So this is techinically the last chapter of this story and then there's an epilogue. It has been two years since I started this story and I can't believe I am almost done with it. I really did enjoy writing this story and I just want to thank all the readers who have given support and criticism to this story because it has helped me improve over the years. I will continue to write after I'm done with this story of course and I might possibly be working on a new video game fanfiction besides Watch Dogs. Anyways, enjoy the final chapter.

Clara dropped her journal as she felt a sharp pain in her stomach. She cried out as Aiden rushed over to her. She knew instantly that the baby was coming and Aiden most likely knew too.

"T-The baby..." she stuttered while only glancing at his worried expression before she winced in pain again. Her water had just broke and the pain in her stomach was unbearable.

Without another word, Aiden helped get her out of the house and into the car since she could hardly walk. Seconds later, Aiden turned on his GPS to locate the nearest hospital before speeding down the road, not caring about the speed limit.

During the whole ride, Clara tried to keep her breathing under control. Aiden was practically praying at this point for the birth to go well and for Clara to be alright. Occasionally, he'd try to reassure her by reminding her that they were almost to the hospital. The ride to Clara felt like hours, but once they arrived, the doctors saw what was going on and they immediately took her to the emergency room with Aiden quickly following close behind.

As soon as Clara was set onto the hospital bed and she let out a cry of pain. The baby was so eager to come out and Clara wanted so badly for her to do so. Aiden sat in a chair beside her and gently placed his hand on her head, feeling the sweat coming through. He hated to see her like this and he did his best to keep her somewhat calm.

"Breathe..." he said softly once he noticed her breathing begin to spiral out of control. He repeated this a couple times until she managed to slow her breathing at least just a little bit. Her pained eyes met his and he could see the agitation and worry in them. "It'll be over soon," he said in a soft voice.

This was all new to him and he was sweating bullets at this point. This was also a big moment for the two of them. They were about to be parents. The thought scared them, yet excited them at the same time.

Moments later, Clara's hand was gripping Aiden's tightly as she attempted to push the baby out.

"Almost out," the doctor, who was helping get the baby out, reassured her. After another minute of pain and agony, the doctor announced, "It's a girl!"

Clara exhaled heavily as she rested her head against the pillow while her eyes beamed towards the baby. As soon as she saw her, she felt a sense of love and need to protect her. Aiden felt something similar as he got up and made his way towards his newborn daughter. The doctor handed him a pair of scissors to cut the cord in which Aiden gladly accepted.

He was surprised the baby wasn't crying like they did in the movies. She only moved her little arms and legs around, her eyes barely opened and parts of her body stained with blood. She looked precious and she was yet to see the world. Aiden cut the cord before the doctor handed him the child. Aiden carefully took his newborn daughter and held her so gently as if she were a delicate object.

Moments later, the doctor had applied a small hat onto the baby's head before she was handed to Clara. The child made contact with her bare skin, allowing her to be warm as Clara held her close to the crook of her neck. She gazed down at her newborn daughter with strained eyes as a small smile appeared on her face. Her gaze never left the baby, knowing that they would have to depart for a brief time due to the doctors having to do tests on the baby.

"What should we name her?" Clara asked as she managed to turn her gaze towards Aiden.

He simply shrugged and said, "It's up to you."

She nodded before she slowly turned her gaze back to their newborn child and she grinned. She was silent before she finally made up her mind. Without removing her eyes from the baby, she said in a soft voice, "Helena."

As soon as Clara told Aiden to call her father and tell him she had just given birth, Alex was quick to arrive at the hospital. He practically burst through the door and once he saw Clara, his expression softened a bit, especially by the sight of her sound asleep with her baby in her arms, but he was worried as well.

"Is she alright?" He said while taking a quick glance at Aiden before turning back to Clara.

"Yeah, she just needs rest," he replied.

Alex slowly made his way towards Clara before seating himself in a chair beside the hospital bed. He gazed at Clara and the little one lovingly as he gently ran his fingers through her hair. A few seconds later, Clara began to stir slightly until eventually her eyes fluttered open. Her eyes widened once she saw the sight of her father. Alex felt bad for waking her and he quickly moved his hand back.

"I'm sorry," he said, "I didn't mean to wake you."

Clara didn't care much that her father had just woken her, but she was rather happy to see him.

"Papa," she said in a soft voice as she smiled, "You came."

"I wouldn't miss this for the world."

She saw him staring at Helena with a grin on his face and she instantly lifted her up gently and handed her to him, knowing that he wanted to hold her. Alex gently took Helena in his arms the same way Aiden did, his grin growing wider. Helena had little patches of dark brown hair and she shared Aiden's eye color.

"What did you name her?"

"Helena."

"That's a lovely name. She reminds me of you," he said, being reminded of the time Clara was born.

Afterwards, Alex began to talk about how he'd always be there for her and Helena not only as a father, but a grandfather as well. Aiden watched the two of them as they chatted and shared smiles and laughs. It reminded Aiden of being with his family. He missed Nicky and Jackson a lot and he most likely wouldn't get to see them again, but he could now start his own family with Clara. There was hope in him, but also anxiety. Would he really be a good father?

Clara had told him throughout her pregnancy not to worry about being the perfect father. There was going to be tough times no matter how much Aiden would try to prevent them. He knew deep down he would certainly never be the perfect father, but could at least try.

That night, Clara had put Helena in her crib, resulting her to fall asleep instantly. Aiden had his arms wrapped around his french canadian hacker, who was the mother of his newborn daughter. They both were awake and there was something that Aiden had on his mind and he meant to ask Clara a question earlier, but didn't get the chance to.

"Why the name Helena?" He asked after a brief silence.

Clara poked her head up from his chest and said with a confused look, "Is there something wrong with it?"

"No, just curious."

Her eyes went to his chest as she drew little circles with her finger on his skin before replying, "Well, I always thought Helen was a nice name and if I ever had a kid, that name would be one of the choices." She paused before speaking once more, "But then I tried to think of a name you'd might like and the name Helena came to mind."

His eyes met hers with that same feeling again called love. "You didn't have to name her that."

"I know, but it's still a nice name."

Aiden smiled before giving her a kiss on the cheek. "I love you, Clara."

"I love you too. Goodnight Aiden."

"Goodnight."
