After Eve shot major Keeler, she knew there was no going back. If she was caught, she might be able to say she found him like this, it certainly sounded plausible. Eve still regretted the first person she ever killed, she hoped Keeler would be the last. She decided to find the food ration points. The protocol after things calmed down would be to give food to anoyne once or twice a day. If she could get there, she could stay and be useful, not to mention getting the food she needed to survive. It wasn't hard to get there. Despite the violence, noone seemed to want her dead specifically. Eve reached the first area. There were armed guards visibly protecting the food and water. She told them her superior, major Keeler, told her to come to the nearest ration point if he was killed, which he was. The guards gave her an energ bar and brought her to see their superior. To Eve's suprise it was her old superior from the Pennsylvania Ark, captain Greer. Eve soon noticed Greer seemed different. For one thing, she was now a colonel. Greer also seemed colder, harder. Both women had clearly been through much since they'd last seen each other. Back then Greer smiled, seemed more like a camp counselor than a military officer. Now, being in charge of the food and water, she seemed like she'd easily kill anyone who threatened these rations. Eve decided not to mention that she'd murdered her last superior officer.
