Chapter XXV:
"No, I am in love with you already Hinata chan."
Hinata stared into Sasuke's obsidian eyes to find the truth behind his words and saw the truth in them surprising her that she was on the brink of tears when she said, "You…you do love me Sasuke kun."
Sasuke wiped the tears from her eyes with his thumb and caressed her cheeks, "I don't know the meaning of love, for my life had always been about getting strong and avenging my clan making no room for love that's why I'm alright in marrying you to save you from your predicament. However as we started living together you grew on me and I slowly accepted the fact that you are my wife and when we were apart that's when I realized that I do like you for I can't look into any woman without seeing your face."
Hinata smiled and Sasuke continued, "Everytime we sleep on the same bed my nightmares about my clan's demise and my killing of Itachi doesn't plague my dreams anymore and your kind and honest nature made me fall in love with you, and I will not let Naruto or Gaara take away the most important person in my life even if I die keeping you from them or anyone."
Hinata smiled and embraced Sasuke tightly, "I may not love you the same way you love but I am getting there because you are healing my wounded heart and I trust my body and soul to you Sasuke kun for you will never hurt me like you promised."
"Hinata chan." He said and placed a hand under her chin before kissing her again.
To hear the words I trust my body and soul to you meant a lot and both of them knew what it meant. Although this is the first time for both of them he'll make the experience enjoyable and meaningful for them both. He would still leave full control to her to stop whenever she wanted to. But when she started to tug on his purple obi he knew she wanted him as much as he wanted her, he helped her with the removing of his katana and dropped it on the ground together with his obi and guided her hands to his chest.
Hinata can feel Sasuke's scars on his chest of various shapes and sizes through her trembling fingers and Sasuke stopped kissing her to remove his upper clothing to show full glory of his well shaped torso.
"I…didn't know you have scars here as well." She said triling his scars one by one

"I was surprised when I saw them and saw their looks to one another..they are in love with each other. Hinata even told me that I was her past and Sasuke is her present and future and teme will even kill me for hurting her but she stopped him." Naruto said in a broken tone.
"How…how could Sasuke love her?"
"It's not really hard to fall for her, she's kind honest and pure a light into Sasuke's darkness maybe that's the reason he fell in love with her."
Sakura with tears in her eyes said, "I don't believe you, I'll ask him myself. I know Sasuke loves me not Hinata, I am always here for him while she only entered his life recently."
"Then go ask him yourself, but I doubt Sasuke will forgive you for hurting his wife."
Sasuke and Hinata's cabin
Sasuke woke up when he heard knocking on the door. He kissed Hinata's forehead before moving away from her and wrapped a sheet around his waist.
He opened the door and saw Keisuke.
"I'm sorry to interrupt but I would like to ask you and your wife to join me and my son for dinner."
"Sure we'll be there."
"I'll see you later then." Keisuke said before leaving.
Sasuke locked the door before returning to their room to slowly wake Hinata.
"Omae."
Hinata slowly stirred from her sleep and Sasuke kissed her softly.
"Keisuke wants us to join him and his son for dinner."
Hinata nodded and slowly stood up feeling sore in between her legs. "Sasuke…"
"I know, I'll prepare a warm bath for you to soothe your body."
"Anata…will you join me in the bath?" She asked blushing hard.
"If you want to then yes wait here." Sasuke said before going to the bathroom to prepare the tub with warm water.
