7. Hellfire (Minerva, Don't Take Her)
Everything was quiet, too quiet and that was never good when it comes to Mercutio getting lost in his thought of his past. He was this young prince of a shark kingdom. His family was never really on Queen Cordelia's side. And since that day, he hopelessly fell in love with her goddaughter, that human mermaid girl that just by staring at her beauty and her innocent smile, he was under her spell.
For years, Mercutio's sick love for her has grown bigger and sicker that one can say she was terrified of him and made her keep her distance from him. But that didn't stop him from being her "stalker", despite having Queen Cordelia pop up everything he tried to get near her protected. As they grew up, Mercutio kept chasing after the girl, despite and ignoring every warning and threat Queen Cordelia gave him.
Pushing those dark memories away, Mercutio stood up and looked out his window, staring at the horizon of the dark ocean and the night sky that was a bit cloudy. He also stair at the moon and the stars but just looking up at those twinkling stars reminded him of his mermaid princess. She had what he wanted, The Star of Hope. The one thing that can give him the ultimate power to turn him back to the sea prince he was before. But he couldn't help this feeling he had for her.
He keeps looking at the horizon of the ocean and starts to express his feelings thru song...

The shark prince walks back in his room, directly to the large fireplace. He stares at the flames while also looking up at the large Jesus Crest hanging on top, pleading the Saint Mary for strength to control his sick emotions and this wicked desire for the witchy Red mermaid.

He wraps his arms around him, like if he was actually holding her in his embrace, feeling her own heat and presence with the heat of the flames.

His imagination and desire was so insanely strong that he watched as the flames of fire turned into an image of Juliet as a mermaid, swimming and dancing like if it was the first time he saw her. He believed she was more than a powerful mermaid, she was also a wicked and cursed witch and she has cursed him to have these damn feeling and desires.

Mercutio then pulls out the few scales with pearls he cut off Juliet's tail from earlier. He rubs them against his face, feeling and imagination she was with him at that moment. How he desire her!

Is turning me to sin..."
Suddenly, a crowd of chorus, dressed I n scary red hoods appear, surrounding Mercutio. It is his band of demons, the kind that tell him what to do. The kinds that give him orders to do what they believe is good for him which are deadly decisions.
"It's not my fault!
I'm not to blame
It is the Red girl
The witch who sent this flame"
They were here to punish him for falling for a "demon" that was the mermaid girl. But Mercutio couldn't help knowing that these demons were his own feelings, fighting to find reason and fight this burning desire for a she-devil like her. Could he be bewitched by her innocent & breathless beauty and kind, her fiery Esmeralda green eyes and sparkling smile? He begged them mercy...
"It's not my fault
If in God's plan
He made the devil so much
Stronger than a man!"
The demons turned back flames of fire and wrapped around Mercutio as they return back to the fireplace. Mercutio didn't feel the heat of the fire around him because the burning fire of his heart was stronger than the real one in front of him.
He breaks down on his kneels while holding on to the pearls, begging Saint Maria for mercy again as he sees the image of Juliet in the flames again.

Don't let this siren cast her spell

The flame image of Juliet came out the fireplace like a ghost, opening her arms for Mercutio. With hesitation, Mercutio open his own, trying to trap her in his arms and kiss her but she vanishes in thin air.
A knock on the door was heard which made Mercutio breath heavily and jump a little in fright while feeling hairs come out of place over his sweaty forehead.
It was one of his men "Captain, we lost track of the mermaid girl"
"What?" the pirate captain is shock
"We no longer have her scent. She's gone"
"But how? Never mind. Get out, you idiot! I'll find her. I'll find her if I have to burn down all of England!"
The door shuts and Mercutio turns back to the fireplace. He holds the pearls tight in his fists, knowing what he must do to kill this wicked desire and how to destroy her witch spell on him.
"Hellfire
Dark fire
Now mermaid, it's your turn
Choose me or
Your pyre
Be mine or you will buuurn!"
With anger, he throws the pearls into the flames of fire and watches them turns from pearly pink to a dark black and they melted away into ashes. That's what going to happen to Juliet if she doesn't becomes his and only his and no one else's, not even to his ex-friend, nor to the Queen nor anybody in her family. To keep her isolated only to himself.

The pirate felt shadows of his demons' shadows approach him but he was more afraid of falling for the Red she-devil's spell and her trap.

He broke to his knees and screamed at the top of his long at the last note, making it a promise. Everything then went pitch black but he didn't care, it was the same darkness as his heart right now. It was the she-devil of Juliet that has cursed him. He knew that this sick love is going to be the end of him but he didn't care. He wanted power but he mostly wanted her. But after what happened earlier, he doesn't doubt she will be getting protection for herself and the Star from him but he has ways to getting them both. After all, everyone knows Red is the color of demons and Juliet was one of them but the good and beautiful kind but at the same time, deadly. And he loved that about her. He just hoped that this sicken love won't be the end of him. Nor having to lose Juliet to the flames of hell itself.
(Back over at the main garden)
It was still a young night; it was the hour around 8pm The Reds and Blues were still up, doing anything they wanted or just stay home and lazily got to bed early. Across the alley, while their daughter was in her room playing with her toys in her room; her parents were entering their living room for some well deserving rest.
"What a day, huh?" Juliet exhales in exhaustion as she sits down on the couch
"Tell me about it. That guy is completely insane & it makes hate myself" Gnomeo frowns, sitting next to her.
"Why you say that, love?" she asks, resting her head on his shoulder.
"Cause I used to be friends with that creepy & I never noticed those sick obsession signs he had for you before. Now that I think of it, that explains all the bad and weird moods he's had and why I've catched him peeking into the Red garden before. It was to spy on you"
"It's disgusting. I'm sorry, Gnomeo. If I swear to you that I never knew, and if I did..."
"I know, my Red. You don't have to explain or apologize to me because I know you too well. Plus, Mercutio was always a creeper and strange. And if anybody should be apologizing it should be me"
"Why you? You didn't do anything wrong"
"I didn't know how to protect you well enough from that psycho. But never again, I will let him near you or our daughter or anybody of our families but especially I'll keep him far away from you as possible. Please, forgive me" he takes her hands and kisses them
"I have nothing to forgive you because you did nothing wrong. And I should have told you more about my powers from the first place. I was scared for you, for Mimi, for my parents & the other. But not anymore. I'm going to learn to control them for the grand love I have for you and my family"
"And how are you planning on doing that?"
"I'm gonna go see Queen Cordelia tomorrow just like old times"
"That's another thing. You never told me you were royalty"
"Cause I'm not. I'm just her godchild and protected. She chose me to be the Star's guardian"
"That still makes you royalty in a way. So, should I call you "princess" from now on?"
"Call me that and you're going to wake up underwater" she playfully threaths
"Ooooh, feisty as always, aren't we?" he pulls her up by her waist into his arms "By the way, there is something I've been wanting to show you. Come on" he pulls her and takes her to their room.
But she sees nothing different. "Ok, what am I looking at?"
Gnomeo then bends down to the nightstand and takes a remote "Ok, watch this, see what happens"
He points the remote to the bed and presses all the buttons and the bed started, then rising up, then going down, they vibrating, then shaking, then jumping and even turning into a sofa couch. Juliet was smirking in a mocking way, it was impressive but it was still very dumb to her.
"So, what you think?' he asks her.
"Wow, that is really tacky. But I love it" she says with a small laugh.
"What do you say if we break it in tonight?" He then leans closer to her, smirking.
"Are you trying to seduce me, Blue boy?" she smirks back, pushing him away a little with her finger.
"Am I failing?" he flirts, leaning to her face again.
"No, actually" she chuckles
"You know I've wanted to ask you something curious lately"
"What?"
"Do you happen to have a "siren song?"
"Perhaps, why do you ask that?"
"Because everybody knows a siren song is how you hypnotize men. Did you use yours to make me fall for you in the first place?"
"I can't say I did. I'm not allowed to say"
"It doesn't matter. Song or no, I'll always be under your spell, my Red siren"
"You're such a doof!"
"Yeah but I'm your doof"
"I love you"
"Love you more"
They kiss passionate, wrapping their arms around eachother. Gnomeo was about to pick her up until a small person interrupted them.
"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Blueberry" Mimi says with her baby voice, walking in with her basket of toys.
"Oh, goodie, Mimi's here" Gnomeo rolls his eyes as he lets Juliet go and she chuckles.
"It's time to play!" Mimi exclaims, throwing her toys on the floor.
"Mimi, we already played down in your room" Gnomeo says
"But now we can play in your room" she wiggles her eyes brows at them.
"Mimi, your daddy and I would like to be alone for a while, sweetheart" Juliet says
Then Mimi looks around her and look back at them "But we are alone, silly mummy"
Gnomeo then gets an idea "Alright, Mimi, you want to play a game? Let's play a game, ok?! Let's play airplane" he asks as he picks up her toys.
"YAY!" Mimi cheers, jumping up and down.
Gnomeo picks his daughter up, along with her toys "Ok, we are clear for take off! And she's up and flying around! There's no movie, there's no peanuts on this flight but there is plenty of room for landing outside the door! Thank you for flying Air Blueberry, have a nice day" he sets her down out in the hall.
"But... but..." she mumbles but Gnomeo already lock the door.
He then looks back at his wife "Now... where were we?" he flirts and Juliet giggles he kisses her.
But they were once again interrupted when they heard the door knob jiggling; it was Mimi trying to open the door.
"Hey, you locked me out!" she screams from the other side.
"Goodnight, Mimi. We'll see you in the morning" Gnomeo shouts back.
"Fine! I'm leaving! But you're going to miss me!" she cries and stumps away from the door.
The Toddler was so angry that she went out to get help. She leaves her toys in her room and puts on her pink night robe, knowing it was cold outside. Throw a safe and secret path, Mimi walks all the way to her Uncle Benny and Aunt Jazmin's garden which was right next door to her's. She knocks on the door and Jazmin open the door.
"Hi Aunt Jazmin, is Uncle Benny here?" Mimi asks, innocently, coming in.
"Mimi, what are you doing here? Do your parents know you're here?" Jazmin looks out and sees nobody was out there. It was dangerous for a toddler to be out of night at this hour, even if they were next door. Did she really walk all the way from her garden to here on her own? What a brave child like her parents but she will kill them later for not knowing their daughter was out here and not in her home in bed like her own children.
While Jazmin closes the door. Mimi doesn't answer. She just walks pass her and goes to find her Uncle Benny in the living room, doing some stuff with a lot of paperwork..
"Uncle Benny, I am very mad!" she tells him, angrily and adorable like.
"Hold on, just a second, Mimi. I have some work to do" he ignores that fact that she was here, alone and goes back to his work. "How can I possible I owe so much in lawnmower pieces?" he asks himself.
"Maybe because you keep losing them?" Jazmin answers, while pouring herself a cup of hot chocolate.
Benny rolls his eyes at her "Yes, thank you, Jaz. I know that but what I don't know why do we own so much on sea food like raw fish and shrimp and clams but especially shrimp. I just don't get this! I don't even eat sea food!" he complains, frustrated.
Jazmin didn't answer "Yeah, weird" she just keeps quite and takes a long sip of her chocolate (A/N: Wink, wink, Jazzy ;)
"Don't you want to know why I'm very mad?" Mimi interrupts, raising her voice again.
Benny sighs and turns to his niece "Ok, why are you very mad?"
"Mummy and Daddy locked me out!" she screams, angrily and adorable again.
"And why would they do something like that?" he asks
"I don't know. I'm a fun girl" she adorably says.
"Well, I'm just guessing here, Mimi. I think maybe your mummy and daddy just want so privacy" he says
"What is "privacy"? Mimi asks
"Well, "privacy" mean sis when they just want to spend some time alone, by themselves"
"What are they doing in there?"
Benny then stays quiet for a while as he looks up at Jazmin, who also was quiet and sipping on her mug again. There was an awkward silence between them, still not knowing how to answer their niece's question.
"Uh... well... Um... They are... doing their taxes" Benny bests answers.
"Are they going to do their taxis every night?" she asks, complaining.
"For the first couple of months, yes" Jazmin cuts in.
"I don't like this one bit!" Mimi huffs, mad
"Well, maybe I can help you with this, Mimi" Benny says
"We better go right now. This is serious!" she states and runs out the door.
Benny stands up to follow his niece but stops and looks back at Jazmin "Remind me to never have this conversation with our kids. And to kill Gnomeo later for making me do his job and telling his kid about this. I'll be right back" he kisses his wife's cheek and heads out.
"Have fun, Ben!" she waves goodbye.
Wow, this was awkward; she thought and then lets out a laugh by how adorable her niece is, despite the awkwardness she brought even if she didn't know.

With a smirk on his face, Gnomeo pulls her in his arms and picks her up, bride style, making Juliet squeal in laughter!
"GNOMEO, PUT ME DOWN!"
"Ok"
He drops her on the bed as she continues to laugh and the laugh even harder when Gnomeo started tickling her. He pulls her in his arms and started kissing her and kisses him back. He, without control, goes down to her neck, leaving her breathless.
"You're insane" she chuckles, as he kept kissing her neck.
"No. We're nuts" he goes up to kiss her sweet red lips.
KNOCK-KNOCK
They were once again interrupted and they let each other go. Gnomeo exhales "It's the kid again. Alright, kill the music. This time I'm getting tough!" he lets Juliet go and goes to the door.
"We're sleeping, honey" he whispers, innocently.
"Then why are you talking, angel?" Benny's voice said on the other side, innocently too.
"Yeah, that's real macho tough" Juliet said sarcastically, making Gnomeo roll his eyes.
"It's the big kid" he says and opens the door. Luckily, they were both in their PJs before anything extreme happened.
Benny walks in, carrying Mimi "Gnomeo, Mimi has a big problem" he says as she sets Mimi down.
Gnomeo sighs and kneels down to his daughter "Yes, Mimi? What's your problem?"
"YOU TELL HIM, UNCLE BENNY! I'M TOO MAD!" The toddler screams, angrily but at the same time adorable.
"Well, Mimi thinks you guys don't have time to spend with her anymore" Benny says softly.
"I'M MADDER THAN THAT!" Mimi screams again.
"Sorry" he apologizes to her and then turns to Gnomeo "HAVE YOU NO DECENCY?! ALL THIS SWEET LITTEL GIRL WANTS IS TO DO IS SPEND SOME TIME WITH HER DADDY & MUMMY, WHO SHE LOVES VERY MUCH! IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK?! I THINK NOT!" Benny screamed in Gnomeo's face and getting a little spit in his eye.
"Much better" Mimi thanks.
Gnomeo dries out the spit form his eyes and then kneels to the toddler "Mimi, now your mummy and I love you very very very much. And we're sorry if we hurt your feelings. But there comes a time when we need to spend some time alone"
Then Juliet goes to her "Mimi, I have an idea. How about the 3 of upset up a special time every day to come here and play"
"I like that" Mimi smiles.
"Alright, it's a deal" Gnomeo shakes her tiny hand with his own large one.
Mimi turns to Benny "Ok, Uncle Benny. Let's go play with my cousins"
"Uhhmmm, Mimi. I have to do my taxes" he says as an excuse
"HAVE YOU NO DECENCY?! ALL THIS WEET LITTEL GIRL IS TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH FAVORITE UNCLE, WHO SHE LOVES VERY MUCH! IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK? I THINK NOT!" Gnomeo screams, picking up Mimi and holds her up to Benny while he leaves the room until he left with Mimi to babysit for the night. And Gnomeo locks the door again, finally alone with Juliet.
"Well, that was fun" Juliet laughs.
"It can't be worst than being spit in the eye by Benny, gross" he gags, still having Benny's spit in his eye.
"Remember all those other times Mimi has interrupted us?"
"Yep. I perfectly remember the one she literally walked into us"
(Flashback)
5 years ago, Gnomeo and Juliet were kissing on the couch, with their arms wrap around each other, unaware they were being seen. They soon stop as they eyed a tiny person, watching them. It was 1 ½ year old Mimi in her cute little baby jumper and her short blonde hair.
"What are you doing here?" Gnomeo asks the baby.
Unable to speak yet, Mimi said nothing just keep staring at them. It was clearly he wanted her to leave so he can be alone with her mother. But Mimi didn't move or said anything, not one baby noise. She just stares at them while sucking on her thumb.
"Here's 5$. Go catch a movie" Gnomeo says, handing 5 dollars.
Mimi takes the money in her little baby hands and walks away to another room, leaving the Red & Blue alone again, sharing a laugh before going back to kissing.
(Flashback Ends)
(Next day, Hope Port harbour)
It was beautiful day over the beaches of Hope Port; Juliet dives & re-surfaces like if she was swimming in the shore of the water as if she was running. She used all her strong mermaid tail to try and get away from somebody who was chasing her on his human legs.
"TRY & CATCH ME!" she laughs as she swims away.
"I'M GONNA GET YA!" Gnomeo yelled, running after her as he struggled to run in the water.
While their daughter was at school, they took the advantage to be alone for a few hours and spend it the best they could by themselves. Not wanting to go thru what they did with those evil pirates, Juliet took Gnomeo to a private and exclusive beach she knew nobody, not even fishermen knew about, so it was safe to be out here as a mermaid and be with her husband. They were like 2 crazy kids, playing a silly game of tag in the shores of the beach. Obviously, Juliet was winning with that fast tail of her's.
"YOU CAN'T CATHC ME, SLOW POKE!" she cried, laughing.
But Gnomeo stops to catch his breath "NO FAIR! YOU'R E HALF FISH!"
"Excuses, excuses" she teases, swimming a bit closer to him
"I swear if I had fins I would have caught you by now!" he complains, catching his breath again.
"Yeah, but you don't!" she laughs, sticking her tongue at him
That's when Gnomeo caught her in his arms "HA, GOTCHA!"
She squeals so hard that dolphins could hear her "NO FAIR! You caught me off guard"
"Yeah and I think I caught the catch of the day" he laughs, kissing her cheeks, her neck and her shoulders.
But she breaks free from him "Hahaha, funny. See if you can keep up with me to the cave!" she laughs and swimming off and he chases her.
She laughs out loud by all the fun until Juliet stops swimming when she sees a familiar yet terrifying sight. Right there on the horizon, she saw an island not too far away from the shore. On that island, there was a spooking castle. That castle was the horrible orphanage named San Felipe for kids who didn't have parents or were missing a parent and it was ruled by a cruel director. Legends say it's haunted by a ghost that lives in the tallest tower of the castle. But Juliet doesn't believe that nor was scared of that small insignificant detail. What terrified her was that she had the disgrace of assisting at the creepy orphanage as a child.
Then Gnomeo finally catches up to her "HA! You really thought you were going to get away huh?! How about we now..." he stops when he notices her paralyzed/scared face "Juliet, what's wrong, love?"
Juliet didn't answer; she just kept staring at the horrible place that was a short boat ride away. Those terrifying memories and nightmares still came back to her every each night. All those tortures she had as a child. And not just her but all the other orphans.
(Flashback...)
Everything was calm and peaceful in the Red garden. Little Juliet gave Lord Redbrick a small shock by escaping the garden that morning and not knowing where she was but that didn't matter know, he had her back home.
"So you didn't know where she was, huh, Redbrick?" the voice of a woman says with cruelness in her tone.
The nasty woman's name was Minerva and she works for San Felipe and for the last few weeks, she's had a job to do in Lord R's garden. To take away Juliet to the orphanage. She was a woman in her late 20's with her ginger hair in a tight bun; she wore a suit with a tie and black skirt with brown shoes. She was feared by every child that see and run away from her. Lord Redbrick and Juliet look up and see a woman they unfortunately recognize.
"There she is! Grab her!" Minerva orders to some police gnome approach them but Lord Redbrick protects Juliet from them.
"You can't take away my girl like this, Ms. Minerva. Like if she was a delinquent" he says, angrily.
"And she is!"
"I will not allow this! I won't let you take her!"
"Don't try to pull anything, Lord Redbrick. Here' the legal order so I can take Juliet to San Felipe. So, I suggest you step aside and hang her over"
"No, Dad. Don't let her take me! You promised me that you and I were going to be together. I already lost my mum and my brother, I can't lose you too. Please, don't let her take me!" 9 year old little Juliet cries to Lord Redbrick with sorrow and fear.
Lord Redbrick gives his daughter a sad look and then glares up at the horrible woman. Ever since his wife "died" & lost his son so he can go to a boarding school in London and haven't heard from in a long time. Juliet was all he had left and that she was an orphan by mother, they wanted to take away from her cause they thought he wasn't qualified to take care of his own daughter.
"Look, Ms. Minerva, if you're trying to..." Lord Redbrick begins to say to her but then hears Juliet scream
"Daddy, help me!" Juliet cries as those police gnomes grab her with force.
"Let go of her! LET GO OF MY DAUGHTER!" He screams but he was held back by 2 other police gnomes.
He glares back at Minerva "You're passing the limits, Ms. Minerva!"
"You've had your chance and your time is up, Lord Redbrick! And don't make me lose my patience anymore cause I've waited long enough. I need to take the girl immediately!" she demanded.
"OVER MY DEATH BODY BEFORE YOU TAKE HER! LET GO OF MY CHILD!" He demanded but they didn't listen.
"That can be arranged, Redbrick!" Minerva yells in threat.
"You heard the man, gentlemen! Let the child go" a bald shorter man named Mr. Grandy yelled, it was Lord Redbrick's lawyer who has been helping him with this case with Juliet a while but it's been hard to win it.
"We only receive orders from..." an office gnome starts
"I'm the only one who gives orders around here! And in this moment I'm ordering to let the child go!" he orders and again and they obey.
Juliet wasted no time to run to her father's arms, hugging him tight, not wanting to leave her home
"Ms. Minerva. I don't think this is necessary. Lord Redbrick is a kind and respected man who keeps his promises and depths to his garden and family. And you didn't have to bring the police into this"
"Well, your methods haven't been working, Mr. Grandy. And not only that but I've caught them trying to escape before I could come"
"That's not true! Me and my Dad were heading to the harbour to talk to a friend and them go to town and talk to Mr. Grayson!"
"Quiet, spoiled brat!" she screams in her face
"That's enough, Ms. Minerva!" Grayson yells
"Oh come on, are you seriously going to believe a child who tried to escape when she was being on locked down!? SERIOUSLY!" she scoffs
Then Mr. Grayson and looks and walks over to the desperate father "Redbrick, you do know the graveness of this situation. The girl has to go to San Felipe" he says with regret and sorrow.
Lord Redbrick was shock and heartbroken but no matter how much it hurts him, he understood and thought it was best for his daughter to not get in a my trouble or it will get worst.
"Yes, yes, I know, Mr. Grayson" he slowly nods with pure sadness.
"No, No, No, Daddy! Please, don't let her take me! DADDY!" Juliet cries, scared.
Lord R kneels to her height and holds her little hands in his "My girl, listen to me closely. Whatever happens, you and I are one, even if they separate us. And I live in your heart like you live in my, forever. And when you feel lonely, just look for me and there I will be"
"No, no, Daddy, I don't wanna leave you. You're all I have left. Don't let them take me, please!" Juliet sobs and hugs him tighter, making it harder for him to let go.
"I know, my treasure. But to these people, the love between us means nothing to them but it does to me. I did everything I could but that doesn't mean I'm going to give up. I will keep fighting for you now more than ever to have to back with me and never let them separate us ever again"
"I love you, Daddy. I know I've been bad but don't let them take me. I've caused you a lot of trouble" she sobs harder.
"No, no, no, don't say that, my dear. You are my treasure, my princess, my everything!"
"Then tell them that! Tell them that you and I will work hard together to pay all the depths we have but I don't wanna go! Promise them!"
Then Mr. Grayson steps in "Juliet, your father doesn't have to promise us anything. But by escaping like that, you lost your chance for us to trust you, even though you were free to go. But you blew it by escaping to the harbour like that"
"YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS! I DIDN'T ESCAPE! I was going to go see someone to help me, that's all!" she scream in pain and anger.
"Juliet, if you tell us who were going to see. We can go talk to this person and sort all this out and you can stay" Grayson says
"That's it, my girl. Tell us who it was and we can be together. Just tell us who's this person is. Look me in the eyes and tell who is it?"
Juliet hesitated for a while. She was in pretty deep. She could never blow this sacred secret to a bunch of strangers nor her father even if he deserves to know. To know that her mother, his wife was alive and she was the one Juliet went to see every afternoon and escaped the other day. She could never betray her mother's trust by blowing her secret of being alive and being a mermaid. She had no choice than to say next...
Juliet opens her mouth to speak but remembers her mother's words. They were in the cave when Juliet got her new mermaid powers and made a sacred promise to her.
(Flashback in flashback) (A/N: WTH?!)
"You can never tell about me, my girl. Not even your father. Promise me, guppy. Promise me" Coral said really serious.
"I promise, mum" Juliet promised
(2nd flashback ends)
Juliet was still thinking it over and over until she made the regretful decision to speak...
"Nobody. I escaped" she lies, lowering her head in shame to not look at Lord R in the eyes.
Lord R gasps in shock!
"Redbrick, I'm sorry. But the child has confess" Grayson says, softly.
Lord R almost gets a heart attack and looks back down at her "My girl, why are you going this to me?"
"Forgive me, Daddy. Forgive me" she sobs and looks away. Juliet takes slow steps to the horrible woman.
"Well, you both said goodbye, so that means I can take the child already. Let's go, Juliet" Minerva
"Daddy... I love you"
Lord Redbrick felt like his heart was just shatter in pieces and thrown away. His feet was frozen to the ground, without the ability to move by how crushed he was right now. First he looses his wife, then his son and now his daughter. He was all alone.
Juliet looks back at her father while the other Reds were coming forward to see what was happening. Juliet runs to her father as Minerva failed to snatch her back.
"Daddy, I love you so much. I'm sorry"
"I love you too, my treasure. Tell me the truth. Please, tell me the truth so they won't separate us" he begs but she doesn't say a word.
"Redbrick, she already told the truth and it's time to go. Let's go"
"Daddy, I love you and I'm going to miss you so much"
"Me too. I promise you I will do everything it takes to get you out of that horrible place, I swear it!"
(Flashback Ends)
Tears came down Juliet's eyes, what horrible memory that's been haunting her entire childhood. Being in that orphanage place were the worst and scary times of her life. What was worst is that she was being taken by force. That's another memory that disgracefully she remembers perfectly...
(New Flashback...)
Her father, friends and family were all chasing after her to rescue her from Minerva's evil clutches which were holding a tight grip on Juliet's small arms. The girl was wearing her little boy-ish sailor outfit like every other day but Minerva never approved for a young girl to wear boy clothes and it was the first thing she'll do when they get there, to get rid of those "disgusting" boy clothes. As soon as she made Juliet to stop fighting her to escape. As the Red crowd kept calling out for Juliet and Juliet kept calling back to Lord Redbrick, still fighting but it was too late, they were already on a boat to the orphanage island.
"JULIET!" Redbrick screams to her
"DADDY!" she screams back
The little mermaid child didn't give up on fighting, she was even willing to jump in the water and swim back to shore to her Dad but Minerva almost had to tie her up to stop squirming. Once they reach the harbour, Juliet kept resisting and started crying to not even get close to that scary-looking castle orphanage that was literally a prison for children
"PLEASE, MS. MINERVA! LET ME GO!" Juliet pleads but Minerva ignores her and carried her with force to the castle.
"Minerva, Don't Take Her!"

By some many bad memories, Juliet started getting a headache. She thought she was gonna die. Her heart was beating so fast but really fast. Every second she thought more and more of that day and that place, she felt traumatized, it haunts her nightmares just by looking at it but for some reason, and she couldn't move or stop looking at that scary dark place. She feels adrenalin and her heart is gonna explode out of her chest and it hurts her.
By finally hearing the sound of her husband's sweet velvet voice, she came back to reality but not out her fear. She slowly turns to face him and Gnomeo saw tears in her eyes, it worried him.
"No, don't let her..." that's all she said
"Don't let who, love?" he asks, worried, leaning closer to her.
"Gnomeo..." she start, in a weak tone
"What?" he said fast, worried about her.
Suddenly, she felt something going over me, I was dizzy and my body going limp and she couldn't stand no more. Juliet felt like fainting and she did, her green eyes were closing and all she was hearing was a blur. Luckily, before I went out completely, Juliet felt Gnomeo catching his wife, worrying about her.
"Juliet! JULIET!"
Gnomeo kneeled down on the shore as the water rise up to his shoulder as he held Juliet in his arms, stroking her soft porcelain face, worried of what's going on in her head. He begged her to please wake up nothing, he even asked the ocean for help since it always helps magic beings like his mermaid but nothing has happened for a while. Knowing he needed help from professional, Gnomeo lift Juliet's fainted body and carried her back to their mower, despite of how heavy Juliet was in mermaid form.
When they got home, his family and her's were asking like crazy what happened to Juliet. He directly called his mother-in-law since she was the perfect person to go to when Juliet has her crisis that involved mermaid stuff. Luckily, nobody saw her with her tail. While he explained what happened, Gnomeo sets her down on the bed while Marina examines her. The first thing she did was use her power to dry up tail and bring back her legs before anybody else sees. The older mermaid used mermaid potions to see what's happening with her daughter and helps her rest through the night and calm down.
After putting their daughter to sleep, Gnomeo went back to his room to check on his wife. She looked the same, trapped in a deep sleep like Sleeping Beauty. He never got tired of seeing her sleep so beautiful and peacefully but this time, he was worried than she wouldn't wake up. She looked like a cold and pale corpse is suppose to look when their in their "big sleep" but he had faith that she will wake up really soon, all better.
"No, no, don't let her take me, no, please!" he heard her mumbles in her sleep, scared but she doesn't wake up and continues to sleep. But she was stirring and shaking by whatever nightmares she was having in her head.
Gnomeo sighs in disappointment "What more secrets do you hold, my Red?"
He asks, curiously as he takes her hand and kisses it and then her forehead as he watches her sleep for the entire night.
