Hello everyone. Sorry it took me very long to update. Things came in the way and one of them was lack of inspiration to the story and some rewrites. But now I'm back and ready to write. Remember to drop reviews so I can know how interested into the story you are.

Chapter 3: Time Skip Part 2
Night Time was over the city of Townsville. It didn't change much of the ruins that were now the city, except that the sounds of crickets filled the air. It seems deserted, but there was one place that was occupied. It served as shelter and coverage for the heroes that found themselves stuck in the ruined future.
Within a forgotten store, a camp fire blew bristly in the wind. It cooled the cold air for those around it and brought comfort to them. It also gave Buttercup the warmth to come back to consciousness as she let out a moan. She sat up with an exhausted look and opened her eyes to look around. She found herself in a wrecked store that once had toys by the looks of it.
Buttercup was confused, but at the same time realized something providing heat coming behind her. She quickly got on her feet and spun around to face it, only to find a creature that was rock and fire. The Powerpuff got ready to fight, but the monster held up its hands.
"Woah! Hold it there, girly." The creature spoke to her, "There's no need to start round three."
Buttercup didn't seem convinced as she got into a fighting stance. She also gave the monster a deadly glare as she asked, "Who are you and where am I? The last thing I can remember was that getting my butt kicked?"
"First, you're in an abandoned store. And second I'm here to help you. See." At the last word, the creature slapped the symbol on its chest and became engulfed in a flash of green light. When it died down, there was a thirteen year old kid with brown hair and green eyes, "See, we're all friends here."
However, the look on Buttercup face said otherwise. The kid easily saw this and said softly, "Alright, I guess I'll start introductions. My name is Ben Tennyson. I was the aliens that you kept fighting until we got here."
"What are you talking about?" Buttercup asked, but this time with a confuse expression, "Where is here anyway?"
"I'm talking about that we're in a far distant future."
Buttercup became silent for a while and began to think. The memories of what happened earlier came in and she dropped her stance. A sad look then took over her face and she fell on her butt to the ground.
"Great, now I'm in bigger trouble than I thought."
"Yeah, but we can get back." Ben said.
"Oh and how is that?" Buttercup glanced at him with a mix of doubt and frustration.
"That I haven't figured out." Ben smiled awkwardly.
Buttercup felt cold and shivered. She discovered then that she was wore a green tank top and blue shorts. She also discovered a scar on her abdomen, but it seems to be healing slowly. But through it all, it was awkward wearing something so exposed to the cold.
Ben came to her rescue as he removed his shirt and lend it to her, "Here you go. I think you need this more than I do."
"Are you sure?" Buttercup asked him.
"Yeah, I can handle…ACHOO!" The last part he sneezed.
Buttercup smiled a bit and took the shirt. She wore and felt warmth again. When she turned back to Ben to thank him she realized that Ben has some muscles. It wasn't major, but it was rare to have for a thirteen year old kid. It might have been the training he has gone through in two universes (Danny Phantom and Teen Titans) that had caused it.
Buttercup realized then that she was staring at Ben and glanced away before he noticed. Then she heard footsteps and found a samurai coming to the camp fire.
"Is everyone alright?" He asked.
"Yeah, Jack." Ben replied.
"Jack?" Buttercup muffled an attempt to laugh, "Isn't that an odd name for a Samurai?"
"I don't know." Jack said as he came closer, "The people of this future call me Jack. Are you alright now, Miss?"
Buttercup knew the question meant on her condition and she nodded, "Yeah, I'm fine. I've taken worse things than that so I'll live."
"Good…I think." Jack was unsure of what to think, but turned to Ben, "Why aren't you wearing your shirt?"
"Buttercup was getting cold so I lend her my shirt." Ben said.
Jack nodded, seeing that Ben was right since Buttercup wore it. After that, they gathered around the fire to get warm. It was silent since no one made a form of discussion. Jack sharpened his sword with a rock, Ben was dialing through his aliens because of boredom and Buttercup sat there with nothing to do.
"So how about we get to know each other? Unlike you guys I don't have a sword or a strange watch." Butttercup broke the silence.
"It's called the Omnitrix." Ben corrected her, "Besides, you're right about that. Let me be the one to start." To explain better, he stood up and began to tell, "I come from another universe. There, I was once a normal kid, but one day, during the first day of summer with my Grandpa and cousin, the Omnitrix crashed landed somewhere in the camp area. I found it and since that day I've been kicking alien butts."
"That's pretty cool, Ben." Buttercup smiled.
"Thanks." Ben smiled back and continued, "But just some months ago, I ran away from home. I wanted to turn back when I realized I shouldn't but a portal came in and I fell in. Since, then I've been jumping from one universe to the next, helping other heroes and kicking bad guys butts. It wasn't easy and I almost lost someone I loved there. In the end, I found out I was destined to stop a guy called Nefarius and since then I've been going to one universe to the next to stop the guy."
"You've gone through so much." Jack said in a pity state.
"Yeah, but I can handle it." Ben turned to him and smirked, "I've beaten a lot of super villains except for Nefarius and Eon who keeps getting away. Eon's the same guy that attacked Buttercup."
"Wait that was him?" Buttercup perked up in anger, "I hate him!"
"Relax, Buttercup." Jack said to ease her.
"Yeah." Ben said, "Besides, I like to know about you."
"Fine." Buttercup said as calmed down. As Ben sat down, she stood up and started, "My full name is Buttercup Utonium. I have two other sisters and together we're the Powerpuff girls. We kick major butts, whether it's monsters, a psychopath monkey or robots. My sisters and I were created by my father, Professor Utonium."
"Wait, you were created?" Ben perked up a bit, "That's so cool."
"Thanks." Buttercup smiled at him. Then she continued, "So anyway, my dad used Sugar, spice and everything nice. Then with a chemical called Chemical X, Boom! He got three butt kicking daughters!"
"Woah!" Ben gawked at Buttercup a bit, "Remind me to write that down. I want to try it."
"Don't even think about it!" Buttercup scolded.
Ben shifted back a bit from Buttercup. She calmed down and sat down on the ground. Now the remaining person was Jack. The Samurai knew this as he put his sword in its usual case and got up.
"Back in my time, my father reigned as Emperor of Japan. The land was peaceful during that time without the technology of today and crimes. But that changed when Aku came."
"Who's Aku?" Buttercup interrupted.
"Jack's getting to that." Ben said in a low tone.
Jack continued, "Aku is an embodiment of evil itself. He has no mercy and does anything that's wicked and cruel. My father fought him with the sword I now have and sent him into a deep imprisonment. Peace reigned once more for some years, but he returned. He took over my home, but because of a plan by my parents I was sent away to prepare. I got the training till adult age and went to fight Aku."
"Nice. But how did it go?" Ben asked as he became excited to know.
"It…" A sad look dawned on Jack's face, "It went in my favor. But Aku tricked me and sent me forward in time. Now I journey in the world to look for a time portal that will take me home."
"Um…I'm sorry." Ben frowned, "I didn't know."
"No need to be sad, Ben." Jack said as a cracked a smile of his own, "I know I will find a way back home and defeat Aku once and for all."
Soon, another silence took over. Jack sat back and went back to his sword like earlier. Ben didn't do much, but lie down and stare at the dented ceiling. Buttercup only stared at the fire as she let all their stories come together. It brought her to realize something that she widened her eyes with a huge smirk on her face.
"So what are we waiting for? Let's go kick some butts!" Buttercup sprung up to her feet, "We got a kid with a powerful sword, a Samurai with awesome skills and a cool sword and let's not forget a girl that kicks major butt. Together we can't move."
"We already figured that, Buttercup." Ben said from his position, "Jack and I were just waiting for you to wake up before asking you to help."
"Something bad is going on in the park. Ben and I found it hard to get out. No doubt our enemies are at work." Jack said.
"So why are we waiting?" Buttercup asked with an excited grin.
"Morning." Jack replied, "For now we rest to gain strength for the battle ahead."
Buttercup wanted to objected, but pouted and fell on her butt, "Fine."
(LINE BREAK)
Morning time soon arrived with the sun up in the air. The city of Townsville still remained as quiet due to the absence of people. But of course it didn't mean that it was completely deserted. Just on top of a high skyscraper, Ben, Buttercup and Jack looked down below. The height of the building granted them the ability to see what used to be Townsville's Park.
Thousands of years later, the park has become a base of operation. It had an electric fence that will electrocute anyone that tried getting through. Then within the park were hundreds of battle robots and a base that most likely lead underground. The robots were purple and on one wheel.
Ben passed his vision binoculars to Jack so he can see the area. He already saw enough so gave it to Jack to see. Buttercup didn't need it since she could enhance her eyes to a point that it's better than the binoculars.
"Seeing what I'm seeing?" Ben asked firmly without looking away from the park.
"Yes." Jack nodded and put the binoculars down, "We need a plan to ensure us complete entering. If what the Time walker say is true, then Aku and his allies are taking a monster through a time machine."
"Then let's go!" Buttercup exclaimed.
Before anyone could say otherwise, Buttercup shot off from the skyscraper and flew straight for the park. Jack watched her fly away and turn to Ben, "This is not how we should attack. Aku will be expecting us."
"Well if he is…" Ben said as he activated the hologram of an alien on the Omnitrix, "Then we better bring some fire power."
Ben slammed down the watch and became engulfed in a flash of light. The temperature of his body became high as his body became rocks. Then fire completely covered him, giving him the figure of a fire and rock humanoid.
"Heatblast!" Ben shouted.
Now in his alien form, Ben shot off from the skyscraper and flew to the park. Jack watched him go and sighed in frustration, already putting his own words aside. He took out his sword and made a jumped off the skyscraper and ran to the park.
Buttercup came stomping down in the park. The impact made a shockwave that knocked several robots away and a huge crater below Buttercup. She had a smirk on her face which she stood up straightly and looked at the robots surrounding her from the top ground.
"This is soooo going to be fun!"
Another explosion came from the park and so did the sound of a huge impact. Robots were sent flying through the air and machinery parts were scattered. Buttercup fought her way through, mainly by punching and shooting laser beams. As more robots came, she stomps her foot down at their direction that it sent a rocky shockwave that sent them flying.
Buttercup liked the bashing so much with a grin on her face. However, she failed to notice a bigger robot that came behind her. It casted a huge shadow that made her notices it.
"Oh crud." She gawked at the massive size robot.
It raised its huge hands to squash her, but a fire ball hit it. The robot exploded when the fire ball hit it, causing it to burst to pieces. Buttercup took a step back and looked up to see Heatblast.
"Remember to leave some of them for me." Heatblast said.
Buttercup nodded with a smirk. She and Heatblast heard the sound of robots marching and turned to the direction of it. Buttercup turned back to Heatblast with a cocky grin and flew off, "Race ya!"
"Oh it's on." Heatblast snickered. His hand went above the Omnitrix and he said."Looks like a job for a heavy hitter." He touched the face and became engulfed in a flash of green light. When the light died a red alien with four hands, four eyes and wearing a white shirt and black pants stood.
"Fourarms!" He cried out.
Since he no longer had Heatblast, he landed on the ground. He looked at his hands and shrugged, "I was hoping for Rath, but Fourarms in four the fun."
With that said, Fourarms ran into battle. He met Buttercup bashing several robots and ran faster to get in on the fun.
"Get out of the way! Hero coming through!"
Buttercup stood aside and watched Fourarms coming to a stop and claps his four hands. He sent a sonic wave that hit several robots and destroyed them.
"Woah!" Buttercup smirked with interest, "Now the fun can really begin."
"Tell me about it." Fourarm's smirk went the same way as Buttercup.
Together, both heroes charged at upcoming robots. Buttercup punched her way throwing with her fists and took a robot's arm to hit the other. When the weapon became useless to her, she charged up her eyes and let out a huge laser blasts. It cut through the entire robots, destroying them. She then used to spin around, destroying the robots surrounding her.
Fourarms did his own part by bashing robots coming at him. His powerful fists made contact with several robots and did much damage in all sorts of ways. Due to his height and strength, he was capable of grabbing two robots and using them as weapons to hit more. However, it didn't last as many still came at him and began to shoot lasers from their wrists.
Fourarms used his hands to shield himself, but they still sting. He became furious and threw all four hands to the ground, sending a shockwave that destroyed more of them. He let out a battle cry and charged at upcoming ones.
The battle against the robots went on for a while. But with Buttercup and Fourarms fighting they took them down. When the robots became too much they regrouped, standing back to back with excited grins on their faces. Both heroes fought against the robots, leaving them in destroyed parts. Soon enough, the entire park was cleared of the robots.
The two heroes became exhausted due to all the fighting. It wasn't easy, but it was fun and hard to fight them robots. As they began to regain their strength, the Omnitrix beeped and changed Fourarms back to Ben.
"Now that was a lot of robots." Ben took a breath and turned to the heroine next to him.
"You're telling me." Buttercup heaved a bit and smiled at Ben, "You're not so bad."
"Thanks." Ben smiled.
However, Buttercup heard something coming and knew what it was.
"Ben, get out of the way!" The Powerpuff shouted and ran by Ben's side.
Suddenly, a missile flew straight at Buttercup and hit her. But since she shielded Ben, she and the teen hero was sent flying. Both of them hit the ground, but Buttercup was a bit dazed. Ben had to push her off him and got a clear view of three huge robots. They were bigger and buffer than the ones they beat and had the size of ten feet.
Ben glanced at the Omnitrix with a panic look, but found it still recharging, "Aw come on! I could really use an alien about now!"
However, the robots had their hand like cannons targeted at Ben. They were powering up to fire and with Buttercup dazed and the Omnitrix still recharging they'll succeed to destroy both heroes.
Out of fear, Ben covered his head with his hands and closed his eyes, "I never thought I'll go down like this. Goodbye world."
The robots got into maximum power and were about to fire, but something interrupted. A battle cry was heard above and drew the robots and Ben's attention. It was revealed to be Samurai Jack, who had his sword above his head and was coming down.
A robot raised its cannon and shot the beam intended for Ben and Buttercup at Jack. But the samurai his sword swung against it, redirecting it away. He landed on the robot that shot him and cut the head off with one swing of his sword. The second robot shot its cannon at Jack, but he jumped off the robot and landed on that robot. The laser intended for him destroyed the beheaded robot instead.
Jack didn't have to stay long on the robot as the third opened fire. He jumped off it, allowing the lasers intended for him to destroy it. He landed on the robot safely, but this time he struck his sword into shoulder and touched down on the ground. His sword created a huge gush from its shoulder and chest, causing it to explode. Oddly enough Jack stood unharmed.
"Dude…" Ben gawked at him before shaking his head, "Um…thanks for the save."
"You're welcome." Jack replied. He moved his sword in smoothly into the air before putting it into his case.
At that moment, Buttercup let out a groan and stood up. She sat up with an aching head and groaned a bit, "What hit me?"
"A missile." Ben answered like it was normal. He got off the ground and helped Buttercup to her feet too.
Jack walked to the group closer and said to them, "We've already wasted enough time. I'm positive this was Aku's plan all along. We must move now."
"Now, Samurai, won't you want to stay back for this." Said a sudden intrusion as a voice.
Jack knew the owner of the voice, but Buttercup and Ben didn't know. Either way, when a black body formed from the ground and took into the form of a familiar darkness of evil they all looked at it. It was a gigantic being with fire like eye lashes, a black body and black horns on the side of his heads.
"AKU!" Jack snarled.
Aku looked down on Jack and his companion. He had a mischievous grin on his face, something Jack has gotten used to and hated, "It's been a while, Samurai. Every day is a chance of a battle between us."
"But this time it ends." Jack said firmly and swiftly drew out his sword.
"As you wish." Aku chuckled afterwards.
Suddenly, black vines sprouted from the ground below Jack, Ben and Buttercup. The speed the vines were too fast that it tied around their wrists, neck and legs. It became worst when it tightened its grip, forcing Jack to drop his sword.
Buttercup tried to break free with her enhanced strength. She did successfully, but each vine she broke out another took over swiftly. Jack couldn't do much as more veins began to cover his body.
"It's over, Samurai." Aku laughed.
"Not if I have anything to say." Ben said with much faith.
Unfortunately, the vines began to reproduce and cover the heroes' body. Buttercup found most of her body gone with only thing uncovered was her eyes. The same thing went for Jack who stared daggers at Aku. He saw him gloating to himself, enjoying the victory he seems to have. But as much as he hated to admit it, Aku might win.
However, a sudden flash of light emitted from Ben. The only one to witness it was Aku who shielded his eyes. The light from Ben destroyed vines holding Jack and Buttercup, freeing them from the bonds.
Ben began to grow bigger with each passing second. Jack and Buttercup had to look up to the sky as the light slowly died, revealing Ben's new alien form. He was a giant humanoid alien with a large fin on his head, two blades like outgrowths on his shoulders and spikes on his waist.
"You're in big trouble! Way big!" Shouted Ben as Waybig.
Jack and Buttercup gazed at the giant alien that stood next to them. All the aliens they've seen so far by Ben were impressive, but they never thought of seeing one so huge.
"Now that's cool!" Buttercup gazed with a smirk expression, "Seems like Ben got things here."
"What do you mean?" Jack asked as he turned to her.
Buttercup looked away from the giant and faced Jack, "We have to stop that creature from getting into that time portal, remember?"
"Yes." Jack nodded, but looked at Aku, "But I can't leave when I have the chance to destroy Aku."
"Think this through, Jack." Buttercup faced him sternly, "We got a job to do…wait, I just sound like Blossom. Gross." The Powerpuff shuddered a bit at the thought.
Jack only blinked, a bit confuse about the turn of discussion, "I fail to see your point."
"Fine, I wanted to do this the easy way…" Before Jack knew it, Buttercup grabbed his hand and flew off to the direction of the base, "But the hard way is fine by me."
Waybig looked back at them and saw them leave. With them gone, he didn't have to worry about endangering them or Jack getting in the way to destroy Aku. He went back to face Aku and got into a fighting stance.
"Now for you." Waybig said.
Aku laughed a bit with a cocked evil grin, "Foolish boy. I am Aku, evil sorcerer and master of darkness. I will…" He didn't finish as Waybig threw a fist at his face, knocking him to the ground.
"Tell that to my fist. Wait, you just did." Waybig smirked.
"Time to end this." Aku muttered.
Aku transformed into a demon bird and flew up into the air. He flew around and dived down to attack Waybig with his claws sharpened, but Waybig ducked down to avoid him. Before he could fly high, He caught Aku by the tail and threw him down on the ground hard.
Aku formed into black goo and shot out several tentacles at Waybig. They tied around the giant alien's hands and legs before drawing him despite his struggle. The giant looked forward and found Aku form a giant mouth and teeth as he drew him closer.
"No way am I going down like that!" Waybig rebelled as he kept struggling.
All efforts seem to fail for Waybig, but an idea sprung up. Waybig brought his hands to a plus position and shot a direct cosmic beam at the goo. It hit the goo perfectly, causing Aku to scream as he shaped back to normal.
"AH! Impossible!" Aku cried out as he held his chest, "Nothing on earth can harm me, except the sword."
Waybig cocked a grin as he got into the same position as before, "Hate to break it to you, but Waybig isn't from earth and neither is the Omnitrix."
Just as the hero finished, he unleashed multiple cosmic blasts at Aku. The ancient evil screamed from each blast, forcing him to move backwards. Waybig was enjoying every moment of it as shown by the smirk. He stopped his attacked momentarily, but still kept his hands in place.
"Hey, Aku!" Waybig called out. Aku arched at the pain he felt, but looked forward. He found Waybig powering up his cosmic blast, followed by his words, "Take a load of this power!"
Waybig reached full power and shot a huge cosmic beam. It pierced right through Aku, causing him to scream in pain and dissipate into thin air. Waybig dropped down his hands and placed them by his side in a hero stance, "Bad guy taken down!"
"Don't celebrate, fool!"
Suddenly, Waybig found a dark aura on top of him. He cried out from the pain and tried to move it off. But he could only move slowly due to the pain. He was lifted off the ground and thrown down on the ground with Aku on top of him in the form of a scorpion.
"Now to end this." Aku said as he raised his stinger.
"I wouldn't count on that." Waybig retorted.
Waybig kicked Aku off him and got to his feet. He got his hands into position and fired a cosmic beam. Aku evaded the attack by jumping back and formed into goo that entered the ground.
"This can't be good." Waybig muttered while dropping his hands.
Suddenly, the ground began to shake that it made it hard for Waybig to stand. It then burst and Aku in the form of a giant came out as Waybig was thrown to the ground.
"HA HA HA HA HA!" Aku laughed and shot red laser beams at him.
Waybig got hit and cried in pain as he felt every pain of it. Aku kept laughing, enjoying the sound of his scream. He increased the power of his laser beam, expecting it to destroy Waybig. However, the teen hero rolled to the right to get out of the beam. He got up on his feet quickly and jumped high into the air. There, he did a spin and came back down in a dive with his upper body and fist straight down.
Aku became wide eyed, but got over it to shoot his beams. He was very shocked when he saw Waybig pass right through it. He thought about increasing the beam, but it was too late when Waybig hit him. The collision of Waybig fist making contact with Aku's face shook the ground close and far.
A dust cloud had formed during the collision and was now clearing away. It soon showed Waybig holding Aku in his normal by the shoulders.
"Face it, Aku. You've lost!" Waybig told him with firmness.
"HA HA HA HA HA!" Aku laughed and grinned, "Foolish boy, you have no idea of what I can do."
"And what will that be?" Waybig glared at him in anger.
"You'll see." Right before Waybig's sight, Aku vanished into air from his grip.
Though Aku was gone, Waybig thought about what he meant. It was a mystery, but he knew very well that was very bad. He was brought out of his thoughts when he heard thunder rumbled in the sky as dark lightening flashed.
A giant image of Aku appeared in front of him with him being bigger, "Goodbye, Ben Tennyson. I will send your regards to Nefarius." With that said, he laughed and faded away.
"AKU!" Waybig yelled angrily, "Come back here and fight!"
The only response he got was echoic laughter in the air. The skies finally charged up and shot down several lightning bolts that struck the ground. Waybig was hit several with his surroundings and cried out in total pain. It became so unbearable for him that he changed back to normal in a flash of green light. The lightning attack ceased to show a devastated ground and Ben lying on the crater with several bruises on his body.
LINE BREAK
Jack and Buttercup arrived at an underground base. It turned out that what seems like the base on top was really the entrance to the real one underground. But getting in wasn't easy as they fought off laser beams, robot insects and Aku's robot drones.
The underground base was actually a deserted. It was a wide open space with no sign of human life. Buttercup and Jack proceeded forward, but with caution and a bit confuse.
"This is weird." Buttercup looked around her as she said slowly, "No machines, no source of transportation…"
"And no time machine." Jack finished and felt dejected.
"Now that's where you're wrong." Jack and Buttercup heard a voice. The familiarity of the voice reminded Buttercup of someone, which sparked anger within her and on her face.
Buttercup spun around and looked up to where the voice came and yelled, "You! I see you brought back your ugly face so I can smash it!"
Standing behind a railing up, Eon stood with a grin on a face, "I see you're still your snappy self. I thought our last encounter would have thought you a lesson."
"The only lesson here will be my fist to your face!" Buttercup growled with a fist up.
"Feisty aren't we?" Eon chuckled before laughing out loud.
Once he finished laughing, the time traveler vanished in a flash of purple light. Buttercup felt intense with anger that Jack had to hold her shoulder to hold her back. He knew something was wrong that his other had gripped the handle of his sword.
"Get ready." Jack whispered.
Buttercup agreed in mind, but didn't reply to him. Jack knew it and said nothing as he too got ready.
Eon reappeared just a few meters from them in front of them. His presence intensified Buttercup and Jack became very observant. However, Eon didn't seem too worried by this. He snapped his finger and in a flash of light a huge robot appeared behind them.
Buttercup and Jack looked back to see the robot. It was about fifteen feet tall with big upper body armor. It almost resembled a humanoid robot except that it had no head.
The chest of robot opened to reveal a psychopath chimpanzee with high intelligence.
"Mojo!" Buttercup snarled.
"You are right." Mojo grinned while exposing his teeth, "It is I, Mojo JoJo, and I have come from the past to destroy you so the burden that is with you and your sisters will be lessened."
"Shut your yap, Mojo!" Buttercup snapped, "I don't need anyone to take you and ugly face over there."
Eon smirked, "We'll see."
Mojo's robot's chest closed before it charged at them. He was soon followed by Eon who drew out a light saber and charged. Since the villains were at the other side of the heroes, Buttercup became furious to decide who to attack.
Jack drew out his sword and got ready to fight. He faced Eon with the intention to fight him, but he didn't get the chance. Buttercup ran directly at Eon, leaving Eon with a surprise look. He didn't dwell on it as Mojo came at him and threw a fast punch. Jack moved out of the way and let out a battle cry as he charged at him.
Buttercup approached Eon and threw consecutive blows at him. But it was in vain as Eon used time speed to easily dodge them. This angered Buttercup who halted her attack and shot laser beams from her eyes. Eon swift to the right to avoid it and threw a fast punch that knocked Buttercup to the ground. He made a purple light saber into a whip and shot it around her ankle before throwing her against a far wall.
Eon snickered with an excited grin and ran at Buttercup. He got close, but she got up in time and faced him. She gave a deadly glare and did a sonic clap that blew Eon away. Buttercup smiled a bit and charged at him, liking the turn of events.
While both powerful opponents fought, Jack ran as multiple missiles were right behind him. He moved right and left to avoid them, but they still followed him. But when he ran to a wall, he ran on top of it and jumped off it. He did a flip over the missiles and landed on the ground safely, just in time to hear the missiles explode on the wall.
Jack then went to face at Mojo and ran at him. But of course Mojo noticed and began to shoot several miniature laser beams from his robot's wrist. He tried to get a good shot of Jack, but the samurai was too quick. He even swung his sword at close up lasers, redirecting them somewhere else.
"No! I will not lose to you!" Mojo yelled in anger.
His words didn't mean much to Jack. He approached Mojo very fast and swung his sword at him. However, at the last minute, Mojo jumped into the air. He avoided the strike of Jack's sword and hovered in the air by jets under the robot's feet.
Mojo let out his evil laughter with another evil plot in mind. The robot's fists formed huge blaster cannons and fired straight at Jack. The samurai saw them coming and ran off to avoid them. But Mojo didn't stop firing at him. He kept sending blast after blast at Jack, forcing him to run to avoid them.
When Jack began to go too far, Mojo followed Jack and continued to attack. He enjoyed seeing him run and began to laugh in his own messed up way. He failed to notice that he came closer to the ground, giving Jack a plan.
Jack came to a stop and rolled backwards. He went underneath Mojo, drawing the attention of the super villain.
"What the…?" Mojo turned around.
"YAAAAAA!"
Jack let out his usual battle cry as he 'flew' with his sword high. Before Mojo could react, he struck his sword into the chest of the robot. Since Mojo was in the chest, he let out a monkey shriek as he moved himself into his seat to avoid the tip of the sword.
Jack drew out his sword and jumped off the robot. He watched the robot squirm as it tried to regain its footing. He guessed that he might have damaged some of the controls which so happened to be the cause. It didn't last as the robot stood well again, though its chest kept sparking electricity.
"You think you have beaten me?" Mojo's voice came from the machine, "I am Mojo JoJo and I will crush you, samurai. Your defeat shall be sweet and quick as it is I that have the upper hand in technology and…."
Jack's mind wandered away by Mojo's yapping as he saw Eon flew straight at the robot. The impact sent both of them flying a few meters away. Jack didn't have to wonder who it was as he faced Buttercup.
"Now we got them on the run." Buttercup said as she stood on the ground next to him.
"It seems so." Jack nodded, but a thoughtful look on his face.
Buttercup didn't seem sure that Jack agreed, but let it go. She and Jack became prepared to fight as they watched Eon and Mojo stand up.
"We're not done yet." Mojo groaned as he got up.
"Oh yes you are." Buttercup smirked, "Right, Jack." The samurai didn't reply, though he nodded with a focus look. Buttercup noticed his expression, but left it behind since she was enjoying the moment, "With Jack, Ben and I, we can do whatever we want and no can stop us."
"I beg to differ." The voice of Aku echoed in the air.
Suddenly, the evil overload appeared right in front of them with a grin on his face.
"Aku!" Jack snarled.
Buttercup became dumbfound as she was worried, "You're here? But how? Ben should have kicked your butt!"
"HA HA HA!" Aku laughed and bellowed, "Fools!" He loved the look on Buttercup's face as he continued, "I am Aku. No one goes against me without suffering through consequences as in the case of the Samurai."
"You'll pay for this, Aku!" Buttercup snapped, "Now tell me what you did to him!"
"Simple, mere child." Aku snickered a bit, "I took care of him the same way others go when they defy me."
Something within Buttercup made her snap fully. It might be because Aku might have killed her friend or the gloating he enjoyed. Either way, she still flew straight at the demonic evil that is Aku. Jack was surprise by this and shouted her name to stop her, but it was too late.
However, Buttercup didn't get close as Aku fired his huge hot lasers. She got hit that instant and was sent crashing to the ground. Jack was shocked, but got over it as he took out his sword and held it up and deflect Aku's laser beams. But when Aku ceased his attack, Jack was hit by a laser from another enemy, sending him crashing to the ground.
"You see, Jack." Aku walked slowly to him, "You've lost."
Jack gnashed his teeth with a deadly glare. He gripped his sword, but realized it wasn't in his hand. Realizing something wrong, he looked away from him and found the sword just a few meters away. He must have let go of it when he was shot.
The samurai tried to get up, but Aku grabbed him and lifted him up to his face. He laughed right into his face, but then glance above them. The ceiling began to open, showing the skies once more and a flying ship. It was lifting down a huge coffin by a blue beam which helped lowered it.
"Well will you look at that." Aku smile grew with amusement, "Our package is here."
Just a few feet away, the ground opened to reveal a blue swirling portal. Jack knew very well that it was the time portal which meant that the contained creature was being delivered right into it.
"We've got her." Mojo said in his mechanical robot suit. He held an almost unconscious Buttercup in his hand with Eon next to him.
Aku looked back at his fellow super villains and smirked. He had that same smirk as he looked back at Jack, "So you see, Jack? No one will save you or your friend. You've failed, just like the pathetic human you are."
"No way!" A familiar voice shouted.
The voice sound so familiar that Mojo gasped while Aku and Eon let out shock exclamations. Even Jack and Buttercup were surprise as they looked up to where the voice came from. It revealed to be Ben, standing with the same bruises and cuts. He stood on the edge of the open.
"I'm no pusher over, Aku." Ben shot a straight glare at him, "But now you're gonna learn."
Like an instinct, the face of the Omnitrix sprung up with an alien hologram. Ben brought his Omnitrix hand up and slammed it down by his other hand. He became engulfed in a flash of light as his body began to change. His body blew like a balloon while he began to have yellow armor and his body completely changed.
When the light vanished, Ben stood as a hulking, broad-shouldered alien that's covered in yellow armor plating on his back, shoulders and back of his arms. He wore mostly white with black on his upper half. He also has four claws on both of his hands and sharp teeth. The Omnitrix is on his forehead.
"CANNONBOLT!" Ben cried out at his loudest, "Now let's get things rolling!"
From where he stood, Cannonbolt jumped off and rolled into a sphere form. He came down fast on Aku and hit at the face, sending the giant falling to the ground. This caused Aku to free Jack who ran and got his sword from the ground.
However, Cannonbolt did not stop there. As he hit Aku, he was bounced to a wall where he bounced off and flew straight at Eon. But he noticed him coming and moved out of the way to avoid him. Cannonbolt missed, but he bounced off another wall and hit Eon. The impact hit Eon hard and sent him into the time portal.
After hitting Eon, Cannonbolt unrolled himself and skidded a bit. He furrowed his eyes at Mojo as he clutched Buttercup in his mechanical hand.
"Give up, boy. You have no chance of beating me." Mojo said.
"I don't plan of beating you." Cannonbolt stood up boldly, "I plan on rolling."
"Rolling, really?" Buttercup scoffed a bit.
Cannonbolt became a sphere again and zoomed straight at Mojo. He had to dodge laser blasts from the psychotic super villain as he came closer. When he did, he became faster and shot off from the ground and hit Mojo's robot right in the chest. The impact made him to release Buttercup as he was sent flying into the time portal.
Buttercup landed on her feet safely. She watched as Cannonbolt stood in his sphere form before standing normal.
"Now how about that for rolling?" Cannonbolt smiled.
Buttercup shrugged, "It's the worse comeback I've ever heard. But you could do better."
Cannonbolt was about to make another comeback, but looked back to see direct laser coming at them.
"Buttercup, move!" Cannonbolt shouted as he shoved Buttercup away.
The beam hit Cannonbolt hard enough, sending him into the portal itself. Buttercup was shocked that she only stared at the portal with wide eyes. Jack also felt the same reaction as he stood once again after a blow from Aku. His fight with him had gone so well until Aku turned into an octopus and pushed Jack away. He used that chance to blast at Cannonbolt when he had the chance.
"Ben! No!" Jack cried out in fear.
Aku simply snickered as he shaped back to his normal form, "HA HA HA HA! Foolish Jack. I've dealt with one of you and now two to go."
"I wouldn't count on that!" Buttercup yelled in anger. She flew straight at Aku and threw a fast punch to his face. He fell to the ground hard, but became a giant serpent.
"It would seem you haven't learned from your friend's defeat." Aku said, allowing a hiss to come out since he was a snake, "But soon I'll destroy you and the samurai."
Buttercup and Jack got ready to fight. They were very angry about what happened to Ben. He just came back and now he's gone. The time portal may have taken him to an unknown time period since he was knocked into it.
A battle was about to commence, but a huge flash of green came from the portal. It suspended the upcoming fight as Jack, Buttercup and a dumbstruck Aku looked at the portal and found a dark cloaked being floating above it.
"Darkmare!" The being bellowed.
From the sound of his voice, he was a boy. He wore a black jumpsuit with green stripes that came from the wrist and to an hourglass symbol. He had a purple cloak, shaped like a hawk; that covered the top half of his face. There were green stripes on his jeans and sleeves which went all the all to an hourglass device on his chest.
"Ben?" Buttercup looked at the new comer in hope. She received a smile smirk that answered her already.
Darkmare's fists glows a dark aura, empowering them. He glanced at them with a smirk and flew straight at Aku. Before Aku knew it, he was given multiple hard blows that forced him to move back. He managed to recover at the last minute and disappeared.
"Ben!" Buttercup called out to him.
Darkmare looked back at her and flew down, "I heard you guys miss me."
"Shut up." Buttercup snickered as she punched him in the arm.
Suddenly, the ground below them shook and burst as something came out. Aku in the form of a giant worm swallowed them and shut his mouth with a grin. However, he cried out in pain as a familiar sword pierce through his stomach and opened it. It was through the open that Jack, Buttercup and Nighthawk came out.
Aku quivered from the pain and fell to the ground. It gave Jack enough time to talk to Buttercup and Darkmare, "You two have to go and stop that creature before it's taken into the portal. I'll deal with Aku…once and for all."
Both Buttercup and Darkmare understood and nodded. They flew off to do their part, leaving Jack to deal with Aku.
"Got any ideas?" Buttercup asked.
"Just one." Darkmare looked up at the slowly descending coffin, "It's odd how slow that thing is coming, isn't it?"
"Ben!" Buttercup snapped.
"Oh, right. Buttercup, you destroy the ship delivering it."
"Isn't that going to bring the thing down faster? I like destroying things like the next guy, but not when it can make things worse."
"Just do it. I got a plan." Darkmare gave her an assuring nod.
Buttercup didn't seem too sure, but took off to the ship above. Darkmare watched her go before sitting in a strange position and began to meditate.
"I hope I still remember those words Raven always says." He muttered to himself while concentrating. It didn't take a while before he felt power wash all over his body. A dark aura surrounded Darkmare, empowering him with much power as he needed.
"Azareth Metrion Zinthos, Azareth Metrion Zinthos…" He kept changing the spell over and over again. It began to work as the coffin was engulfed in a dark aura. By this point an explosion was heard as Buttercup destroyed the ship and came back to see Darkmare chanting a spell.
Since the power was built up, Darkmare snapped his eyes out and shout out, "AZARETH METRION ZINTHOS!"
The dark aura upon Darkmare formed into an energy hawk and flew straight at the coffin. It spreads open its wings as it came upon the coffin and covered it whole. There were a few burst of energy as it contained the energy. It finally released a combustion explosion that destroyed the coffin and itself.
Darkmare felt exhausted and fell to the ground. Fortunate, Buttercup caught in a bridal style and looked at him. The other hero let out a moan and smiled at her, "Well…this is awkward."
Buttercup giggled a bit and let Darkmare to stand on his feet. The Omnitrix on his chest began to beep before changing him back to his normal self. Both of them then heard a loud cry of pain and looked to the opposite way. They found Aku form into a scorpion after being struck by Jack's sword. He raised his stinger and struck down on Jack, but he used his sword to shield himself.
Jack dodged another sting attack and ran at Aku. He had to dodge a few stinger attacks before making it underneath Aku. There, he brought his sword up and pierce it into Aku's under belly and ran with it still inside him.
"GAH! The sword!" Aku cried out him pain.
A large gash was left before he collapsed to the ground. He gritted his teeth as he looked at Jack standing with his sword in his hand. There was no way Aku was accepting defeat, so he shaped into a giant lizard and charged at him. But the samurai jumped back to avoid a swing of his large hand.
"You cannot win, Aku!" Jack yelled with determination.
Aku glared at Jack, but withdrew as his eyes wandered to Ben and Buttercup, "Perhaps you're right. For now our final battle will not be today."
Jack was confuse, but followed where Aku was looking at. He realized a trickery of the demonic shape shifter would take place and shout out to them, "Ben! Buttercup! Get out of the way!"
"Huh?" Both teen heroes were confuse.
Aku snickered as he shot direct laser beams at them. Buttercup realizes what Jack meant and pushed Ben and herself out of the way. But by doing so, Aku's beams hit the time portal just a few meters on the ground. It didn't take long before it made an explosion and began to shrink.
Aku smiled at his handy work and faced Jack, "Nice work, samurai. You've helped me do something even greater."
Jack let out a small growl as he looked at Aku with pure hatred. He had the same look on his face as he looked back at Ben and Buttercup, "Both of you must go before the time portal shuts down! It should hold on for a while, I hope!"
"Hope?" Ben looked scared.
"But what about you?" Buttercup asked as she feared for her new friend.
Jack calmed down a bit, but still had the determination on his face, "I'll be fine! Now go!"
"No!" Aku shouted, "You will all die! Activate self destruct mode."
A computerize voice filled the air as it said, "Self destruct activate in 15 seconds."
The sudden countdown made Jack and the young teens to fear. They turned to face Aku who laughed into the air as he gloated, "You didn't think I didn't have a backup, did you? This day you'll all die and Aku shall reign with no hindrance!"
Jack felt his anger quicken, but turn to Ben and Buttercup, "Go now before the portal closes! I'll deal with Aku."
"We're not leaving you, Jack!" Buttercup refused, "You'll be killed."
Jack became quiet as he closed his eyes. He turned his face away from them and opened them, this time filled with anger at Jack, "Then let it be that I take down Aku with a fight and honor!"
Both Ben and Buttercup were shocked as they saw Jack charge at Aku. Buttercup was about to run and aid him, but Ben caught her wrist."We have to go. The portal is shrinking."
Buttercup was hesitant, but scoffed, "Fine."
Small tears formed in Buttercup eyes, but she wiped them away. She made sure not to look back and jumped into the portal. Ben was about to join, but he looked back. He saw Jack sliced a hand of Aku which caused the demon to cry out in pain.
Ben glanced at the Omnitrix, hoping that it was recharged so he could help. But the alien device was still in recharge mode. In defeat, he frowned and muttered, "I'm sorry, Jack. Goodbye." With that said, he jumped into the portal.
Jack halted his attack and looked back at Ben. He had heard his voice and watched him jump him. Though he was fighting Aku, he formed a small smile and looked at Aku with an angry glare.
The computerized voice came again, this time counting down.

Jack pursuit Aku as he flew off as a bird.

With his weight, Jack forced him to the ground.

Jack raised his sword in the air.
"This ends now." He spoke boldly. He struck the tip of his sword into his chest, causing the demon to scream in pain. He formed into goo and was absorbed into the sword.

Jack struck the sword into the earth, trapping Aku in the ground. He smiled at his accomplishment.

Thousands of years back in time, the city of Townsville looked the same way as it had. It had life in it as people moved through the street and the city did its normal activities.
On top of a building, a portal appeared and let out Ben and Buttercup. It closed right behind them, but none of them cared. They were saddened at what might have happened to Jack that they didn't feel like rejoicing.
"Another life caused by Nefarius." Ben whispered with a small spark of anger.
Buttercup sighed and smiled a bit, "I better go. My sisters will be looking for me. I hope Jack made it."
"Me too." Ben looked back at her, "So can I stay at your place."
"Sure."
Both of them then walked to the entrance of the rooftop. None of them were in the mood of flying after everything that had happened.

Done! Yes, that's where the chapter ends. Again, I'm sorry for the late update. It won't happen again unless I inform you of what happened.
Anyway, you may be angry that I killed Jack, but please hold it. I didn't kill Jack. In fact, he's alive and will feature later in the story. If you've read the preview of this story then you'll know that he makes it alive to fight Nefarius.

If you've noticed, this chapter mainly focused on Ben's old aliens. The only alien that wasn't an old alien is Darkmare, which is the sample of Raven's powers in manifestation. I read somewhere that Raven's powers aren't by DNA, so that means the Omnitrix took a sample of her powers. Also, tell me what you think of the alien's name. I was going for Nighthawk, but thanks to Cartoonlover 1 I decided to Darkmare instead.
