She'd gone and visited Hermione a few times during the break, enjoying finding out about Muggle things, including movies, which were amazing. Christmas day came and Molly and George had gone with her to see her parents early in the day since Remus and Tonks would be there for dinner. Once back Bridget couldn't help but grin at Remus who was finally in a relationship with the woman and he just rolled his eyes at the girl as he whispered in her ear, "At least people know about her and I. Looks like I've taken my role back of being the one giving life advice, tell Molly and Arthur about the two of you already, it's been what two years now?"

"I don't even know how to start that conversation!" She hissed back at him before Molly called for her. Her head turned to the woman, "Coming!"

"Tell them!" He mouthed to her as she walked away.

After dinner she noticed George was sitting alone on the couch and walked over to him, "What are you up to?"

"Working on what the best way to do deliveries per your suggestion." He smiled at her moving some of his notes so she could sit down next to him.

"Where's Fred?"

"The loo." He answered and felt her shift awkwardly, "What is it?"

"Do you want to tell your parents…about us?" She asked him in a hushed tone so that she was sure no one would hear her.

"What?" He asked shocked, she got nervous and brushed it off every time he had brought it up to her.

"It's been two years and Remus said we should tell them." Bridget didn't look at him, her hands lightly picking at each other, "Your mum seems a lot more relaxed now since I'm seventeen now."

He took her hand, "Bridg, it's up to you if you want to tell them."

"No it's not, it's up to us." She looked at him, "Do you want to?"

"Yeah," He answered looking over the couch where the others were all sitting, "Why don't we wait until everyone has left and gone to bed and it's just them?"

She nodded, "Alright."

Fred came back from the bathroom and sat on the other side of her, "Bridg, nice of you to join, this was your idea so help us figure it out."

"If I must." She said with a smile.

The night was winding down and she felt herself getting nervous as Ginny went to take a shower before bed and Remus and Tonks began saying their goodbyes. She knew it was almost time for them to talk to his parents. Everything disappeared from her as a rumble came from outside and Harry ran past them down the stairs followed by Ginny.

She took to her feet quicker than George could stop her and was out the door seeing Ginny follow Harry through the fire as Tonks and Remus tried to stop it. Remus saw her out of his peripheral vision and hated doing this but called out to her, "Bridget! Help!"

"On it!" She said coming out into the yard about to try and control the flame but before she could a Death Eater apparated into her, trying to grab her. She slid out of his grasp and went rolling on the floor. Molly and Arthur were somehow holding George, Fred, and Ron back as she looked at the man. It was the Death Eater that had her in the Department of Mysteries, but with the light of the fire she recognized him from something else. His mouth was crooked with a smile as he looked at her, "Time for you to come with us. Be a good little half-breed and don't put up as much of a fight as your mother did."

In that moment she knew, he was one of the men that had attacked her in her home, one of the men that killed her mother. Seeing his face with that look of glee made rage boil within her. The fire around the house grew before lifting up into the air forming a spiral. As she yelled the fire lunged at him. He apparated out of its way and she ran following him, jumping up onto the house to leap after him, "BASTARD!"

Remus and George called out to her as those still on the ground came out into the yard, watching as she and the Death Eater spiraled through the sky. Her shoulders burned and ached with pain as she fought him with fire while he flew, her holding onto him only to continue fighting him. She didn't care how much it hurt, he killed her mother, he would feel the same pain. Remus watched from the ground as a glowing light came from her and the black mist following the man mixed with a red haze. In a brilliant flash the pain from her shoulders was released as two flaming red and orange wings sprang from her back. The light knocked the Death Eater away from her but she shot after him.

George watched from the ground as she fought the man, not even realizing that Remus, Tonks, and his father had gone into the marshes to find Harry and Ginny. He was astounded by the fact that she could fly, she had told him this would happen, but he didn't realize it mean she would grow wings.

She burned the side of the Death Eaters face causing him to growl angrily at her, "You fight dirty like your father."

"Good!" She yelled at him grabbing him by the collar, flying straight for the ground, pinning him to it, "You killed my mother, it wasn't a clean fight for her, why should it be for you?"

Hated and spite boiled within her, feelings she never realized were so strong, as she put a hand to his face, burning it with her flames. He cried out in pain followed by laughing as an explosion went off at the Burrow. Her head turned and all the feelings against him were gone and only concern for the others was there as she flew off of him into the sky back towards the home. She saw it engulfed in flames but everyone was outside of the structure and so she flew in to the building through a broken window.

Landing on the burning ground she concentrated pulling the fire to her sucking it from the house as she made her way down the stairs, consuming the flames as she went. When she reached the front door the home was no longer burning but was ashen and scorched. She opened the door to see everyone looking at her.

Molly covered her mouth, tears in her eyes as she looked at the large phoenix wings, which were no longer on fire, on the girls back. George was frozen looking at her the way she was, it was different but it fit her. Remus took a step towards her, worried, "Bridget?"

"I think I'm really starting to get the hang of this." She looked at him a small shocked smile on her face. She looked to Molly and stepped towards her, knowing the woman had just watched her home up in flames, the one her family had been in not moments before, "Mrs. Weasley, are you alright?"

"The home can be fixed, everyone is alright that's what matters." Molly forced a smile, "Goodness you look like Emmele."

Bridget's smile grew when the woman said this and then faded as she noticed George slowly walking towards her, shock and fear on his face. Her heart stopped now, realizing that he had seen what she really was, that there was a reason people called Primals half-breeds. When he made it to her she didn't know what to say and watched as his hand reached out, moving behind her to run his fingers down the feathers of her wings. He looked from the feathers to her before wrapping his arms tightly around her, "What were you thinking? He could have taken you if those hadn't of shown up."

She loosely wrapped her arms back around him, still aware everyone had their eyes on them, "I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking. He…He was one of the ones that killed my mother."

George pulled away and looked down at her, sadness in his eyes, "Oh Bridg."

"Are you sure?" Remus asked as he, Tonks, and Arthur walked up to her, "He wasn't just taunting you?"

"No I recognized him…from that night." She looked at him.

"His name is Anthony Avery. He is - or was an Unspeakable at the Ministry." Arthur informed them all, "It explains why he hasn't been to work since the summer."

Everyone was silent for a moment before Molly pulled out her wand, "Let's fix the house and all go inside."

"Right." Bridget responded and her wings disappeared into her back as if they had been sucked back into the skin they had been plunged out of, leaving only the two rips in the back of her shirt.

"Wicked." Was muttered by the Weasley children and Harry.

George went to find his father when he noticed that Bridget and his mother were in the kitchen together. When he did he smiled, slightly nervous, "Hey dad, can you come here for a bit?"

"Of course, what is it?" Arthur got up following his son.

"Bridget and I need to talk to you and mum about something." George answered.

"Sounds interesting." He smiled as they entered the kitchen.

Molly looked up as the two men entered the room and smiled at them. Bridget realized it was just the four of them and then figured out what was happening and her heart began to beat faster. She swallowed hard as Mr. Weasley asked, "So what is it the two of you want to talk about?"

"You two want to talk to us?" Molly asked, unaware as Arthur came and stood behind his wife. She then smiled at them, "Well go on then!"

"Bridget and I…" George started then realized how dry his throat had become. He put a hand on Bridgets shoulder, "We wanted to tell you that we… That Bridget and I… that we are…"

She could tell he was having trouble and the conversation had already started so Bridget reached for the hand that was on her shoulder, holding it in hers, her stomach in tense knots, and said, "That we're more than just bondmates."

"You mean?" Molly leaned forward slightly.

"We've been together for two years now." George finally spit it out.

Arthurs face grew into a wide smile, "Well that is fantastic news!"

Molly reached her arms out quickly hugging Bridget, "Why haven't you told us sooner?"

"We, well I was worried you might not approve of it because we lived together during holidays." Bridget said her heart returning to its normal pace.

"Nonsense!" Arthur patted George on the shoulder grinning at his son.

"Yes, of course we trust you Bridget." Molly held the girls cheek.

George looked at her, "What about me mum?"

"I trust you with certain things." His mom smiled at him sweetly and Bridget held back a laugh.

"Now it would be best if you two do decide to tell others that you keep it to people you trust explicitly." Arthur looked between the two of them, "We wouldn't want the wrong people to find out."

"Yes sir." Bridget nodded.

"Now run along, the holidays almost over so spend time together." Molly shooed them from the kitchen and smiled as the two of them went. She looked to her husband, "Took them long enough to tell us."

"As if we couldn't tell." Arthur smiled at her.

The shop had been closed for the holidays but they were preparing to open again right before Bridget left and she spent the night before they opened there. They were expecting an influx of traffic with the back to school rush. She was laying out more Peruvian Darkness Powder and smiled at George as he passed by her with arm fulls of Skiving Snack Boxes to lay out at the front of the store. After he had laid them out he came back to where she was, standing behind her his chin lowered to her shoulder, "You know you gave us an idea for a new product."

"Oh yeah and what's that?" She asked with a worried laugh.

"A new Whiz-Bang." He wrapped his arms around her waist, "We're thinking of calling it Phoenix Fyre."

"Ohh, and what'll it look like?" She looked up at him.

"Haven't decided on the specifics yet, but we know it'll be red, orange, and white." He smiled, "I think wings will also be involved. I'm trying to decide if I want those wings to be on a small, beautiful, slender frame that I love so much or if I want to keep those qualities for myself."

"Well that depends." She turned in his arms, "Do you want to sell your girlfriend to other people and have them think that those are the qualities of her you love?"

"I don't particularly want anyone else to have my girlfriend, no." He cupped her face, "But I would definitely want people to know how much I love her brain, her talent, her quick wit, her loyalty, and her caring heart as well."

"It's a good thing she already knows that." She smiled giving him a kiss, "Because those qualities are hard to put in a Whiz-Bang."

George looked down at her and took her hand, "Come on."

"What?" She looked back to where she had been stocking as he pulled her away, "George, we need to finish!"

"We will." He looked back at her reaching the bathroom on the lower level, "We're just taking a break."

"Fred's going to come looking for us." She whispered as he pulled her into the room locking the door behind them.

"He'll be alright." He pressed his lips against hers, quickly undoing the buttons to the jacket she was wearing. He whispered on her mouth, "It's my turn for the surprises."

Her face flushed when he said this remembering the surprise she had given him before school and he smiled taking her face in his hands kissing her deeply. He backed her up to where her hips hit the sink and he leaned into her, pressing their bodies together. Pushing the sweater from her shoulders, he tossed it to the side before his hands found the hem of her shirt. She could feel him slowly start to lift the fabric up her torso and his fingers running up her sides caused her stomach to clench in pleasure. When her shirt had made it up to her chest he pulled away from her, looking to see if she was alright with this and her response was lifting up her arms so he could fully discard the garment. It was his fingers that explored her skin this time and he left goosebumps where ever he touched on her as he continued to kiss her.

George's hand made it up to her chest and began massaging the mound again in his hand over her bra and she could feel him reaching up her back to the hooks of it. She was nervous but didn't want him to stop, she knew she was safe with him, that he would take care of her. He moved slow, making sure she had ample time to tell him to stop but she never did as he unhooked her bra, sliding it from her as he began to kiss down her jaw. The bathroom was cold in the winter and his warm hand felt amazing as it toyed with her nipple. His kisses made their way down her neck and when his breath landed on the other breast her breath shuttered before he took the other pink bud into his mouth, causing her to gasp. He smiled feeling her fingers tighten on his hair as he licked and sucked her chest and as her back arched to him he wrapped his other arm around her back, helping to support her as he enjoyed every breathy noise she made. Her chest began to glow and he could feel the warmth through her skin. He was controlling himself as best as he could because this time he had a plan, this time he would take care of her.

Her hand held onto his shoulder for support and she whispered, her throat horse, "George, I…I want…"

"What?" He asked kissing the area around her nipple, wanting to give her anything he could.

"This off." She gripped his shirt and tugged at it. George immediately went for the buttons on his shirt undoing them, quickly stripping it off. Once it was on the floor, he scooped her back up into his arms, his lips on hers again as their skin pressed together. Her bare chest pressed against his made him loose concentration for a moment as their hips ground together but when he heard her moan he remembered and slid a hand down her back, reaching the hem of her skirt. She smiled up at him, "Not quite a dress, but close."

"I can work with it." He smirked before slipping his hand under the fabric, grabbing her butt over her panties, kissing her again. Slowly his hand made its way around her hip and over to the front of the fabric, his fingers gently beginning to massage her through it. She let out a gasp at the feeling of something electric going up her spine and he slowed his progress, "This okay?"

"Uh-huh." Was the response he got so he continued, his fingers moving slow over the fabric and he could feel the warmth coming from her. He used his middle finger to push her panties to the side and moved it along her wet center. Kissing her as his hand explored between her thighs he felt her whole body tensed as he found her button. She hands became fists against his chest as he pleasured her, her breathing becoming more unsteady. When he dipped a finger into her she gripped his shoulders tightly and he kissed her forehead before putting his own against it as he inserted another and began moving in and out of her, his thumb working in unison on her clit. George focused on her breathing, the sounds she made, and kept a steady rhythm. Her legs were beginning to go soft and she clung to him to remain standing his name exiting her lips in a breathy whisper. She was starting to tighten around his fingers but he didn't stop and her fingers pressed into his shoulders as her mouth opened despite no noise coming out.

He made sure to hold her tight as he felt her begin to pulse around his fingers. Slowing his rhythm as her orgasm faded he pulled his hand from her keeping his forehead pressed to hers. He wrapped the arm around her as she settled her breathing, still holding onto him tightly. With a smile he kissed her gently before she rested her head on his chest. Her eyes were closed as she spoke, "That was…"

"Amazing? Wonderful? Magical?" He looked down at her.

"A nice surprise." She wrapped her arms tighter around his waist before smirking, "To bad you forgot about the potion because I didn't want it to end."

"Looks like it's your turn to be patient." He laughed running a hand over her head.

"Yeah it's only six months before we'll see each other again." She ran a finger down his chest before kissing in between his pecks, "Two months longer than last time, but it shouldn't be a problem."

He knew what she was doing and it was working, "Bridget Faltey you're going to make me sneak into your dormitory aren't you?"

"Of course not, you couldn't when you went there, how would you expect to get past the Aurors now that you don't?" She smirked before lifting her head from his chest, eyes looking into his, her glow slowly fadeing, "I guess we'll have to wait until I'm back and all the shops are open for us to go any further. But now we have to get dressed and go back out and finish our work."

"You damn minx." He couldn't help but laugh and didn't let her pull away, holding her in his arms still. He decided to play her game, "Are you saying that you aren't satisfied? That you want me to keep you up all night tonight? Because if that's what you want I'll give it to you, I'll give you anything you want, love."

His lips hovered above hers and he smiled at the flush on her face. His face fell flat though when she spoke with amusement in her voice, "I want to finish stocking then go to bed, we both have an early morning and we need our rest."

"You can be so mean at times." He looked at her pretending to be sad as she left his arms to retrieve her clothes.

"You set yourself up for that." She laughed tossing his shirt at him the fabric hitting him in the face, "I was ready for you the second I stepped off of the train but you have this thing called a business with your brother and this whole ambition to make it do well." She finished putting her bra back on.

"I said I was sorry." He fake whined as she put her shirt back on, he knew she wasn't actually mad at him about it or even disappointed, she just loved to tease him about it though, especially now that his parents didn't care how much time they spent together.

She walked up to him wrapping her arms around his neck, "It's a good thing I find those attributes as hot as I find you. Or else you would have a whole lot to make up for. Now lets go finish working so that I can go upstairs and lie down wrapped in your arms. I'm much more tired now than I was when I first came in here."

"Alright." He kissed her then looked down at her with a smirk, "But that offer of keeping you up all night still stands."

"Save it for the summer when I don't have to wake up the next morning." She had a small smile, "So I can spend the whole day in bed resting."

"If you're in my bed I can guarantee you, you won't be resting." He gave her a mischievous look.

She patted him on the cheek, "So confident already. I'll hold you to it then."

He couldn't help but laugh as she exited the bathroom and he followed her to get back to stocking the store. As they came out of the hallway Fred turned to see them, "Where have you two been?!"

"Stocking." They both answered heading back to their jobs with a smirk as Fred rolled his eyes at them.

George was there at the platform to see them all back off at to school with everyone else. She, Hermione, and Ginny walked away since they once again wouldn't be sitting with Harry and Ron. Hermione looked at her, "Did you have a good Holiday…other than you know the fire?"

"Yeah." Bridget smiled at her.

"You spent most of the Holiday with Fred and George working, I wouldn't consider that 'good'." Ginny looked at her like she was crazy. Hermione looked to Bridget and smiled and soon the two were laughing as they walked. Ginny looked at them confused, "What am I missing?"

"Ginny," Bridget said regaining herself, "I'm dating George."

"What?!" Ginny yelled shocked, "For how long?!"

"Two years." Hermione said.

"Well done George." Ginny smiled then looked to Bridget with a laugh, "Be careful though now that you have wings he might try to make you do deliveries for them."

"Wings?!" Hermione yelled.

"Yeah, they were my Christmas gift this year apparently." Bridget rubbed the back of her neck as they prepared to step onto the train, she forgot to tell Hermione that part.

"I missed it!" She was genuinely disappointed.

"Don't worry. I'll show them to you later." Bridget laughed shoving her onto the train.
