Week 28 - May 15th

"Winry?" Ed groaned out in bed. While it was nearing midnight and he had gone to sleep hours ago with his wife by his side, Winry was still awake beside him, reading a book with a flashlight at her side. "What the hell are you doing?"

"Reading one of your stupid pregnancy books," Winry said, and while she kept saying they were stupid, she was beginning to keep reading them more and more, and often refused to put them down.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" Ed asked.

"I can't," Winry answered. "The books say that insomnia is really common late in your pregnancy."

"Well, hopefully nothing is common in my pregnancy," Edward joked with a smirk. He was tired, and soon found himself rolled over, placing his hand on Winry's belly. "Go to sleep, baby. Those babies need rest."

"And I'm sure they're getting rest, but I'm reading," Winry said. "You go back to bed; I'll take this into the kitchen and read."

"No, no," Ed said. "Please stay with me. Lay down and try to sleep."

Winry sighed, placing her book on the bedside table and turning the flashlight off. She then curled into her husband and began to rest.

"Goodnight, Winry."

"Goodnight, Edward."

"Goodnight, Ethan and Anthony."
