IMPORTANT NOTE: Alright so to make sure I keep my thoughts flowing and stuff like that, I got to do No-Song-One-Shots now and then between Song one shots. I woke up at 6:15 AM so I could get ready for band practice with the girls. Usually my sister would wake me up at 5:00 AM so this was kind of a sleep in day for me. After my shower and getting dressed I looked back at my clock and... It still said 6:15. I ran over to my phone on my dresser to see it was 6:57 and I had to be at Carrie's in 3 minutes. I picked up my bass's case and ran down stairs to hear my mom. "Have fun at practice Lenny!" I slipped on and tied my combat boots while I strapped my bass to my back and before I closed the door behind me I yelled a quick I will and then ran down the street to Carrie's crossing my fingers, hoping I won't be late.

Me and the twins were tuning and randomly playing as we waited for Lens to come, he's never late, and I mean never. Even if it only has been only two minutes. He's always early thanks to Laney, his twin sister, I wonder where he is. Right then the garage door was lifted to show a red face Lenny trying to catch his breathe. "Sorry,I'm, late." He sounded like he ran a marathon. "What happened to you Lenny?" I known it was the twins worrying about our friend. Don't get me wrong, I was worried about him too but he's track runner for the school, he's used to running for over hours out of a time just for a short practice. "Don't worry you two, I'm fine. I'm used to it remember?" He gave us a smiled before he unpacked his bass and jumped up on stage with us. "Alright, so let's let Lens tune before we start the real practice." The twins nodded as Lens started tuning his bass. "Are you sure your not worried about him Carrie? He looks a bit out of breathe still." Kim asked as Konnie nodded along. "Don't worry girls, Lens will be fine. Trust me." I didn't noticed till after I turned around that Lens fell asleep against his bass making me and the girls laugh. "Let's let him sleep. The run must of tried him out." Before the twins could respond Kim's phone went off and it turned to be a text from their mom about needing them home. "Sorry Carrie we got to go. Come on sis." I nodded as Kim before she started to pack up her keyboard as her sister grabbed her drum sticks. "Alright practice will be tomorrow then." They nodded. "Alright, see ya tomorrow Carrie." I waved as they left. I then turned my head back to the sleeping red head that now had his head behind his bass that was standing on his lap. I started to shake my head laughing lightly. "Have a nice nap sleeping beauty." I waked into my house allowing Lens to sleep in peace.

I opened my eyes to see I was still in Care's garage. I also noticed that Kim's keyboard was gone and Konnie's drum sticks were also missing. "They must have left." I yawned after I mumbled to my self getting up from my sleeping position. I packed my bass back up as I noticed that I had a marking on my face from my bass. "Nice. I slept that long?" I heard the taps of sneakers and a slow calm voice. "Yeah, you been out for more then a hour sleepy head. That run really tired you out." I turned just to see Carrie standing their smirking. "Oh hey Care. Sorry for cutting practice pretty short." She smiled. "Even if you didn't fall asleep Kim and Konnie had to leave anyway." I smiled back at her. "So, what now?" She waved me over to a door that went straight to the house. "We can watch a movie." I nodded as she lead the way to her house. "Zombie attack 3 or Zombpoctoips ?" I put on a straight face before I took the movie Zombpoctoips out of her hands and put it in the DVD player. Carrie laughed at me, this was our usual since we were kids. It's usually watch a movie,go for a walk in the park, or do both with a basketball game. We either laughing, getting upset, or pouting by the end of the movie. "Why did we watch that?" We both started to laugh after that. This was why we're best friends. We got along ever since we were kids. It might also be why I had a crush on her sense we were in fourth grade. Maybe. We just sat together on the couch and started told each other lame jokes to past time. "Hey Lens?" I looked over to see Carrie had her head on my shoulder. "Y-Yeah?" I knew I was blushing pretty badly so I had my face turned. "Your face is red." I blushed harder and mentally slapped my self. "I know." I noticed her head was no longer on my shoulder and then I felt lips on my cheek. Carrie then got up and started to walk upstairs. "See ya tomorrow Lens." I then put my hand on my cheek shocked. "Yeah, see ya."

Sorry the update didn't sound right here and there, I rushed on it so you guys would have an update. Meaning tomorrow will be the new update for I Must Be Dreaming. Remember to read the note at top and stay musical. :D
