Hey guys! I'm back! and sorry for taking so long to update. I wasn't really planning to finish this story until just a few days ago so here's the new chapter! And thank you so much for the reviews!

I hate this… why is this happening to me? Why do I have to go through this? I have no one left… no one here for me…

Kirino forced himself out of bed and into the bathroom.

Why does it take so much effort to just get out of bed now? … maybe because mother's gone…

Kirino stood still, tears slowly forming in his eyes.

"I can't think of mother right now." He told himself, "I have to be strong so I can get through this day. Just this one day. Only one day of school.."

He quickly finished up in the bathroom and went downstairs.

"Ohaiyo.." Kirino mumbled, wanting to be polite but unnoticed at the same time.

"Oh, hey! Kirino-senpai! Coming to school with us today?" asked Sasha, innocent as ever.

Tsk! Sasha. I hate her. She thinks she can do something so despicable and just pretend nothing ever happened.

Kirino glared at Sasha, hate filled his eyes.

"Woah, Kirino. What's gotten into you today?" asked Julia.

Kirino walked into the kitchen and grabbed a bowl.

He answered, while filling his bowl with cereal. "It's nothing. I'm fine. And yes, Sasha, I'm going to school today."

Kirino ate his breakfast, emotionless.

"Great!" said Sasha, "Then you can carry my bags for me!" she said with a huge smile on her face. "This day just keeps getting better and better!"

Sasha jumped up and hugged Kirino.

Kirino was caught off guard at Sasha's sudden actions but he quickly recovered.
"S-Sasha?!" Kirino exclaimed, "What are you doing?!"

"Just hugging my beautiful senpai!" She answered as she leaned closer to him for a kiss.

"S-Stop it!" Kirino shouted. He shoved her away in self-defense. He wasn't just about to let her torture him with more of her unpleasant kisses.

Sasha gasped. Julia turned and raised her eyebrows at Kirino's reaction. The room fell silent. But only seconds passed before Julia spoke up.

"Kirino… are you alright? You're really acting strange today…"

She waited for a response but wasn't rewarded with one.

Kirino sat starring at the table, his mind elsewhere.

"You're thinking about your mother again… aren't you…? Well, get over it! She's gone for good! And cut it out with your pathetic depressed attitude! You're starting to annoy me!" said Julia, clearly not caring about Kirino's difficult situation.

How can Julia be so thoughtless? She doesn't give a shit about how I feel… well of course… what more should I have expected from a good-for-nothing bitch!

"Humph, Whatever!" remarked Julia. "I couldn't care less about your damn mother!"

Kirino was trying to hold in all his angry anger and frustration towards Julia and Sasha but it was getting harder and harder by the second.

Just shut the fuck up, Julia! I really don't wanna be mad at you right now!

Julia flipped her hair back and gave Kirino a quick glare as she mumbled, "Good riddance!"

Now she had crossed the line. Kirino couldn't stand her for another second. He jumped to his feet and slammed his hands on the table, knocking down his chair and disturbing everything on the table in the process.

"What did you say?" Kirino said as he directed one of his death-glares at Julia. His voice was quiet, but clear, and anger was clearly in his voice.

Julia looked back at Kirino and showed absolutely no fear of his unspoken threat.

"I said 'Good-Ridd-ance!'" she answered, her voice unwavering.

Kirino fought the unnatural urge to punch her right in the face. He quickly grabbed his bags and left for school.

I hate her so much! This is actually the first time I've ever wanted to do something… violent… I'm sorry, mother. I didn't mean to be so rude to her with my words… I feel terrible…

No, no don't feel bad! It's my first day back to school and I should try to be more positive…

Kirino walked to school a little rushed in fear of having to see Julia or Sasha again.

When he arrived at school, the very first thing he thought was "Shindou! OMG he likes me! What am I gonna do when I see him? What am I gonna say? What if he sees me blush? What if I freeze up when I see him? What if I can't talk?"

His thoughts went on and on and on before he actually entered the school.

He turned from his 'negative-mode' with hate-filled emotions, to excited, love filled thoughts.

He couldn't stop thinking about Shindou and his confession.

I can't believe I forgot about him! Oh, wow am I glad I came back to school!

Kirino walked into the building and headed straight away for his locker, hoping he wouldn't see Shindou until he came up with an appropriate response to his confession.

Wait, what if he doesn't like me anymore? What am I gonna do?! …. Wait… am I admitting that I actually LIKE Shindou? No, no, no! I don't like Shindou Of course I don't… I-I think…

Kirino walked on, Trying to convince himself that he didn't have feelings for his best friend but he failed miserably.

In the end, he concluded that he didn't LIKE Shindou, but instead, he LOVED him.

Well, now it's gonna be even harder to talk to him…

Kirino couldn't help himself. Every time he thought of Shindou he blushed. He hoped that it wouldn't become automatic.

Kirino went on with his day, trying to act normal and not blush because he just couldn't stop thinking about Shindou.

Shindou, on the other hand, was having a completely normal day until he saw the beautiful pink-haired boy standing by his locker.

Shindou heart started racing.

"K-Kirino's back…" Shindou whispered.

Shindou was about to approach him but quickly changed his mind when he remembered his last conversation with this boy.

I can't talk to him now! He probably thinks I'm weird.. or crazy…

Shindou tried to avoid Kirino for the rest of the day, too embarrassed from their latest interaction to face him again.

It was hard for the both of them to avoid each other when they had so many classes together. Neither of them couldn't resist the temptation of just glancing at the other, and when their eyes met, they both turned away blushing and the other would never know that his best friend's face was bright red.

It was so adorable to watch those two lovebirds.

A few girls had noticed and were watching them throughout the day.

But those girls weren't the only ones who were always keeping an eye on them.

Ahhh… this chapter was so short…

Anyway, I'm making shorter chapters from now on so I can update faster.

What do you guys think?
