That lemon's gonna have to wait...sorry.

Lima continued knitting a quilt next to me in the café as I continued chatting with the team members. It had been a couple days since the entire fiasco had begun, and I was beginning to think that Team SWRD would have just left us alone due to Lima…well…being a Faunus. However, I quickly took notice of how Sword would always be talking to his teammates. I then took notice of Wind and Dagger's quickly changing reactions to us. Wind was becoming more and more distant and, well, Dagger's been becoming more hostile.

Shooting a glance over at the table, I immediately noticed Dagger stand up from her seat. I watched her as she began to leave, seeing her visibly sigh as she tugged at shirt, almost like she was fixing her uniform. I raised an eyebrow, nudging Sierra, catching her attention.

The silverette turned to face me as I lowered my voice and said, "You might want to follow her…."

Sierra shot a glance at the café door from the corner of her eye, catching Dagger just as she finished adjusting her collar, slowly opening the doors as she left.

Blinking, Sierra's gaze returned to me as she stated, "…alright…give me a few."

We all waited patiently for several minutes, suddenly seeing Sierra disappear. I blinked at the empty spot that was Sierra's seat, turning towards Team RWBY, motioning them to fill in. Ruby happily came strolling over as I thought to myself, "Sierra…don't do anything rash…."

Dagger let out a sigh, leaning against a pillar. The conflicting feelings in her head raged in a heated battle as she struggled to decide who to side with. Should she side with her new team leader, the man she had a clear crush on, or remain on the side of Team SHLD?

"You look awfully conflicted."

Jumping in surprise, she turned around, seeing Sierra peeking from around the pillar.

"S-Senpai-!? Wh-when did you get there!?"

"Pfft," Sierra said, "You clearly-."

Suddenly, she disappeared.

Dagger, confused, looked around, turning back around, only to get poked in the head as Sierra finished, "Forget my semblance."

Sighing, Dagger leaned against the pillar as Sierra asked her, "Alright; what's with the bullshit, Dagger?"

"B-bullshit?"

"Yeah," Sierra replied, "With this Sword Alters character…what's up with this discrimination bullshit?"

Dagger opened her mouth to answer, but quickly shut it. Sierra raised an eyebrow in curiosity as Dagger turned away, covering her mouth. A smirk slowly formed on Sierra's lips as she walked up to her "pupil," touching her chin, forcing Dagger to look at her. The girl flinched, slowly turning to her as Sierra asked, "So you like the guy…?"

The younger girl nervously looked away. Sierra's smirk quickly wiped itself off her face as it turned into a more serious look. With a sigh, Sierra stated, "Well…I guess this'll be the end of our relationship, Dagger."

"Eh?"

Looking up, she met Sierra's azure orbs as Sierra stated, "You have a more than adept teacher in Sword than me…not to mention he's your leader."

With a smile, Sierra patted the younger girl on the head and said, "And by the way."

Sierra's eyes changed into the dangerously angry red glow that signified when she was pissed off. Dagger jumped in fright, shivering as Sierra stated, "If I see so much as a finger from your leader land on my teammates, ESPECIALLY Lima…there's going to be hell to pay…."

I'll admit; I am really impressed with how Sword wields his weapon.

With a one-handed style, he defeated Team CRDL with ease.

The class gave him a standing ovation from his easy victory as Ms. Goodwitch asked, "Does anyone want volunteer?"

The class remained silent, as usual, as Sword finally stated, "Actually…I'd like to go again."

Ms. Goodwitch turned to him, rather surprised, as he pointed up to me and said, "Your name is Delta, correct? Well, I've heard stories of your swordsmanship."

I turned to Sierra, who shrugged, then to Ruby, who reciprocated. I then turned to Lima, who was poker faced as usual. I nudged her, catching her attention as I said, "I'm going down there, you know."

"…good luck…," she said, her ears wagging. I chuckled, rubbing her head, causing her to lower it in obedience. I let out a small laugh, finally turning away and making my way down to the arena.

Standing opposite of him, I could faintly hear him say, "…disgusting…."

I raised an eyebrow, hearing my sword handles click into place as our aura shields wrapped around us. Ms. Goodwitch nodded to us both and said, "This bout is between Sword Alters and Delta Ordance."

It's been too long since I've heard that.

"You two know the rules."

We both nodded as I drew a sword. I could tell that Sierra was confused considering I usually hold back from drawing before the match started. But I had an idea in mind. Honestly, it wouldn't be a bad idea to try something new for a change.

"Begin!"

I pulled my sword back, Sword doing the same. We stared each other down, trying to overpower the others' aura.

"What're they doing?"

Ruby cocked her head, confused at the standoff that the two adept swordsmen were having. She looked at Delta, then at Sword, then back at Delta, noting the intensity in their eyes as they stared each other down. So much that it caused her to shiver. She had never known that Delta could exude such intensity.

"It's 'The Zone,'" Sierra said behind her, catching her attention.

"Basically," Sierra explained, "It's like a sword barrier; you can't just carelessly jump into it."

"Really?"

Ruby turned her attention back at the two standing off in the arena.

I kept a steady eye on Sword, who, in turn, reciprocated his eyes on me. It had felt like hours had passed when, almost like a signal, someone sneezed. I released all of my intensity as did he, sprinting head long for each other, meeting up with a very audible "CLANG!"

I could faintly hear the class gasp in surprise as I reached around for my other sword, pulling it out and swinging it at him. However, Sword reached out his free hand, catching mine in mid swing, putting us both in a dead lock. I grit my teeth, grunting as we strained for control. Sword did the same, suddenly slacking his body a bit, throwing me to the side. I widened my eyes in surprise as I rolled on the ground, dropping one sword as he began to try and stab me, his sword leaving holes in the ground.

Reaching out to my second sword, I quickly teleported to it, jumping back to my feet, catching him off guard. He glanced left, then right, then finally behind him as I regained my footing, staring him down. Sword whistled, repositioning himself as he said, "Fancy trick you have there."

"It's not a trick," I replied, throwing a sword at him. I watched him deflect it, quickly teleporting to it, swinging down and nailing a slash on his back catching him off guard. I then tried to follow up with a horizontal slash, only for him to block it as I went for a stab with my other sword, only to find myself off balance as he spun off of our sword lock, nailing a good one on my back. I took several steps forward, wincing in pain, turning back around to see his surprised look.

Sword's eyes seemed to be widened in shock and surprise that I had landed a blow on him. I raised an eyebrow in curiosity, charging him again, locking weapons with him once more. However, this time, I threw my sword up, teleporting up to it, going for a downward slash.

Suddenly, Sword looked straight up at me, catching me by surprise as I dropped an axe slash down on him, meeting steel with steel again. The ground beneath him dented as I somersaulted away from him, looking up to see his eyes locked onto me, my eyes widening as he suddenly appeared in front of me, going for my head. I leaned back, seeing his blade cut off some bangs as I jumped back to my feet, raising my swords to an "X" on my back, feeling his sword meet mines with another loud "CLANG!"

I looked back at him, our eyes meeting yet again as his lips slowly curled into a smirk. I grit my teeth again, bending over, hearing his blade scrape against my swords as he suddenly went flying over me. I swung downward, landing two more blows on him, causing him to fly forward as I jumped back and away from him, catching my breath as he reached for his back, touching the two spots that he had been cut at.

"…hehe…."

I raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Hehehe…."

Sword slowly turned around, his lips curled in an almost sadistic smile.

"Heh…hehe…ha…."

He raised his sword, ready to strike me as we went at each other once more, our swords meeting yet again.

Sierra almost couldn't believe her eyes.

Hotel watched on in disbelief.

Lima's ears remained perked in curiosity at the sound of Sword's accelerating heartbeat as the two exchanged blows, their swords meeting several times before they tagged each other yet again. Taking a look at the jumbotron, she noticed that Sword was slightly beneath Delta in terms of remaining aura as Sword's attacks seemingly turned more relentless. She could feel adrenaline pumping throughout her system at a suddenly vivid memory of the same heartbeat that had attacked her when she was young. Alongside the heartbeat, she could also hear his quiet laughs as they continued exchanging blow, causing her to turn to Sierra, who in turn, looked at her as Lima stood up, her eyes widened in fear as she said, "St…stop them…!"

"H-huh?"

"Stop them…!"

Lima reached up to her, grabbing her hand as she continued, "Delta's…in…danger…!"

"rraaaAAAHHH!"

I deflected his sword one last time, sending it flying as I went straight for the kill shot, appearing behind him, sheathing my swords as his aura dropped down to zero with a crashing noise, followed by the sound of his aura shattering.

"Sword Alters' aura has dropped to zero," Ms. Goodwitch declared, "Delta Ordance is the winner."

The sound of the class applauding filled the air as I sighed, turning around, suddenly seeing a fist flying right to my face.

Instinctively, I leaned backwards, narrowly dodging the attack as Sword began laughing maniacally. The class gasped as he suddenly pulled out a knife, trying to cut me open. I used my aura to pull my swords out, waving my hands to and fro, directing my blades to deflect the weapon in his hand. I could tell Ms. Goodwitch was about to do something until, suddenly, Sierra appeared, locking his knife with her own, followed by Hotel holding him in a sleeper hold.

Suddenly, Wind appeared, his chains holding Sword's appendages down as Rusty appeared, assisting Hotel as they both threw him onto the ground and dog piled him to subdue him. Sword flailed around, trying to get free as I got back up to my feet, sheathing my swords as Sierra turned to me and asked, "Are you alright?"

"Yeah," I replied, "I'm fine."
