Jeri and Alice had decided to take out Ai and Mako for some ice cream. The twins had been very accepting of the new digimon that Jeri and Alice had introduced to
them, Impmon was by far the happiest of all, he was constantly filled with guilt for what he had done to Leomon in the past, and it now that Jeri had her partner
back, not only could his conscience rest but Jeri could finally get the happiness she deserved.
"So Ai, Mako. You've never told me about yourselves, are you in school?" asked Alice since she didn't know much about the twins apart from them being Impmon's
Tamers
"Yup, we go to elementary, were in 3rd grade" said Ai
"Ai always gets the best grades in the class, and I'm in the baseball team" replied Mako as Ai blushed at the complement
"So Impmon do you stay at home? Or do you do something else?" asked the blonde
"Ehh, I mostly stay with Ai and Mako's grandma, I help her with chores and all that, but I sometimes meet with Renamon and the others to chat"
"Impmon has always had a soft side, it's just good that you finally begun to open up to people" said Jeri to Alice, and then turning to Impmon
The group continued talking as they headed to a nearby playground where the twins could play while Alice and Jeri made conversation with Impmon and caressed
their two small digimon who were sleeping peacefully. Ai and Mako were taking turns pushing one another on the swings, they were happy that Alice and Jeri could
accompany them, eventhough they were part of the Tamers, they felt a special connection to both girls, when the other teams hadn't believed what they had said
about their new partners, they had supported them, they didn't care who gave them the digimons as long as they were happy.
"MAKO! MAKO! FASTER, SWING ME FASTER!" yelled Ai to her brother laughing wholeheartedly
Mako did what his sister told them and pushed Ai faster, the girl laughed and giggled enjoying her time with her brother, what the twins could not see were the three
cloaked figures that were menacingly approaching Jeri and Alice as they crouched behind a nearby bush. They continued to play happily until they began to see
people running away, they heard kids crying, parents yelling to them and then one blood-curling scream that meant something horrible was about to happen.
"NOOOOOOOOOO! PAOMON!" it was Alice who had reacted first, she had managed to dodge the attack and even though her digimon was badly injured, they were
still alive, for now
Jeri and Alice were barely hanging on to their lives, their digimon's were on the floor covered in blood and although Impmon was still fighting, he was still no match
for the three mysterious figures. Ai and Mako approached the battle with bravery and went to check on their fallen friends and partners.
"Jeri, Alice, are you okay?' asked Ai with fear
"G-Ge-Get h-he-l-p" mumbled Alice before she passed out from the pain
"Alice?, ALICE!" yelled Mako shaking Alice rapidly trying to get her to come back with no success
"AI! SHE'S NOT WAKING UP" said Mako said with fright
"Let's go Mako, we need to get help" said Ai to her brother
"But what about them?" responded the child
"Impmon will protect them for now" said Ai as Impmon was pushed thrown by the three invaders and landed in front of her
"IMPMON!" yelled both of them
"I-I'm ok, these chumps think that's all I got, IM NOT EVEN GETTING STARTED!" yelled Impmon as the twins D-Power started to radiate the light of digievolution
"IMPMON WARP DIGIVOLVE TO…. BEELZEMON BLAST MODE" Impmon managed to transform into the feared demon lord of gluttony, his eyes became green while his
body became humanoid and two long black wings sprouted from his back while his right hand transformed into a gigantic gun,
"Now, that's more like" said the newly digivolved Beelzemon
"Ai, Mako, go get help from the others, ill handle these punks" said the digimon as Ai and Mako ran away to find the other destined
"Now punks, TELLME WHO YOU ARE!" yelled Beelzemon now confident since his Tamers were out of danger
The three individuals smirked menacingly and with an air of superiority started to approach Beelzemon who by impulse raised his gun and pointed at the three of
them. This however did not frighten the digimon, they seemed even more motivated to stalk him
"BACK OFF! OR I SWEAR I WILL BLOW YOUR FUCKING HEADS OFF!" said Beelzemon enraged
"That's assuming you could do something to hurt us, you glutton beast" said the first figure
"Quite an impulsive demon, aint he?" said the second one
"It doesn't matter, after were done with him then we'll kill those two other brats" said the other one as he took a look at Jeri and Punimon who were trying to revive a
badly injured Alice and Paomon
"But where are my manners, allow me to introduce myself, I am Dominimon the server of the gods" said the figure while taking off his cloak to reveal an angelic
digimon that resembled Seraphimon with some minor differences, he possessed six wings instead of eight, he was shorter than seraph counterpart, his arms were
covered by two wide shields with crosses on them, while his lower body lacked any type of protection or shield.
"Mystimon, at your service" said the second digimon that looked like a swordsman from a fairy tale, parts of his body and face were covered by special armor with
silver and gold lines while a blue cape was lifted by the blowing wind
"Don't mind him, he's always this dramatic, I'm Harpymon and I'm here to kill you all" said the other digimon who fully resembled a human female with the only
exceptions being her legs which were claws that resembled a bird's and her hands which were converted into wings
"ENOUGH WITH THE TACKY INTROS, YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT ME, BRING IT ON ASSHOLES!" said Beelzemon as he prepared for battle
"As you wish" replied the three digimon as they launched at the demon lord

"Lust we have to hurry, the master said that there isn't much time" said Alexia
"I know Pride, but I can't get a hold of Jade, and we can't leave Lily by herself, what if they decide to go after her" responded Victoria
"Dammit, we can't waste any more time, stay with Lily, I will go and aid master" said Alexia
"Are you sure you can handle them, Pride? Asked Victoria
"Pff, it's gonna be hard but im the demon lord of Pride and I'm not going down without a fight"
"I understand, but if you need to be aided, don't hesitate to call me"
"I won't, thanks Lust" said Alexia as she opened up a portal to Odaiba, leaving behind Victoria with a thoughtful expression and a clueless Lily who was petting her
digiegg without any worry
Odaiba: Japan
"Wait, so the sovereigns are trying to kill us?" asked Kouichi as he followed Davis jumping from building to building
"Yes, it seems that they found out about our previous meeting and it must have given them the idea that you are working for me"
"But why would they try to kill us?" said Kouichi still confused at the whole situation
"Think about it, theoretically speaking, if you were working for me and you had infiltrated the destined, then it would cause a rupture in the teams, which would lead
to the sovereigns' eventual defeat. Not only that, but let's not forget that these creatures are prejudicial and judging, they think that just because something is not
part of the light, then it must be evil and therefore must be destroyed"
"I never thought of it that way, I guess they are dangerous beings after all" answered the warrior of darkness as he thought of Alice and Jeri
"I hate to tell you I told you so, but I told you so" answered Davis as he began to see the playground where the battle was taking place in the near horizon
"I hope Alexia and Victoria managed to get there on time" he thought
Alexia had managed to get there at the precise time just as an attack from Harpymon was heading towards Jeri and Alice, Beelzemon's screamed thinking that the
attack was going to hit the two girls and their partners, he was enraged and kicked Dominimon in the chin, sending him crashing to a swing pole, he was grabbed by
Mystimon and couldn't do anything to stop the attack until
"DARK REFLECTION!" yelled Alexia as a black mirror appeared and consumed Harpymon's attack and then sent it back right at her
Harpymon thought that she had managed to kill the two girls, she felt ecstatic, not only would she claim the reward for their deaths but her Gods would also be very
happy with her work, she didn't expect a child to appear put of the blue and repel her attack. She was hit by her own attack and even though it only made a bad
bruise, it was still more than enough to get her worked up
"YOU BITCH! WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?" she yelled at the mysterious child
"Oh sorry honey, didn't see you there, as for your question, allow me, I am the demon lord of pride, I am Lucemon" answered Alexia as Harpymon paled at the name
she had heard
"L-Lu-c-emon, it cant be" she said shivering with fear
Mystimon had stopped trying to restrain Beelzemon, Dominimon had stood up and was now charging at the demon lord of gluttony, however all three of them
stopped as they heard the name of that had just been given by the child.
"Pride? Lucemon? Why do those names sound familiar?" thought Beelzemon
"SHIT! MYSTIMON, FORGET ABOUT THE GLUTTON, GET THE PRIDE LORD" yelled Dominimon to Mystimon
Mystimon kicked Beelzemon in the back of the head, making him fall to the floor, he then proceeded to stomp on his chest and stomach, this incapacitated the
digimon for the time being and left him sprawled on the dirt. The mystic digimon along with Dominimon and Harpymon went straight for Lucemon who stood her
ground and shielded the Alice who was still unconscious and a barely conscious Jeri who held both Punimon and Paomon protectively in her arms.
"WIND SEEKER!" Harpymon flapped her wings and began releasing knives that managed to hit Alexia head on
"Oh no you don't, ANGELIC BLADE!" Alexia invoked her sword and began cutting the knives into small pieces that fell to the floor
"FINAL EXCALIBUR!" Dominimon approached Alexia from the side and managed to draw his own sword; the demon lord managed to dodge the first attack but was
then hit with the sword that managed to open up a fresh wound
"ARRRRRRGHHHH!" groaned Alexia in pain as the blood began to leave her body
"You'll pay for that" she said in a dangerously low voice that made Dominimon back away " PARADISE…. LOST PUNCH!" she yelled in rage as she went for the other
angel and threw him in the air
Alexia jumped into the air before Dominimon could recover and began to throw punches and kicks from right to left, they were so precise and fast that not only could
they not be registered by the human eye but they made a thunderous sound that resembled a storm lightning. All of the attacks hit the target and the angel digimon
was given one final kick that sent him diving head first onto the floor.
"DOMINIMON! yelled both of his companions as the digimon was left unmoving but still breathing
"BLAST FIRE!" yelled Mystimon as he tried to attack Alexia until
"HAZARD BARRIER!" a voice boomed thru the area as the attack was negated and blocked completely by a man with a skull mask and dressed in all black
Davis blocked Mystimon's attack while Kouichi, still in his warrior form, went to help Jeri and Alice who were both unconscious by now, Beelzemon had managed to sit
up against a tree but was still in a bad shape and unable to fight
"Master" said Alexia as she made as slight bow as Davis appeared in the scene of the battle "Thank you"
"I guess we made it just in time" he said as he repelled Harpymon's attack and sent her soaring thru the air courtesy of a terra destroyer "HOW ARE THEY HOLDING
UP?" he yelled to Kouichi
"THEY ARE STILL UNCONCIOUS, WE NEED TO GET THEM TO A HOSPITAL ASAP!" yelled back the warrior of darkness
Alexia sensed the warrior of darkness's presence just a few feet from her, as she heard Kouichi's voice, she froze what would she say? Would they believe her? Would
they try to kill her master because of her past mistakes? She decided to continue battling and not turn around to face him until it was absolutely necessary.
"Pride, what is your status?" asked Davis coldly so that his emotions wouldn't give away his identity and relationship to the demon lord
"I am injured in various parts of my body, I have no broken bones but have been bleeding for quite some time, I can continue to fight, if you desire for me to do so"
she answered just as coldly
"There is no need for that" he said as he turned to the enemy digimon "Their time is up"
Davis walked over to Mystimon who was the only digimon left standing, the mystical digimon was frozen in his place, his face showed a fear that was beyond
comprehensible, the chosen of darkness was getting closer and closer, his delicate and elegant features were now contorted into a maniacal grin that was seen thru
his mask. He grabbed the paralyzed digimon and spun him around so that his back was facing him, he was about to pierce his back when;
"OH MY GOD!" he heard Rika's voice as he saw the Tamers, Chosen and Warriors arrive in the battlefield led by Ai and Mako
"ALICE! JERI" the scream came from Henry this time who looked devastated as he saw the warrior of darkness tend to his fallen friends
"YOU!" yelled Tai and T.K. as they saw Davis trying to attack Mystimon from the back
"Guys, we need to help Jeri and Alice, forget about him" said Ken
The three teams had arrived at the battle scene and Davis was relieved that they had put their differences aside for the sake of Jeri and Alice, but he also knew this
meant trouble. He knew of the warrior's past with Alexia, not only that but he also knew that the position he was found in was not helpful, two fallen light digimon, a
beaten Beelzemon, two barely alive tamers and two injured baby digimon, and finally an attack position that was sure to inflict much damage to Mystimon. Oh this
was not good, this was not good at all.
"BIOMERGE ACTIVATE…. RENAMON DIGIVOLVE TO SAKUYAMON" Rika was the first one to transform and try to attack Davis thinking he was responsible for the
attack
"PETRA FIRE!" the attack came from Alexia who managed to stop Sakuyamon; she then grabbed her shoulders "REVERSE DIGIVOLVE" Rika and Renamon were
separated by the attack as Alexia continued to battle Dominimon
"HAZARD PISTOLS!" the chrome pistols appeared in Davis's hands and he pointed them straight at the back of Mystimon's head,
The pistols shot black bullets that pierced the digimon's head and made him collapse to the floor in a puddle of his own blood, Mystimon was no more. The destined
watched in disgust as Davis made his way to Harpymon and incinerated her with his flame of fury, they wanted to help him but they had to tend to Alice and Jeri first,
the Warriors however, were suspicious and fearful of the child that was currently battling Dominimon, they had seen her before somewhere, but it couldn't be, could
it?
"PRIDE! DESTROY THE SERAPH!" yelled Davis at Alexia as she cocked her angelic sword as thrushed it into Dominimon's stomach making him burst into bits of data
and blood
The angel landed gracefully and turned to her master, as they were both side to side they turned to the large group that were now getting ready to take Jeri and Alice
to the hospital, Beelzemon had de-digivolved back to Impmon and had managed to walk to the spot where Ai and Mako were and he was now being hugged and
patted.
"They medical attention, I suggest you take them to a hospital as soon as possible" said Davis calmly
Everyone turned to Davis and Alexia who were now a few feet away from them, they were instantly on the defense, they all pulled out their respective digivices while
their digimon growled and prepared for battle.
"I am not here as an enemy, our battle will come at the right time and place but not today, today is about saving them" said Davis as he looked to Jeri and Alice
"WHY SHOULD WE BELIEVE YOU?" yelled Tai enraged
"YEAH YOU CORRUPTED MY BROTHER, YOU PUT OUR FRIENDS IN THE HOSPITAL, WE SHOULD KILL YOU ON THE SPOT!"
"You say that as if it was easy to kill me" said Davis
"PLEASE THERE IS ONLY ONE OF YOU AND MANY OF US, IF WE UNITE WE CAN THROW YOUR ASS BACK TO THE HELLHOLE YOU CAME FROM!" yelled J.P.
"Who said he was alone" a female voice said
The group had been so focused on Davis that they hadn't taken Alexia's presence into account, the demon lord was now facing her former enemies, she walked
elegantly closer to them along with Davis, she smiled at the response she got, the Tamers and Chosen were oblivious to her past but the Warrior looked as if they
had seen a ghost.
"N-No- it can't be" said Tommy
"I-I- we k-ki-lled you" spoke Takuya trembling
"It's not possible" said Koji not believing what he was seeing
"YOU!" yelled Loweemon Dusk mode in rage as he grabbed his lance and dived for Alexia who only stood there with no preoccupation whatsoever
"Hazard Barrier" the barrier covered both Alexia and Davis as Kouichi was sent back transforming back into his human form
"Guys, what is it?" asked Takato to the Warriors
"W-ere do-doomed" said Zoe in a barely audiable voice
"K-Ki-Kill u-s a-ll" muttered J.P.
Alexia saw the group tremble in fright and knew that the time had come to reveal her identity to the others; she cleared her throat and began speaking firmly to
everyone
"My name is Lucemon, I am the demon lord of Pride, former leader and god of the frontier dimension and the one that almost killed the legendary warriors that today
stand beside you"The Warriors paled and the other two groups went into defense mode, huddling together and making a human/digimon barrier around Alice and
Jeri. This was the lord of Pride, the most dangerous and unpredictable of them all, the destined knew of Daemon and if this creature came from the same place he
did, then she was evil, the Tamers remembered the damage that Beelzemon had done when he first digivolved, if he was considered the weakest of the demon lords
then they didn't want to find out who was the strongest.
"I apologize for the concern my angel has caused, I can assure you that we mean no harm, we shall take our leave but rest assure that I will be visiting you very
soon" said Davis menacingly as he turned around and opened a portal back home
"It's was nice seeing you again, Warriors" said Alexia sincerely as she followed her master into the portal
The ambulance had arrived and quickly took Jeri and Alice to the emergency room, the Tamers, Warriors and Chosen waited outside but the one thing that was
present on their minds was.
"What had just happened?"
One week later
Olympian Towers: Tokyo
Davis had informed the angels that it was time for him to reveal his true identity, the war was prolonging itself and now that innocents had been targeted, they
couldn't afford privacy anymore.
"I will need for you two to skip school today, go and buy all of the things here" he said as he handed Alexia and Victoria a list with various things written down
"Flashlight, pig blood, white Lolita dress, bunny plush" red Victoria not understanding the need for all those things "My lord, what is this for?" she asked
"We will have a late Halloween party, and the digidestined are invited" he smirked "I have put down the exact instructions about what to do with each item, now it is
my time to leave"
Davis grabbed his car keys and waited for Lily to come out of her room, she smiled at them in her beautiful way and grabbed a French toast as they both headed out
the door. Davis drove to Lily's school just like every day, he watched as Lily glanced out the window and her eyes became sad as she saw a couple playing with a
small child.
"Lily, what's wrong?" he asked
"I miss them Oni-Chan, mommy and daddy, do you ever miss them?" she asked innocently
Davis held back the tears he felt in his eyes, he needed to be strong for Lily, she wouldn't see him break, not like this. So he changed the topic and managed to get
the child to forget about the incident, by the time he had dropped her off, she was happily skipping with fellow classmates. He drove in silence thinking about the
answer that was at the tip of his tongue
"Do I miss them? All the time my dear Lily, all the time"
Odaiba High School
6th period History
It was the last period of the day, Davis knew what was coming and to be completely honest with himself he felt excited, joyful, he couldn't wait to finally reveal his
identity, all that hard work and double agency was finally over.
"Since we have been studying famous phrases and their impacts, I want each of you to come and write a phrase on the board, please refrain from using foul
language" said the teacher as she gave out directions
One by one the class went up to the board to write their phrase, most of them involved love or life in general, Ken went up to the board first and wrote
"Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle"
After a few more teens went up, it was time for T.K. to go, the blonde thought about his phrase and confidently wrote
"Hope will make you stand up in the toughest of times"
"Miss Kamiya it's your turn, please come up" said the teacher as the brunette smiled at him and went on to write her phrase
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that" she wrote
Davis had been paying attention to each of the Chosen's phrases, they all resembled their crests and what they supposedly represented, he felt a pang of hate cruise
thru him as he remembered what they had said and done to him. All of the other students went on to write and he was left last, it was almost the end of the period
but the teacher decided that there was still time for the final entry
"Gabriel, please come up and write your phrase"
Davis stood up confidently with an air of elegance and mystery, the girls watched him in awe as he made his way to the front of the room and faced the board, he
lifted himself and was on his tiptoes as he wrote his phrase in big red letters in the highest point so that everyone could see it. He turned around and looked at his
former friend's right in the eye as he could hear them gasp and almost pass out at what they were seeing; he had written the one thing that meant to him the most,
the phrase that marked his life for eternity
"REVENGE IS JUSTICE IN DISGUISE"

The secret if out, what will happen next, will Kouichi get over his hate for Lucemon? And what about this "Halloween party" Davis is going to have?
