POV: Lucy

Cheers erupt all around me leaving me partially deaf as I cringe from the loud noises emitting all around me. It's starting to give me a bit of a headache and it doesn't help that the room is starting to get hotter by the minute. So many people shouldn't be packed in so tight in a room this small cheering on two heavily built to fight each other senseless.

I've never really understood boxing before, still don't, but boy does it get me mad to watch a total stranger throw heavy punches at my cousin. I don't normally endorse violence, even though I live through it on a daily basis at school with all the fights that Natsu starts, but I can't help but cheer Laxus on urging him to knock out his opponent, heavy weight champion Jura the Saint.

Not even fifteen minutes have passed that the match began and my throat is already sore from all of my screaming. Even Wendy's small voice carries across the loud roar of hysterical fans that surround us, but even she can't overpower the yells from the row of teens behind us.

"YEAH, YOU GET HIM LAXUS!"

"UPPER CUT! DO THE UPPER CUT!"

"WOO!"

Turning in my seat, I look up at the row filled with my fellow classmates who are practically blowing my ear out. Although it's a bit uncomfortable that the seat behind me is occupied by none other than Natsu, but at the same time I can't help but feel happy.

So far he hasn't realized that I was the one that broke into the headquarters not too long ago and that leaves me relieved, but even then I can't help to wonder if he'll ever find out the truth. I want to tell him everything and see what his reaction would be, but Kageyama's words haunt me preventing me from saying anything to him. What if he was right? What if Natsu really did kill me if he were to find out?

I guess it doesn't really matter much. There probably isn't much of a future between us anyway.

Dark amber eyes land on me and I feel my face grow warm from his intense stare. It feels like an eternity before Natsu's trademark grin stretches across his face directed towards me. I'm a bit shocked seeming as the last time I had actually seen him I had acted kind of rude towards him even if he didn't know the reason why. I almost feel bad for glaring at him so badly, but even then I couldn't shake much of the anger I still held within me.

He kept things from me just like everyone else. Even if he did try to protect me to the best of his ability, a secret was a secret no matter in what way you looked at it.

My lips curl into a small smile against my will causing the pink haired boy's face to brighten even more. I can feel my face heating up even more, but I turn back forward before he can notice it. My heart even does a little summersault at seeing him look so happy along with everyone else.

"Hey Luce, Laxus has gotten better since his last match hasn't he?" My heart completely stops at the sound of my old nickname. It feels like forever since I've heard it that it feels almost nostalgic hearing it now when we both aren't really friends, much less acquaintances.

"Luce?" I ask when I turn to look at him and he looks taken aback. I even catch Gajeel, who has joined in the loud cheering rather than be his silent grumpy self, slightly kick the pink haired teen's leg at the small slip up. Not even that small action has Natsu looking away from me as he stares at me nervously seeming to wonder if that would accidentally trip my memory, too bad that it's a little too late for that now, "Hmmm… I like it!" I declare causing both males eyes to almost bug out of their skulls.

"W–WHAT?!" Natsu exclaims looking absolutely dumbfounded, his eyes blinking a million times a second.

Giggling, I shrug my shoulders trying to act as if what I said was no big deal, "I said that I like it," and without another word I turn back in my seat to continue watching the match play out in front of me.

I guess pretending that I don't remember anything has its perks from time to time making it bearable to go through the passing days.

But still…

I sometimes just wish that I didn't have to pretend.

Sighing, I continue to watch the fight and notice my grandfather yelling at Laxus about something that I might have missed. I swear that from where I'm sitting I can see Makarov's veins jutting out of his forehead in rage. Sometimes I think that grandpa should take a break from being Laxus's manager/coach. I think that he goes through enough stress straightening out the over eccentric teenagers back at Fairy Tail. Not to mention also running that underground hunter's corporation.

As I'm watching the match play out I feel the seats behind me shift and I look up to see both Gajeel and Natsu standing up to leave. For some odd reason this has me panicking and I involuntarily reach out and grab Natsu's arm who looks down at me a bit stunned from my bold action.

"What's wrong Luce," he asks, clear worry showing on his face.

"N-nothing," I chuckle while releasing him, "Just wanted to know where you guys were going?"

"We're going to go buy some drinks after heading to the Loo," Gajeel answers indifferently while keeping his eyes trained away from me. In fact if I didn't know any better I could tell that his gaze was set on the nearby terminal that led down to the snack bar.

"Oh ok," I say as I'm about to turn around.

"Do you want something?"

Surprised, I look up at Natsu who has his bright smile back on his face. Gajeel glares at him to which Natsu deftly ignores as he waits for my answer.

Here he was asking if I wanted anything and for some odd reason I'm compelled to say no. In fact, I feel as if I should stall him, but once again my mind is drawing a blank as to why I'm thinking that way. It makes no sense so I ignore it, "Sure, I'll take some gummy bears," I finally answer to which he throws me a thumbs up and quickly heads away from me with Gajeel trailing right behind him.

The hairs at the back of my neck stand on end when Gajeel stops and glares down at me from the corner of his eye as if he were analyzing me. I turn around before he can notice anything in my expression and I try and act as if I didn't see him looking at me. I'm presuming that it works because they're both gone not soon after.

Once they're gone I try to focus on the match but my hands are sweating and my heart is beating fast. I can feel it hammering against my ribs like an electric breaker hammer. Plus the warning bells have come at full force and don't seem to want to go away as they drown out the incessant cheering of the crowd that surrounds me. It's unnerving and I know that I could possibly be in danger from anyone or anything that's inside this large stadium.

It's suddenly gotten very hard to sit still and I can't stop fidgeting as I pop my fingers one by one, but it does little to calm me down. I feel like I'm having a panic attack and my mouth has gone dry while perspiration has started to gather at the back of my neck.

Unable to sit still much longer I stand up and make my way out of my seat as I head towards the end of my row so that I can follow the guys down to the snack bar. I needed something to drink and I also needed fresh air that didn't involve a large hot room that smelled like BO.

"Where are you going," Jellal asks while grabbing hold of my wrist as I try to pass by him.

His piercing brown eyes strike through me making me feel like a deer in headlights. I feel caught even though I haven't done a single thing wrong.

At least not yet.

"I'm going to go buy water," I hastily say as I try to fight the urge to yank my arm away. He's one of them after all. Another enemy I have to build a mask towards in order to stay safe even when he thinks he's protecting me like the others, "Natsu asked me if I wanted anything and I told him I wanted candy but forgot to ask for a water and I'm thirsty so I'm going to go catch up with him."

"I'll go with you," he says while starting to stand up, "Erza went with Natsu and Gray and hasn't come back…"

"Then I'll come back with them," I say while pulling my hand away, "You stay so that way you can tell me what happens while I'm gone," I insist feeling almost desperate to try and get away from him. He gives me a hesitant look that seems to keep making him lean towards going with me and to be honest it was kind of pissing me off, "Jellal, I'm tired of being babied. Can't I just go and buy a drink on my own without having someone breathing down my neck every second?" I rip my arm out of his slackened hold and he stares at me a bit shocked, "I'm eighteen for god's sake, when will you all just give me some space," and before he can answer I'm storming away in a fit of fury that immediately dies out and is replaced with guilt.

It's not his fault after all. He's just worried like everyone else for my safety.

Sighing, I make my way towards the snack bar only to find that the trio isn't even there. In fact, the snack bar is pretty much empty other than the workers and an old man who's barely ordering a hotdog with a small soda for his grandson. This only causes my heart to speed up as I whip my head around trying to see if they were somewhere nearby. I suddenly remember that the guys said that they were going to go to the restroom before going to the snack bar and taking a wild guess I'm presuming that Erza also went to the ladies room.

Upon entering the ladies room not too long after I notice something that makes my worried state fall even further down the drain. The bathrooms are surprisingly empty and every stall has the door wide open as if someone had punched them open.

It was only then that I realized what was going on.

It feels like forever since I've updated! It feels so good to be back on FanFiction after about eighteen days of not updating and I am so so sorry for that!

So things have been a bit crazy with only a few more weeks till my graduation like Prom dress shopping, college stuff, plus I'm in the committee to help out with my school band's end of the year video, so things have been pretty hectic and my schedule has left little to no time for me to write and update until today. It also doesn't help that I had a bit of trouble with this chapter but I've finally finished it! I hope you guys enjoyed it and in the next chapter things are really going to get even more exciting and I promise that it wont take me long to update it because it's already been written. Who knows, I might even update it tomorrow if I get the chance.

- FanFictionLeon = So Gray apparently isn't evil. I'm happy that he isn't, but at the same time i'm kind of bummed. It would have been a real cool if he had kept the charade up a bit more, but even so I'm happy to see that both Levy and Erza are back in the picture. I'm more than excited to see what will happen next!
