I was merely going to take a breather from the crowd, but then I saw a sight to behold! Kasumi and Kyoya were kissing!
"Kim," Kaoru came over and brought me punch when I shushed him. "Wh-what was that—" I clasped over his mouth and looked to see Kyoya still with Kasumi and not noticing a thing.
"Let them have their moment before they notice us, Kaoru." I whispered. He saw the situation and looked shocked to see the scene. His face flushed and we snuck back inside the ball where I saw Hikaru still thinking the look-alikes were Kasumi. I felt so bad for him, being with a twin all the time, I thought for sure he could tell. But I guess the heart was stronger with Kyoya than Hikaru's.
"Let's go back to dancing Kaoru," I say.
"Ah…sure," he walked me out and some of the girls awed our entrance. With both of our outfit's just perfect for this night alone, it was heard loud and clear the girls' excitement over by the balcony.
"Isn't that Kyoya-sama?!" some girls squealed. "But who is that with him," they spoke loud enough to gather a crowd and I got worried this would turn out bad for the both of them. "It can't be Kyoya-sama, he's a host member," one of the girls spoke out.
I moved everyone aside and saw the spectacle take place. With Kyoya's mask on and covering his face well, Kasumi's mask did the same effect and the two of them seemed not from this world. Kasumi had a smile on her lips as she took Kyoya around the waist without others noticing and I watched them leap off the edge! Kyoya's cape covered the scene mostly and they vanished in thin air! I ran over to the edge and looked down before the others and saw them running for cover and…laughing! Actually laughing to this!
"Kimmy-chan," Honey-senpai came over and looked worried. "What happened over here," he asked.
"Oh….nothing in particular," must cover this up! "Everyone, did you enjoy the show?" I yelled across the ball and got everyone's attention. "That was a spectacular performance wasn't it," I asked them all. "The vanishing act for tonight's theme: a romantic flight!" Announcing a title that came into my head, they all clapped.
"Oh," some awed. "That was very well done. Never would have expected that." The conversation carried on and I sighed in relief that it actually played off. Some even said it was the continuation of the vampire and damsel theme held earlier in the club. I could work with that story and kept it in reserve for later questions.
"….how will I tell the others of this so easily," I worried. "What is this going to turn into tomorrow…?" I really don't wish to know…but I do know is that Kasumi and Kyoya have officially hooked up.
