((Boredom…I don't even get a spring break. I get four days off including the weekend. UGH WHY. So I get to write while watching Spider-Man. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! It's time for another bonus chapter!))

This chapter takes place immediately after Dark takes control and focuses on what happened to Sonic when he was corrupted. This is in Sonic's point of view.

The world went black. I was awake. I had my eyes open, but it was black. I blinked a few times, and it became brighter. I stayed still as the world came into focus. I saw black tree branches over me against a white sky. I sat up and shook my head to clear it, but it remained foggy. The world around me seemed vast, but it was small. I stood and started to run; to explore as questions that had to be asked. Where was I? What was going on? I didn't need to ask for very long; I gasped as I remembered everything before I woke up in a rush of memories.

Dark. He's won.

What about Sally? Or Amy? What will happen to all my friends and the reality we know? I knew Dark's plans, but it couldn't be limited to ruling a world of darkness. No, this was bad; this was very, very bad…

Suddenly, I put on the breaks and stopped before a wall. It was transparent, but not glass. It seemed to waver, like fabric, but it felt like glass. It stretched in a dome, like I was in a very large snow globe. Beyond it were faint visions of life. It was my life, through Dark's eyes, and what was going on at that moment. But as soon as I saw it, a second later, I forgot it. I couldn't make sense of what was happening out there, so I turned around to examine the world from the edge of my mind, because that's where I was; lost inside my own mind.

The world seemed very neat, very quiet. A forest of silhouetted trees stood in front of me. It resembled the Great Forest, one of my favorite places. It was peaceful, the complete opposite of what could be going on outside.

Outside.

I have to break out. How did Dark do it? He had unintentional help from me, unfortunately, which must have weakened the wall separating me from reality. I had no help. I'll have to test the strength of my own will.

I turned back to the wall and tapped it. It seemed to be very sound. I was strong, I could break free.

I started pounding on the wall, punching it, trying to break it. I felt the world seem to tremble behind me. I was doing it right. I started pounding harder. I have to break out. I have to get back. I have to…

The wall seemed to harden beneath my fists. This was Dark fighting me back. My punches became more ferocious and desperate, but the wall didn't budge. The world behind me shook violently, begging me to stop. I was risking destroying my mind, going insane, if I keep going against the pressure Dark was enforcing the wall with. So I stopped and just watched helplessly as the wall wavered before me like a flag. I turned around to face the world again, and slumped against the wall, sliding into a sitting position. The realization of what had happened gradually sunk in.

I'm no longer in power. I lost a battle that meant the life or death of Mobius and my friends. People could die because I was weak at mind, and I made a mistake in thinking that my will of good was stronger than Dark's evil. The Chaos Emeralds noticed the darkness in me before the light, and that led to my downfall.

Time is moving slowly, and a lot to think about.

((This is a really short chapter, but that's what happened to Sonic. There isn't much to say about it. I apologize if this chapter doesn't make sense; I was writing this while watching TV, which probably isn't the best combination.

If you have any suggestions for other bonus chapters, please review. I've gotten a few good ideas, but I could keep these chapters coming for a long time, and there is no limit to them as long as you guys keep giving me great ideas! Thanks for everything, you guys! See you soon!))
