A/N: I apologize from the bottom of my heart that I had given people false hope to an update for this story a while ago. I hope I did not lose any fans of this story. Here is the update! I hope you all enjoy it!
It has been a full month since the new school year started, and for Ryan it's been a breeze but for Elena, Jenny Carlisle has been nothing but nasty to her since she got there. She refused to tell any authority figure this harassment; thinking it would only make things worse.
She tried to act tough at first and put up a front but, luckily she had Caitlyn by her side. Those two were basically sisters who were separated at birth.
Luckily it's Saturday and she can have a break from school.
"Mom thy was Caitlyn on the phone, she was wondering if I could sleep over tonight. Can I please?" Elena asked walking onto the back patio where Kirsten was sipping on a cup of coffee, reading a book.
Kirsten smiled looking up from her book. She loved how her and Caitlyn's friendship has grown. "Sure sweetheart. When you call her back, let me know what time to drop you off."
Elena smiled. "Thanks mommy." She squealed with excitement and ran back to the kitchen.

It was around 6:30 now and Caitlyn's mom had taken the girls to the mall. The three of them had gotten hungry so they decided to grab a bite to eat at the food court.
"I'm going to head to the restroom, are you girls okay here?" Caitlyn's mom asked wiping her mouth from the last bit of pizza she had taken before standing up.
Caitlyn smiled with a nod. "We'll be okay mom."
Carla smiled and walked off towards the ladies' room.
No sooner she left the table, the two girls were rudely interrupted by Jenny and her little crew.
"You're really gonna eat that Chino?" Jenny snarked.
Caitlyn spoke before Elena had the chance to. "Jenny seriously walk away."
"What? I'm just helping the new girl out." She laughed but did as suggested walking away.
"What did I do to her? She's 3 years older than me! I didn't do anything." Elena said realizing she felt her eyes filled with tears. Her previous attitude of wanting to kick her ass,had slowly turned into wanting to curl up and cry. This girl had changed her, and she hated it.
Caitlyn got up and sat next to Elena wrapping her arms around her. "Lena, we have to tell someone, this has gotten really bad."
Elena sniffled shaking her head against her shoulder. "No I-can't-it'll make things worse Caitlyn-promise me you won't tell anyone."
Caitlyn was so unsure. She shook her head. "Lena-"
"Promise me-" she repeated looking up at her, straight in the eyes.
Caitlin hugged her best friend tight. "I promise Lena, I promise.
"Okay girls you almo-oh! What's wrong?" She asked concerned seeing Elena crying.
Elena sniffled pulling out if the hug wiping her tears. "Yes, um I am just missing my brother Trey. I'm okay, really." She forced a reassuring smile.
"Okay." Carla smiled. "Are you two ready to go?"
The two girls nodded as they both finished eating. After they dumped their trash, the three of them headed towards the parking lot.

It was about 1:30 in the morning and Elena laid there in bed next to Caitlyn who was sound asleep. Elena's mind kept thinking back to what happened at the mall. She just wished it would all go away.
A/N: I know it's a little short but I hoped you enjoyed the chapter! I look forward to hearing your feedback!
