Levi: Is she trying to be sarcastic, Cather?

Cath: for the last time Lev my name is just Cath and no. I don't think so?

Reagan: that was more of a question than an answer/statement.

Katy: you don't say?

Levi: she did say. Wait. No. Now I'm confused.

Katy: this happened again... *shrug* I don't own PJO/HoO or Fangirl by rainbow rowell!

Levi: Read to me, Cather.

Reagan: Ew lev… *shakes head.*

Katy: as entertaining as you guys are I'm going to have to stop you. To the story.

Pov Annabeth

Percy and I exchange looks. Who could it be? I mean maybe its one of our friends from camp but with our luck its not.

Percy gets up and leaves.

"Who do you think it is?" Asks Tasha.

I smile. "Hopefully its our friends from camp. Worst case scenario…its his dad or someone like that."

"Annabeth," Percy says loudly. " Uhh… you guys can come too just because I know he'll hate it. He hates people by the way."

Tasha looks at me and her expression states 'who hates people?'. We follow Percy out the room.

"Hey, Annabeth."

"Nico? What are you doing here. Oh by the way this is Percy's cousin Nico di Angelo."

Nico's sense of fashion…has gotten better. I'm guessing Will did that. He's still wearing black but now its fitting. He looks much better but to be fair the last time we saw him it was after we fought Gaia. We all were in pretty bad shape.

"Uhh…Percy," Tasha says. "I think its time for us to leave."

"What? Oh its so late already. Okay. Bye guys see you tomorrow."

Andre and Tasha leave but Kyle talks to Percy for a while. I talk to Nico trying to get some information on him and Will.

"Please, Nico. I can see you like him. Everyone can!"

"Like who," Percy says walking into the room. I look at him pointedly. "Oh Solace. Yeah she's right. Everyone knows you like him."

Nico blushes. Its strange. I never thought we could make him blush.

"Annabeth, stop distracting me. I'm here with a message from the gods."
He pauses. "They've decided to hold a competition. Its in a couple of months but I have to warn every single demigod because why not. Why not have a son of hades be a messenger?" He grumbles.

"Nico. Man. Calm down. Its probably because you can shadow travel. I mean monsters can't detect you and you can move fast so its understandable."

"Wait." I say. "Back track just a little. A competition. Are the gods that bored and what type of competition?"

Nico looks thoughtful for a second. "Yes and I have no clue. The gods just said go tell our children we are hosting a competition soon and that its compulsory for all."

Well that's not suspicious at all

"I know right."

"Did I say that out loud?"

They nod. Sally walks past us.

"Perseus Jackson. Did I not raise you with better manners. Invite the boy in. Its late, Nico, you can stay in the guest room if you want." She offers.

Nico agrees only because I don't think you can say no to Sally.

"Who do you still have to find?" I ask.

Nico's quiet for a while. "Just Will and yeah that's it. Its difficult to find demigods but the gods specifically chose whoever and then," he yawns. "Stuff happens."

Suddenly Paul and Sally are telling Nico to go bed and are telling us not to stay up too late.

I yawn. "This has been a long day."

"I know. Kinda sucks that we have to participate in that competition thing. I was hoping to get a break." He pouts. I laugh at him.

"You look like a baby when you pout."

"You know you love it, babe. So… do you like my friends?"

I pretend to think for a while and watch him squirm. "They're cool. Tasha is adorable and I think she gets scared too easily. Andre…he seems nice? Kyle is…"I look at Percy and bite my bottom lip. "He's sexy."

Percy looks at me. He then starts to laugh.

"What? Percy? He's hot."

"I'm sorry its just that he would laugh if he heard this." Percy shakes his head. "Annabeth Chase actually called someone sexy. That's… insane."

I smirk. "Ha. You're just jealous that I haven't called you sexy yet."

He pouts again and I laugh. "A little."

I yawn. "We should go to bed, right?"

"Nope. Not until you call me sexy."

I sigh. "The things you make me do. If its any consolation, I am dating you."

"Nope." He says with a small smile.

"Fine," I mutter. "You are sexy."

He smirks. "Yeah I know. You know Leo and I just stare at mirrors and call our reflections 'the sexy beast'." His smile falls. "Well used to…"

I walk over to Percy and throw my arms around him. "You are the sexy beast and I'm sure Leo is fine. Percy I've know him a little longer than you have and trust me, he's the most resourceful demigod I've met and coming from a Daughter of Athena its quite the compliment."

Percy looks thoughtful. "Yeah. Well I know one thing and that's never to bet against you." He kisses my forehead and looks at me. "Why did you… you know the falling into Tartarus story."

"Percy, don't you think its time we try to tell our friends and family about Tartarus?"

Percy nods then kisses me.

Pov Percy

So my rooms a little messy. A little, as Annabeth would say, being an understatement. Annabeth's room, the second guest room, is always neat. I grimace at my room. Maybe I should clean it so I could walk to my bed…maybe I could even find that History assignment. I shuffle around my room gathering all my clothes and glance at the clock when I've got all of it. Annabeth should fall asleep just now. I put my clothes in the basket then gather my plates and cups and take them to the kitchen.

Then I hear what I expected; Annabeth screaming. It has gotten better, the nightmares but it still haunts the both of us. I slip into Annabeth's room and under the cover and I just hold her. The effect is immediate, she calms down and I fall asleep instantly.

Aww! I liked writing the last bit. Made me feel all fluffy inside. This feels like a long chapter…is it? *shrug*

Who shall be my next guest…people! I pick but you can still give me suggestions ;)
