"Oh god my neck…" Rin groaned as she rose up from her bed wincing as the aches in her neck flared up. She turned her head cracking her neck to relive some of the tension. "What did I sleep on?" She looked behind her where her head was and saw Haruhi's foot there. "Oh…that's why…" Rin shrugged and hopped out of bed stretching to the sky then touching her toes. She padded over to her bathroom as she stretched out her arms. She opend the door seeing Haruhi there brushing her teeth. "Morning Haruhi…" Haruhi gave a wave since she had a toothbrush in her mouth. Rin grabbed her own toothbrush and spread some toothpaste on it.

"Haruhi can you pass me my deodorant?"
"Sure."

…...wait a minute…
In the midst on putting on deodorant and brushing her teeth Rin looked at Haruhi with furrowed brows for a moment.
"...what?" Haruhi asked as she cleaned off her toothbrush.
Rin poked her head back into her bedroom to look at the foot in her bed, she looked back at Haruhi, to the foot, then back at Haruhi.
"...Haruhi... Did you leave your foot in my bed?"
"…no…" Haruhi wiped her mouth with the back of her hand ridding her of all foamy toothpaste. "Rin are you still asleep?"
Rin calmly shut the door "Please don't freak out but there's an intruder in my bed." Rin explained while still brushing her teeth "I'll finish brushing then we'll make a run for it."
"What?"
"We don't want him to know we know that we know he's here." Rin explained even though she wasn't exactly sure that made sense "My dad has a katana we'll be fine."
"No I mean me though you knew them?"
"What?"
"Yeah we all hung out at the wedding don't you remember?"
Rin discarded her toothbrush and whipped her seemly rabid toothpaste ridden mouth with a towel puzzling while she did so "... I remember Iku almost breaking Tamaki's collarbone."
The wedding Ceremony went off without a hitch, the priest was sober, Yone sat quietly although glared DAGGERS at Rin, and there was no wild ape running about. So yeah, all and all it was pretty good. Although Rin did sneeze at an inappropriate time but no one seemed to pay much heed to that.
The only regret Rin had was she didn't have a camera for Daichi's face, .crap it was so hilarious. His jaw literally dropped open and if he wasn't completely in love with her before he sure as hell is now because let me tell you Iku looked Phenomenal.
Now the reception area, was… not as awesome as Rin thought it was going to be. There were tables everywhere and no room to dance at all! How can you have a wedding and not dance?
"Yone said it was only necessary for me and Daichi to dance, and that dancing would cause too much distraction for business talk." Iku explained. "It kinda sucks…"
Rin was having none of it. Nothing would 'suck' at this wedding besides the ss cargo because god knows there's no saving those little nasties. Rin asked some of the crew to help her move some of the tables out of the way. And of course, she helped to.
"Where did your friends go Rin?" Iku asked as she watched everyone move tables around, she would have helped herself but Rin would not let her, she was wearing white and that was a dangerous color to wear when doing the act of moving heavy objects "I thought they would stay for the reception?"
"Daichi said something about suits?" Rin Shrugged. "Come on Stan a bit more this way." She ordered her new crew friend Stan as she helped him move the table. With one final heave they moved the table to the desired spot. "Whew… okay I think that's good… thank you Stan."
"It was a pleasure Ms. Nakatani." The man bowed to the little redhead.
"Now since there's already a Dj with my dad's iPod we can-"
"Hey Rin." Rin twirled around to see Haruhi standing there all gussied up in a suit.
"Hey Haruhi, You look really nice!" Rin said nervous not sure if she should say that Haruhi looks good in a suit. "Um… did you ask for a suit or did Daichi?..."
"He just gave me this one." She said simply "I don't think he knows."
"Oh…"
"Its fine I really don't mind, this suit is actually really comfortable." She said
"Oh well good..." Rin said sheepishly making a mental reminder to tell Daichi Haruhi is a girl.
"RIIIIIIIIII-CHAAAAAAAN!" Honey came flying in hugging Rin at her waist "Look! Dai-Chan gave us suits to wear to the wedding!"
"I see that." She smiled looking down at honey in his beige suit with a pink bowtie and a flower tucked in the breast pocket She looked up to see Mori not too far behind wearing a black suit with the jacket unbuttoned and a simple black tie. "You two look really nice."
"Yah hear that Takashi?! Rin said we look nice!"
Mori grunted in response nodding slightly
"Ah! My daughter!" Tamaki flew in in a very extravagant white suit with a red vest and tie. He scooped Rin in his arms "OH you look like a little fairy! I could just GAH!" Tamaki kneeled in pain as Iku's hand clamped down on his trapezius like the Jaws of Life. He dropped Rin and squealed in pain.
"I would ask you would refrain from lifting my sister when she's in a dress…" She growled, her teeth tightly clenched together.
"Okay…" Tamaki squeaked out.

"Okay that did happen..." Haruhi shrugged "What else do you remember?"
"Eh… I Remember you and I danced… oh wait… no we didn't. Wait. Did we?"

"Hey Rin, you enjoying the wedding so far?" Daichi asked his sister in law as she went to town in the horsdovers.
"Yes! Iove these cake balls!" she held up a ball of cake on a stick "I don't think I'll be able to put em' down."
"Well I'm glad." Daichi smiled.
"Hey where's your wife?" Rin asked looking around. "You should be with her."
"Bathroom."
"Does she have help?" Rin asked an eyebrow raised "It's Difficult to pee in a dress."
"She's got the Makeup Artist with her." He assured her "So Iku noticed that you weren't dancing any slow songs, why is that?"
"I find it the perfect opportunity to inspect these horsdovers." Rin smiled. "Besides, I didn't come with a date so I don't have anyone to dance with."
"Well why don't you and your friend Haruhi dance?" Daichi suggested. "He seemed like a nice young man."
"Haruhi? What are you…oh." Rin remembered Daichi thought that Haruhi was a guy. Probably should explain that little detail. "Eh… Daichi about Haruhi…"
"Speak of the devil!" Daichi exclaimed. Rin turned around to see Haruhi approaching with a crab ball on a toothpick in her hand. "There you are young man!" Daichi clapped her on the back making her choke on whatever was in her mouth. "Why don't you and Rin here dance on the next song?"
"Huh?" Haruhi's eyebrows shot up. "That… that sounds nice Mr. Aurelia, but-"
"You see Haruhi…uh…"
"And I-"
"Calm down kids! It's not like I'm asking you two to date just one dance." Daichi laughed good naturedly.
Rin looked at Haruhi who returned her gaze and gave a shrug. He was right it was just a dance nothing else, with her best friend Haruhi it would be fun.
"Okay." Rin nodded.
"Yeah sure." The two girls agreed.
"Great! Just be ready, the song will start soon." Daichi reminded disappearing into the crowd to find his Wife. Rin rested a hand on Haruhi's shoulder.
"You know how to dance right?" Rin asked nervously. "I don't wanna do that weird circle hug thing and just step from side to side." Rin had the pleasure of doing the 'weird circle hug dance' in middle school. Ryan Tobias asked her to dance and they never once made eye contact and never spoke again. It was awful.
"Yeah actually, the host club had a ball once and I had to learn how to ballroom dance." Haruhi assured her "Don't worry we'll be fine."
After a few more verses from the current song a slow one started playing. Haruhi reached for Rin's hand when…
"Dance with me cutie!" the most random blonde in a pink dress swooped in like a hawk dive-bombing a mouse and pulled Haruhi away to the dance floor.
"Oh wait I-" Before Haruhi could explain that she already had a dance partner she pulled her into a dancing stance and began swaying. Haruhi not wanting to embarrass the girl went along with it mouthing an 'I'm sorry' to Rin.
Rin winked at her mouthing an 'its okay' although now she realized the Dance floor seemed to grow as people were slow dancing all around her. Rin felt awkward so she did her best to maneuver her way out of the crowd and make a beeline for the chocolate fountain. Rin only had the opportunity to use a chocolate fountain once in her life and it was at a middle-school dance and if you ever experienced a chocolate fountain you would know that if you weren't one of the first ones to get there it's not as magical of an experience as you think it would be.
Suddenly as Rin was almost out of the myriad of dancing couples someone gently but firmly grabbed her wrist and tugged her back onto the dance floor, when they spun her to face them she looked up and saw…
"Kyoya?" Rin raised an eyebrow. "You like to dance?"
"Well the maid of honor can't very well dance by herself now can she?" He placed a hand on her waist and positioned her hand correctly in his. Rin's cheeks dusted a light pink, she'd never been so physically close to Kyoya before. Well there was that one fake-assault in the library but still. "Besides, how would it look if an Ootori left the maid of honor at her own sister's wedding to dance by herself while he was right there?"
The blush Flew away from Rin's face and she gave Kyoya a miffed look. "Oh, so you're just trying to get noticed by potential clients."
"More or less yes but this way we both win, you get to dance at you sister's wedding and I meet potential clients yes?" Kyoya gave her a spin and brought her back to him. "Besides…" he added "It would be a shame not to show off that dress Hikaru and Kaoru brought you."
"What?" Rin asked as she was twirled out and spun. Instantaneously without warning the world around her became a blur of people as everyone started switching partners. "Wait what?" "Crap." Rin whispered to herself as she tried not to bump into every single person within 2 feet of her. She was failing horribly. Suddenly someone bumped her hard enough to make her loose balance but before she could hit the ground a hand reached out from the crowd and pulled her into their arms.
"My, My such ungracefulness and from a host no less… have you learned nothing from me Rin?" Rin looked up to see Tamaki looking down at her with a disappointed expression. He tsked. "No matter, I'll simply have to teach you how to dance like a swan!" Tamaki switched up to a dancing position "Now follow me my little red robin." He twirled her around instructing her on how to dance and how her feet should be lighter "one two three, one two three, great my dear! Daddy's so proud! Tamaki was a really really good dancer. He was like a gazelle gracefully flouncing amongst a field of clouds. Although Rin…felt a little less elegant.
"That's Great Tamaki but shouldn't I be the one holding your shoulder?" Rin looked at her hand which was rested on Tamaki's Waist as his long elegant fingers rested gently on her shoulder. "I'm dancing the guy part."
"You are a host and when you dance you will hold a lady like the delicate Flower she is!" he proclaimed like it was the law. "Now dip!"
"What?! Tamaki Sto-eek!" as Tamaki fell towards Rin she jumped out of the way to avoid his weight. There was the sound of a head smacking the ground that was painful to just hear. Rin Turned back to Tamaki to see him lying on the ground disoriented and in pain. "I can hold your weight! Did you not see my lack of muscles?!" Rin presented her arms as the swirls went round and round in his eyes and he moaned in pain. "Tamaki do-" before she could ask if he needed advanced medical attention she was swept away on the dance floor yet again her sight on Tamaki disappearing.
"When you do something wrong don't stick around the crime scene." Rin looked up to see Kaoru was the one who swept her away. "Just run away and deny all charges."
"He fell completely on his own, I didn't touch him." Rin defended
"Good girl just like I taught you." He smiled a Cheshire grin and pulled her closer. "Unless you pushed him you bad bad girl." He whispered in her ear seductively as he dipped the redhead "Maybe you need to be punished."
"Oh please." Rin Scoffed "you sound like your brother." Kaoru pulled up Rin and spun her out into his brother's arms.
"He sounds like me? You think I'd stoop so far to play punishment games?" Hikaru asked "Well I'd have to tell you." He spun her in and out so her back was pressed against his chest. "You're completely right…"
"Weirdo…" Rin mumbled she was spun out again only this time as soon as she righted herself Honey-Sempai was flying at her.
"RRRRIIII-CCCCHHHHAAAAANNNNN!" Honey wrapped his arms around around her waist "Dance with me!"
"Oh-Okay!" Rin studerd as Honey began to spin her around as if they were playing ring around the rosy. And honestly Rin thought even though it was a little embarrassing... it was kinda fun. On the bright side Rin didn't have to worry about running into people because they had already steered clear of her and honey. Rin threw her head back and laughed as they spun around.
Honey suddenly let go of Rin who didn't register at first that she had been let go of. She spun around giggling completely oblivious of the person she ran into. The person felt like running into a gymnastics matt. And Rin would know what that feels like. Once in middle school she decided to try out for the gymnastics team she flew straight off the pole and face down on the floor causing her to break her nose. And that is why there is now a splat of red permanently staining the schools nice gymnastics matt.
This person whom Rin described as having the consistency of a gymnastics matt was identified as Mori-sempai. Rin looked up to see him looking down at her with a small smirk on his face. Before Rin could apologize for bumping into him he swooped her away to the dancefloor.
Mori was so tall that Rin had to put her hand on his bicep and Rin was so small Mori's hand was on the higher regions of her waist, but neither of them seemed to mind at all. Mori was such a strong lead Rin was almost standing on his feet, but it made Rin feel secure as she knew she wouldn't fly away.
With a spin Rin was for once gently nudged into her next partner which was none other than…
"Oh hey Haruhi!" Rin Laughed "What a coinc-woah are you okay?" Haruhi looked like she had been attacked by a bear, her hair all disheveled her bowtie all untied and astray and a few of the jacket buttons were missing.
"Those girls…" Haruhi choked out chocolate brown eyes wide in fear obviously scarred for life "Are insane…"
"It's okay Haruhi…" Rin pulled her into the Dance stance and lead them through the rest of the song protecting her from any other phyco-crazy-button-stealing-hair-ruining girls. "It's over now…"

"Okay what do you remember after that?" Haruhi Tried to Coax Rin into remembering who was in the bed.
"Well… there was that one girl who took the last cucumber sandwich…"

Rin was to say the least exhausted. She had danced with all her friends including her new friend Stan (in which Tamaki had a mental breakdown over but let not talk about that incident…) her dad, Iku, and even Daichi. Dancing. Is. EXAUSTING. There was a reason Rin never joined the Dance squad.
So the little red head slipped over to the orderve table to take a grab at those cucumber sandwiches she'd been eyeing all night. Seems like it's her lucky day! There's one more left! Rin pranced over and just as she was about to reach for it a hand covered in a black lace glove touched hers also reaching for the cucumber sandwich. Rin looked over to see another girl in a long flowy navy blue dress.
"You can have it." Rin was in an exceptionally good mood so she decided to be nice and let the other person have it.
"N-n-n-no…" the girl murmured who hid under the big flowery black and white hat "Y-y-y-you…H-Have it…"
"Wait… I know that studder…" Rin peeked under the hat a saw a familiar face. "IRIS?!"
"RIN?!"
The two girls stared at each other for a good long moment before embracing each other lovingly.
"I missed you Rin…" Iris said in her quiet melodic voice her studder now nonexistent now knowing she was in the comfortable presence of her best friend.
"Oh my god iris I missed you to! What are you doing here? When did you get here? Why didn't you tell me? Your hair is longer! How's school? How's everyone else? How many injuries has Ross gotten since I left? Is Eric still playing soccer? Your hat is so pretty! Are you taller? Did- whoa" Rin stopped abruptly resting a hand on her head swaying back a bit "Lightheaded."
Iris Giggled softly "I'm glad to see your still you."
Rin smiled "And you're still sweet as can be "Oh! Come here! I want you to meet someone!" Rin grabbed her hand completely forgetting to ask her why she was here and drug her over to where she last saw Haruhi, where she was trying out that chocolate fountain no one used. Perhaps everyone had the same idea as Rin. "Haruhi!" the Brunette spun around one of her cheeks puffed out like a chipmunk as she had just stuffed a chocolate covered strawberry in her mouth. "Haruhi! This is Iris my friend from America!" Rin Gestured beside her.
"Um…who are you talking about?" Haruhi raised an eyebrow. Rin furrowed her brows before looking to her side to see iris wasn't standing where she was gesturing.
"Iris?" Rin called out uncertainly, she looked around to see iris had hidden behind her. "Iris its okay, you don't need to be scared of Haruhi, She's super nice." Rin assured her
Iris peeked around her friend, looking at Haruhi with wide nervous eyes.
"Hi." Haruhi smiled sweetly. "It's so nice to meet you, Rin has said so many great things about you."
"N-nice...t-to me-meet you t-to." Iris squeaked her ears turning red. Iris was extremely shy, especially around people she wasn't sure about. When she first met Rin she was pretty nervous, but the fact she was crying made it a little easier to approach her.
"Are you visiting a family member?" Haruhi asked
"N-not really." Iris explained feeling a bit more comfortable around Haruhi's calm aura "My dad is the florist..."
"Seriously!? I didn't know that!" Rin said exited "the flowers look so so pretty!"
"Yeah...dad was invited and said I could come to." She shuffled her feet nervously "I didn't know it was Iku's wedding until I saw her."
"It's funny how things work out like that." Rin said happily.
"It seems a long way to travel for one wedding." Haruhi commented
"Rissy's dad runs a smaller branch of a much larger company." Rin explained
"He-he tr-travels w-with the flowers to make s-sure they don't get damaged the-then he makes sure they are arranged p-pro-properly." Iris explained
"They get to go to a bunch of cool places, they even went to Paris once!"
"Texas..." Iris said "Paris Texas."
"That sounds really interesting getting to travel around like that." Haruhi smiled
"Yeah... It's nice." Rin could tell Iris was starting to feel a little more comfortable around Haruhi as she wasn't talking over runs shoulder but now stood beside her facing Haruhi straight on.
"Did you introduce her to everyone else yet?" Haruhi asked and Iris ducked back behind Rin again at the mention of meeting new people.
"I think maybe taking it one at a time would be best." Rin said sheepishly.

"Oh!" Rin slapped her forehead "Duh! How could I forget?!"
There was a small knock on the door "Come in, were decent!" Rin said loudly enough to be heard through the door. It opened and revealed Iris. "Morning Rissy roo." Rin greeted calling her friend by her nick name.
"Morning." She said sleepily rubbing her eyes her A-line black hair in a huge mess resembling cousin-it. "Can I borrow some toothpaste?"
"Sure." Rin walked past her to grab some real clothes "When you guys are ready come downstairs. I'll make us all some breakfast.
