Ship: Itachi/Naruto
Chapter 5:
When Naruto woke up he was laying in a bed. Outside it was showing signs of being in the evening and as Naruto sat up and looked around, he then started to panic as he felt something fuzzy brush his arm. He slowly looked to the side, saw what it was but stayed panicked because it wasn't supposed to be...
'Oh wait, Itachi told me to not cover my ears and tail up with my chakra' These thoughts where interrupted by the sound of a door opening and Hidan walking in, closing it and locking it. It was now made apparent to Naruto that he wasn't wearing a shirt.
Naruto's eyes followed Hidan as he circled around the bed he was on and watched as he got pinned down to the bed. Naruto whined loudly "get offf!" Hidan didn't let go he just stared down at Naruto with a smirk on his lips. "Hidan"
Oh shiet, now Itachi is pissed. Why? Because Hidan locked Itachi out of his own room. Hidan looked panicked for a sec then disappeared as soon as Itachi got his door opened. So Itachi walked into his room seeing Naruto's hands above his head, no shirt and still with the appendages.
Itachi slowly brought his hand up to his face and walked into the bathroom slowly to get some tissues. But not before muttering something only he himself and Naruto could hear "Vixen" Naruto blushed and hid under the blankets.
Once Itachi was finally able to leave the bathroom, he walked out and noticed Naruto was underneath the covers so he walked over and lifted the blanket a bit. He heard a soft 'eep' and smiled a bit "What are you doing" Naruto flinched and gave off a nervous laugh "just... chillin. actually its really warm under here."
Itachi had been slowly peeling the blanket back farther. As soon as the blanket reached just below the middle of Naruto's back it dropped. How had Itachi not noticed this before? Naruto also froze, not because he was cold but because he knew why Itachi froze. Now Naruto was ashamed, see when Naruto was younger and Itachi was still in the village and was still one of Naruto's body guards, Naruto was attacked.
Itachi was off duty at the time and the ANBU that where supposed to be protecting Naruto watched as he got words carved into his skin. most of it had healed without scarring but Itachi had still killed those that let this happen.
"I remember being told you where in the hospital when my shift came around to watch you. I asked why and was told you where attacked, I had also asked if I could deliver punishment to the ANBU that where supposed to be protecting you."
Itachi's hands where brushing over his back whilst Naruto kept his head hidden. "Did you kill them all?" Itachi looked confused for a sec. "I mean the people that attacked me, did you kill them to?"
Itachi started to play with Naruto's hair, he then started to hum a song that Naruto knew all to well. Naruto had always missed hearing it, he missed that voice that came to him almost every night.
Itachi pulled Naruto into his arms and continued to hum the song. (https/youtu.be/yi-UJk28FRI thats the song) When Itachi had finished he noticed that Naruto had fallen asleep with his arms around Itachi's neck
Itachi settled himself against the headboard, Naruto still in his arms and fell asleep. What he will never know is that as soon as he fell asleep Naruto opened his eyes "thank you" then fell back to sleep.
Both Naruto and Itachi had slept till noon, Naruto had awoken first and was able to see that Itachi was smiling a bit before he started to awake, Naruto tried to fake being asleep but Itachi knows all.
"I know your awake" Naruto whined lowly. When Naruto looked up he wasn't expecting to see Itachi staring at him, he blushed lightly "What?" Itachi just shook his head "go look in the mirror" Naruto was confused so he got up and walked into the bathroom and looked in the mirror.
"What the fuck! I didn't even release any chakra! this is bullshit." Naruto looked more feminine now and had pointy canines 'Kyuu what the fuck did you do??' the Kyuubi was laughing his ass off 'I released some of your chakra for you. Permanently.' Oh Naruto was so pissed.
Naruto stomped out of the bathroom and sat back on the bed "ill be back there's a little fox that needs an ass kicking!" As soon as Naruto was inside his head he teleported himself infront of the Kyuubi's gate.
"Why did you release my Chakra?" The Kyuubi got serious but neither noticed Itachi join in " I released it because by you holding it back your weaker, you have horrible control and you don't look like yourself" Now Naruto was pissed "I have told you multiple times that I don't like how I look!" Now they where both pissed, Naruto at Kyuu and Kyuu at how self conscious Naruto is.
"It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter how you feel about it, I'm going to continue to release your chakra systematically so that you go back to normal" Naruto was really pissed now, how did something that LIVED inside his head not know how uncomfortable he is without his shield.
"You made me like this! You changed me into what I am now and you still refuse to let me look like a normal human!" Kyuubi was tired of this and didn't want to deal with this again so he forcefully released all of Naruto's chakra.
"There, now you can't complain every time I decide to release some of your chakra." Now Naruto was panicking. Why? Because he finally realised Itachi was there, but before he could say anything Naruto teleported to somewhere else in his mind.
