Chapter XXXII:
A rumbling noise coming from the busy Hidden Leaf Village district called the attention of the great hokage Hatake Kakashi, whose nose is buried under a pile of paper works he needs to sign for approval.
"Kakashi, you'll never believe what I'm going to say." Iruka who suddenly entered the hokage office exclaimed.
"What?" Kakashi asked without much interest pointing his finger towards the smoke of dust dispersing in the air coming from where the rumbling noise came from.
Iruka followed Kakashi's finger, "Well can't you believe that Sakura just destroyed a building not far from the government district!"
Kakashi sighed resting his chin on his palms, "Well if it's Sakura then I don't doubt it…"
Now this is Iruka's turn to sigh, "Why must she always be this violent…oh anyway before I forget I'm here to tell you another thing…"
"Hmm?" Kakashi said sensing the urgency of the situation.
"A group of rogue ninja want an audience with you…"
Kakashi knotted his eye brows, "Rogue Ninja?"
"Well they claim to be Sasuke's team…"
"Team Taka?"
Team Taka also cause a disturbance in the village? (Besides the pink haired teen) Since when did decision making and prioritization become so hard for him?
Amidst the rubble of what used to be Sai's former workshop and home stood Sakura (panting) after she punched the ground with the strength of a hundred seal.
"May this be a reminder to refrain from commenting on someone's penis!" Sakura snarled angrily with her eyebrows knitted together.
"Way to go Sakura!" Naruto cheered from the sidelines but still pretty stoke (of what just happened) no matter how many times he witness the display of monstrous strength of his former crush (it still leaves him in shock) and truthfully he doesn't want to be (ever) the receiving end of that blow.
At a moment of shock Sai opened and closed his eyes a few times before managing to say, "Good thing I'm holding Sasuke and Hinata's future home blueprints or it would be destroyed along with the rubble."
"Lucky break." Sasuke muttered and snatched the sketches from Sai's hands for safekeeping.
"What happened here exactly?" A fox masked anbu who suddenly appeared in front of them demanded.
Naruto grinned, "Sakura here accidentally hit the ground so hard it cause the workshop to collapse…"
"Haruno Sakura and Sai come with me for further questioning." The fox masked anbu said sternly.
"What? Damn you Naruto!" Sakura screamed loudly startling the birds in the forest.
"Sorry Sakura…" Naruto said with a wide smile.
"I'll get YOU for this later!" Sakura said angrily while following Sai towards the Hokage Office.
"Ramen?" Sasuke asked to Hinata after Sai and Sakura left with the anbu guard.
Naruto places an arm around Sasuke's shoulders, "Thank you I thought you'd never ask Sasuke-teme."
"I am asking "my wife" not you usuratonkachi." Sasuke said emphasizing the words my wife to Naruto's face.
Naruto smiled, "Now now this is not that right way to address your savior Sasuke…"
"Shut it…"
Hinata who silently observes the two men, links her arm around Sasuke's to separate the two, "You can come with us Naruto, Sasuke-kun owes you a bowl for saving us in Tetsu no Kuni."
"Dattebayo!" Naruto happily said much to Sasuke's dismay.
At the Hokage's Office
Kakashi stared at the three shinobi in front of him.
"What is their business here in Konoha? Did Sasuke summon them? Are they involved at what happened at the district a few minutes ago?" Kakashi asked to himself.
"Are we surrendering or what? Nice move Jugo your loyalty towards Sasuke just caused our freedom." Suigetsu said to himself glaring at the tall man beside him.
As if on cue Juugo spoke, "We are here to join Sasuke again."
"Join Sasuke? Aren't you aware of his current "Misadventures"?" Kakashi challenged boringly with his fists under his chin.
"Misadventures? Heh you must mean his marriage, yeah we are aware of it we met Sasuke and Hinata-san once before coming here." Suigetsu answered.
Kakashi's mouth formed an "O" hidden under his mask. "Why would you like to join Sasuke knowing he's just about to start building his family now?"
Karin giggled at the thought of Sasuke starting and building a family.
Juugo faked cough, "Suigetsu and I would like to serve Sasuke and Hinata-san as their bodyguards while Karin would like to further her medical skills at the newly established Hidden Leaf Medical Center."
"Sasuke must have talked to them about it." Kakashi thought deeply. "Your reputation precedes your personality and I can't let Hidden Leaf Village at risk by simply letting you in. If you want me to embrace you here in Konoha you have to prove yourselves and be willingly put under close surveillance."
"Put us under surveillance?" Suigetsu repeated the Hokage's words.
"Yes," Kakashi then turned towards to Juugo, "I'm not discriminating you Juugo but you have a special condition and if you want to stay along with your friends I will have you to comply with my condition…"
"As what I've thought…" Karin thought while glancing at her orange hair team mate.
"They are going to have to do something about your rage Juugo…" Suigetsu pointed out.
"Argh, shut your trap Suigetsu!"
"What? I'm telling the truth and he wasn't the only one getting the attention of the anbu's they will watch the two of us too…" Suigetsu shrug his shoulders.
"B-But still…" Karin protested while looking worriedly to Juugo.
"So are you willing to comply?" Kakashi said with finally in his voice. It did not skip the fact that he saw the orange haired teen clench his fist.
"Yes…" Juugo nodded.
At the Ramen Shop
Naruto happily eats his fifth bowl of ramen and finishes it within seconds and asked for another bowl.
Hinata smiled fondly at the blonde's antics this attention did not skip Sasuke's eye. He may have won Hinata over the 'usuratonkachi' but the pang of jealousy whenever Naruto is involved can't simply be ignored by him.
"Hinata…" He called calling her attention.
"Yes Sasuke-kun?"
"Nothing... Just eat your food…" He said through gritted teeth.
"Ah…okay…" she stuttered.
Meanwhile the threesome composing Team Taka are walking around the lively market district of Hidden Leaf Village.
"I'm hungry and my water container's empty." Suigetsu complained with a discontented sigh.
"Seriously is that all you can do? Complain?" Karin said in a raised voice, she's tired and getting frustrated on Suigetsu's constant complains.
"What? So it's my fault now?" Suigetsu returned standing up to glaring down the red haired girl with glasses.
"Yes, because if you just shut your trap you won't feel your hunger and thirst while we're waiting for Sasuke-kun to appear." Karin said standing up to meet Suigetsu's glare.
"You guys haven't changed a bit…" Unimpressed Sasuke said as he walks over the threesome with Hinata in tow.
"Sasuke." Juugo casually said calling the attention of his teammates who're currently in glaring battle they sweat dropped as they could literally see sparks flying around them.
"Finally, we've been hoping to see you since we arrived here." Suigetsu said.
"Hn."
"Sasuke-san, Hinata-san it's nice to see you two again." Karin greeted with a small smile on her lips.
"Same here. You must all be tired and hungry from your journey." Hinata said noticing the exhaustion visible on team taka's faces. "Sasuke-kun will you show them where we are currently staying?" Hinata asked looking at her husband.
"Why where are you going?"
"I am visiting otousan."
"Hn. Follow me." Sasuke said walking ahead with his hands inside his pockets.
Hinata was walking along Konoha district towards the Hyuuga compound when she saw Kurenai, Kiba, Akamaru and Shino.
"Oi Hinata!" Kiba called from a far upon smelling Hinata's scent.
The giant mutt Akamaru barked happily and ran towards Hinata who sat in front of her waggling his tail. Hinata smiled and patted Akamaru's head.
"Hinata-chan since when did you return back?" Kurenai asked noticing her student is "glowing" from their last conversation before she left for her honeymoon.
"Yesterday. I was on my way to the Hyuuga compound."
"Where is the bastard? I mean Sasuke…" Kiba corrected himself.
"I sent him home ahead of me since his former team is here."
"Former team you mean Team Taka?" Shino asked adjusting his glasses.
"Hai."
"But aren't they nothing but trouble…" Kiba said and Akamaru barked in agreement.
"Kiba…" Kurenai warned.
"That was in the past Kiba-kun, if Sasuke-kun can change so are his team." Hinata said defending her husband's team.
"I know and I admire Sasuke for what he did when Naruto hurt you but if he or his team harms you I'll personally deal with them and give them a piece of me and Akamaru's mind." Kiba warned.
"We shouldn't keep you from going to your compound. Come along now Kiba, Shino. We'll talk again someday when you are not in a hurry Hinata-chan." Kurenai said saying her goodbye to her former student.
"Hai." Hinata said and bowed at her sensei. "And yeah Kiba-kun!" she called out to her former team mate.
"Yeah?" Kiba turned along with Akamaru.
"Sometimes go visit me back home and bring Tamaki-chan with you okay?" she tease Kiba with a smile making her 'tough' guy (ex) team mate blush crimson red.
"S-Sure…"
Hyuuga Compound
Kou greeted Hinata by the gate and let her in.
"Hinata-nee!" Hanabi greeted embracing her sister.
"Hanabi-chan, is otousan home?"
"Hai, he's in the garden. Neji niisan, Hinata-nee's back."
"Hinata sama." Neji greeted. "How did your trip go?" He asked.
"Its fine we managed to follow our itinerary."
"That's good you really needed that one month rest, where is Uchiha?"
"At the summer house, I asked him to stay as I drop by here."
"I would like to tell you about something Hinata…" Hiashi said sternly.
"Yes what is it about Otou-san?"
"The clan elders and I had talked about this while you are on your holiday the time…since you are married to Sasuke the last of the Uchiha's the elders had decided that you are not qualified as the Hyuuga heiress anymore…"
