"What cliché? Isn't she funny George?" Fred laughed, slapping his knee in an exagerated gesture.

"Hilarious, Fred! As if you didn't know," he said, eyeing Esme meaningfully.

The large group crossed through the kitchen to enter the living room pausing briefly in the kitchen so that George and Fred could take a peek into the fridge. "Curious," Fred murmured to his twin.

"Would've expected it to be empty," George agreed, pulling out a Guinness. "Do you mind?" He checked with vampires who were becoming steadily more and more uncomfortable and tense.

"Of course they don't, Gred! It's not like they'll drink it!" Fred responded.

"I know that, but they did pay for it. Ever heard of manners? Want one?" George asked, looking to his close friends.

"No thanks, I prefer butterbeer and firewhiskey, myself," Ron replied, while the others merely shook their heads.

"Alright you two, you've had your fun! Stop teasing them," Hermione reprimanded.

"Aw, 'Mione you ruin all the fun!" George complained.

"Someone has to put a stop to your antics."

"She's right though, we came here for a reason, stop sidetracking us!" Ginny exclaimed.

"Perhaps we should sit down. We need to talk to you," Harry suggested, looking at the vampires.

As they each took a seat Hermione sighed when she noticed that Edward was missing. "You should call Edward down."

"He won't leave Bella, she hasn't been feeling well," Carlisle explained.

"He'll want to be here for this, trust us," Ron interjected.

Alice stood. "I'll get him."

After a few minutes two pairs of footsteps could be heard in the halls and finally Edward and Alice entered. Edward did nothing to try and conceal his anger at being pulled away from Bella.

"So where do we start the explanation?" Ginny wondered, looking to her three best friends.

"The easy way," Harry shrugged. "We know what you are."

They tensed apart from Carlsile and Esme, the first nodding somberly. "That much was apparent thanks to your two friends, Fred and George."

"Yeah, they weren't supposed to do that but they're troublemakers so it couldn't be helped," Ron stated, dryly causing his brothers to shove him playfully.

"How did you find out what we were?" Jasper inquired.

"That isn't important as of yet but we knew as soon as we got here. Hermione was the first to figure it out," Harry explained, vaguely.

"How did you do it?" Carlisle asked the brunette.

"I was in the forest one day and came across Sam, in wolf form. It's common knowledge that where there are wolves, there are vampires," she justified.

"Yes, but how exactly do you know that?" Carlisle stressed. "No humans know that."

"Haven't you figured out we weren't human?" Ginny questioned, eyebrows raised.

The vampires shared wary looks. "We realized that you were hiding something but we didn't go as far as thinking you weren't human..." Carlisle said. "You smell human."

"But you also smell something else, something spicey. You all carry the smell," Alice observed.

"We figured that it meant all British people smelled that way," Emmett said.

"You figured," Edward muttered. "Is that why I can't read your thoughts?" Edward wondered suddenly, sitting up straight.

Hermione nodded. "We always protect our minds. Your prying was very rude," she stated, frowning at him.

"Yeah, I caught that much," Edward said, quietly, as the memory came back to him of being pushed out of her mind after hearing the observation in her mind.

"Didn't stop you from trying again, everytime we came across each other," Hermione spoke, coldly.

"So what are you then?" Esme inquired.

"I was wondering that myself. I can't seem to figure it out," Carlisle said.

"You don't remember the first time we met, do you?" Ron spoke.

"I remember you coming and then leaving... Nothing in between."

Ron nodded to Hermione, who sighed, as if already tired. She stood up, leaving the confines of Jacob's arms and walked to stand in front of Carlisle. She knelt on the floor before him, placing her hands on his knees as all the vampires sat up, bodies ready to attack her.

"May I?" She asked, gently.

She motioned to his head, a crease forming on her forhead as she tried to remember the exact magic she was going to have to use. Putting back a memory into someone's head was a very complex and tiring task and it was a complicated spell to recall. It was the type of magic that left you drained of all your energy. Luckily it was a small memory and of little importance so it would not be too much work. However it would still require an enormous amount of concentration and determination.

Rosalie growled at Hermione's request but was silenced by Carlisle's raised hand. "What do you wish to do?" He asked, curiously.

"To give you back the memory," she explained.

He nodded, feeling all the vampires around him ready to rip the small young woman on the floor to shreds. Hermione smiled at him gratefully before biting her lower lip as she started chanting the spell in her mind. She had been practising silent and wandless magic simultaneously and was becoming quite good at it. Unfourtunately, seeing as this was one of the most complexe spells known to wizards and witches she realized she could not achieve this spell silently just yet when she didn't feel the tell tale heating in her hand.

Shaking her head, she raised her hand, murmuring the spell under her breath. Slowly her fingertips started heating up. Concentrating on speaking the correct words, she made sure to also focus on the correct memory to transfer to him. Carefully, she rubbed her fingertips on his temple, shutting her eyes to avoid any distractions, holding her breath. When she felt the memory reach his mind, she pulled her hand away, gasping for breath. Jacob was at her side, cupping her face and looking at her in concern.

"Are you alright?"

Hermione waited a few seconds for the energy to come back to her and nodded. "Perfect."

She turned to Carlisle who was reliving the memory along with Edward. Carlisle took the discovery of what the six people in his living room were quite easily, having expected something of the sort where as Edward hissed, his eyes turning black and moving to crouch in front of the open hall leading to the study where Bella was concealed. The others apart from Alice and Emmett reacted similarly, following his lead despite not knowing what was happening.

"Edward, Rosalie and Jasper calm down. I don't think they mean us any harm," Carlisle said, soothingly.

"That's reassuring!" Edward snarled. "You know what they are! You know what our kind thinks of them!"

"And you know what they think of us!" Carlisle defended.

"If it helps, we really don't want to hurt you, nor do we plan to," Harry intervened, weakly.

"Speak for yourself Harry!"

"We make no promises. After all, remember that-"

"-we wanted vampires to test our products-"

"-and as you know well, we can't guarantee-"

"-our test subject's safety-"

"-however, it's a risk-"

"-we're willing to take."

"Aren't you considerate," Ginny claimed, sarcastically.

"Yes, we aim to please-"

"-and have a hundred percent success with our products."

"Okay! Those twins are freaky! Worse than Alice and Edward!" Emmett proclaimed, in a booming voice.

"So what are you?" Alice inquired, smiling.

"We're wizards," Ron said.

"Why reveal yourself to us now? Why not continue to keep your identity hidden?" Carlisle wondered.

"Because of Bella's transformation. We can help you out," Ginny said.

"We have a feeling this is just the beginning," Harry informed.

"Isn't always with Bella?" Emmett snorted. "Sorry," he cleared his throat and tried to keep a straight face when Edward threw him a death glare.

"These past few months we've been keeping tabs on the Volturi," the Cullens grew stiff at the mention of their 'royalty'.

"Two inside men have informed us that they were creating an army. We suspected that it was because of you, for some reason or another."

"Indeed, they have been pestering us to turn Bella," Esme added, nodding.

"We knew as much, thanks to our two 'friends'."

"In fact, Aro himself told me that it was just in case you didn't turn Bella. Now that you have, he'll leave you alone, won't he?" Hermione asked.

"There is the matter of Renesmee. We must keep her hidden, no one must find out she exists until she is full grown."

"Of course that is understandable," Harry agreed.

Suddenly a scream echoed throughout the house and Edward disappeared, racing to Bella's side. "Perhaps we should finish this conversation tomorrow?" Jasper offered.

Everyone nodded in agreement, the wizards and witches leaving for the night.

Two weeks had passed since the vampires discovered the presence of magical folk in their town. When Bella had awoken she had been shocked at the realization, having a hard time to come to terms with the fact that witches existed. Emmett, Alice, Carlisle and Esme had taken the news relatively well, where as Jasper had been uneasy in their presence ever since and Rosalie and Edward had been purely hostile towards them. The twins had been having a fairly good time, using some of their home made joke products to disturb the vampires, trying to see if they had any side effects on them. So far they discovered that only the love potion caused troublesome side effects.

Indeed, when Fred had dared Emmett to drink the blood from a steak he had soaked in a love potion, he had discovered that, contrary to what he would have expected, the love potion lasted twice as long for a vampire than a human. And thus Emmett had found himself desperately in love with Fred for a week instead of two days, much to Rosalie's annoyance.

"Potion's finally worn off," Fred muttered, dusting off his shoulders, carefully eyeing the huge vampire to make sure he wouldn't jump on him again.

Emmett was currently begging forgiveness from Rosalie. "Babe, come on, you know you're the only one for me! You're my mate!" He exclaimed.

"Interesting! Our love potion is strong enough to overthrough a vampire mate bond! Take notes, Fred!" George exclaimed, a huge grin on his face.

Edward and Bella came in followed by the young Renesmee who had grown quickly in the short time that had passed. She looked closer to seven or eight years old as opposed to the two weeks she actually was.

"How was your walk in the snow?" Jacob asked Renesmee as he picked her up.

"I caught a snowflake and it didn't melt," she told him proudly.

"Of course it didn't, you're a little ice cube you are," Jake joked.

Alice wandered into the room but froze just as quickly. Edward and Jasper were at her side in the blink of an eye. Alice was obviously having a vision and Hermione went to her side, curious.

They were standing in a clearing, Emmett holding a blond haired man around the neck, a frustrated Edward standing by his side.

"Who are you?!" He growled.

The man chuckled. "Draco Malfoy."

"What are you doing here?" Edward demanded.

"Just trying to relay some infromation to some 'friends' let's call them," Emmett tightened, his hold on Draco, chocking him.

Suddenly Hermione burst through the bushes, looked around, taking in the scene and raised her wand before anyone could react. "Stupify!" She yelled, making Emmett fly across the clearing and crash into a tree with a resounding crack.

Harry and Ron appeared as well. "Where are the others?" Harry questioned.

"On their way, should be here shortly," Draco shrugged.

"We told you to floo if you needed to talk," Ron snapped.

"Emergencies call for drastic measures," Malfoy smirked.

"Get him out of here Hermione, the other two will know where to find him," Harry said.

Hermione nodded, wrapping her hand around Malfoy's wrist and disapperating with a loud crack, making the vampires jump in surprise.

Edward was frowning as Alice sat down. "Who was that?" He asked the wizards and witches he knew had seen the vision as well.

"Draco Malfoy, the bane of our existence who owes us a favour," Ron spat.

"Why would he show up though? He's not the one we're expecting if there's information we need," Harry questioned.

"Why wasn't it Blaise or Sanguini?" Ginny pondered, not hearing the vampires growl at the mention of the world reknowned blood thirsty vampire.

A day later Hermione was sitting outside beside Renesmee, watching the Cullens going about their business. Seth was in his wolf form, never straying far from the young girl and Hermione had a feeling something had happened between the two but she could not understand it. Leah as well was acting quite oddly, her eyes often finding their way to the twins who were never far apart. Hermione was as confused as ever, not used to being left in the dust when almost everyone else seemed to understand what was happening with the two wolves.

She felt a small hand take hers and turned her attention back towards Renesmee who was watching her closely. She smiled slightly before placing her hand against Hermione's cheek, as if she knew exactly what was disturbing her. Hermione's eyes closed on their own accord as she let the images Renesmee was sharing with her overtake her mind. When the last one disappeared, Hermione met the young child's calm, dark gaze. Hermione felt tears pool in her eyes.

"Thank you for sharing that with me, Nessie," Hermione murmured.

She stood and went to find Jacob, determined to find out if what Renesmee shared with her was true and furious that he had hidden such an important thing from her.

A/N: There we have it. Next chapter's going to have some Draco/Blaise/Sanguini appearence as well as the begining of training for the battle ahead. I think the story is close to an end... Might add a few things... Thank you to all those who reviewed, followed or favorited! This tory exists because of you!

Any guesses what Renesmee showed Hermione? (Of course if you get it wrong, I'll be quite surprised.)

Ideas of any kind are welcome! So review!
