The next morning, Ginny and I snuck out of her room, since it was closer to the door. Luckily the boys were still passed out as we made our way to the Great Hall. Draco and Harry came in about fifteen minutes later looking horrible. Harry went to sit with Hagrid who wasn't to pleased to be babysitting the young vampire, as Draco went to sit with Snape. They never took their eyes off Ginny and I as they ate. Snape then escorted the boys away after we were done eating. Ginny and I went about our day as if there was nothing wrong, knowing the boys would be waiting for us back in the dorm.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Later that Night~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ginny had fallen asleep working on one of her papers and I smiled. I had put off my project for my Ancient Bloods class. I had to gather four or five samples of blood besides my own and examine them. I had to figure out what made up the blood of the individual and made it similar to another of its kind, if I had the same species. I had to gather blood still from Ginny, Draco and Harry. I already had Rons blood since he was all to eager to help with my project.
I woke Ginny and asked her if I could take a sample for my class. She agreed and went back to sleep. I then walked out into the common room where Harry, Draco and Pansy were arguing.
'Drakiepoo, why do hang out with these stupid Gryffindors? You should be home in the dungeons with me." Pansy squawked.
Before he could answer I chimed in, "Hey guys, Could I ask a favor? I have this project for Ancient Bloods and I need take a sample of each of your bloods. You too Pansy, if you don't mind."
Pansy huffed and put her arm out, "Make it quick, I have to discuss things with Draco."
I drew her blood and whispered in her ear, "If you want to die tonight, continue your argument. It is his mating season and he is trying so hard not to kill you. Leave quickly while I draw their blood."
She just grumbled and stomped out. Draco looked at me confused as I started to draw Harry's blood. Harry bared his fangs and growled. The moved as far away from me as he could while I drew Draco's blood. Draco had the same reaction as Harry. When I was done, Draco's eyes had turned a crimson red and he sunk his teeth deep into my neck. He then transformed into his true self, a demonlike bat creature. He wrapped his wigs around me so I couldn't move as he drank. Harry threw a curse at him hitting him in the middle of his spine, causing Draco to let go of me.
"RUN" He yelled as he jumped on top of Draco.
I ran to Ginny's room and slammed the door. I warded the door so they couldn't get in and Ginny woke to the sounds of Draco trying to break down the door. She saw the blood coming form my neck and went to work healing me. We stayed awake all night working on our projects. Draco was relentless on breaking into the room into the wee hours of the morning. he didn't stop until around 7Am.
A few hours later, Harry knocked politely saying he had brought up breakfast for us since Draco wouldn't let us leave Ginny's room. He explained that he had dosed Draco with six times the usual potion and he was out cold. He had also told the headmaster what happened and that Ginny and I had been excused from classes for the next two days. Then he handed me a letter from the headmaster.
Ms. Granger,
I know you life is busy enough at the moment, but would you mind planning the Fall Ball this year? You see Ms. Cho can't do it since her new class schedule is too hectic. Also, please use my personal potions chamber to work on your Ancient Bloods project, since you are the only student in your class it was easy to get you an extension. Thank you,
Albus Dumbledore
I sighed and packed my project in my bag. I grabbed some toast and headed to the Headmasters Office. I was going to work on my project in peace today, so I thought.
