Hello everyone, Mayo here! Sorry for the super long delay. This chapter has been sitting on my computer unfinished for a long time, and we have only just now gotten around to finishing writing and editing. Thank you to all the people that have stuck around and that will read this update! We love you all! ^3^

K is here as well. As the co-author I would like to apologize for the delay on this chapter, too. It is mostly my fault that this has been sitting unfinished. I am kind of mostly useless. Sorry~

The girls were following the large shark man down to the second floor. They had passed through a small kitchen and living area before, but payed little attention to it. There had been a few people in the living area earlier, including Kisame. They both secretly hoped that there were far less people this time, preferably none at all.

To their dismay, there were still two other men in the room. One of the men sat on the sofa to the left, his bright orange mask making him an eye catcher. The other was sitting at the table in the kitchen, head down, and long dark hair blocking the view of his face. As soon as they entered the room, the man with the mask bounced up out of his seat.

"Kisame~" His childish voice rang out, making Kisame grimace. It also made both of the girls blink in confusion. How could a grown man speak that way? Or at least they had assumed him to be a grown man.

The man-child bounced his way over to Kisame, looking past the towering man to the girls. Olivia took a tentative step backwards, bumping into Kamryn a bit as she did. "Oooo~" The masked man clapped his gloved hands together, "New friends for Tobi~!" He exclaimed, skipping a step forward towards the girls, startling both of them, but Olivia more so.

The brunette lost her footing, stumbling back and landing on her bum with a surprised 'umph'. She blinked up at the masked man, who was now towering over her, making her even more unnerved. He was obviously about to babble something else out, but Kisame grabbed the man by the collar of his cloak and pulled him back.

"Don't scare our new guests, ya twit." Kisame growled out, the last part was spoken under his breath, but still audible. The man, who they assumed was Tobi, let out a small whimper as he was dragged away from Olivia.

Once he was a safe distance away, Olivia began to drag herself off of the floor, with the help of Kamryn. Kamryn observed the man-child closer. He was standing a few feet to the left, loudly pouting and twittling his fingers. He very much acted like a toddler who had just gotten in trouble, looking moments away from a fit.

"Come on." Kisame's voice grumbled out roughly, gesturing the girls into the kitchen, where the other man sat, counting what looked to be currency. "Have whatever you like," He motioned to the old looking fridge and the cabinets.

Food was definitely sounding very appealing, and as if on cue, Olivia's stomach growled loudly. This got a few reactions: Kamryn let out a small giggle, Kisame smirked, and the man at the table looked up. Olivia froze as she caught the man at the table's gaze. The whites of his eyes were a deep red, and his iris' were a haunting green, with no visible pupils. All color drained from Olivia's face, once again.

First they had the giant talking, walking, shark man and the mean one with the terrifying red eyes, now they had to deal with this? A visible shudder swept over Olivia.

"What's wrong with you?" Kamryn reached a hand out and snapped her fingers in front of Olivia's fixed gaze. Olivia's eyes just darted to Kamryn's for a brief moment, then back to the man at the table who was still silently staring at her. This time, she noticed the stiches on his face, holding closed a slit on either side of his mouth.

Kamryn finally turned her gaze to the man at the table. She had to admit, he was rather shocking looking, but she only let out a slight shudder before averting her gaze back to the shark man, who let out a bit of a chuckle.

It was then that the man at the table spoke up, "Who brought the cheap looking whores?" This line instantly made Kamryn's blood boil, and brought color back to Olivia's face, who quickly brought her hands up to her chest.

"What?" Kamryn fumed, looking to the man at the table and back up to Kisame repeatedly. "I'll have you know I am a very respectable lady and would never sleep with a weirdo like you for money." She ended her sentence with a snarl. Earning a laugh from Kisame and a 'tch from the other man.

It seemed that the man-child had overheard them, and poked his head into the kitchen, finally done sulking. "Nooo!" He shouted, "Tobi wanted friends, not prostitutes!" He seemed to be fake sobbing, head hung low.

This time, Olivia spoke up, chest still covered, and face still red. "What in God's name made you think I was a whore?" Her mood had changed so quickly, she went from in shock, to embarrassed, to embarrassedly amused. A quick laugh escaped her lips. "I mean look at me?" She gestured to herself.

Kamryn couldn't help but face palm at the words that just came out of her young friend's mouth, but the man at the table obviously found it amusing. A deep frown graced Olivia's features, her hands moving to her small hips. "What're you laughing at?"

Before the man could answer, Kisame spoke. "Leave the kid alone, Kakazu, they're just our new house guests." He let out a small chuckle, "Makes the base more lively." The man named Kakazu let out a chuckle as well, and Tobi perked up with a small cheer.

"Ah." Kakazu nodded once, his eyes moving from scanning over Olivia to look over Kamryn, "I suppose they won't be completely unwelcome company." This statement earned him an eye roll from Kamryn and another shudder from Olivia.

"Don't go getting any ideas," Kisame shook his head, "Konan would gut you." Kakazu responded with a shrug and went back to thumbing through the money on the table. "Now," Kisame turned back to them, "go ahead and grab ya some food."

After a bit of searching the two women had found some stuff to make their meals. After cooking, they happily sat down to eat, by this time both of their stomachs' had started voicing their complaints. They were having a simple meal of grilled fish and rice.

In all honesty Olivia would have eaten slop right about now. The first bite had her almost melting. Throughout the meal she would glance at the man counting his money. She wanted to know how he got all those stitches… but she didn't think she could stomach the answer so she just ate quietly.

Kamryn ate slowly, keeping an eye on the man-child with the orange mask, who was currently basically in her face while she ate. Her eyebrow twitched, along with her hand that was holding her fork. She hated having her personal space invaded without permission. Finally she snapped at him. "Can I help you?"

"Oh, no! Tobi is just waiting for Tobi's new friends to finish eating so we can play!" He bounced a little with his reply, seeming very excited to have people to play with. She didn't know whether to feel sorry for him, find the excitement oddly adorable, or to shove him out of her space. Glancing over at Olivia, Kamryn noticed her peeking curiously at the man named Kakazu. Looking towards said man, she could get her younger friends curiosity. His looks certainly were fascinating. In a creepy, got stuck in horror slasher film kind of way.

"-de and seek and tag and OH! Tobi also wants to play Ninja! Is Kamryn done eating? Will she play with Tobi now?" Shaking her head Kamryn turns her attention back to the masked man, who had apparently been talking to her the whole time. "Uh… Sorry Tobi, but uhm, Kamryn's really tired. And so is Olivia, so we are just going to go to our room. We can play next time okay? Promise." She looked at her younger friend, seeing her look up at the mention of her name.

Olivia shrugged and nodded before looking back towards the last of her food. Kamryn let out a small sigh. She was a bit worried at how quiet Olivia was being, but they would be able to talk back in the room.

After finishing her last bite, Olivia got up from the table, Kamryn following suit. Kisame had showed them the way, so they waved at the again pouting Tobi and started off for their room. Once they were away from the kitchen area Kamryn stopped her friend. "Are you okay? You are being very quiet..."

Olivia looked at her, biting her lip. "These people… aren't normal. Obviously. I-I'm just a bit worried, is all."

Kamryn sighed, opening her mouth to reassure her friend that she wouldn't let anything happen to her. "The fuck is this?" Both of the women's heads snap up at the sound of the harsh, slightly violent, and unfamiliar voice. The man in front of them was normal looking if compared to the others, until they really looked. His silver hair was slicked back and he had the same cloak as the rest of the men they had met. Those things were normal. The giant scythe, was not. The blood thirsty look in his eyes, also was not.

Before Kamryn could move to stand in front of her younger friend, the man had drawn his scythe off of his back. "Who the hell are you?" He growled out, pointing his weapon at the pair.

Both Olivia and Kamryn gulped audibly, even if they were uncomfortable with their current arrangement, they hadn't expected to be threatened once again.

"We'll... we're..." Kamryn was the one to freeze up this time, the man seemed to glare through her as she spoke.

"We're guests." Olivia squeaked out, seeing that her usual protector wasn't up to it this time. "We're friends of Konan's." She lied, but a lie would help for now, or at least she hoped.

The silver haired man let out a loud laugh, "Friends of Konan's?" He dropped the blade of his scythe, the blade now resting on the ground. "That's rich, when did that hard ass get friends?" He continued his chuckling, which made him look comical, and far less threatening.

Olivia relaxed a little, glad her lie seemed to work, but Kamryn was obviously still tense. There was just something about this man that unnerved her more than the others.

"If you don't mind..." Olivia cleared her throat, and attempted to scoot around the man in the middle of the hall, "we'll be heading back to our room."

"Hold it right there." He said, sticking his arm out and blocking her path, earning a squeak from the girl. He leaned in towards her, his face only a few inches from her own, his eyes narrowed, as hers widened. "Ya know..." His eyes flickered back and forth from between the brunette and the blonde, "You gals are kinda cute." A toothy grin ebbed its way onto his face as he spoke. He was delighted by the reaction he got from Olivia, her face heating up so much he could practically feel it. Kamryn's reaction was just a little less to his liking. The blonde pushed back the last of whatever fear had washed over her earlier, as she quickly balled her fist up and gave the grinning man a swift hit in the back of the head.

"Get away from her you creep." Kamryn growled out, her mama-bear instincts showing.

The man's head bolted up comically, as he over dramatically yelled and rubbed his head. "What the hell, you bitch?" He picked his scythe back up, pointing it back at Kamryn, who stumbled back a few steps, regretting her actions slightly. "I'll gut you." He shouted out, but as soon as it seemed that he would spring into action, a deep and monotonous voice interrupted.

"That's quite enough, Hidan." All eyes moved to the owner of the voice. It was the dark-haired, crimson eye'd man that had carried Olivia to their current location. But this time, his eyes were a deep black. He looked obviously tired, his eyes framed with dark circles and thick lashes.

"The fuck did you come from? Just let me have them, it's not like you care." The man, now known as Hidan, moved his gaze to the new member of their little party. The scythe still at the ready in his hands.

"While I myself may not care, I believe Konan would." Itachi's eyes glanced over the two women as he said this, his face neutral and not showing anything.

"Well, I dont think she'll miss one bitch", the pale haired man turned his blood thirsty glare back onto Kamryn, "especially not this one."

Itachi gave a small shrug, turning around and starting to walk away he glance at Hidan over his shoulder. His now red and spinning eyes catching the other mans' attention as he spoke,"Go ahead, test that theory then. I could go for a show."

With that the dark haired man walked off. Leaving the girls to their fates.

Hidans' attention was now back to focusing on Kamryn. Clearly pissed and clenching his jaw, he raised his scythe.

Kamryn squeezed her eyes shut, waiting. Olivia recovering from the shock that Itachi just left them there to be murdered, started to run at Hidan.

Kamryn peeked one eye open and watched everything happen at once. Hidan swung his scythe, missing her head by an inch and digging it into the wall.

He opened his mouth, "Stupid Bitches aren't wor-!", only to be cut off by the other woman's tackle. Kamryn was relieved that Hidan didn't actually try to kill her, because Olivia's tackle came just a moment too late. She would also chew her out for risking doing that later... if they lived now.

The scene before her stunned her for a second, but only a second because she couldn't hold back her laughter.

The way Olivia had tackled the man had landed her on top of him.

She hadn't really thought this through. That is what Olivia though to herself as she heard her older friend laugh. Turning red she looked at the man she just tackled. He seemed more confused than anything. So taking that chance she bolted up and grabbed Kamryn's hand, running and dragging her all the way back to their room.

Kamryn laughed the whole way. Kinda happy they lived through that encounter. Also because Olivia's face kept turning redder the longer she laughed.
