This is the fifth chapter of Harry's first year. Enjoy.
The train started off fine. The cart Harry sat in was quiet and empty except for him and his new little kitten. His cousin got a turtle and he got a kitten because his aunt realizes that an owl while a good company wasn't the idea comfort pet. The black kitten sat in his lap asleep until the door that he had lock slammed open. A redhead stepped in looking annoyed.
"Hey, are you Harry Potter." His eyes lighting up at the thought. Harry looked tempted to lie but decide to give the unknown boy a chance.
"Yes, I am, and you are," Harry says gesturing for the boy to take a seat. The redhead plopped down across from him and started talking a mile a minute. His presence wasn't unwanted, but it was intense. The door opens again after a soft knock. Draco sticks his head in and smiles.
"Harry that where you are I've been looking for you." The boy now knows as Ron stooped up in anger.
"What do you want Malfoy?" he asks glaring at Draco but Draco pays him no mind and sat down by Harry.
"How has your time on the train been so far." He asks focusing solely on Harry.
"It has been really relaxing." Harry lean close "Until he came in here and started to talk about Quidditch as much as you." Draco looks insulted for a moment.
"I better fix that later then." He says with a smile.
"Oh, joy" Harry giggles out until Ron shouts.
"HEY, I AM TALKING TO YOU." His face looks as red as his hair. He points at Draco "All Slytherins are evil you should stay away from them Harry. Don't worry I'll teach you-" he was cut off by the door being slammed open again.
"Excuse me has anyone seen a toad." A rude girl pokes her head in.
"No, but have you ever heard of knocking," Draco says to her.
"I didn't ask you know did I" she replies back. "Oh are you Harry Potter!" she asks excitedly but before Harry could answer Ron did.
"Yeah, it's him The Boy Who Lived." Earing a glaring form Draco and a confused look from Harry.
"Boy who lived?" he turns to Draco in hopes of him answering his question but the unknown girl starts shooting out information left and right.
"Okay okay I get it but that can't be right" Draco shrugs his shoulders.
"It's what the headmaster tells every-" The girl interrupts him.
"It is correct just as everything else I have said because they were in the books about you." Harry stops her.
"Okay and that is where everything has to be a mistake because I haven't done any of the things you have said except for the Dark Lord one that's a mystery but the rest are false." She glares at him.
"But they were in the books!" she screams causing an older student to come check thing out.
"Hello, I'm Cedric. Is everything alright." Both Ron and the unknown girl start screaming over each other catching him off guard. While trying to calm the two down Neville steps into the cart and introduces himself. Cedric looks around in a mini panic and sees a Neville.
"Hey, can you explain whats going on?" Neville nods and explains everything. Cedric hearing enough turns to them in frustration.
"Okay that's it you two will sit with the professors until we make it to Hogwarts." He screams out causing the two to jump and whine out how unfair it was.
"The three boys relaxed until they made it to Hogwarts. They shared a boat with Theo Notts. They were left speechless by the beauty of Hogwarts castles. They entered with no trouble until Ron found Harry again and they somehow ended up next to Granger.
"She finally introduced herself and it was so improper it almost hurt." Harry nodded alongside Neville while watching her ramble on about fact that everyone that can read knew about Hogwarts.
The sorting went fast, and Draco and Harry promised to meet up after classes the next harry everything was going great so why did it have to get so complicated.
This is it good night, I'm done. Bye bye
