73. Life Goes On
The sadness and death clung to them
for years yet, but life went on
and the little silver lining that appeared
for them was one of those things
that could lead them on.
Of all the things they'd lost in that time
of the past, they'd found
something precious as well: love
And even the deaths, the torrents of blood spilt
were worthy of celebration
because they'd brought something important
as well:
A time of peace
Where they could love
without being drenched in tears and blood.
