I am like so freaking sorry for not updating this story since like April first! It's just that I was grounded for a long while and then school, so yeah kill me now. But I'm truly sorry for not updating this story sin like two-three months! So this chapter is long and then I'm going to do one more and that is what you might just see from me until I really know what I'm doing with this story.
Last time on The Cat, the fish, and the flames~
"Wait you wouldn't happened to be a part of that ship would you?" he asked. "Yup!" she chirped "I'm a Whitebeard pirate!" "Ah ha ah, that's very nice but-" "LUFFY!" two voices yelled. "Sabo-nii, Anne-nee!" she yelled back. They turned to face a ship based off of a whale come into view and Shanks only had one thing in mind: 'Oh fuck.'
"Um. . . Luffy. You never told me you were a Whitebeard pirate," Shanks said, his face getting pale. "I thought I told you Shanks! C'mon, you have to meet Anne-nee and Sabo-nii!" she said. Luffy started pulling Shanks hand, "Ne! Ne! c'mon! Hurry!" They started walking towards the ship, more like dragging, with the barrel on Luffy's back. "Luffy I-Whitebeard doesn't like me," Shanks said getting her to stop. "Don't worry about it," she chirped. he just stared at her. "no you don't understand. He and I don't really get along, not at all," he said waving his hands around. "Don't worry about it, I'll get you on the boat with no problem," she smiled making him get even nervous.

Anne was pissed. She and Sabo were currently carrying a barrel of rum to the deck while Luffy was showing Shanks around the boat. She was glad her sister was back, really she was, but it was just him. They put the barrel in front of Whitebeard and Anne pulled out a whistle and blew it, getting a yell from Namur to stop. Lucy started running to Anne and kicked her strait in the face. "What have I told you about that eye and embarrassed. "I'm sorry Papa!" she said, then helped Anne up who was wheezing. "Gurarara. So what's this all about?" he asked looking at the tree.
"We got you a thank you gift and an apology gift!" Luffy chirped. Anne and Sabo quickly hit her on the head after she said that. "Meanies! Why can't we tell him about Jiji!?" she whined while holding her head in pain. "Baka!" they yelled hitting her hared on the head. Luffy just went in a corner and started to mope. "That doesn't matter, just have fun," he said drinking from the barrel. "Let's have another party!" Luffy yelled out of nowhere, Sabo elbowed her again, harder this time. "Oh, um, will it be okay if we have a party ?" she corrected herself getting a nod from Sabo. "Gurarara! Why not?" he said getting a cheer from everyone.
Luffy was starting to run to her guest but Anne grabbed her by the collar. "I gotta go tell Shanks!" she whined. "He'll find out! C'mon I got to tell you guys something," she said and dragged both Luffy and Sabo to their room. They went inside and Anne shut the door. "Let's have a drinking contest!" she said getting an amused look from Sabo and a confused one from Luffy. "How are we going to get the liquor?" she asked, sitting beside Sabo and started playing with his hat. "You either steal it or ask for it," Sabo said petting her head. "That's right and you can use any means necessary. We start as soon as we leave the room. Okay?" Anne said and they nodded. She opened the door and they ran out of the room, going their own separate ways.

'This is easy,' she thought. 'I probably took about twenty bottles.' Anne was walking back to their room carrying two bottles in each hand. After dropping the drinks off and locking the door. She was walking through the hallway and bumped into someone. "You okay, yoi?" Marco asked turning around to see who bumped into him. "Shut up!" she said blushing. She picked herself up, dusted herself off and ran off. Anne stopped though when she saw Thatch. "Oi Thatch!" she called out. He turned around and smiled when he saw her. "What can I do for you little Anne?" he asked. "I'm not little! I'm fourteen!" she yelled. "Your still little to me though," he said ruffling her hair. She was about to start yelling at him, but remembered what she came her for. "You have any good wine? Marco asked for some," she said, saying the last sentence as an afterthought. "Sure," he said and went to the cabinet. He came back and gave her three whine bottles and lightly gave her a push. She stumbled a bit, trying to get her balance back, but caught herself before anything broke. Anne turned to give Thatch one of her specialty glares, but the said man was gone. Anne looked around, shrugged, and continued her way of liquor stealing.
ovo With Luffy 0v0
Luffy was walking around looking for someone while carrying a bag of whine and over alcoholic beverages. She spotted his red hair and ran to him. "hey Shanks! Can I have your drink?" she asked. "ha ha ha~ No kid you can't," he laughed and patted her head. Luffy started to put but then came up with an idea. "Hey Shanks! If I show you something cool, will you let me have your drink?" Luffy asked again. "Hmm. Sure why not?" he said. She looked dead strait at his hair and her hair color changed into his. After that she waved her hand around and bubbled swirled around her. 'See? Now can I?" she asked sealing the deal by looking at him with doe eyes. "Pfft! You look line a chibi mermaid when you do that!{ he said before giving his drink to her. "Here you go mermaid," he laughed and took a picture of her before walking away. She looked at him confused while the bubbles started to pop. "But I am a mermaid," she muttered before walking away and keeping her hair red.
~With Sabo~
Sabo was currently sitting at a table playing poker and drinking a bottle of beer, and was winning. "What's wrong with you pansy~ can't *hic* even beat a fourteen year old at poker!?" he bragged taking all of their money. "Well I'll see you guy-" he said before falling backwards and falling asleep on the floor.
~Back in the room~
Anne was hiding majority of her drinks in a box while Luffy was just drinking her wine. She had just finished her third bottled when she stumbled up and started walking to the door. "Where you going Lu?" Anne asked since she just got done putting the stuff up. "Ta Dannce~" she chirped and walked out of the room. Anne shrugged at her comment, not realizing that she was going to regret it, and went to sleep too tired to do anything.
XXx-the next day-xXX
Anne woke up in the room seeing no one in there and started to panic. She ran out of the room to the kitchen and saw Thatch there pouring water in two cups. "Hey! Have you seen Lu or Sabo!" she yelled running up to him. "Yeah but can you be quiet, my head is killing me," he said. "So? Now where are they!" she hissed at him. Thatch gave her the two glasses of water, and started to rub his head. "Luffy is sleeping by the mast and Sabo is at a table by the rail. Now I'm going to sleep," he said and went to his room. Anne looked at him crazy before finding Sabo sleeping on the floor in a mixed form. He was still human but his tail and ears was showing. "Hey Sabo? Time to get up." Anne said nudging him with her foot. He stirred slightly and turned to lay on his back. He opened his eyes but then quickly closed them letting a low growish(?) moan. "C'mon Sabo, I got you some water," she said shaking him slightly. But this time He just got up and threw up over the railing and in the sea. Anne was right behind him rubbing his back and handed him a glass. He quickly drank the drink trying to get the taste out of his mouth. "You okay now?" she asked. "No, I feel horrible because of somebody and their wonderful ideas," he said glaring at her. "Well I didn't know you two would get drunk, honest!" she said putting her hand up in a mock surrender. "Ugh, now wait. Your telling me that you got Luffy drunk too!" he yelled at her. "No! She got herself drunk!" she said backing up. "Where is she anyway?' Sabo said. "Thatch said she was at the mast," Anne said grabbing the other glass. "C'mon now let's go," she said dragging him along. 'Why me,' he thought while he was being dragged. They made it to the mast and saw a blanket and two notes. "Anne , where's Luffy?" Sabo asked looking at the the stuff in anger and worry. "I don't know," she whispered.
Well that's all I'm adding today and I'll probably add the last chapter of this ark thingy tomorrow or Thursday.

A/N: Okay everybody. You might hate me but I'm putting all of my stories on hiatus. It's not school or anything, since I'm out of school and currently we are having no family problems, it's just that I have no clue with what I'm doing with my stories. In other words I need time to write out my story plot and everything. The only story that I know that can be updated is: The Mad Hatter, The Cat the fish and the flames, and New World High. And that's only because I wrote out The Mad Hatter and the other two stories it's doing the whole review so the next chapter can go up. Not all are my stories are on hiatus yet. It's probably going to be the last chapters posted this week. I'm sorry for this, really.
