Also I don't know if I will contiune writing this story because there is so few responding to it. I have written to chapter 22 and I will also update. But momentarily am I really uncreative and disappointed that there are so few reviews!

Chapter 14: The Ball

Lily and Roxie had said to their dates that they will meet them in the Entrance Hall. As we arrived there we could see that we weren't the only ones. Lots of boys stood there waiting for their girls. We saw Scorpius talking with Albus who had Linda Zabini at his arm. Scor was a Vampire, Al was a muggle magician and Linda a cat. Scorpius' eyes lit up as he saw Lily coming from the dungeon stairs. He walked to us and hugged her.

"I am so happy that you said yes!" Scor said and smiled at her. Lily grinned.

"Well I had to go to the ball, didn't I?" His smile went away. Then Lily laughed.

"Oh Scorp! Don't take everything seriously! I am really happy to be here with you. I would have said No to every other boy who would have asked me!" Scorpius blushed.

"You look beautiful. Do you want to go in?" Lily nodded, took his arm and went with him to the Great Hall. I looked back to Rosie and Roxie but Rox was gone and Rose just shrugged.

"Do you want to go in?" I laughed at her pompous voice and took her outstretched arm. The boys looked at us as we made our way to the door. I suddenly stopped and Rose looked at me.

"I can't do this!" I wrote in the air and she took my shoulders and looked down at me.

"You can do this! George you are beautiful today. Just go in with me and I will not leave your side!" I nodded and we started walking again and again I stopped. Rose was pissed now and put her hands on her hips.

"Merlin! George come on! It can't be too hard to just go in there! You are so shy! You are beautiful and just ignore the people! Why…" I put my hands in the air to stop her ranting. She shut her mouth and I pointed to the door where Roxie and Lily were talking to Longbottom.

"I have to do the charm. We aren't in a costume right now. Just nice dresses!" Rose just nodded and I pulled her to the other girls that were now arguing with Nev. As I was near enough I pulled my wand out and pointed it first at Lily then Roxie. Lily enflamed and Rox was suddenly surrounded by a strong blow of air. The talking stopped and Nev started stuttering.

"Well I think you can go in now…" Lily just laughed and pulled the astounded Scor with her. As they were in the Hall I pointed my wand at Rose and then at me. I felt the grass beneath me and we walked to Nev who just let us in. The Great Hall was beautiful. Where the teacher table usually was, there was now a big stage with a band playing. The teachers would leave at ten and the band would play more rock songs. The house tables were gone and there were a lot of small circular tables with 10 chairs. We made our way to the table where Lily, Scor, Al and Linda were. Rox was with Logan at a table with just single men. I wasn't jealous of her. I knew how bad Logan was on a date but maybe she would enjoy it. We were soon joined by Fred and Louis. Both were pirates and the girls beside them were overjoyed. And I could see that both of the boys were already annoyed with their dates. I smiled at them and they stared at me.

"George you know that you are beautiful. Right?" Louis asked and I blushed.

"I told her already fifty times. But what is with me?" Rose asked amused.

"Na, you are ok…" Fred said and Rose had to laugh. As the first couples made their way to the dance floor Scorp and Lily went dancing. Al and Linda followed them closely. Larissa and Anna tried to get the boys to dance and reluctantly they went on the dance floor too. Rose looked at me.

"Do you want to dance with me?" I nodded. We tried miserably to dance but both of us were used to be the girl and not the boy. So we just did what we want to. My trail of green always follow us and luckily nobody stepped on my feet. My dress went down to the floor so no one could see I was barefoot. Rose and I had lots of fun and after half an hour dancing we went getting drinks. When we were sitting again a boy from my potion class came and asked Rose to dance with him.

"Is it okay?" She asked me and nodded. Rosie smiled and took the hand from the boy. Not long after that Fred and Louis came without their dates.

"Already bored with your girls?" I asked.

"Yeah. They just were so clingy." Louis said and I laughed without a sound. Fred looked at me and gave me his hand.

"Come on George. Let's dance!" I smiled and took his hand. Dancing with Fred was a thing I will never forget. He was just so energetic. We twirled and went over the whole dance floor. He was an excellent dancer. The grass followed us and soon the whole floor was covered in flowers. After five dances Louis took his place and through all the night they changed places. I had lots of fun and danced with Scor and Al too. Scor thanked me over and over again and I just smiled. He and Lily were so cute together.

At half past eleven I was very thirsty and went to the refreshments. Suddenly Roxie came to me and pulled me to the exit.

"What are you doing?" I thought but Roxie didn't look at me so she couldn't see the letters.

"We have to go now!" I just shook my head and let me being pulled from her. I took one last glance at the Great Hall and my heart stopped. James was there with Stephanie. He was a knight in shining armour and Stephanie a princess. Her dress was royal purple and was beautiful. They looked so good together.

"Oh shit!" I heard Roxie say from somewhere but I couldn't see or hear anything except at the couple in front of me and my blood in my ears.

"I am sorry, George!" Roxanne said and she pulled me in a hug. She took my hand again and gently directed me to our common room. I was in a stupor. I didn't felt anything I was like a shell. She brought me to her dorm. She mumbled 'Finite' at mine and her dress and the charms stopped. Rox undressed me and pulled a sleep shirt over my head. Pushing me down on her bed she waved her wand and my hair was back to normal and the make-up disappeared. She put me in her bed and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

"I am sooo sorry." I nodded and fell in a dreamless sleep. But a single tear escaped my eyes and slid down my face.
