A/N: The Virus is trying to get info on the Battlizers , that is not a good idea . This enemy definitely puts all others to shame . Note that the Battle Simulation Room was an added touch of my own that was apart of the Aquabase rebuilding plans after the monster Jinxer took over the Lifeforce Megazord and caused it to attack the Aquabase leading up to the season finale of Lightspeed Rescue .

Chapter 22 : Ranger Declaration
Aquabase - Battle Simulation Room
Everyone of the Rangers were in the newly built Battle Simulation Room which was nearly as big as the Animarium , it didn ' t have as many gadgets as Ranger Ops , just the ones that controlled the big screens that filled the room . The screens were used to play back previous battles that the Rangers had fought in and to go over scenarios for any battles in the future .
" This place will work perfectly to get us ready for what ever the Virus decides to throw at us next . " Eric looking around .
" There is also a training and workout room next door . " Joel said .
" Perfect for sparring . " Shane and Hunter both said .
" Hunter ' s going to ask if I have been training I can just feel it . " Blake whispered to Xander who chuckled .
" Would that be a bad thing mate ? " Xander confused .
" He ' s been asking me everyday since I started racing with Factory Blue . " Blake said in the same low whisper .
" So , Blake , I haven ' t had time to ask , but have you been keeping up with you training ? Cause if not I can always help you get a work out . " Hunter asked putting an arm around his brother .
" Hey man , I have been working out , but its not like I have sparring partner when I am on the road . " Blake said as Xander looked at the two .
" Then its a good thing you have your brother here dude to help you out . " Hunter said .
" Yeah , thanks man . " Blake smiled knowing that Hunter was going to try and kick his butt like he use to do when they were growing up .
" Can you guys hold of on that until we can go over what happened today with the battles and how to better prepare ourselves for the next battle ? " Tommy asked .
" Of course , " Hunter and Blake both said .
" Mind if I join you guys ? " Carter asked as he stood in the door with the assist of Ryan and Corcus with Dana and Billy behind them .
" Yeah , come on in guys , but Carter you should be resting . " Tommy said .
" I told him the same thing , but he wouldn ' t listen . " Dana said looking at Carter .
" I couldn ' t just lay there with my team and fellow rangers fighting off the Virus . I may not be able to fight right now , but I want to help . " Carter not taking a no for an answer .
" Spoken just like a true man in red . " Jason smiled as Ryan and Corcus helped Carter to a chair .
" Our fearless leader , " Joel and Chad said .
" How are you feeling ? " Kelsey asked shaking her head at the Green and Blue Lightspeed Rangers .
" I am not going to say good , but not bad . So , what are needing to talk about as far as the next battle ? " Carter looked at Tommy and Jason .
Hayley turned on the battle simulation of the most recent battles from the moment the Virus started .
" I have asked Hayley , Cam , Billy , and Justin to go back over everything that has happened so far since the Virus showed up and have asked Andros and Leo to provide us with the fights on Mirinoi , KO - 35 , and the attack on Dex from Space as well . I am hoping to find out what the Virus is planning next and how to be better prepared for the next battle . " Tommy said .
" Why haven ' t we just gone after the Virus ? " Chip asked .
" For one we don ' t know his weakness yet which we are also working on and two we don ' t even know where the Dark Tower is located . " Jason said .
" This Dark Tower could also be heavily guarded and booby-trapped so even if we knew where the Tower was located rushing in there unprepared would be foolish . " Tommy said .
" So , how do we get our friends out if we don ' t know where the Tower is located or what ' s protecting it ? " Trip asked .
" We are coming up with a plan to gain us entry into the fortress as soon as its ready we will go in and get our friends out , but we will need to do this without alerting the Virus or his army . " Tommy said .
" The battles are all ready to go Tommy . " Hayley said replaying all of them in order .
" The first battles were on KO-35 and Mirinoi at exactly the same time and not to long after the massive earthquake that hit earlier today . " Jason said .
" Which is when we saw old enemies that we thought were already destroyed in the form of Quantrons and Cogs on KO-35 . " Zhane said .
" The same with the Sting Wingers on Mirinoi . " Maya added .
" Exactly , we thought the Quantrons along with most of the Cogs were gone when Zordon ' s Wave either eliminated or altered all of those that were apart of the United Alliance of Evil . " Andros said .
" And that the last of the Cogs were destroyed when the reminisce of the Machine Empire were stop from using Serpentera when it was still a zord . " Eric reminded them .
" We also thought that the Sting Wingers were no longer around when Trakeena and Scorpius were gone . " Mike looking at the screens .
" So , did the Virus or did the earthquake bring them back ? " Carlos asked .
" I don ' t think the earthquake itself was responsible for bringing back old foes . I believe it may have been the Virus that caused the earthquake and that the lights of evil brought back the old foot soldiers . Now the old generals like Zurgane and Zeltrax may have been brought back by the Virus ' s power . " The Phantom Ranger had been sitting in the back of the room with Dex and Trey wondering if there was anything on Eltar that could help the rangers deal with the Virus .
" What type of powers does he have to be able to bring back such powerful foes like Zurgane and Zeltrax ? " Kira looking at the recent battle with Zurgane and Zeltrax .
" The same type of power that allowed him to bring back the Psycho Rangers and revive the A-Squad . The Virus is not just a name that the Great Warriors gave him , but its the monsters actual nature . " Rita looking at the giant worm form of the Virus that had been in Zen-Aku ' s mind .
" He was able to suck the life out of planets by the use of decay and corruption . He is like a disease , but instead of striking the body with an illness the Virus goes for something that to him would be much sweeter to alter and that is the soul of any species . The Virus can take away what makes up the very part of us that makes feel remorse , passion , and even love and turns those into what you have seen into creatures no longer bound by the morals that you rangers have now . Very few creatures can turn back once their souls have been corrupt or destroyed . " Zedd explained .
" If a creature or spirit can ' t be alter if its soul has been corrupt or destroyed then explain how Zen-Aku changed ? " Merrick looked up .
" It could be that Zen-Aku ' s soul was still intact when he was working for the Virus or you could actually have something to do with healing Zen-Aku ' s soul which is giving him a second chance . " Zedd said .
" Me , but I was the one who touched the Cursed Wolf Mask . " Merrick with a look of disbelief .
" Why did you go after the Wolf Mask ? " Zedd asked .
" To protect Princess Shayla after Animus was killed . " Merrick said .
" You did go after the Cursed Mask for selfish gain or to be used for an evil purpose and ever since you been realise you have been fighting with the rangers am I correct Merrick ? " Zedd asked .
" Yes , of course , why ? " Merrick asked .
" Your actions to redeem yourself and fight along side of the rangers could have helped alter or even healed Zen-Aku ' s soul which now has him seeking his own redemption . You were never evil to begin with Merrick , but what lied inside of you was able to break the curse in Zen-Aku ' s soul . " Zedd said .
" So , if this Virus can corrupt anyone ' s soul why hasn ' t this thing decided to come after us ? " Joel asked .
" While corrupting or causing one of the Power Rangers to be evil isn ' t impossible , because it has been done before , " Rita said making many of the ones that had been changed cringe .
" Its not the best option to work with , too often in the past creating evil rangers out of you guys hasn ' t worked for many of the villains you rangers have faced . Even during the time when Rita and myself were still bad make you guys evil failed and I am sure the Virus knows this . There is something about you guys being touched by the power that has been able to spread and reverse the affects to those like you who have been turned by any evil villain in the past . " Zedd said .
" But , what about the Psychos and Cybers , they have powers similar to ours , but they were corrupted and can ' t be changed back ? " Syd asked .
" The Psycho Rangers true forms are of creatures who were long corrupted by the Virus when he was once Dark Specter which will not allow them to change . The Cybers if I heard correctly were already evil to begin with and that probably drew the Virus to them in someway . But , now thanks to the Virus and his army they are now heartless and souless which means any hope for them was lose when the A-Squad was changed into the Cyber Rangers . " Zedd said .
" This Virus is evil through and through , corrupting souls is despicable for any living creature . I can ' t sit back and watch this happen , so , what is the coarse of action we must take ? " Cole looked up no longer able to keep his anger down .
" As soon as Ninjor , David , and Aurico gets back we will be able to go over the last part of the artifacts to see if anything can be found in them about the Virus . " Rita said .
Carter was watching the battle inside of the burning building with Major Sheeba .
" So , is this what you were talking about as far as the Virus testing the battlizers Tommy ? " Carter asked watching Sheeba move out of the way of the laser fire from the Trans - Armor Cycle Battlizer .
" Yes , it is Carter . " Tommy answered .
" I see what you mean now , it definitely seems like he wanted to see the Trans - Armor Cyce Battlizer . So , the only ones he hasn ' t seen is Andros and Leo ' s Battlizer ? " Carter asked looking at Andros and Leo .
" Yes , but it could only be a matter of time before they force our hand into using either one of them . " Leo said .
" Which means we need to be cautious . " Andros added .
" I better the Megabattle Armor wouldn ' t even stand against them . " Chad said .
" You can say that again . " Joel and Eric agreed .
" We can ' t give up before they even face us . Sometimes the littlest power can take down the biggest villains . Some of us have been able to take down the head villains numerous times without being able to morph and we did it by just believing in ourselves . " Conner said shaking his head at the thought of giving up .
" Conner has a point , we need to stay strong in the coming fight against the Virus and until Ninjor and Goldar can get to us with whatever they have we will need to work together to make sure that everyone we care about and everything dear to us stays safe . " Tommy was becoming more and more proud of his old student . Conner was came from a long line of Red Rangers and Conner was proving that he was the right one chosen to be the Red Dino Thunder Ranger .
" So , how about we here make a declaration to not stop fighting until this Virus is destroyed ? " Ryan asked .
" Why not we here make a declaration to not stop at all , until the earth is completely peaceful and no matter what the dangers we stand together to fight to protect the Earth . " Merrick looked at his fellow rangers .
" You might need us to make that declaration . " Aurico , David , and Ninjor walking into the Battle Simulation Room .
" I agree , " Doggie Cruger had walked into the room with Nova , Omega , and Kat Manx .
" Uhm , Sir , I don ' t mean to overstep my boundries or anything , but where have you guys been ? " Sky asked concerned .
" Tommy asked us to see if we could not create a temporary wormhole to bring the Time Force and SPD zords from the future . I had them hid from sight of the Virus just in case of an emergancy . " Doggie Cruger said making the SPD Rangers and Time Force Rangers look at him .
" So , the Q - Rex is here somewhere ? " Eric asked making sure .
" And the Time Force and the Time Shadow Megazord . " Doggie said .
" The SPD SWAT Megazord and Omegamax Megazord is here too . " Omega said to them .
" So , we are now trying to bring back the old zords ? " Tori asked .
" Just in case something decides to get bigger . " Tommy said .
" So , now about that declaration . " Aurico said .
" How do we put our name on the declaration exactly , dudes ? " Dustin asked .
" By calling out your ranger identification , Jason as the first red ranger you should explain the declaration we are make here today . " Tommy said .
" This declaration is for all of those here who call themselves Power Rangers and their allies as a vow to putting a stop to anyone who sides with evil starting with the Virus we are dealing with now and anyone who shall come in the future . As new rangers come up they will be given the opportunity to make this same vow as we make here today . Cause any one who has been touched by the power or who has seen the power knows that it is the justice that we stand on to protect all of those touched by evil here on the Earth , across the Galaxy , and even in other Times . As a family we stick together when evil comes against us . So , do you guys say ? Are you in ? " Jason said .
" Any one who is willing to except this declaration should call out their ranger identification at this moment . " Tommy said .
" Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " Jason called out where he was standing .
" Black Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " Zack stood up beside Jason .
" Blue Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " Billy stepping up .
" Yellow Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " Trini was already standing .
" Pink Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " Kimberly standing next to Trini .
" White Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " Tommy moving next to the rest of his original team mates .
" You guys are missing one , Green Mighty Morphin Power Ranger ! " as Tom the clone of Tommy appeared next to the now original seven shocking most of them especially the real Tommy .
" Tom , what are you doing here and how did you get here ? " Tommy asked .
" Ninjor sent a message that you guys could use an extra hand and how can the Power Rangers be complete with out the original green powers . You did say anyone who was touched by the power would be welcomed as family and have I not been touched by the power ? " Tom asked .
" Of course and you are more than welcome to join us . " Tommy said .
" And the Mystic Mother made it possible for us to not draw on each others energy , by splitting our link to each other . " Tom looked at Rita .
" Call it me making up for creating the Evil Green Ranger . " Rita winked at Tommy looking at her .
All of the original seven had agreed to the declaration and now looked at their successors .
" I guess its our turn , " Delphine looked at the Aquitian Rangers .
" Red Aquitar Ranger ! " Aurico who agreed by calling out his rank .
" White Aquitar Ranger ! " Delphine said .
" Blue Aquitar Ranger ! " Cestro said .
" Yellow Aquitar Ranger ! " Tideus called .
" Black Aquitar Ranger ! " Corcus calling his identification to add the last Aquitian Ranger identification needed for the declaration .
Rocky looked at his team mates nodding looking at Kat .
" Zeo Ranger 1 - Pink ! " Kat started them off .
" Zeo Ranger 2 - Yellow ! " Tanya said with purpose .
" Zeo Ranger 3 - Blue ! " Aisha calling her new rank .
" Zeo Ranger 4 - Green ! " Adam not to be left out .
" Zeo Ranger 5 - Red ! " Rocky also in his newest rank .
" Zeo Ranger Gold ! " Trey of Triforia stood up with the Gold Power Staff next to the other Zeo Rangers .
Tommy and Jason both smiled glad as they knew that the Zeo Rangers would agree to the terms .
" As the only Turbo Ranger , I am in , Blue Turbo Ranger ! " Justin looked at his fellow Rangers .
" You are not alone Justin , for I will also make this declaration , Shadow Ranger ! " The Shadow Ranger came down from where he was sitting to stand next to Justin .
" He ' s right , we will stand up against evil , Blue Senturion , Defender of Intergalactic Law ! "
" Good to have you guys fighting with me . " Justin said .
" Zordon would be proud of his original rangers taking a stand against evil . " Lord Zedd said .
" I guess its time for the rest of us to step up . " Andros said .
" Red Space Ranger ! "
" Black Space Ranger ! "
" Blue Space Ranger ! "
" Yellow Space Ranger ! "
" Pink Space Ranger ! "
" Silver Space Ranger ! "
" Violet Space Ranger ! " Karone in her new ranger identity .
Leo looked at his team and nodded for them to get ready .
" Galaxy Red ! "
" Galaxy Green ! "

" Magna Defender ! "
Carter looked at the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers .
" I may not be able to fight right now , but as soon as my wounds heal up you will have me back in action , Red Lightspeed Ranger ! " Carter stood up with an assist from the table .
" Blue Lightspeed Ranger ! "
" Green Lightspeed Ranger ! "
" Yellow Lightspeed Ranger ! "
" Pink Lightspeed Ranger ! "
" Titanium Ranger ! "
Wes , Jen , and Eric looked at each knowing what they had to do .
" Time Force Red ! "
" Time Force Pink ! "

The Wild Force team was next who knew they were going to follow the other Rangers lead .
" Red Lion Wild Force Ranger ! "

The Ninja Storm Rangers looked serious knowing that they were among the younger team of Rangers , but they were certainly ready to fight when called upon .

" You guys ready to stand with our veteran rangers ? " Conner looked at the Dino Rangers .
" Of course , " Kira and Ethan said while Trent and David nodded their heads yes .
" Red Dino Ranger ! "

" Black Dino Ranger ! " David taking his brothers spot as the new Black Dino Thunder Ranger .
" White Dino Ranger ! "
" SPD roll call , " Commander Cruger said .
" SPD Red Ranger ! "

" Guys , we maybe the rookie team here , but we value the Earth just as much those that came before us . " Nick said .
" Then lets join them for victory . " Vida said holding up a V sign .

Now all of the Rangers had stepped up and made the declaration to protect the Earth from all evil , but before they could speak some of their allies joined in to put in their own names of wanting to help the Rangers .
" You are not doing this with out us . " Lord Zedd and Rita both said .
" I ' m more than happy to help , " Divatox now good added .
" Don ' t forget about that the great Ninjor is here to help Rangers . " Ninjor looked at them .
" Alpha has always severed the Power Rangers since the first day , so , you are not leaving this robot out . " Alpha said .
" I am here when ever you guys need assistance . " Hayley said .
" I will be more than glad to assist the ranger family . " Anton Mercer nodded who met the eyes of Tommy .
" Whatever assistance the Power Rangers need from the Aquabase and Lightspeed Rescue staff just name it . " Captain Mitchell walked in with Ms. Fairweather .
" The Masked Rider is here to help as well Rangers . " Dex putting in to help the Rangers .
" Hey , we want to help too . " Rito said as he walked in with Goldmire or Goldar as he use to be called .
" So , you must be Goldar ? " Zack asked .
" Yes , that ' s me alright , I am here to deliver what Zedd told me too . He is the ancient scroll that I was entrusted with to keep safe for when the time right to deliver it to the Power Rangers . " Goldar handing the scroll to Tommy .
'' Thank you , lets hope whatever is contained inside of it can help us deal with the Virus . " Tommy said .
Cam looked at the scroll ' s seal .
" Tommy , that is from the Thunder Ninja Academy . " Cam said .
" What ? " Hunter and Blake both said looking at it and standing behind Tommy and Cam looking at the scroll .
" Who are the names written on the scroll , Cam ? " Tommy asked .
" It says that the scroll was wrote by the Bradleys of the Thunder Ninja Academy . " Cam look up at the Thunder Ninjas as Hunter and Blake looked at each other .
" This scroll was wrote by our parents ? " Hunter said .
" It looks like its in the Crimson color , so , it looks like it was meant for Hunter to open it . " Blake said .
" Go ahead , " Tommy said giving the scroll to Hunter .
" Be careful dudes , scrolls can act in funny ways . " Dustin said as they all backed up with Shane , Tori , and Dustin all looking on wandering what was inside .
Hunter opened the scroll which began to glow in his Crimson Ranger color and it showed new weapons for both him and Blake locked deep up under the Thunder Ninja Academy .
" No way , " Blake said looking at it .
" I think the two of you need to address this before the situation starts getting worse than it already is , but for now everyone in the room is sworn to secrecy until both of the new weapons can be revealed . " Jason said and all of the Rangers understood .
" We can make for the Thunder Academy from Blue Bay Harbor . " Hunter said .
" I agree , " Blake said .
" Hold up for a second . " Tommy said .
" What ' s up ? " Hunter asked .
" I think before you guys leave , since it is getting late and it has been a long day for all of us . I think we need to work out the living arrangements just until the Virus is terminated . " Tommy said .
" The Animarium is pretty big so we could accommodate more people and we set up the magical barriers to protect anyone on the Animarium . " Cole said .
" Then we ' ll do this , if I am not mistaken the Time Force team has already been on the Animarium once ? " Tommy asked .
" Yes , we have . " Wes said .
" Then why don ' t we have the Wild Force team take the Mighty Morphin Rangers , Zeos , and Time Force Rangers to the Animarium . " Tommy said .
" Sounds good , " Jason , Rocky , Cole and Wes said .
" Tommy , I want to stay here closer to the Hydroship just in case anything happens and they need me as far as technical support . " Billy said .
" Sure thing , Billy . " Tommy said .
" We can take the allies and accommodate them on the Hydroship , it is designed to also severe the purpose of the humans and other species that do not need water to survive . " Delphine said .
" Ninja Ops is a large place , so , we could take the Dinos with us since they are a smaller team . " Cam said .
" Thanks for let us stay with you guys . " Conner said .
" David , will you be alright going with them ? " Tommy asked .
" Of course brother . " David agreed .
" I could take the Galaxy Rangers and Justin back to Astro Megaship . " Andros said .
" Then that will leave the SPD and Mystic Rangers to stay here with us since they have further to go and no ship to travel in . " Carter said .
" Then for tonight that is it guys , but all of us need to be here as early as we can tomorrow . " Tommy said .
" Blake and I will be traveling to the Thunder Academy first thing in the morning to retrieve the new weapons , so , we will be absent . " Hunter said looking at Blake who nodded .
" Understood , " Tommy said as everyone was finally allowed to leave .
" Come on , Carter , lets help you to your room . " Chad and Joel both said .
" Thanks for the assist . " Carter said .
" Don ' t worry about fearless leader . " Joel joked .
" Are you going to continue to call me that until I am able to fight again ? " Carter asked .
" Why of course , why wouldn ' t I ? I might even stick to it from now on . " Joel said making Chad and Carter both sigh as they left the Battle Simulation Room .
The other rangers went to their own living arrangements for the night . Kelsey and Dana showed the ladies of the SPD and Mystic Force teams to their rooms , while Ryan handled the guys of the same teams .
All of the rangers and their allies were hoping that the next day they would all have better luck at dealing with the Virus and his army .
