Ship: Itachi/Naruto
Chapter 2:
As soon as Sakura walked into the room she knew something was off, it felt as if there was no life in the hospital room even though it was supposed to contain a bright soul. Not bright as in smart, no. See Sakura doesn't know about Naruto actually being smart, she still thinks he's an idiot.
The farther she walked into the room, the more she realised that Naruto wasn't in it anymore. She figured he just got tired of being inside and went out to train, so she checked the hospitals recovery training ground and the roof. It was at this point she realized that Naruto was no longer in the vicinity of 200 meters from the hospital.
Sakura shunshined to Tsunade's office just outside the door, knocked lightly in a hurried manner and entered when a quiet voice said "enter". Sakura by now looked panicked and worried for her teammates health as he was in the hospital for a reason.
"Why are you here Sakura?" great. Tsunade is drunk. Sakura could tell this by looking at the empty bottles of sake littering the ground and her sensei's desk. "Naruto's not in the hospital lady hokage". Tsunade just looked at her like that was normal "and? he is probably in the recovery grounds." Sakura was not surprised by Tsunade's thinking, but she was surprised that Tsunade didn't know he was anywhere near the hospital. (AN: Tsunade and Sakura are currently in her hospital office) "Lady Tsunade, his chakra signature isn't within 200 meters of the hospital!" Tsunade didn't look up. She did motion for an ANBU to come out, this ANBU wore a boar mask. "boar please go find Naruto for me, use a team if needed as we all know how evasive Naruto can be when he doesn't want to be found."
Once the ANBU had left the room Tsunade looked to sakura and said "I'm sure he's fine. don't worry about it, go take care of your other patients." So despite Sakura's obvious worry she left to go take care of other patients.
After Sakura left Tsunade let out a long sigh "What are you doing now Naruto, your gonna give poor Sakura a heart attack one of these days. hell I might even have one because of you" she quietly mumbled out before boar came back. "Hokage-sama. we have a problem."
"what is it?" boar looked around and looked as if what he was about to say may change the village, for better or for worse. "We found Naruto..." Tsunade looked confuzzled now. "how is that a problem? boar shifted nervously where he stood " Itachi Uchiha is with him, we have them surrounded as it seams the boy is with the Uchiha by choice" boar said every word with caution. he was not going to be able to fend off an Uchiha and the Hokage. T.T
As soon as boar had finished and Tsunade had found out where they where she bolted out of her window and made a quick departure away from the hospital to Naruto's apartment. When she got to Naruto's apartment she wasn't expecting to see Naruto looking like... well, not Naruto. "lady Tsunade. Wanna call off your ANBU or do i have to hurt them to leave?"
