So this one's about half as long as the last one, but I had to get it out of the way you know cuz guess what the next chapter is! Well I'm not going to tell you silly, that would be a total buzz kill. But I hope you all like this one. As always feel free to review or not, and thanks again to all of you who Fallow this story, lots of loves!

KHR is not mine sadly, but K.D, L.A, Jr. and the rest of the gang are so at least I have that lol. Enjoy!

"But…but….my beeeeeddd" K.D wined as she saw L.A and Shadow waiting for them as they disembarked from their ship, and S.S couldn't help but agree with the sentiment they met up with the general and her officer. Here she had been, day dreaming about how nice it would be to sleep for more than three hours in her own bed, but she should have known better, Sr. and N.J had been too quiet, and that was never a good sign. Almost as soon as they left, Sr. had been on the phone with V.V about some other mission that was being prepped and she should have known it would be for her team. "Twice! Count the fingers L.A, twice I've been denied the comfort of my bed for more than a few hours, this had better be important or I swear I will punch you into next Tuesday!" K.D finished with a clenched fist and tired look at L.A her blond hair rising around her in anger as her dark blue eyes shown with annoyance. She was so done with the constant meeting and mission and just everything! She wasn't one to complain but Gods damn it all if she didn't get a good night's sleep in the next 24 hours she was not going to be held responsible for her actions!

"Oh it is, don't you worry dear, it is." Shadow said as he motioned them to leave their luggage and fallow a now chuckling L.A and himself to the briefing room nearby. "How does infiltrating the most respected and powerful Mafia family in the world sound to you?" he asked over his shoulder as he reached the door and held it open for the women fallowing him to enter through.

"Vongola?" K.D asked with a raised brow as she walked into the meeting room, towards S.S behind her who just shrugged and tried to ignore the strange feeling she always got in her gut whenever that particular family was discussed as she took her seat. The briefing room was rather large, and held a "u" shaped table that allowed all of those participating in a beefing full view of the projector screen on the opposite wall that they used to present important information that needed to be highlighted from their folder of information provided to them. Like in every other meeting she'd ever been to, said folder was already set in front of her ready for her to read through. The room itself was already filled with the head family member, excluding Shadow, Sr. and N.J, seated and waiting for them and as they all found their seats, L.A turned down the lights in the room and Q.M turned on a projection screen. On the screen was the picture of a man, around the age of thirty, with light white blood hair and a pale completion, he was wearing the typical mafia style suit and was surrounded by five or six larger meaner looking body guards. S.S just rolled her eyes as she turned her attention to the folder in front of her. The picture on screen screamed "target" so she could guess what the next mission was about, and as she read further into the file, her suspicion was confirmed.

"Oooohhh joy, more overly privileged leeches to kill." She mumbled making Jr who was seated next to her giggle a little over what V.V was saying. This of course caught the general's attention, and she directed as glare towards the two, causing them to have to stifle their grins. There was just something so childishly thrilling from getting in trouble at a briefing. S.S smiled again as she tuned into what V.V was saying, forgetting the file for the moment.

"So, as K.T, P.V, L.A and K.D make nice with the Vongola Jr. and S.S will be put in charge of locating, isolating, relocating and dispatching the target" she pointed to the screen in front of them "without bring notice to themselves or the event in general if at all possible until the next day." V.V finished with a stern look towards S.S and Jr.

"So where acting as the divergent?" K.T asked a little upset that this part of their mission had been left out when during their oh so long and boring lessens with L.A earlier.

"No, you will be on a different mission all together little one." S.S said looking her privet strait in the eye. She needed to make sure the girl got that through her head, because if for one second she thought that she was being left out of something, she could go agents' orders as she had last time, only this time in a very bad way. "You are on a mission to make friends with the Vongola and keep our family safe and in good terms with them, M.V and I are on a mission to bring home some money and keep it all a secret form our new potential friends. So we both can't afford to mess up, the family is depending on the success of both of our missions." She finished with a stern glare as K.T sighed in what she hoped was recognition of her reasoning. They really couldn't afford to mess this one up. From what she had read of the file in her hand, and what she knew of their current situation, this was a big risk mission, one that needed to be taken. Why her team had been chosen to do it she wasn't sure, but she was willing to bet it had something to do with her two youngest brats.

The boss nodded at S.S' words, glad she had been so quick to counter her daughter without heating her up in the process. If there was one person she could count on with her two youngest family members it was S.S. she had always had a gift for dealing with them, even when she couldn't move because of her injuries, the kids had always seemed to do their best to both listen and please her with their actions. She was glad the girl who had washed up on their shore so long ago had grown into such a splendid woman in her family. Most of the people in the room where making similar comments to themselves as V.V continued with her explanation.

S.S and the rest of the members of the last mission squad where brought up to date on exactly what and why P.V and K.T where going to be doing on their mission, something they had all concluded from their files, but the details where always nice. The spent the next hour discussing logistics, preparations and contact information with the family member who would be their escort. It seemed as if they had been honored with the presence of one of the famous "Guardians" to be their guide, specifically the rain guardian. When the meeting ended, S.S found herself being dragged along with K.D toward Jr.'s room to "give the deets" of their last mission, something K.D found morally offensive until M.V promised to have ice cream. As they walked, S.S took the time to look through the file still in her hands, she had not had the time to look at the rest of it during the meeting. She was smiling slightly at the conversation going on around her as she reached the photos at the end of her file, but as her eyes fell on the face in the first picture, she froze and felt her heart stop and then start again at a rapid rate.

M.V was the first to notice S.S's absence and looked back to see what might have been holding up her sister, but the sight that met her was one she was not expecting. S.S was doubled over, as if in pain, the file from the meeting clutched tightly in both of her hands as tears fell onto it. K.D and L.A turned back just as M.V reached S.S asking her if everything was ok, but all that she responded with was "Tsuna-san".

L.A was quickly at their side, and picked up S.S as she hadn't in years wail K.D picked up the file she had doped and they all headed towards M.V's room. S.S was calmer by the time L.A had finished putting her on M.V's bed and fetching a glass of water. As she downed the liquid in her glass, she wished it was something much stronger. She hated feeling so weak and useless, especially around her sister.

She handed her glass to K.D and ran both her fingers through her short chestnut hair, closing her eyes as she took a deep breath and calmed her heart rate completely. The room was silent as they waited for S.S to explain what had happened, or ask them to forget it. Over the years, they had seen their share of "memory episodes" as N.J called them, and they knew that S.S sometimes did not like to share what she had seen. They respected her enough and understood that it could not be easy for her to keep secrets form them, so they knew she had her reasons. S.S pulled her eye patch off, tossing it towards the bottom of the bed as she opened her eyes, revealing her normal brown left eye along with her emerald green right eye with a lightning bolt for a pupil.

"I'm sorry guys" she said as she looked into the faces of her team mates, not her sisters, with a sad smile. K.D smiled back as L.A let out a sigh and M.V just stayed silent, waiting to see if she would say more. But she didn't. "So, about that mission, it was pretty lame actually, N.J and Sr. did all the fun stuff, K.D and I just ran around looking for info. Nothing too exciting actually Jr, sorry to disappoint." S.S said with a small smile as M.V stared at her.

"You really don't want to talk about it S?" M.V finally asked as she grabbed onto her sister's hand. S.S tensed but then sighed as she shook her head.

"I don't even know what it was about, not really anyway, and besides we have a mission to get ready for, we leave the day after tomorrow and we're going to be late as it is, there's no time for my mental problems, besides I'm fine, really V, I'm okay." S.S said with a smile and a reassuring squeeze to her sister's hand.

"If you say so…" M.V. said as she shook her head. She knew there was no convincing S when she got it in her head to do something, so she let it go for now, but as soon as they got back home, she was going to bug the crap out of her, she knew something was happing to S and she was going to find out what if it killed them both. L.A and K.D caught each other's eyes and nodded, knowing that the conversation was over, but not anymore happy than M.V that S would hold out on them. Even if they understood she had her reasons, they would be right next to V interrogating S as soon as the mission was done.

They finished the night with talk about other things, like cute boys they had seen and such, but in the back of all of their minds they all wondered what was waiting for them on the other side of this mission. As they all said good night, S.S picked up her file and slowly walked towards her own room, letting her feet guide her in the dark, as she had been down this path so many times before. Her mind was a mess, and she wasn't sure she wanted to know why. The face in the picture had been the Vongola boss, but she had known that fact before reading the information attached to the picture. How she knew that, and why he brought so much pain with him she didn't know. What she did know was that she couldn't let anyone else know it.

If the heads found out about her episode, she might be taken off of the mission, and that was something that could not happen. She NEEDED to get into that base. She needed to meet all of these people who raised so many emotions in her, even if she didn't remember why. Why did that boy with the big hair make her want to smile and frown at the same time. Why did the face of that man with short white hair bring with it feelings of warmth and caring. Who was that man who she felt compelled to fear and admire all at once. Why did a man with long purple hair rise so much fear out of her, and how could a man she had only seen though pictures make her laugh with his smile? Who were these men to her?

As she walked into her room and sat down on her bed, she came to one of the last pictures, of a man with shoulder length gray hair, and a scowl. Her heart stuttered and her hand clutched the photo in her hand tight as she stared into eyes she felt she knew even as she knew she didn't. "Why do you make me feel so much?" she asks the photo in front of her as her eyes fill with tears.

She puts the file away, without reading the rest of the information, sure she knows most of it already, something that scars her. As she gets ready for bed she tries and fails to calm down again, and tears are still falling down her face as she lays down on her bed, much to her annoyance. But she ignores it. I have a mission, and regardless of what it might remember, I am a Hervarar warrior… she thinks to herself as she tries to drift off to sleep, but the face of that last man haunt her until she her sleepless nights finally catch up to her, pulling her into a slumber filled with memories of boys with bombs, swords, gloves, tonfas, and titrants that she would not remember in the morning, but the feelings would linger all the way up to when they land in Japan, and meet up with the man with kind eyes, and contagious smile.
