(Hey, guys. Well, this is the end beautiful friends. Four years have passed since I first started this fic, and it's finally come to an end. I wouldn't have made it this far without a lot of support from you guys. Well, enjoy the finale.)

'Are they all right?'

'Don't move them, Makie.'

"Sorry, Ayaka.'

'Hey, I think they're waking up.'

Negi thought, 'Those voices.'

Dustin thought as well, 'Is that?'

The two boys started regaining consciousness as they opened their eyes to see their partners, friends, and comrades looking down at them in relief.

"There you are. I thought we lost you." Kazumi began.

"Are we in the hospital?" Negi asked.

"Don't worry, you're not." Ayaka assured him.

"What happened?" Dustin asked with a groan, "I remember we unleashed out final attack and started falling, then nothing."

Nagi spoke, "Ross and I flew in and caught you boys. Almost afraid we weren't going to make it."

"But we did." Ross noted.

Negi and Dustin slowly sat up, "But what about everyone else?"

"See for yourself." Kaede said, as the boys looked up seeing the holographic screen displaying Negi and Dustin's names in victory.

"We won?" Dustin gasped.

Mana nodded, "We won."

"You guys defeated Ragnarok." Kotaro said with enjoyment.

"Not just us. All of us, with our powers combined." Negi smiled.

"Amen to that, brother." Chamo agreed.

"But does anyone here know that..." Dusitn was curious about all the magic stuff.

Chao shook her head with Satomi, as the Chinese genius answered, "Don't worry, as far as any one else is concerned this was all considered one big Role Playing simulator game."

"Thank God." Dustin said in relief.

"Can you get up?" Fuka asked the two.

"I think so." Negi answered, as he and Dustin got to their feet.

"Come on, guys, the fun's still underway." Haruna said, as they brought the boys over to the World Tree where they saw all the students and such partying and having fun.

"Now this is a celebration." Alistair said.

"Quite so." Fate agreed.

"Hey, guys!" Asuna called, as she and the others called them over.

When they arrived, Nodoka noticed the Negi's mother with them, "Who is that?"

Negi realized that spoke up, "Oh, that's right. Everyone, I'd like you to meet someone. This is my mother. Arika."

"Your mom?" the girls gasped.

Arika smiled and spoke, "It's so nice to meet you all. Thank you for looking after my son."

The girls were awed by her beauty, while Arika herself felt sheepish from all the stares. Negi also realized, "And my father, Nagi."

"This is your dad?" Asuna asked, while looking at Nagi.

"You betcha, sweetheart." Nagi grinned, while making Asuna blush. Nagi ended up receiving a clonk on his head from Arika.

"Nagi, don't be such an idiot."

"Yes, honey." Nagi groaned, while rubbing the lump as his team laughed.

"Come on, let's party!" Xever called, as the group cheered and joined in the fun.

As everyone was partying, Yuna had slid herself to Dustin who was by the buffet, "Hey, Dustin-kun."

"Yeah, Yuna. What's up?"

Yuna grinned as she wrapped an arm around him, while making him feel aroused, "I came in second place in this whole 'game' if you will. And see what my prize is." she flashed a lot of meal tickets for the cafeteria.

"Whoa, that's three hundred meal tickets. You'll be eating for free for quite awhile." Dustin gasped.

"Me and you, Dustin-kun." Yuna corrected him.

"You and I?" Dustin asked.

"That's right. But don't tell the others otherwise they'll try and mooch off me." she whispered.

"My lips are sealed." Dustin replied.

"Thanks." Yuna smiled as she kissed her Spirit Warrior master making his face red. She went to join the girls as Zyphon approached.

"You certainly do attract a girls heart, master."

"Don't I know it?" Dustin chuckled.

By Negi, he was talking with his parents and Takamichi, "So you sent word to Nekane and Anya about everything?" Negi asked his senior teacher.

"Yes. They'll be flying out here in a few days to see everyone." Takamichi confirmed.

"That's good," Negi looked to his parents, "So now that we're together finally we can be a real family, can't we?"

Nagi smiled, "Son, you're stuck with us."

"I hope that's not a bad thing." Arika hoped.

Negi shook his head, "I think it's a wonderful thing."

"Hey, Negi!" Dustin dropped in with Zyphon, Makie, Rin, Eva, Ako, Akira, Yuna, Kasuga, Kaede, and Mana, "Come on man, let's go break it down."

"Right, I'm coming." Negi chuckled.

Makie spoke up, "So with Ragnarok gone, all should be fine, right?"

"If it were only that simple." Eva replied, much to the girls confusion.

Mana spoke, "She's right. Ragnarok, Diabound, and Thorn may be gone, but there will always be someone out there causing trouble."

Dustin nodded, before looking up into the sky, "May not even be anyone on this planet, but other threats may be far out there as well. And if they ever decide to make themselves known to us, we'll be ready to face them."

"You got that right." Kasuga agreed.

Eva nodded, "I will admit Negi, you've surpassed all my expectations. I am proud to now look at you as an equal."

Negi gasped, "An equal?" Eva nodded.

Nagi smirked, "I never thought I would see the day when Evangeline calls someone an equal." Eva gave him a glare.

Eva then went over to Negi and Dustin and whispered, "I'd advise both of you be ready when it's time to pack it in, expect additional company in your dorm rooms.

"Additional..." Negi began.

"Company?" Dustin finished.

Eva nodded and walked off with the girls. Negi looked at Dustin and both were looking flustered, "Dustin, we're gonna be in for quite a night."

"Ain't it the truth." Dustin agreed, before shaking it off, "Well, we'll worry about that for tonight. Let's go!" he dragged Negi off to join the others.

Nagi and Arika watched seeing their son have so much fun. Nagi spoke, "He's a special boy, isn't it?"

Arika nodded, "Especially because he's ours."

Ross spoke, "Bianca would be glad to see the both of you together again."

The couple nodded, as Arika spoke, "I am sorry about Bianca, Ross."

Ross shook his head, "It doesn't matter anymore. Ragnarok has been destroyed, so she has been avenged. Thanks to our boy." he looked at Dustin seeing him party with the others.

Nagi nodded, "Those boys are really gonna go far aren't they?"

Ross agreed, "Yeah. In the future they'll make us look like our legends and reputations were nothing."

"Don't be so sure, Ross. It'll hard to forget guys like us." Nagi joked.

"Yeah, I suppose you're right." Ross agreed, as the two laughed.

After the events of the Mahora Fest everything was returning to normal with the addition of end of the semester exams. Needless to say, all of Class 3A had passed and were excited to be seeing Negi and Dustin next year.

Outside the school, all the students were piling out with excitement for it was finally Summer break. Negi, Dustin, Kaede, Mana, Zyphon, Domino, and Chamo were the last ones out, as Negi spoke up, "So have you made the plans for the Summer, Dustin?"

"Oh, yeah. I got us all a lot of places to visit this Summer." Dusitn smirked.

"Such as?" Domino asked.

"Well, Las Vegas for one thing." Dustin began.

"Awesome!" Chamo cheered, "A few age pellets, and couple of fake I.D's and we'll be rolling in the Benjamins."

"That sounds perfect." Mana said, envisioning so much money.

Dustin continued, "Then we have places like Myrtle Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Disney, Comic Con, and a hell of a lot more places."

"Do you think we can cover all those places over Summer?" Negi asked curiously.

"We can try," Dustin smirked, "Come on, we've always taken chances. It's who we are."

Negi chuckled, "I won't deny that."

"Come on, man. Let's do it." Dusitn beckoned him.

Negi nodded, "Duo together."

"Duo forever." Dustin finished, as the duo performed their signature handshake.

Kaede and Mana smiled, as Zyphon and the boys familiars looked so happy. The group walked off knowing Summer was going to be quite a blast.

Many years later, at Mahora Academy. Inside a familiar classroom labeled 3A, Negi Springfield who was now a man in his early twenties was teaching a new set of students. The boy wizard was now taller and looked liked a spitting image of his father. Negi no longer wore his miniscule glasses, replacing them with contact lenses, and continued to wear a green suit with pants, while also letting his hair out of a ponytail.

"Well, students that's about it for today. I'll see you all after the weekend." Neg bid his class adieu.

"See you soon, sensei." the girls giggled, as they left class.

Negi chuckled, before putting his things in his bag and left class. Upon leaving class he happened upon none other than his pal Dustin Bowers. Dustin was also in his early twenties, was taller and handsome as well. He wore his standard black suit like he always wore when teaching. At his side was Zyphon who Dustin was now on equal terms of height with his robot, and on the young man's shoulder was Domino.

"Negi!" Dustin called, as the two did their handshake.

"How was your class, Dustin?" Negi asked.

"Couldn't be better though all the girls kept staring at me with lust in their eyes." Dustin joked.

"Mine was the same." Negi agreed, and the group chuckled.

Chamo popped out of Negi's pocket, "Hey, don't we have someplace we're supposed to be going too?" he reminded them.

"Quite right, Chamo." Zyphon agreed.

Dustin nodded, before dawning his sunglasses, "Come on, Negi, let's go." the two left the school building.

That night at the Mahora lunchroom, the place was decorated for the reunion of the former Class 3A who graduated years ago. All students were there, including such guests as Kotaro, Fate, and Alistair who were young adults like Negi and Dustin. Alistair had camouflaged his dark warrior appearance, and had also cut his mullet of hair down to shoulder length.

"Fate!" Rin called, as she went up to her loyal guard. Rin had also grown older and had her hair tied in a ponytail, "Have you or anyone heard from Negi and Dustin, yet?"

"They said they'd be here." Fate answered.

"Yeah, they'd never miss this." Kotaro added, before taking a drink of cola.

"Hey, guys!"

"Speak of the devil." Alistair joked, as the group saw Negi, Dustin, and Zyphon enter the area.

"Negi-sensei! Dustin-sensei!" The girls cheered.

They ran towards their former teachers and embraced them. Even if the girls were still older than the boys, the two professors were now naturally tall enough to not get ultimately smothered by them. Which was a little disappointing to Dustin.

Negi and Dustin were glad to see their former students and partners, with their partners giving them a welcome kiss, which made them incredibly happy.

Alistair chuckled, "They'll never change."

Yue sat by his side, and locked arms with him, "Yeah. But that's how the class is known for."

Alistair smiled at her, "And I like that about this class," he got up and took Yue's hand, "Come on. The night's still young." Yue smiled and nodded, as the two went to join the rest of the party goers.

Kotaro turned to Fate and Rin, "See you guys on the dance floor," he got up and hurried, "Hey, Natsumi, wanna dance?" Rin and Fate smiled at each other before getting up to join everyone else.

After awhile, Negi and Dustin were up on the roof of the building looking out into the night sky, "Nice night, huh?" Dusitn asked.

"Beautiful." Negi agreed.

"Sure is." came a voice.

The two turned and saw Kaede and Mana who were just as gorgeous as they did when they were still Mahora students.

"Kaede." Negi smiled.

"Mana." Dustin smiled, as the two boy embraced their first partners.

Mana smiled as she embraced Dustin, "It feels weird hugging you now that you're so much taller from before."

"I know what ya mean." Dustin chuckled.

"I can't believe it's been so many years since we graduated." Kaede said in wonder.

"We can hardly believe it ourselves." Negi replied.

"So have there been any other problems after we left?" Mana inquired.

"None. Only latest news I have to bring is Clara's finally allowed to work at the Central park's petting zoo cleaning up animal dung." Dustin chuckled.

"I still can't believe how you had your friends monitor Clara all those years ago filming all her treatments of other animals." Mana said in wonder.

"And once we had enough footage, we anonymously sent it to ASPCA and all her animals were taken away to be given to proper homes," Dustin chuckled, "Although to be fair, the fact that Clara's finally earned the right to be trusted around animals now is a sign she's learning."

"And what about your trinity?" Kaede asked.

"Oh, they gave up on me years ago. They found three separate boys they can each fall for." Dustin answered.

"And it was all thanks that the three couldn't really learn to share Dustin even if they did win his affection." Negi put in.

"Which wouldn't have happened in a million years." Dustin finished, before finding himself embraced by Mana.

"Good. After all, you're too good for those three."

"Mana." Dustin gasped, as he gazed deeply into her beautiful eyes.

Mana smiled, as she pulled her partner into a kiss which he returned. Negi and Kaede smiled before looking at each other.

"Shall we?" Negi inquired.

"After you." Kaede answered.

So Negi pulled Kaede into a kiss, as both boys kissed their lifelong partners passionately, knowing they would always be there for them no matter what comes around. For they would always be teachers and students.

Dustin Bowers may continue to show up in future fics somewhat different and somewhat similar. Only time will tell. I'll catch you all later everyone. See you then.)
