Day 19

A few days have passed, I've been watching over Kristian and trying to get my body back, but i still have no clues how to what so ever. Ive been spending lots of time with Kristian because i know I'm gonna be gone at the end of the few days. I'll go join my dad. I also started writing letters and other things to give everyone just before i go, most of them to Kristian. When he is at school, I'm either writing him notes, or trying to find a way into my body. All i have right now is to kill it. Maybe i can get back in maybe i will be dead, but once I'm done with my notes, we are going to find out.
Day 1

I finished my notes, placed them on the table in the living room, and found a way to make "Rachel" feel sick enough to not be able to go to school. They think its a stomach virus, when really I've been sneaking stuff in her food. While she is home alone today, I'm getting my body back, or we are both done for.
Everyone finally left.
I got some rat poison and put it in a cup of tea as she waited for it to steep. She drank the whole thing and not too long after there was me, my body, and her spirit next to me, well i assume it was her, she had black hair to her waist, she was fairly short, and kinda pretty, she stared wide eyed at the body "YOU KILLED ME?!" She yelled at me
"Im sorry" i said looking down.
"How?"
"Poison, i just wanted to protect kristian!" I yelled weakly "you almost killed him
She stayed quiet
"Im sorry"
"Well i did take your body, and life" she said finally then just walked away looking pretty neutral about the whole thing weirdly enough.
I tried to merge with my body, like when i had the few other times i left it, but i couldn't.
"You're dead." I heard a familiar voice.
Ok sorry if you liked this story, i just couldn't do it anymore. The guy i wrote it about/for everytime i think about him it HURTS sooooo much. So i just cant do this anymore.
