Senior Field Trip
Chapter 17
Everyone was separated into their groups now, and Tsuna stood in front of them all. He could see and hear nervous glances and giggles going on among the students. "Now students, the purpose in separating you into groups is for your training. Not only will you be taking your normal high school classes, but you will also be in combative classes. You will learn a weapon that corresponds with your individual flame as well as hand to hand combat. These are just in case something major comes up during your stay. My guardians, myself, the Varia and the Ninth are here for your protection as well. Are there any questions?"
The students seemed shocked at what Sawada had said, but before any of the students could raise their hands the main door opened and admitted entrance to the Shimon Famiglia. Heading the group was someone that the student's recognized, their mouths opened in surprise as the leader came to stand beside Tsuna. The other's behind the Shimon decimo spread out among the groups and started conversations with the group's leaders.
"Hey, Tsuna. Sorry to barge in, but I was told that I could find you in here with your classmates. What exactly are you doing?", the Shimon Decimo asked while looking around at the different groups. Nodding to the leader's as they bowed in his direction, then moved his gaze to his best friend.
"Oh, hello there Enma. What did you need to see me for? I was thinking that the students could participate in the guardians and my training routine to get them in shape while they are here. Although, I am a little concerned whether the students could keep up with the dumbed down routine of the guardians. Would you like to stay and watch and perhaps have a spar with me?", Tsuna replied while letting a small smirk cross his face.
Sweatdropping at Tsuna, he chanced another glance at the different groups. While most of the teachers of each group looked indifferent, the rain group was looking downright murderous at one particular student. He immediately felt sorry for said student, but nonetheless turned his attention to his best friend and replied, "I came to inform you that Nono is calling for a Boss meeting in a hour. I was informed between thirty minutes and an hour ago and since the meeting is taking place here, I made my way here. The student's can't keep up with the training regime of yourself or your guardians at full so I am glad that you cut the routine in half. They also might have trouble accessing their flames since this is new to them. I feel bad for the student's, although they won't have the same training we had to go through they still have some demanding tutors. How did we even survive our training? Atleast we weren't alone, our guardians had to go through the training with us. Anyway yes, I would love to stay and watch. Would you rather have our spar now or after the Boss's meeting?"
Chuckling at his companion, Tsuna smiled and said, "I wish that I was informed before now of said meeting. I had breakfast with Grandpa this morning and he never said a word. On the topic of the student's they should be fine. I had the guardians not only trim down their workout but make it easier for the students. I know that they are not up to the standard and condition we are. We were trained by the World's Greatest Hitman after all, no one can keep up with our daily routines. At the moment we aren't trying to access their flames, just hand to hand and the weapons that correspond with their flames. I don't know how we were able to withstand the hell we went through, but it was worth it in order to protect our friends and family from danger. You are welcome to stay. If you don't mind I think we should spar now because after the meeting I might need to spar with Kyouya or Mukuro, maybe both together. I have a feeling this meeting is going to be a pain."
Tsuna turned from Enma to the groups and said, "Leaders, please head to your training rooms. Students please follow closely and don't get lost. Each flame has their own training room that is equipped with everything you need for your specific flame. Don't be afraid and if you need help just ask your instructors. Guardians, Shimon and ex-acrobleno after you have completed your training sessions if your class agrees you can introduce them to your specific flame, if not then dismiss the students to their normal classes for school work. The teachers are in the second ballroom on the first floor, at the moment they are setting up their lesson plans so please when finished call the ballroom and inform them that you are headed their way. After that, Guardians please report back to your offices there should be some more paperwork waiting for you."
As the Vongola Decimo finished the groups filed out single file, but not before bowing towards the two Decimos'. Sighing once all but the three Sky's and Enma remained. "What would you like to do Yuni, Naito? Enma and I are going to spar in the one of the Sky training rooms, you are welcome to join us or go to one of the other training rooms and start your training. Also we all have to attend a Boss's meeting in about an hour."
Yuni and Naito looked conflicted, on one hand to witness a spar between the two Decimos' was uncommon and a rare treat, the two really needed to do their training before a certain hitman thinks they are slacking off.
Yuni spoke first, "I would like to watch, if it's okay? Since we all will be going to the Boss meeting, I will do my training afterwards."
Naito nodded along with Yuni, "I think that the Giglio Nero Decimo is right, if we don't do our training now we can do it after the meeting. Also it isn't common for people to witness a spar between the two strongest Decimos'."
"Very well then, please follow me to the training room. I have to say though make sure you get your training done because you won't like Reborn's punishment if he finds that you skipped today's training.",was Tsuna's reply before walking out of the room; the other three following.

Enma and Tsuna ended their spar with fifteen minutes to spare. They two quickly walked out of the training room and went to their rooms to shower and change for the meeting. After dressing the Tsuna and Enma met at the stairs and walked together towards the meeting hall. Getting their right after Nono, the two grinned before going inside the open double doors and seating themselves. Tsuna sat to the right to Nono, who sat at the end, Enma took his place to the left of Nono. Yuni and Naito followed the other two a few minutes later and sat themselves across from each other. Dino, Xanxus, Byakuran, Basil and Iemitsu. Basil was included because as soon a Tsuna officially took over Iemitsu was to retire by order of his son.
Right before the meeting started maids entered and set up drinks and snacks for the most likely stressful meeting that was about to take place, after finishing the maids gathered at the door, bowed before closing the doors. No one was to enter the room while the meeting was in progress, if anyone had a problem they were to report it the Nono's or the Vongola's Decimos' guardians and they would take care of it.
The meeting was to discuss the many ally requests that Vongola received throughout the year and whether or not to accept them. This took some time since they had to make sure that the Boss's around the table didn't have anything against the ones up for consideration. At one point Xanxus got so violent about one, calling them weaklings that Tsuna stood up and ordered the Varia boss out until he can improve upon his manners. After fifteen minutes the Varia boss was allowed back in, on the promise that he would try and curve his temper. The meeting finished with no more interruptions or disturbances. As the Boss's filed out with the Vongola Nono and Decimo last, they were met with weary looking students and smug looking instructors.
The students stopped as the first people they seen coming out of ornate and important looking double doors were Dino-Sensei and loser Enma talking quietly to each other. The next people to enter their field of vision was a scary looking guy with black hair and red eyes, followed by Naito Longchamp and Yuni. Then a tall scary muscular blonde and a blonde middle schooler, followed by Dame-Tsuna and the Vongola Boss. The students stared while the instructors bowed to the group of Boss's.
"Hi, everyone. How did your training go today? Are you headed to the classroom now?", Dino questioned.
Takeshi stepped forward and bowed toward the bucking horse before replying, " Yes, we have just finished training. With your permission we were heading to the dining room to have lunch before leading the students to the classroom. The guardians apparently have more paperwork to complete so after dropping the students off at class, we will head to our offices."
"We were heading that way ourselves, we'll join you.", Dino replied before leaving Enma's side to walk alongside Takeshi.
Tsuna finished his conversation with Nono and walked up to Enma, leaving Nono to contemplate the meeting in his head. As the boss's made their way to the dining room the students kept stealing glances at said people. Making it finally to the double doors of the dining room first Takeshi and Dino-Sensei pushed open the doors and went to seat themselves. After everyone was seated the maids and butlers came in with silver platters and set them in front of everyone. The water glasses were filled for everyone except the Boss's who instead of water always drank wine after a boss meeting.
After everyone was finished eating the leaders and the students stood, the leaders bowed to the table before heading towards the double doors , the students following. The Boss's remained behind to talk among themselves and finish their wine. Once they were finished the group got up and walked out and into the living room. Vehicles were called for Xanxus, Dino, Yuni, Byakuran, Iemitsu and Basil since they had work to complete either at home or their offices.
Once the vehicles arrived to take their guests home, the ones left split up; Tsuna and Enma went to Tsuna's office, Nono went to his, Longchamp had to go to the classroom with the other students. As Tsuna and Enma walked down the hallway to former's office, they could hear mild groans and heavy breathing from the rain office. Enma continued to Tsuna's office while the other stopped at the door and knocked on it. After some cursing from inside the door a silky voice questioned, "Who's there?"
"Would you two mind not doing it in your office, that is what you have bedrooms for. Please finish your work before you play, Takeshi, Hayato!", remarked a smiling Tsuna. You could hear the smile in his voice as he talked.
"You know what they say; while the boss is away, the mice will play.", Takeshi said between laughs.
"Yes, and they also say 'work before play'. Just finish your work there shouldn't be much. If you are already finished then get semi-dressed, wait for me to get in my office then make your way to either one of your bedrooms.", said Tsuna while rolling his eyes. After replying he headed to his office with waiting for a reply.
As soon as he closed his door he could hear giggles and swearing from the hallway before slowly fading away. Sighing and rolling his eyes, he looked around the room until his eyes landed on Enma sitting on the couch. "See what I have to put with."
Between fits of laughter, Enma replied, "You know that you only brought it on yourself. How many times have the other guardians caught you and Hibari-san together in this office? If you would keep it in the bedroom then maybe so would they."
"Are you calling me a pervert? Like saying I like my other guardians seeing me and Kyouya together. The other's have only caught us twice and that was a while ago, we don't like peepers. Anyways on to another subject, you have paperwork that for some reason still comes to my office, but since you are here now I won't have to mail it to you.", Tsuna asked a little miffed, but otherwise playing it off. He knows how his guardians are and it isn't like he hasn't walked in on all of them before in their offices.
"Yes, I am calling you a pervert. Since none of you know how to lock a door, either to your office or to your bedrooms. It is especially bad when one of you gets back from a mission, especially a long-term mission. The maids blush sometimes whenever you and kyouya, or Takeshi and Hayato walk by together. As for the paperwork, I have no idea why you are still getting mine. Which pile is mine? I will finish it here while I have time.", Enma stated with a blush on his face. It didn't help that a couple time Enma has actually walked in on his best friend and the cloud. Almost through the whole speech Enma was blushing.
Chuckling to himself, Tsuna picked up a pile of many 50 sheets and placed it on the coffee table before the other. "If you didn't like to see maybe you should have covered your eyes instead of staring. Calling me a pervert is the pot calling the kettle black. This is your paperwork, I think it's about fifty pages. I can't tell you what it all contains though. Would you like something to drink before we begin? I know we just had lunch."
Enma blushed then looked away from the all- knowing look he was receiving from his friend. Clearing his throat he replied, " Nevermind all that, lets just get started with this paperwork. I would like some tea if you please, thankyou."
Thinking that was enough hassling his friend, Tsuna walked behind his desk and sat in his chair before pushing the kitchen button on the tabletop phone. "Hello, you bring up to my office a cup of tea and coffee, please. Thankyou."
"Of course, Decimo. Would you like a snack as well?", Maria inquired.
"No thanks, we just had lunch. The refreshments are needed while we finish this mountain of paperwork.", Tsuna replied before smiling and ending the call.
In the kitchen the maids shared a laugh while Maria got the things ready for the two Decimos'. One coffee and a tea was carefully placed on a serving tray along with some sugar cubes for Shimon Decimo. Of course she knew which cup belonged to which Decimo. Shimon Decimo was a frequent visitor in the mansion along with his guardians. Walking out the swinging double doors she started to hum a song on the way to the Decimos' office.
A knock on the office door alerted the two occupants that the maid had arrived, without looking up from the paper in front of him, Tsuna replied, "Come in."
The door opened quietly and the maid shuffled in and placed the tea and sugar bowl in front and off to the side of the Shimon Decimo sitting on the couch and then did the same for Vongola's Decimo coffee; who was sitting at his desk in the middle of the room. When finished she walked back to the door and quietly shut it behind her, trying not to disturb the occupants from their task, before returning to the kitchen to tidy up from lunch and prepare for dinner.
The student's finished up their school classes and was told to return to their rooms. While preceding to said rooms the students passed a long hallway of doors; one of the closest to them opened and Hibari stepped out, without looking their way he walked down the hallway and stopped before the only door facing the opening of the hallway, knocking on said door he waited.
They waited semi patiently for the occupant of the room to open the door or call for the visitor to enter. The students didn't have to wait long before their question was answered. The door opened and Hibari-san stepped aside to allow the occupant(s) to exit. The first one to exit was Loser Enma, who smiled at the Cloud before stepping to the side and allowing another person to pass through the door. Dame-Tsuna came out of the office looking tired, but had a smile on his face the same as Enma.
Tsuna looked up questioningly at his Cloud before raising one eyebrow in question, he did not have to wait long for an answer.
The Cloud stepped closer, moving his head lower to place a soft kiss on the Decimo's lips, before moving away or trying to. Tsuna brought his hands up and caught Kyoya's head, before pulling it back down for a smothering kiss.
The student's stared at the scene while Enma blushed. Clearing his throat Enma said, "Tsuna maybe you should do that later when you don't want witnesses."
"Oh, come on Enma. I think Takeshi was right and work and play. I have finished my work, now it's time to play. If you'll excuse us, Enma?"
"I don't mind if you go play with Hibari-san, but I think the student's at the end of the hall have a problem with it.", Enma said mischievously; seductively saying play the same way Tsuna had.
Tsuna's eyes went wide at that and he pulled away for Kyoya to look at his classmates who looked stunned. Clearing his throat, he remarked "Sorry guys, didn't know you were standing there. Dinner should be in a hour and a half, so you should go to your rooms to dress and do some homework. Also forget what you just say okay, we wouldn't want to embarras ourselves, right?"
"Dame-Tsuna, YOU'RE GAY", was the response from his blushing classmates.
"Yes, I am. You don't have to yell it. I bet the whole mansion heard you. It wasn't a secret by any means, you guys just never asked.", Tsuna replied, after this he grabbed Kyoya's hand and walked elegantly towards the student's, throwing his head back he asked Enma, "Hey, Enma. When dinner is served would you have someone could and get me?"
"Of course, Tsuna. Have fun!", Enma replied with a blush and a smile.
"Oh, we will. See all of you at dinner.", Grinning evilly he made his way to the elevator. It opened and Tsuna shoved Kyoya in before stepping in himself with a little wave at the student's and Enma. The elevator ride was short, getting to their floor Tsuna walked out with Kyoya leading down them down the hallway before disappearing into his room and locking the door behind them.

Thanks to everyone that is still interested in this story beside the long update time. I will try to update every two weeks, but I am a stay at home mom of three so I don't have much free time, except for nap time. It will probably be more frequent come August since I have two kids going to school this year instead of one.
