When prominent Hamilton attorney Nathan Grant's sister passes away, Nathan is given custody of his thirteen niece. Due to provisions in Colleen's will, he is stuck in Hope Valley for the next 10 months. Nathan has to learn how to live in a small town. But with the help of his niece and a certain school teacher, Nathan learns to appreciate Hope Valley and learn more about his sister

Elizabeth follows Charles back to Hamilton after he proposes to her in the schoolhouse. Charles and Jack think she has accepted Charles' proposal of marriage. Is this all a misunderstanding? Can Jack and Elizabeth find their way back to each other after her indecisiveness? This story is set in the time frame of the show. However, the storyline differs from it.

Elizabeth received her Master's Degree in Communications and is starting her career as an on-air reporter. Jack is a 29 year old retired Navy Lieutenant, whose fighter pilot career came to an abrupt end due to an injury. Now, as a company pilot, will he and Elizabeth cross paths, and if they do, will the mysterious black Labrador they both encounter have anything to do with it?

Elizabeth Thatcher and Nathan Grant meet while studying, her to be a Teacher, him a Mountie. While the attraction is instantaneous, they know now is not the right time for them; they are both about to graduate and head out on their first assignment, not knowing where that could take them. Will their life's journey lead them to love?

"I've met charmers like him before. The flower soon withers on the vine." Elizabeth said those words to Abigail shortly after Lucas' arrival in Hope Valley. About a year of marriage and Elizabeth starts to realize the truth of those words. However, when she finally hits rock bottom, the hand held out to her in love is one of the last ones she would expect.

Trips to Aberdeen and Hamilton cause Elizabeth to question her choices and the need to turn her life around. As she attempts to correct her mistakes and make amends to those she has deeply hurt will she be too late, or will true love persevere?

Elizabeth and Lucas met in Cambridge England as they finished their last semester of college. Fast forward five years when they meet again and Lucas finds out shes been keeping a huge secret. Will Elizabeth let him in on it?

Nathan Grant is promoted. Allie is excited. They leave Hope Valley as a school year begins, but will they ever find a reason to return? Those left behind are sad, but the schoolteacher is shocked. Old dreams are shattered & new dreams are tantalizing, but God has a plan beyond what we could ask or even imagine, and far beyond what we could dream. WCTH characters - Hallmark Media.

This is the story of how Nathan rescued Little Jack and his visit to Fort Clay. He had to move on from Elizabeth and other new characters came into his life. They all avert catastrophe and they are forced to test how they feel now that we venture into season 9 and beyond. It's not going to be easy. I, along with the program's aim, try to arrive at a positive outcome for all of us.

This story follows on from the epilogue of Bringing Hope Back. The Grant Family return to Hope Valley for the summer, will they find peace and happiness they seek or will troubles from the past come back to haunt them. This will be a weekly posting for now. The main characters belong to Hallmark and Crown Media.

This is story 5 which picks up from Hope for Tomorrow, continuing the story of Mountie Nathan and his wife Dee and their newborn son, living in a new home just outside of Hope Valley with Allie, Archie, and Emily Grant. The Coulters, Averys, Yosts, Shepherds, Canfields, Gowens, Fiona, Elizabeth, and many new characters are explored with some sadness and plenty of joyful events!

This is a Nathan and Elizabeth story inspired by the June Common Starting Point Story

An explosion has rocked the little town of Hope Valley. While staring at the smoke rising in the distance as people she cares about rush toward the danger, Elizabeth finally realizes that she has been letting fear dictate her life since losing Jack. Will she make the decision to fight the fear? Are there fears that she must help someone else fight so that the both may find lover.

Hope Valley, 1913. Elizabeth and her children make a new start in a town filled with Hope, with a little help from a Mountie and his niece. A J/E story that could also easily be read as N/E!

Set in 1930, Elizabeth Thornton returns to Hope Valley with her teenage son Jack, for the first time since she left for Hamilton 10 years prior to take care of her ailing parents. She has returned to teach and to build a home on the land her late husband bought for them. Still single, will she have another chance at love with another person just returning to their beloved town?

After the events of season 8, life changes have brought both Faith and Nathan to Clearwater. Both have moved on from the heartaches they have suffered, but are their hearts truly healed or will it take finding that someone new to truly find Healing. Story begins at the end of 1918. Natha/Faith and Gabriel/Lillian pairings.

This is an AU story & my take on what should have happened with Elizabeth & Jack. Many of the original events of the series will be included, as well as some that I create. Some of the events will be omitted and others will be changed to fit my story. The timeline of the events have also changed to fit what I wanted to tell. This part 2 and picks up where part 1 left off.

Conversations of the Heart began as a collection of love letters written between Lucas and Elizabeth after the bridge scene at the end of season 8 of WCTH. This is the story of these soulmates (#Lucabeth) beginning with the day of their wedding. They continue to also write letters for their Journal.
