"Careful! That light bulbs just hanging from the ceiling!" Kaoru shouted in horror as the host club crowded into the living/dining room. Rin rolled her eyes
"Well where else is it gonna be? The floor?" Rin whispered to herself shaking her head.
"This place is quite unpleasant but I think I underestimated commoner housing." Tamaki muttered and pulled his knees into his chest as if they were all in a closet desperately trying not to touch anyone else "I know it's a tight fit in here men but just pull your knees in and sit gym style! Commoners have specially developed this position to conserve space." He said as if that were true
"Well I'm gonna go make us some tea!" Haruhi announced through gritted teeth.
"I'll put away the rest of the groceries for you." I offered as I started organizing the food on the table.
"Hey here's an idea." Hikaru announced with a bored voice, you could defiantly tell he was unamused by the living space. "Why don't you make this?" He held up an orange paper bag with yellow flowers on it. "Its black tea our father brought us as a suvouneir from Africa. Here try it."
"Umm… I guess I can try it." She shrugged looking at the bag.
"Its best served as milk tea, do you have any milk?" Kaoru stated
"I think…when was the last time I bought some milk?" Haruhi asked herself
"You bought some today." Rin piped in, talking over Tamaki's little meeting with the twins "I just put it in the fridge I'll get it for you." Rin went to the fridge and grabbed the carton of milk.
"I'm sorry Haruhi…" Hikaru spoke as if her were dying of thirst. "You don't have to go to all that trouble, we don't need any tea! We'd be fine with a glass of water!" he reached out to her his hand shaking.
"What? It's no trouble." Haruhi shrugged. "Besides I already made it." Tamaki and the twins went into a little spiel amongst themselves as Haruhi served out the tea.
"Are you guys okay?" Rin asked tilting her head to the side "your acting weirder than usual."
"Okay guys the tea is ready, I'm sorry not all the cups match." Haruhi said as she finished serving the tea.
"It's fine none of our cups match either." Rin smiled "I think its cooler if the dishware doesn't match it gives it more character."
"Come on Haru-chan! You and Rin can choose your cakes first!" Hunny offered sweetly.
"Are you sure Hunny sempai?" Haruhi asked
"Yeah they are your cakes…" Rin said as her mouth salivated.
"Go ahead we eat this kind of stuff all the time!" Hikaru exclaimed but was immediately shushed by Tamaki and Kaoru.
"I'll have the strawberry." Haruhi said.
"She's so cute…" Tamaki Kaoru and Hikaru sighed
"I'll have chocolate please if that's okay?" Rin asked sweetly. Kaoru blushed as he heard her say that, the way her voice was so sweet and polite when asking.
Rin took a bite from her cake and couldn't help the satisfied 'mmmm' that escaped her throat. "It's so yummy!" she exclaimed taking another bite.
"You like strawberries right?" Mori asked as he set his strawberries on Haruhi's plate "You can have mine."
"Thanks that's nice of you Mori-Sempai!" Haruhi smiled
"Yeah that's sweet of you." Rin said in-between bites of her cake.
"WHY DIDN'T WE THINK OF THAT!?" Kaoru wailed
"I SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHARING STRAWBERRIES WITH HER!" Tamaki Cried.
"WHY DID WE LET HIM TRICK US?!" Hikaru bellowed
Hunny sighed as he set down his fork "Eating all that cake sure wet my appetite!"
"Yeah isn't it lunch time about now?" Hikaru puzzled
"Well then what's for lunch?" the infamous trio asked simotainiously tilting their heads to the side innocently like puppies waiting to be fed.
"Would you guys quit being so happy go lucky all the time please?" Haruhi grimaced.
"We'll take care of it, we did drop in unexpectedly." Rin was almost shocked to hear Kyouya offer to pay for something, he was so strange sometimes, one minute he's all polite but then he's polite with some rude hidden message under his words. "So we'll pay for lunch, why don't you just order us all some of your favorite sushi?"
"Thanks but no thanks." Haruhi refused sheepishly "I know if I let you guys ay ill regret it later."
"Oh don't worry Haruhi." Kyouya unsheathed his gold credit card like a sword as his glasses reflected the light in an almost sinister way. "We'll just pay for it using the profits from the photos of you we auctioned off."
"So I really am paying for it." Haruhi said as if she were seasick "well if that's what you want, I do have a friend who runs a nice little sushi shop nearby so I could just give him a call, their stuffs pretty high quality."
"Yeah me and my dad had it the first day we arrived in Japan." Rin noted "It's really tasty stuff." Rin was kind of disappointed she wasn't going to get to cook anything but it would be nice to get some sushi from her favorite sushi place. She hadn't eaten there in forever.
Trying to look as secretive as possible, Tamaki handed Haruhi a note that he scribbled on a piece of paper. Rin looked over Haruhi's shoulder to read it
Be careful Haruhi just because the sushi's packaging says premium doesn't mean it's high quality.
Rin rolled her eyes sighing. As smart as Haruhi is it's pretty obvious that shed be able to figure that out.
"HOW COULD YOU DO THAT? DADDY EVEN ATTEMPTED TO LOOK CASUAL AND NOT EMBARESS YOU!" Tamaki cried
"Id really love it if you'd make us something for lunch Haru-chan." Hunny suggested flowers dancing around his head.
"Don't Upset her!" Tamaki cried out "Try to resist!"
"Actually Rin was going to make something for lunch…" Haruhi puzzled "Are you okay with that Rin? I know this is a lot more people than you were expecting but…"
"Of course not id love to cook something." Rin beamed "Although its going to take some more time."
"We can wait!" Hunny threw his hands up in the air.
"I think we need to go to the super market again…" Rin stated.
"Were coming with you!" Hikaru stated
"We want to see a commoner's supermarket!" Kaoru stated
"Me too Me Too!" Hunny yell excitedly
"This could be a learning experience." Kyouya noted
"Turns out everyone is going…" Rin scratched her head.
"Yay!" Hikaru and Kaoru grabbed Rin's hands and ran out the door chanting "Commoners supermarket! Commoners supermarket"
"Guys slow down! I'm not wearing shoes!" RIn cried as they continued dragging her.
"I've got your shoes Rin!" Hunny yelled holding her orange flip flops in the air as he ran after her.
As soon as they reached the stairs she broke free of the twins grasp. "Thank you Hunny." Rin Smiled. She began putting them on then she felt A hand on her shoulder. She looked p and saw Mori holding her steady so she wouldn't fall. "Thanks Mori." She said gratefully as she slipped on the other shoe.
"Come on lets go!" Hikaru whined as he and Kaoru were getting impatient.
"Okay hold your horses." Rin said as she turned around but as she did she ran right into a red haired woman. "Oh I'm sorry mam'."
"Its alright." she said sweetly as she passed by.
"Who was that lady?" Kaoru asked
"I dunno… but she seemed familiar somehow…" Rin puzzled then realized something. "Wait where's Haruhi and Tamaki?"
"It would appear that they're still in the apartment." Kyouya noted looking back at Haruhi's apartment door.
"Hey what's that lady doing standing there?" Hikaru asked as the woman I ran into was standing at the door.
"Let's go see what's up"

"Hey boss what in the world is taking you so long?" Hikaru asked
"Whoa check it out that lady Rin ran into was Haruhi's Father." Kaoru noted
"Oh I totally forgot!" Rin slapped herself on the forehead. "Haruhi's dad is a transvestite! I've never seen him in his work clothes before!"
"Hikaru Kaoru help me out here!" Tamaki begged right before the twins stepped on him using him as a bridge to get to Ranka.
"It's nice to meet you Haruhi's dad, Were friends of your daughter the Hitachin twins!"
"So you're a transvestite aren't you?" Hikaru asked rhetorically
"You're the first real transvestite we've met!" Kaoru stated.
"You finally put the moves on Haruhi huh boss?"
"Sorry about him he's a ladies man if you know what I mean." Hikaru stated nonchalant
"He's a Pheromone machine, in fact I bet he's fooled around with more ladies than you can count!" Kaoru stated.
"So he likes to fool around huh?" Ranka seethed.
"No! I'm not a ladies man!" Tamaki shot up "I'm a nice guy! I care about her!" he exclaimed in a panic. Whoa! Is he finally admitting he like Haruhi?! Rin watched him her mouth slightly agape and wide eyes as he bowed to Ranka on his hands and knees. "I swear! I care about Haruhi like she's my own daughter!"
Rin could tell just by the expression on Ranka's Face that she thought he was a total idiot.
"Um Ranka?" Rin called out stepping into the house cautiously not wanting to anger Ranka more "I don't know if you remember me but I came over a few weeks ago?"
Ranka stared at her blankly completely confused
"Rin Nakatani?" she tried
"OH I remember you! Your that Adorable little Redhead Haruhi tutors!" Ranka clapped "You're also the girl I ran into downstairs! I completely didn't recognize your uniform!"
"I could say the same for you." Rin laughed "I could hardly recognize you I've never seen you in your work clothes before! You look so beautiful."
"Oh stop you're a peach!" Ranka blushed. "So you all must be the host club I've heard so much about! Well you are a fine looking bunch of young men I'm not sure who I like best! What about you dear?" she asked Haruhi who was still watching Tamaki have a little freak-out. "I know why don't you boys call me Ranka? That's the professional name I use at the transvestite bar I work at."
"Professional name? You mean like a stage name?" Hunny asked innocently
"Exactly like that mitskune."
"Hold on how did you know my name sir?" Hunny asked in an adorable daze.
Ranka laughed "You two are 3rd years Mitskune Haninozuka and Takashi Morinozuka. And you two are first years in the same class as Haruhi and Rin you're the hitachin twins but I'm not sure which one of you is which. I've heard a lot about you."
"What? So Haruhi told you about us?" Hikaru asked surprised.
"No Kyouya told me about you two over the phone!" she said gleefully.
"You know you really are a beautiful person Ranka." Kyouya smiled sweetly
"HE WHAT?!" everyone exclaimed except Rin who was not surprised at all. After all he did call her dad to.
"Kyouya…" Tamaki growled grabbing his shoulder
"We've been entrusted with the care of his precious daughter." Kyouya stated obviously "it's only polite to introduce ourselves and give a periodic report. Ordinarily that would be your job. Wouldn't it?"
"I'm impressed the club has such a capable president. But wait a minute your only the vice president aren't you Kyouya? I guess that president of yours really good for nothing huh?" Every one of Rankas harsh words seemed to be an arrow shot right into his body but for Kyouya it only added fuel to the fire that was his ego.
"You never mentioned this to me dad! Why did you tell me you were getting calls from Kyouya sempai?!" Haruhi yelled in utter shock.
"What am I supposed to do Haruhi? You rarely tell me anything about school…" Ranka pouted.
"So that makes it okay to talk behind my back?! Come on sempai would you please stop growing mushrooms in other peoples closets?!"
"How are you even doing that?" Rin puzzled as she watched Tamaki grow mushrooms at an amazingly fast pace.
"Haruhi the thing about you is…" Ranka Jumped up and cuddled his daughter "your cute even when your angry!" he squealed
"I don't know what it is about him but Haruhi's dad reminds me of someone…" Hikaru noted
"This explains why she's so good at handling the boss." Kaoru mentioned
Haruhi suddenly Grabbed Rin and walked towards the door "Wait Haruhi where are you going?"
"The supermarket alright?" Haruhi said bitterly "I have to go shopping and I wanna do it by myself."
"Then why are you taking Rin with you?" the Twins asked simotainiously
"Because I'm the one making lunch." Rin explained, once again slipping on her orange flip-flops.
"So all of you just stay here and try to behave yourself." She noted walking out the door.
"Wait! We want to go to commoner's supermarket!" Hikaru shouted on deaf ears as Haruhi and Rin ignored him.

"Why didn't he tell me I had no idea Kyouya sempai's been calling him and giving him updates…" Haruhi grumbled.
"Don't be so upset Haruhi, he only wants to know what goes on with your life." Rin patted her on the shoulder "
"He called your dad to?" Haruhi asked astonished.
"Yep." Rin said popping the p "I started choking on my fish when he told me."
"What's with that guy anyway?" Haruhi asked clearly annoyed
"We'd all like to know wouldn't we?" Rin asked rhetorically looking at the sky "Maybe he's just trying to be an efficient vice president?"

"What do you think we should make?" Haruhi asked Rin as they entered the supermarket
"Huh you know I didn't really think about that…" Rin laughed lightly "maybe some kind of soup since we have to feed a lot of people but that might take too long."
"How about a pizza?" Haruhi suggested
"You really like pizza now don't you?" Rin smiled "Ever since I made it for you mentioned it a few times."
"It was really good." Haruhi muttered
"As much as I would love to cook you a pizza, I don't think I can make enough of it from scratch in time." Rin shrugged "But next time I'll make a pizza just for you and I'll put mushrooms on it."
"Thanks Rin." Haruhi smiled "But we still need to think of what to make."
"Right right…." Rin bit her lip in thought "Just walk around and look at the food if you get any ideas come find me okay?"
"Alright." Haruhi headed towards the vegetables.
"Okay let's see…" Rin grabbed her chin studying the meat in front of her. "I don't think anyone in the host club is a vegetarian… what mean would everyone like? I could make some chicken curry… or maybe that Asian beef recipe I saw?"
"Ri-chan look at how fast were going!" she whirled around to see Hunny sempai riding in a cart while Takashi pushed.
"Hey what are you guys doing here?" Rin laughed as their cart came to a stop next to her "Did you follow us here?"
"Yep!" Hunny smiled cheekily "Ranka said it's called the stalking game!"
"Oh I see…" Rin said awkwardly.
"What are we having for lunch RI-Chan!" Hunny asked "Takashi and I are starving!"
"Yeah." Mori grunted
"Well I haven't really decided yet…" Rin chuckled dryly "I'm trying to think of something that won't take too long but can feed everyone."
"Haruhi said something about a stewpot." The twins appeared with mischievous Cheshire grins on their faces.
"Ooohh!" Rin Smiled "That's a good idea!" I picked up some beef "Stew pots are always great with beef, what else should we put in it?"
"Make sure there's chrysanthemum." Ranka appeared with a sinister glint in her eye "Lots and lots of chrysanthemum…"

"Here Tamaki Chrysanthemum your favorite!" Ranka smiled evilly as she filled Tamaki's bowl with Chrysanthemum,
"This is delicious Ri-chan!" Hunny sempai exclaimed
"Well I can't take all the credit." Rin smiled "Haruhi helped me, and stew pots aren't all that complicated."
"Speaking of you and Haruhi how did you two meet again?" Ranka paused from torturing Tamaki with Chrysanthemum "I remember last time you visited you started to tell the story but you had to go home."
"Yes I'm quite curious as well." Kyouya piped in "I believe you said you two met in the showers."
"Okay one its not as perverted as Kyouya is making it out to be…" Rin stated "And it's actually a funny story…"
