Hi everyone! Aha, sorry I've been gone for a bit...I was seriously contemplating how the hell I was gonna write this chapter. Anyway, the much anticipated relationship between Sword and Weiss...with a little RubXDel in between...enjoy...
Sword blinked, staring at the leaves of the tree he was lying under. He had been running Dagger through her form as usual, but then was left with nothing to do afterwards. Contemplating life, he immediately began thinking about his parents' solution to finding him a wife. Grinning, he couldn't help but imagine his mother's face when he would tell her about Schnee Dust Company with their daughter attending Beacon.
"Sword?"
Turning his head, Sword looked at the white haired beauty he called his girlfriend, Weiss Schnee.
"Speaking of which," he thought to himself as he sat up. Weiss sat down next to him, flipping a bang out of her face as Sword asked, "What's up?"
"Mm…nothing of significance," Weiss replied. Sword chuckled, holding back a laugh at the way she still used formal language around him. Weiss caught wind of his chuckle and raised a fist, ready to clobber him until he pulled her into a hug, causing her to let out a yelp of surprise. Sword let out a stream of laughter as he fell to the ground with her, rolling her around as she gripped onto him for dear life.
Relaxing a bit, he sat back up, pulling her up with him as he asked, "You're hilarious, Weiss!"
"Why you…!"
Weiss once again raised a fist, but then grit her teeth as she forced herself to lower it, holding back from violence. Sword once again chuckled as she sighed, repositioning herself so that she was leaning on his shoulder.
"Aww, that's so cute!"
I looked towards the window, seeing Ruby staring outside with a smile on her face. I walked over, peeking over her shoulder to see Weiss leaning on Sword's shoulder as he pulled out what appeared to be a textbook, discussing what seemed to be classwork with her. I couldn't help but smile myself as Sierra called out, "Okay you two, give them some privacy!"
"Really?"
"Yeah, it's that simple."
Sword nodded in understanding as Weiss pointed out how simple the previously difficult math question was to him. Scribbling in the correct answer, he felt the urge to look up, spotting Delta shooting him a thumbs up from Team SHLD's dorm room. He couldn't help but smile as his attention turned back to Weiss, who was looking over more of his homework. Blinking, he felt his face growing a little hot as she wiped a bang out of her face again, looking up to see him looking at her.
"Sword?"
"H-huh?"
"Is something wrong?"
"Huh? Oh, no," Sword quickly explained, shutting the textbook. With a sigh, he stuffed it back into the nearby backpack he had brought along and smiled at Weiss. Weiss blushed, looking away as he stood up. She looked back, seeing his hand extended towards her, taking it, only to get yanked up into his arms. She had to admit, though he wasn't big like Hotel or Rusty, he was still bigger than Delta.
"Weiss…."
"Hmm?"
Sword tightened his grip on her ever so slightly. His heart fluttered as he held her in his arms. Closing his eyes, he nuzzled into the crook of her neck as he heard her gasp, then try to push him off of her. Opening his eyes, he relaxed his grip on her and said, "…sorry…."
"N-no no, it's…okay…," Weiss replied, "Just…well…keep it light when we're together like this...okay?"
"Noted," Sword replied, letting her go. However, Weiss immediately looped an arm around his arm as he picked up his backpack, dragging him back towards the dorms.
"Hey."
"What's up?"
I first turned to Ruby, then turned back forward and caught sight of Sword sneaking a kiss to Weiss, who returned it eagerly as they broke away just as quickly, going their separate ways. I blinked at the sight as Weiss entered Team RWBY's room and Sword began walking towards me, oblivious of my presence. I looked at Ruby, who shrugged back at me. I then looked back at Sword, who had finally noticed me and said, "Oh, hey, what's up?"
"Not much," I replied, "Seems like you weren't joking when you said you with little Icy there, were ya?"
"Ah, shut it," Sword said, grinning like a madman. I chuckled, then looked at Ruby, who was looking at me questioningly. I blinked in confusion, then caught on as I said, "No duh, Rubes, I'll walk you to your door."
With that, Ruby smiled, looping her arm around my arm as I said a quick farewell. I couldn't help but notice the force in which Ruby was dragging me at as everything suddenly blurred around me, making me notice that she had just activated her semblance.
Wh-wha-wha-wha-wha-!?
I then felt Ruby mash her lips to mines, causing me to blink in confusion as she pulled away, clearly greedy and jealous.
"Ruby?"
"I…," she stated, "Herald said…well…we don't…suit each other…."
…Herald…? Goddammit Echo….
"Ruby…."
Ruby looked up at me as I smothered her myself. I got an "mmph!" of surprise from her as I picked her up, flipping our positions, pulling away from her as I said, "You're the only one for me!"
With that, Ruby turned away, a blush evident on her face. I grinned as I saw a guilty smile on her face as she squeaked out, "N-no no! You're too good for me!"
I chuckled, ushering her lips back to mine as I proceeded to removing her undergarments.
Sword laid in his bed, staring blankly at the ceiling as his mind wandered to Weiss. He couldn't help but grin at the thought of her, as well as their first accidental meeting.
Sword sighed, walking around campus. His team was busy; Wind with Lima and Rusty and Dagger on their first official date in Vale. That left him alone on campus, as well as the team room where they were the majority of the time. He turned random corners, suddenly spotting a hint of white and blue. Raising an eyebrow, he looked towards the direction of the two people, spotting a guy and a girl that was, in his opinion, too good for him. The guy didn't look handsome in the slightest.
"And then Ruby began fawning over how cool Delta was in the fight," the girl, he immediately recognized as Weiss Schnee, stated to the blue head. The guy nodded and said, "Well, I wouldn't expect anything less than that from Ruby."
"She's just so…so…urgh!"
Weiss stamped at the ground, clearly a little irritated as Sword took a seat behind a pillar, hearing in on their conversation.
"Ah, don't worry Weiss," the guy stated.
"Neptune…," she replied.
"Neptune," Sword thought to himself, recognizing the name. It was the name of the skilled polearm user that Hotel said rivaled himself in terms of sheer technique, which was a feat on its own. However, Sword also took to heart that said man was also a student in the neighboring kingdom.
"C'mon Weiss," Neptune replied, "You can handle it."
"It's not the problem of handling it," she stated, "Delta can handle her…it's just…*sigh*…I'm…lonely."
"Lonely," Sword repeated in his mind, suddenly feeling down.
"Weiss…," Neptune stated, "I…I'll be with-."
"Neptune," Weiss said, cutting him off, "I'm sorry…I don't deserve someone like you!"
Suddenly, footsteps filled the air as Weiss suddenly blurred past Sword, who flinched at the sudden sight. He blinked several times, standing back up and turned around, seeing Neptune with a depressed look on his face. Raising an eyebrow, Sword approached the man and said, "Jeez, you've gone through a lot of BS haven't you now?"
Neptune looked up, looking at Sword curiously as he continued, "Mind if I ask what you're doing here?"
Neptune was about to answer until Sword said, "Actually, never mind…now, are you just gonna let her go like that?"
"I would," Neptune replied, "But then she'll just run away from me again."
"I call bullshit," Sword replied. However, Neptune didn't say anything back. Snorting, Sword said, "You know…do what you want."
Turning around, Sword began following the trail Weiss had taken.
...Okay...it's either I really, really, REALLY hate Neptune, or I just enjoy making him into a "playboy" character much like Echo...anyway, part two is on it's way. And again, don't be scared to make any requests. Later!
