"Come on Alec they have been in there for hours! Let me in."

The older shadowhunter blocked the door to the library, "No, Magnus said no one in until they are ready to open the portal."

Will made an annoyed noise, but as if on cue the door opened and Malcolm came out, "We are ready, if you would gather the others."

Will took off in a sprint to find his father, and the same with Zach and his parents. "Dad! We're going home, finally!"

His father was talking to Will Herondale, who stood up, "Did you not enjoy your time in London bachgen gyffrous."

Will noticed the Welsh and tried to use the little of the language his mother and Jace had taught him. "Ydy hen ddyn iawn , chi wedi blino (Yes very, you tired old man).

Will Herondale let out a laugh, "Who taught you Welsh?"

"My mother and Jace. Now can we go home I am sure Mom is worried sick, Dad."

Jem followed his Parabatai to his feet, "I guess you are right William."

He then turned back to the older shadowhunter, "It was really a pleasure to meet you Will Herondale, I hope one day we can meet again."

"And same to you Stephen."

He saw something in his father that moment; it would have gone unnoticed if Will weren't waiting for it. Pain. It was the pain that Jem could not tell his brother who he was.

Will walked out of the room and back to the library were Zach, Clary, and Jace were waiting with Alec.

Just then Malcolm came out again, "If everyone is here we can start, just come on in."

They all poured into the library Will looked at Linette, but she refused to look back. Will just wanted to scream why wont you look at me!

"Well it took a while but I believe Miss Lightwood can help us make this portal." Magnus said enthusiastically.

"Are you ready my dear?"

Linette just nodded and took Magnus's out stretched hand. Malcolm and Ragnor joined in and soon they were all holding hands.

Magnus started to speak, and then the others, "Aperi ostium. Alii demention. Ad generationem. Aperi ostium. Alii demention. Ad generationem. Aperi ostium. Alii demention. Ad generationem."

The Latin spell grew louder and louder as a swirling portal started to form in the center of the library.

"We can only keep the portal open for a couple of minutes, Linette thought of the location, and you should arrive in Idris."

Jem nodded at Magnus then looked at Will Herondale, grief in his eyes. Will's eyes went back to Linette; she was wearing a hopeful expression, but then it happened. Linette's hand went up to her nose and came away wet with blood, and before Will could react she was on the floor.

"Magnus! What happened? What do we do?"

"Will calm down. She only fainted because she is not used to the amount of magic it took. Look Malcolm did the same."

Will looked over to see the white haired warlock on the floor as well.

"Well now we can take her home, and she won't fight it."

"No William," was all his father said, "Linette wanted to remain here."

"She doesn't get to make that decision. She doesn't get to walk out, she doesn't get to make me love her then give up."

Magnus interrupted, "Excuse me, but the more time you waste the shorter time the portal will remain open."

As if on cue, three bodies came through the portal right before snapping shut. Will noticed three things; cat ears, blue eyes, and his sister.

"Elizabeth?"Linette heard as she came to.

She looked over and saw three more shadowhunters on the floor. She recognized two of them as Max and Camilla, but the second girl had long beautiful brown hair and dark brown eyes. The girl was a spitting image of Will's mother, and then it clicked. That was Elizabeth, Will's sister, but why was she here?

"Will!" Elizabeth's arms wrapped around Will tightly. "Oh thank the Angle you are safe. Mom is worried sick about you. Same goes for you too dad! She is completely beside herself; I have never seen her so upset! Well then we saw the portal open, and I had a feeling we were supposed to enter it so here we are."

Camilla was the next to jump up, "Dad!" She ran over to Alec, "Father was gathering all of your and Jem's stuff trying to do a locator spell," She then directed her conversation to Jem, "Jem, Tessa even went back to New York to get your violin! And that still didn't work. We even tried–"

"Jem?" Linette had completely forgotten Will Herondale was in the room.

Jem was lost for words, "William."

Will ran out of the room. Max finally spoke, "Who was that? And where are we?"

Jace answered, "London 1903, and that was William Herondale. He was Jem's –"

"He is my Parabatai." Jem said in a said voice.

Will Herondale then came back into the room holding a violin. "Play." Was the one command he gave.

Jem took a step towards him, "Will?"

He stepped away, "No. Prove to me you are James Carstairs or leave."

Will's father let out a sad sigh then put the instrument up to his shoulder. Never in her life had she heard such beautiful music. She saw the older Will's face light up as he bolted from the room and slammed the door. Jem just stopped playing and starred at his violin sadly as his son went to hug him, but as Will stepped towards his father Jem ran from the room as well.

Alec then spoke, "Uh Magnus, these are our children Max and Camilla." Magnus then came over and hugged his children, "Why Camilla I simply love your eyes." He said with a wink, Camilla lightly hit her dad's arm.

Linette's heart hurt as she realized no one mentioned her mothers, "What about my mothers?"

Elizabeth spoke before anyone else could, "They are as scared as everyone else. I'm sorry I haven't introduced myself yet; I'm Elizabeth, Will's older sister. I saw you at the trial, but I never got a chance to say hello."

"Well if you saw me then I am surprised you are not running and screaming." E

lizabeth let out a laugh, "Please, I used to have to play hide and seek with Will I am used to weird Shadowhunters. I used to carry around Magnus's glitter and throw it around trying to find him when he was invisible."

"I'm sorry did you say invisible?"

Linette looked around, "Who said that?"

Suddenly James Herondale appeared from nowhere, "I did, Will can you turn into a shadow too?"

Will shook his head, "I can disappear completely, and how long have you been listening?"

The golden-eyed boy just shrugged, "Long enough to know we are technically brothers I guess."

"Hmm, I guess we are brothers, half brothers of course. Plus you are over 100 years older than me."

"Will who is that?"

"That is James Herondale, Elizabeth. That is our mother's first son."

"We should introduce you three to the others before Will says too much to Tessa." Clary said, and everyone nodded in agreement.
