Erwin - Who are you to talk? it's not like you own AOT/SNK or anything

Levi and Eren both slide on the clothes that are brought to them by Mikasa. Her eyelids have been painfully imprinted with the sight of the naked guys. Her eyes are wide and she leans against the wall silently while Erwin is further inside of the cell. It is quite clear that Eren is embarrassed, but Levi appears to be perfectly content.

Just as Levi is putting the shirt over his head Erwin sees the scratches on his back. "I see he marked you quite well..."

This causes Levi to turn towards his subordinate with a glare. "He got it worse," Levi hisses.

"I don't doubt it," Erwin sighs, looking at Eren and then at the slightly bloody rag on the bed. "He didn't do you in too much did he?"

Eren looks at Erwin with embarrassed eyes before forcing a smile. "He barely scratched me." At those very words, Eren takes a step forward and his face contorts into a pained expression. Erwin laughs at this.

"Ok then, whatever you say."

"So how did you get us out?" Eren asks, trying to take attention away from his crooked walk.

"With a lot of alcohol," the chief replies. Eren raises an eyebrow but doesn't argue Erwin's methods. "But I think it'd be a good idea if we went to go look for Ymir again. I don't..." Erwin stops talking when Mikasa stands up straight and leaves the underground prison. He puts up a single finger and follows her. She trudges quickly up the steps. When she is outside he grabs one of her arms. "Hey! Where are you going."

She turns around and has tears in her eyes. This makes him back up one step, not expecting the hurt expression. "How can you sit there and act like nothing happened. Like we didn't just see-aghhh.." She covers her mouth as she chokes again from the simple thought of it.

"What do you want me to do, Mikasa? Be disgusted or angry with Levi for fucking his boyfriend?"

"Could you not..."

"Why? That's exactly what Eren is to him. It was probably their first time but I can guarantee you it won't be their last so get yourself together. Really, I thought you were over that."

"I am. I just...I..."

"You weren't ready," Erwin says. He places two strong, reassuring hands on her shoulders. She looks up at him as he smiles down at her. "It's just something that you have to learn to accept and some things take longer to learn."

"So," They both look over to the side to see Levi standing nearby, "that's what it is. Ah sister, haven't we talked about this."

"Sister? She's your sister?"

"I don't know, but what harm is there in calling you that."

"I'm not your sister," she growls, not looking him in the eye.

"Fine, cousin. You know that wasn't meant for you to see, right?"

"Well then you should have gotten a room!"

"We were in a room."

"God, you know what I mean Levi! Did... did you hurt him?"

He smirks devilishly. "He's a titan. It didn't hurt that bad."

"I will kill you," she threatens.

"No, you could try, but you probably won't succeed."

Footsteps are heard behind them and Eren runs up. "Mikasa, I'm really sorry."

"For what?" She mumbles, looking at the ground.

"For... uhm... for..."

"Don't apologize. Who am I to make you feel bad for being in love. Besides, I already said that I'm Okay with you being with Levi."

"Really?"

"Better him than Annie."

"Great!" Erwin says, interrupting. Levi looks up at him. "We need to go look for Ymir. I have a bad feeling about her disappearance. Everyone stayed together when going to get Eren and somehow she separated from the group. I really don't think she is dead."

"I see your point," Levi states. "What are your orders."

"Get our best. Except Hange, I want her to stay here and keep an eye on Annie."

Eren looks around at the clear, orange skies. The sun has just set behind the horizon. "Isn't it getting too late?"

"Better late than never, right?"

Eren contemplates this but has never killed titans at night. "OK, I guess."

"Unless Levi hurt you a bit to much of course. You can stay inside the walls."

"No!" Eren complains. "I'm fine. I haven't slice a titan in quite a while. I need it," he growls. He runs off without anyone having time to react. Levi raises an admirable eyebrow at his fire. It's the part of Eren he likes most. Erwin places a hand on Mikasa's shoulder. "Can you go tell our best soldiers that we are heading out. Meet me at the gate." She nods at him, sends Levi one last side glance and runs off.

"So what's with you?" Levi says.

"Nothing."

"I meant with Mikasa."

"I don't know what you're talking about.'

"When you touch her, your eyes linger."

He lets out a weak laugh. "You've got it all wrong."

"I may not have much emotion, but I'm no idiot. I know them. I know you."

Erwin ruffles Levi's hair with a smile and he is quick to fix it. "You know me, do you? Then I wonder why you hadn't noticed so much about me."

"I did notice, I just wasn't interested. Not to mention, when ever you mop, you make the floor dirtier than it was when you started."

"I always hated that damn mop." Levi turns to walk away from him. "Was it nice? With Eren?" Levi stops in his tracks not turning to look at his old friend.

He lets out a sigh. "Hell yeah it was." His voice is steady and low before he walks away, leaving Erwin to gawk at that answer.

After a few seconds he smiles yet again. "Levi you haven't changed a bit," he whispers to himself. That being said, he walks to the gate. There, already equipped in their 3DMG is Connie, Sasha, Armin, Jean, and Christa. Just in front of the gate are Military Police. Mikasa stands in front of the group and Erwin walks next to her. "Is something wrong?"

"You are scouting regiment, right?" One of the military polices asks.

"Yes we are."

"You are not to leave the confines of this wall. Please return to your living quarters without causing an issue."

Erwin squints his blue eyes, giving them a daring look before turning around, saying nothing in reply.

"Hey!" Connie exclaims loudly. Everyone follows Erwin away.

Levi walks at his right hand as he usually does. Eren's eyes burn a whole in his back but he doesn't even notice, not like he'd care. The previous occurrence of events have passed. Now it is all about business. "So what is the plan?" Levi asks the blond leader.

"We're going over the wall."
