The doctor and nurses took AJ out of the room so that they could examine him further to make sure he was okay. Tony sat down on the bed next to her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. He kissed her cheek. "You were amazing, Charity." He told her.

"I'm just glad that he's okay." Charity replied. "When I started having contractions...so early...I was so worried that he wouldn't be okay."

"He's got us for parents. He's stubborn just like us." Tony replied.

Charity smiled and then wiped at the tears that were falling down her face. She rested her head on Tony's shoulder. "I love you, Tony." She told him.

"I love you, too Charity." Tony replied, kissing the top of her head.

"You should probably go let everyone know what's going on." Charity replied. "I'm sure they're all anxious to hear about AJ."

Tony nodded. "Okay. I'll go let them know." He reached a hand underneath her chin and tilted her head up. He gently kissed her lips.

As Tony was leaving, two nurses came in to get Charity and the room cleaned up. Tony made his way to the waiting room, where he was surprised to find everyone there. "Wow, there really are a lot of people here." Tony said.

"How's the bambino?" Grammy 'Nozzo asked.

"Ten fingers and ten toes." Tony answered. "The doctor is checking him out a little more detailed right now, but everything seems to be okay with him."

"That's good news." Senior said.

"When can we see them?" Gibbs asked.

"Yes, I wanna see the baby!" Abby said, bouncing up and down.

"In just a few minutes." Tony answered.

The group talked for about an hour. Then Tony led them all to Charity's room. He peeked his head in the door. Charity was laying in the bed and the nurses had just placed AJ back in her arms. "You ready to introduce AJ to our crazy family?" Tony asked.

Charity looked up at him and smiled. "Yeah, I think we're ready."

Tony then opened the door the rest of the way and walked inside to stand by his wife. The rest of the group followed. Charity watched as first, her father, Senior, Grammy 'Nozzo, Grandma Paddington, and her own grandmother entered. Then Abby, Ziva, McGee, Ducky, and Burley walked in the room.

"I thought I told you guys to finish the case?" Charity asked.

"We finished it." Abby replied. "Now don't you even think about work. You just had a baby for crying out loud."

"Yes." Grammy 'Nozzo agreed. "Now lets see that bambino."

Charity smiled at Grammy 'Nozzo. "Here's little AJ." She said, then she looked down at the baby in her arms. As she looked down at her son, a loving expression came across her face.

"Awe, he's beautiful." Abby gushed.

Tony stood beside his wife and son, beaming with fatherly pride. Burley watched, feeling utterly confused. Charity...being all loving...and holding a baby. This is just weird. He thought.

"The bambino is beautiful and so is his mother." Grammy 'Nozzo said. "There is nothing more beautiful or natural than a mother and her baby."

The group stayed and fawned over the baby a while longer and then left to let Charity get some rest. It was now just Tony, Charity, and AJ. Charity was asleep in her bed. Tony was sitting in a rocking chair, holding AJ close. Tony looked down at the baby boy in his arms.

"AJ...my son." Tony said, with the biggest smile on his face. "My son. You have no idea how excited I am to say that."

"AJ, you and your mom are the greatest thing to happen to me." Tony spoke to his son. "I can't believe that I'm here in this hospital room, holding you. I can't believe that I'm a father. I'm gonna make you a promise right now, okay? I promise that I am going to be the best dad that I can be. I'm going to be teach you all kinds of things. I'm going to teach you how to play baseball and how to fish. And when you're older, I'll teach you everything I know about women...which I can tell you there's really too much to know about women and no man can know it all...really you should probably listen to your mom if you want to learn about women...anyway...I promise to be there for everything. I'll be there for all your little league games and everything that is important to you. If you need me, I want you to be able to just call me. If you want to talk or you need advice...or if you just wanna spend time with your dear ole dad, I'll be there for you."

Charity had woken up in the middle of Tony's little speech to their son. She smiled as she listened. I can't believe that I have a wonderful husband and a son...I have so much to be thankful for.
