Okay, okay, I'm so sorry for never really updating. I feel really bad, especially because I GOT OVER 300 REVIEWS! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Seriously.
Sorry for the super late update. School dictates my life during the school year. It's terrible; I think I've forgotten what's going on in this story -.-" So, if I have any mistakes, or something, gomen. Point them out and I'll go back and edit them.
Also, I'm glad that people are warming up to Teiru (of course, there are still a couple that want him to die, but... yeah). I tried to make him more humanoid in the last chapter, and it seemed to have worked!
Special, uber thanks to thestringsofgold! She gave me a fantabulous idea for this chapter (I'll tell you what it is at the end. No spoilers!) This chapter, hunny, is for you ;)
(btw, go and read her one fanfiction that she has posted. I couldn't stop laughing as I read it xD)
Disclaimer: LOL, nope.
"You can't wear that," Len says as he stares at me while I walk out of my room. He stands in the hallways our rooms share, arms crossed and legs spread slightly apart. I look down at my outfit and frown.
"What's wrong with it?" I ask, completely confused. All I have on are shorts and an orange tee.
"Hello? Everyone can see your sexy legs. That is't acceptable," Len said while staring at my legs.
"STOP LOOKING!" I screamed while smacking him. "Fine, I'll wear jeans." Two minutes later, and I'm out. "Happy?"
"NO! They are too skinny! Go change!" Len screams.
"Why? We're just going to Yuuma and Mizki house to see Luka," I said, frowning as I crossed my arms.
"What if we run into someone, and then a third person falls for you? I can't afford that. You are mine."
"Len, that's unlikely," I protested. "Anyways, Teiru is waiting for us downstairs, so we need to get going." In response, Len hands me a sack containing a baggy sweaty shirt and sweat pants. "I'm not wearing this. Nothing is going to happen."
"Oh yeah? What if Luka sees you and then decides that you are so cute, or sexy with them legs, that she decides to rape you?" Len asks, raising an eyebrow. "Bet you never thought of that."
"Luka would never-" I cut myself off.
Luka would.
"Give me those clothes," I mumble, and Len passes them to me, a happy look on his face.
Twenty minutes later, the three of us are on our way to Mizki and Yuuma's house, where we're going to meet up with Luka and Gakupo. We decided to go to their house instead of the other way around because... well, I'm not really sure. Just because.
"Teiru has to ask why you're wearing those kinds of clothes," Teiru said while staring at me.
"Rape prevention," I said with a sigh when I saw Len's elastic smile. Teiru gave us an odd look, which would probably mean death for Len, but didn't say anything.
Another ten minutes later, we were at Yuuma and Mizki's house. Meiko's still with them, and she appears to be drunk, even though it's only six in the evening. I introduce Teiru to Mizki, who doesn't seem to be freaked out at all.
"Hey, kid," Yuuma says to Teiru while we begin going inside. Teiru stops walking immediately, looking freaked out. Yuuma gives a sad kind of smile and continues walking past. "Sorry about before, neh?" He says, patting Teiru shoulder without stopping. Teiru turns bright red in embarrassment, but for the rest of the evening they're both on good terms.
"Is Luka here yet?" I asked, excited to see her. "Wait, that's a stupid question. If she were here, she would be strangling to me to death, her way of 'hugging' someone."
"Well, excuse me for wanting to surprise you!" A voice behind me says, and suddenly two wimpy looking arms are hugging me from behind so tightly I can't breath.
"Lu-..."
"Rin?"
"Dy...ing..."
"RIN?!"
"...Dead."
"OH MY GOSH! GAKUPO, I KILLED RIN!" Luka said while shaking me viciously. "I know! I'll give her a kiss... a kiss from her true love, aka her prince, will wake her back up, right?"
"Dear, I don't think-"
"Well, here I go!"
"OKAY, OKAY! I'M FINE!" I say while jumping out of Luka's arms and up into the air. I turn to her and smile. "It's nice to see you, Luka."
"Likewise."
"Teiru's back," Teiru said, coming from the bathroom.
"Who's that?" Luka asked while she turned. She stopped short as soon as she stop him.
Blood exploded from her nose.
"WHO THE FUCK IS THIS BISHIE!?" Luka screamed while grabbing onto Teiru's shoulder's, shaking him lightly. Sparkles worthy of Alex Armstrong surrounded, and roses that seemed to match Ouran appeared in the background. "Such beauty..."
"Teiru is now freaking out."
"DON'T TOUCH HER!" Gakupo screamed while thrusting his holding his katana out to Teiru's next. Teiru's eyes flared.
Not good.
"Hey, uh guys, maybe we should stop," I said feebly while waving my hands back and forth.
"BIIIIISHIE!"
"SHE'S MINE!"
"Well," Teiru coldly, turning to Gakupo, manner deadly. He then stopped short as soon as he saw him.
Blood exploded from his nose.
"TEIRU MUST WONDER WHO THIS BISHIE IS!" Teiru said in an excited voice.
"Deja vu much?" I whispered to Len.
"Just enjoy the show," he whispered back.
"BISHIE!"
"BISHIE!"
"GET OFF ME!"
"SAAAAAAAAKE!" A random, dancing, not to mention drunk, Meiko said, spinning around in circles.
"Should we do something, Len?" I asked. He bit his lip and then grinned, shaking his head.
"What's going on?" Suddenly Ms. Diva herself, Hatsune Miku, was in the room, followed by Kaito Shion, as well as Mizki and Yuuma.
"We like to call it... a Chain of Freaks," Len said, gesturing towards the three of them. Gakupo was the only one standing, Teiru on his stomach, holding onto his leg. Luka held onto Teiru's arm as Gakupo tried to shake Teiru off of both himself and Luka (his Luka-obsessed brain failed to recognize that Luka was holding onto brain. It's a condition that Gakupo has, called Being in Love with a Psycho).
"Hey, do I know you?" Miku asks, turning to me. "I mean, of course I know that you're Rin Kagamine, and he's Len Kagamine, but we've meet before, right?"
I shrug, trying to keep a mysterious facade, but Len goes straight out and says, "Oh yeah. We were in that singing competition you had, and Rin totally kicked your ass, but you won anyways."
"She did not," Kaito said while pulling a spoon that probably had ice cream on his mouth out of his mouth. "Have you heard Miku's voice before? It's like an angels!"
Miku let out a little giggle as they both began arguing about who's voice is better. "Sorry, Kaito's a freak."
"Same with Len," I said with a sigh.
Miku held out her hand and said, "I should formally introduce myself, I suppose. The names Hatsune Miku."
"Rin Kagamine." We shook and then we both turned to see the scene unfold in front of us.
"BISHIE!"
"RIN!"
"GET OFF ME!"
"SAAAAAKE!"
"BISHIE!"
"MIKU!"
"Wait a minute," Teiru said, standing up suddenly. Gakupo let out a sigh of relief before grabbing Luka and holding onto her. She looked disappointed that Teiru had left, but I could tell that she was happy that Gakupo was openly jealous. "Did you just say Miku?" Without waiting for an answer, he turned to Miku. "Do you know someone named Mikuo?"
"Eh? Yeah, he's my younger brother. You look like his girlfriend, just letting you know," Miku said with a frown. "Are you Tei's brother, or something?"
"Twins," Teiru said with a glare. Everyone fell silent, even Meiko, who had been singing Christmas carols for the last twenty minutes.
"OH! We're going to be in-laws, right?" Miku asked cheerfully, despite the deep hate that showed on Teiru's face. It intensified with her words.
"What?" It was more of a statement than a question.
"Oh? I just got the text, so I was happy when I saw you. We can celebrate together!" Miku said, trying to smile.
"Teiru," I started, but didn't know how to finish. He whipped out his phone, looked through a few things, and then stopped moving all together, hands shaking.
"Teiru," I said once again, but he didn't move. He closed his eyes really tight, as if to try and stop tears from coming out, and then stormed out of the house.
Len and I exchanged a look. "We'll go and get him," we both said together.
"Wait just a second," Meiko said, spinning until she was in front of the door. She then pointed her finger at Len, and laughed. "Little niece, is it?"
"NEPHEW! I'M A BOY!"
"Yeah, yeah," Meiko said, waving her hand up and down. Len began protesting, and eventually Luka joined it. I felt someone grab my shoulder, and I turned to see Gakupo, a frown on his face. I gave him a weird look, but he shook his head and pulled me to the only sane corner left in the house.
"Yeah, Pochi? I asked. 'Pochi' was the awkward nickname Luka had given him when they were younger, and it happened to stick (for me).
"You know how... well, Luka... Did she have a nosebleed when she saw me?" Gakupo asked desperately.
I smirked, and then let out a loud laugh, drawing everyone's attention. "No, she didn't have one," I said, smiling.
Gakupo looked at the floor, expression blank and unreadable.
"She had three."
"RIN, QUICK! WHILE I'VE GOT THE DRUNK OCCUPIED!" Len screamed while waving his hand. Meiko was on the floor, playing with some yarn in a very cat-like manner.
I quickly grabbed onto Len's hand, and we both escaped into the humid night, waving goodbye at the crazy scene.
"TEEEEIRU?" I called out into the forest.
"TEI OF THE RU!" Len screamed.
"Should we split up?" I asked Len, who shook his head.
"It's night. If something happens to you, I won't be close enough to save you like the manly prince I am."
"You aren't my prince. Luka is."
"Fine, fine!" Len said, rolling his eyes. "I'll be your guardian angel."
"Mainstream! I be a hipster. Kinda," I said, using improper grammar on purpose. Why? CAUSE GRAMMAR IS TOO MAINSTREAM! AS WELL AS THE WORD 'MAINSTREAM!'
"Fine! I'll be your sexy, dark angel."
"Oh, fuck yeah," I said, smiling at him. Len made a little birdy motion, which I guess was supposed to represent wings, but instead looked like failure. I let it pass, though.
"Anyways, TEIRU?"
"TEEEEEEEEIRRRRRRRRRU!"
About twenty minutes later we approached a clearing in the trees, a single figure sitting on a stump from a cut down one. "Teiru?" I asked gently. He didn't turn to look at us, instead stared at the ground, hair falling in front of his eyes. "Are you okay?"
"Relax," Teiru said, his voice colder than I had ever heard it before, even when he first started talking to Len. "It's not like I'm crying or anything."
"We weren't asking if you were crying, we were asking if you are okay," Len said while shoving his hands into his pockets. I patted Teiru's back awkwardly.
"I'm fine. I just miss Tei," Teiru said. There was a moment of silence, due to Len and I not knowing exactly what to say. I mean, what would you say in a situation like that? "Hey guys?"
"Yeah?" I asked him. He finally looked up, a little feeling returning to his eyes.
"Thanks. I know that you two were secretly meeting up a night, but were too afraid to do anything else. Yet you- especially you, Len- were really nice to me. So... thanks again. I'm not used to be treated so kindly. In school, Tei and I were the crazy, incesty twins, who enjoyed doing stuff like cutting innocent, small animals up. Not that we ever did that, but rumors spread, neh?"
"Teiru, it's fine-"
"Also, sorry for trying to split you up. I... uh, I don't think that I really like you, not like that, Rin, yet I still got in your and Len's way."
"Into Gakupo?"
"Nope. Into Tei," he said with a long sigh. "I just didn't want to think about it, so I think I forced myself to 'fall in love' with the first person I saw, who happened to be Rin," Teiru said. "I suppose that she's getting married to him that I should accept facts and face life, right? Let's go back to their house." Len and I exchanged a look, but Teiru was already getting up.
"How old are you, anyways? Isn't she too young?" Len asked, trying to somehow lighten the mood.
"They could have gotten parent consent. We're both sixteen, seventeen in two months, and Mikuo just turned eighteen. But I think that Miku misunderstood. It was supposed to be more like a promise ring, than one of engagement."
"That's kinda... uh, weird?" Len said as nicely as he could. Teiru just let out a loud laugh.
Back at the house, Teiru humbly apologized to Miku. She accepted it without hesitation, and then pulled out a bottle of wine, saying that they should celebrate, but Teiru politely denied.
"Bishie-san, you okay?" Luka said from one of Teiru's sides.
"Yeah, you okay bro?" Pochi asked from the other side.
"I'm fine, thanks for asking," Teiru said with a small smile, turning to talk to Miku. However, at that moment, Luka grabbed onto Teiru's sides, causing Teiru to crash into Gakupo. They fell onto the floor, a tangled mess of limbs.
Their lips connected.
Gakupo and Teiru were kissing.
"BWAHAHAHAAH!" Len said, spitting out his drinking all over the place, mostly over Kaito (probably on purpose).
"GET OFF ME!" Pochi screamed.
"Luka... Luka, calm down," I said. It could either go two ways:
She would fangirl over the yaoi.
Or it would mean the end of the world.
Her face was tilted down, so I couldn't see her expression. However...
Omg, I think I see a sparkle! Yay, she's going to go with yaoi! The world is saved-
"DIE FOUL CREATURE!"
Ah, fuck. Nevermind then.
"Do you really have to go? We actually have begun liking your company," Len complained as Teiru pulled his suitcase outside.
"Sorry, but Tei's probably going to want me with her," Teiru said. "I ran away," He admitted.
"YOU DID WHAT?"
"I couldn't take it in that house anymore," Teiru said with a little, awkward laugh.
"Then what makes you think that you can handle it now?" Len screamed.
"Stay here with us," I pleaded. "We're friends, right?"
"Well, I have you guys now, right?" Teiru asked. We both nodded our heads. "Well, I'm going to go uber-cliche and say that I think I'll be fine. You'll just be spammed phone called, okay?" The taxi we had called pulled up to the side of our house.
"But, it's not the same," Len said, anime-tears rolling down his face.
"There there," Teiru said, holding Len in his arms, patting him awkwardly. The taxi driver honked, and I screamed at him that it was an emotional moment, and stuff, so stop being such a jackass.
"Come visit us sometime?"
"I'll try to."
"When we're back in the big city lets go for karaoke."
"I'm going to kick your ass."
He began putting his stuff into his car. From inside, I could hear Luka calling for me and Len. The world had survived due to Gakupo managing to calm Luka down, something that was supposed to be impossible. After many promises that yes, he did love her, and yes, they were going to get married one day and have a billion children that would marry all of Len and I's children, he managed to get her to sit down as far away from Teiru as possible.
"Well..." He said, giving us a small, sad smile. "Teiru now says goodbye."
Okay, the whole GakupoxTeiru thing was thestringsofgold idea! Credit goes to her for the original idea, credit goes to me for everything else.
I realize that the whole Teiru ending this was extremely anti-climatic. I was going more for sentimental then crazy person; that's Sonika's role, and I don't want two of them killers. And, I actually really, really began liking writing for Teiru. OH! And, I began making him talk in first person to show that we was trying to get over Tei. Gomen if you didn't like it. If too many people don't like him like that, then I'll go back and rewrite this chapter.
Gosh, that took a while. Therefore you should me, Shadow (-san, -chan, -kun, -sama, -sensei- whatever you want) a boatload of reviews! (even if it was shorter than usualy -.-")
