2 Lonely

Castiel spent that night holding Dean close and watching him sleep soundly on his chest. The sound of wings alerting Castiel they where no longer alone.

"Castiel, we have been calling. We feard the worse when you did not return." The blonde angel with green eyes looked at him. Castiel watched as shock showed on her face. "I find myself uncertain of your choices Castiel." Castiel let out a sigh slipping out from under Dean to stand next to Adora. "What do you need Adora." Adora glared at Castiel and pointed to Dean.

"You are to become our leader yet you leave your post and take off because of this human!" Castiel frowns deeply at the nerve of this angel. "Let us take this else where." Castiel said leaving no room for debate. Adora took one last look at the sleeping Dean. "I don't see what makes you so special." Adora spit out before following after Castiel.

They stood in a park, empty that time of morning. "I find myself questioning if you are all you make yourself out to be. You claim you will lead us then you drop everything for a human!" Castiel stepped closer picking her up by her neck panic shown on her face. "You will watch how you talk to me or else. As far as the human. He is not your concern. Leave him alone or . . Tell anyone about him and . Kill. You."

Castiel dropped her. Adora grabbed her throat. "You are mad and I will tell them all." Castiel tipped his head to the side with a cheshire cat grin. "Tell anyone anything and you will wish, I had killed you." Adora took off and Castiel let out a sigh.

Flying back to the motel room. Castiel was worried when he looked around the room and saw no sign of Dean. Castiel closed his eyes feeling out his bond with Dean. Castiel dipped down on the floor looking under the bed. "Dean why are you under the bed?" Dean reached out and pulled Castiel under the bed. "Shhh." Dean said. Castiel looked into scared green eyes. "Dean there is nothing in the room."

Castiel stared at Dean who pulled him closer. Dean was so close Castiel could feel his breath. "I know thats how it was when I woke up, empty." Castiel stared at Dean's lips. He was too close. The next thing Dean knew they where on the bed not under it anymore. "I had something I was obligated to take care of." He sat next to Dean holding a hand to the side of his face. "Dean, I'm not going to leave you."

Dean stared at Castiel as if he was trying to sort something out. Castiel's words seem to sink in and Dean's wide eyes started to fill with unleashed tears. Castiel pulled the hunter into his arms, running his fingers through his hair. "Don't worry as long as I'm here I won't let anything come near you." Dean gave a nod. Sitting in Castiel's lap his head against the angel's chest Dean for once felt safe, and fell back asleep.

Dean opened his eyes and sat up, at frist glance around the room he found it empty. Dean let out a sigh and fell back on the bed. "I'm right here." Dean heard the angel said and looked around the room again still finding no one."Great I'm hearing shit." Castiel couldnt control the smile that over took his face from the kitchen in the next room. Dean looked down still only covered in a bed sheet. "I'm still dreaming that's it." He looked up as Castiel walked back into the room holding a tray of something. "Cas, what are you doing?" Dean said quite puzzled.

"Angel's don't sleep." Castiel said as if that would answer everything. "That is just a fact. Not a answer." Dean said looking the angel over he was a sexy as he remebered. Castiel walked closer setting the tray in front of Dean. "I know how much you love a bacon burger so, I learned how to make them." Dean was confused. He tried to keep hope out of his voice. "Why would you do that?" Castiel bit his lip an act Dean didn't miss. Looking for a way out he said the frist thing that came to mind. "Why did you try to kill yourself last night?"

Dean looked away in shame. "I wasn't, I was just..." He dropped off the air in the room hung heavy. Castiel looked at him with hurt and anger. "To what? Die?!" Castiel cried out. Dean feeling the need to defend himself. "You have no right, You left when I needed you the most! So don't you dare show up judging me!" Castiel pulled back from Dean's harsh words.

"I had things to take care of as much as I wish to my father it wasn't so but I had to leave you, To take the hard path I did it for you! I am sorry if my self sacrifice wasn't everything you wanted it to be!" Dean stared at Castiel dumbfounded. "Did you just yell at me?" Dean asked. "Sorry I didn't mean to lose my temper." Dean smiled. "No it's better then how you where when we frist met." Castiel smiled at the memory.

"You and Bobby had been braced for something evil to come through those doors." Dean's smile wavered. "Something evil did come." Castiel looked at Dean hurt. "If you think that I'm evil why should I even be here?!" Castiel yelled at Dean. Dean blinked and before he could speak Castiel was gone in a rush of feathers. Dean's face fell to the forgotten food on the tray and he begain to weep. "You are evil because, I can't touch you even though you are so close to me."
