A pokémon adventure ch 3 "Erza vs. Jura"

"Let the battle begin!"

"Go, ralts" Erza commanded as ralts came out of his pokeball.

"Geodude, your turn" Jura said as his geodude appeared.

'Geodude: the rock pokémon, geodude appears in mostly in roads to mountains, if it gets angry, it'll swing its arms around. Rock and ground type'

"Let's start, ralts use growl" Erza quickly commanded.

"Humm, trying to lessen geodude's attack, well geodude use defense curl"

Just as geodude was affected by the growl he started spinning.

"Now, rollout!" Jura commanded.

"Erza watch out! Rollout increases power if defense curl was used before!" Jellal warned her.

"Ralts double team now!" Erza called, just as geoude connected with a false copy of ralts, the images of ralts multiplied thanks to the double team.

"Now ralts, confsion, stop that geodude!"

As the geodude halted to a stop Jura quickly called the next movement.

"Geodude, magnitude!" The geodude promptly caused a tremor to affect the whole field.

"Ralts, are you ok?" Erza quickly checked the condition of her pokémon.

With a growl, ralts signaled that he was still able to figth "alright! Confusion again!"

"Geodude won't resist a third confusion, it'll be best to keep him moving" Jura thought as the second confusion landed on geodude.

"Geodude use rollout again"

"Ralts, confusion, make geodude go faster!" Erza commanded.

"But that would be a sure K.O" Jura mentioned, confused by Erza's sudden and strange command.

But just as geodude connected with ralts, the image disappeared revealing that geodude aimed at a copy of the double team.

Out of control, geodude collided with the wall of the gym, defeated.

"Geodude can't continue the winner is ralts" The judge stated.

"I'm impressed" Jura praised as he released his second pokémon.

"Let's see how you fare against this one, aron go!"

'Aron: the iron armor pokémon. This pokémon has a body of steel that it creates by eating ores it digs from mountains. Occasionally it'll create major trouble by eating railroads and bridges. Steel and rock type'

"Aron use metal claw!" Jura started.

"Ralts, double team!"

As ralts once again evades the attacks Jura states his next command.

"Aron use dig and sense his presence!" the aron then disappeared in the underground.

"Now!"

"Ralts teleport!" Erza tried to make ralts escape the attack.

Nevertheless, aron connected with the correct ralts, defeating him.

"Arons live underground, finding the real ralts is no problem for this pokémon"

"Ralts is unable to continue, aron is the winner"

"Torchic go!" Erza said as she sent her second pokémon.

"Use focus energy!"

"aron harden!"

As both pokémon prepared themselves Erza thought of her strategy for the match.

"Torchic ember!" Erza commanded just as the aron recoiled from burn damage.

"What? When did aron?- will-o-wisp!" Jura realized when aron fainted from the critical hit.

"The moment before aron's metal claw connected I had ralts use will-o-wisp on him" Erza explained.

"Aron cannot continue, the winner is torchic"

"Now cranidos! Your turn!" Jura released his last pokémon.

"Torchic use ember again!"

"Cranidos use headbutt!"

Both attacks connected but torchic took more damage from the headbutt.

"Torchic return!" Erza called torchic back.

"Cranidos use stealth rock!" Jura commanded.

"Scyther quick!" Erza hastily called her last pokémon to avoid the stealth rock damage.

"Let's see if you try to swap your torchic again" Jura taunted.

"You've cornered my scyther, but that'll be your downfall" Erza responded.

"Cranidos use rock slide!"

"Scyther use vacuum wave!"

Both pokémon connected their attacks.

And both fainted.

"Both cranidos and scyther are unable to fight, it's a draw, if the challenger's torchic is still able to fight then she'll be declared the victor" the referee stated.

Erza hesitated, torchic was already badly injured, andputting her pokemon through unnecessary pain was something she was completely against, she could always try out some othe-

With a small growl, torchich came out of its pokeball by itself, taking the stealth rock damage but ruffling its feathers nonetheless, signifying that it was ready to fight.

"Torchic is able to fight, the winner is challenger Erza Scarlet"

"You all did amazing, you deserve some rest" Erza complimented her pokemon as she picked up Torchic and fed it a berry.

"Impressive work Erza! You did amazing!" Jellal cheered in the back.

"Impressive indeed, you have earned the boulder badge young lady." Jura grinned as he presented her a case that contained the badge "use this case to store your badges, I can already tell there will be more to accompany this one" his gaze turned to Jellal "young man, are you ready to challenge this gym?"

Erza studied Jellal's features for a moment. His demeanor was more relaxed, he looked far more eager to battle now that he had watched a battle.

She had to admit she liked her friend a little bit more like this: a little more carefree, a little cockier, and dare she say, a little more like the real him.

"Of course I am" Jellal replied eager to start.

Jura's voice boomed "Then come to the arena, the second battle of the pewter city gym begins now!"
