us for half of the day and the other half we danced…not anymore though. More and more bad monster started attacking us innocent monsters for no reason. Our last hero saved us from these monsters, but he left us."
Jay actually feeling sorry for these two.
" I'm sorry your hero left you."
" Then why did you leave us?" the Nemo look-like asked him.
" Wait. You don't think I'm this hero, do you? I'm a Slifer Red student. I study all day and sleep like Sleeping Beauty. I'm not a hero." Jay told the duel monsters.
" The hero worked hard and always made sure his people were happy," fairy Ciel explained. " You're that hero. Hero, what happened to your armor and your sword…you've become a monkey."
" No kidding." Jay mumbled, taking another look at his monkey form. " But I'm not this hero you keep talking about. I haven't even been here before."
" Nonsense, hero," fairy Ciel said. " Whatever magic was placed on you can be solved with a little protecting. The Orc's have taken Ghembletok as their fortress. You know what to do."
" Yeah. Fight their leader and show the Orcs we mean business." Water Magician said, fired up about rescuing the villagers from these monsters.
" No, your not listening to me. I'm. Not. This. Hero—"
But the monsters grab Jay by his legs and carry him towards the Orc's lair. Poor Jay will have to fight a battle he will most likely lose.
