I collapsed onto my bed after I got off the phone with my now ex girlfriend Hope. Reason why? I caught her cheating on me with Carrie's boyfriend Trent... Only problem is, Carrie didn't see it and now Trent won't allow me to be near her to tell her about it. I freaking hate that dude more then ever now. So tonight I'm finally allowed to go over to Carrie's because Trent was out of town for a week. I grabbed my jacket and my house keys as I left my room and started leaving my house. After a little while I finally seen my destination. I walked up to a the pale blue door known as Care's front door and as I stood there, I heard a loud sobbing. I knocked lightly onto the door. "Care?" I heard light foot steps and the unlocking of a door before it opened. "Lens?" I looked in front of me to see Carrie in a baggy hood, her usual skirt and her beanie off showing her messy blue hair... The thing that actually showed up to my eye the most was Carrie's red puff eyes and tear stains on her cheeks. "Care? Have you been crying?" She looked away before walking her house sitting down on her parents couch covering her eyes with her knees. I walked in and shut the door silently behind me. "Care?" She kept her face covered. "Yeah Lens?" I sat down next to her looking at my best friend sadly. "What happened? You're never like this." She sniffed a bit before she pointed at her phone that was on the table, her face still being covered by her knees. "L-Look for your self... I-I can't get my s-self to t-talk about it." I picked up the blue covered phone and looked at it. It was a few texts from Trent. Hey Hope. ;). I knew right away what the idiot had done. Who's Hope? Uh, my new nickname for you. Because you give me hope. Aw. :) Not less then a minute later, Trent screwed up. Hey Hope. Carrie fell for it. See you at 8:00. WHAT? Who's Hope Trent?! Trent? Sorry Care, but it seems the cat's out of the bag, I've been seeing that idiot of a red head's friend of your's girlfriend. See ya and i guess we're through. After I finished reading as I looked over to Care. Her face was still covered by her knees. I put my hand on her shoulder to convert her. She then looked at me still hugging her knees. "Did you know about Hope and Trent?" I nodded. "Sorry I couldn't tell you sooner. Trent wouldn't allow me even 20 feet near you." She smiled slightly at me. "Thanks for at least trying to tell me." Her voice sounded hollow though. I knew she was still stuck on what just happened. I sighed as I knew what I had to do. "Even though you're gone and far away, I feel you all around. I think about it every single day. You got away somehow, I can't sleep, it's hard to breathe and I still feel you next to me. Now I can see." She smiled at me as I started to sing. I'm sitting' safe on the sidelines. Lost days, pictures fade, somehow you're still miles away. It's safe to say." She put her head onto my shoulder, it's weird she does this all the times I sang. Sorry that this isn't the one shot I said it would be, but I didn't get a background on what Wolves wanted so he/she said that they were going to come up with an idea after they finish they're homework.
