12 . Dark As The Past & Red As Blood
A night like tonight was a night to celebrate a success, especially if it meant getting rid of a nuisance you've had on your back for years. That's how Mercutio felt right now. He took a long sip out of his whisky as he stair at the horizon until he heard screaming and yelling and possibly some gun shots from outside on the deck.
"Excuse me, captain. Someone is looking for you" a pirate comes it, looking slightly beat up and with a black eye.
"I don't wanna see anybody" Mercutio says without facing and rubbing his temples.
Before he could ask who it was, his wooden door literally burst down! He was shocked but his anger was cooled down when he saw who broke down his door.
"WELL, YOU'RE GONNA SEE ME!"
That voice. He turns and his jaw opens. It was her, his muse, his goddess, his grand obsession, his future Queen, his mermaid. Juliet.
"I can see you anytime you want" he smirks, flirty an evilly.
Obviously, he knew she was coming to confront him about earlier but never imagine she would be looking like this. All dressed in leather black, from head to toe, how it perfected that figure he's dreamt of having near. To have her, alone with him and all to himself, no matter with legs or fins.
"Oh, you have no idea how long I waited for this moment. For you to come find me"
"SHUT UP! YOU KNOW WHY I'M HERE!"
"We're sorry, sir. She came in by force and took out 3 of best guys, she even tossed one overboard and I think she shot Reggy... no, no, he´s ok" The pirate informs.
"No, leave her be, men. I like them more when they get violate. Leave us alone" Mercutio smirks.
"Are you sure, captain? She's armed and might..."
"GET OUT, YOU RATS!" Juliet screams in anger and the pirates fled in fear, leaving them alone which could be very dangerous.
"Oohh, you're feistier than I remember. Love that about you. I've been waiting for you"
"Where is he?" she growls
"Wow, and to think you wouldn't get any more hotter. Tail or not. Black really suits you. And did I ever tell you look so sexy when you're mad?"
"Don't you dare come near me? Where is he?"
"Aw, that's cute! You still have hope your hubby is alive"
"WHERE IS HE!? What did you do to him!? I know it was you. I know you did something to him and I know it was you who order your filthy rats to kidnap my child. So, tell me, WHERE IS HE!? WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!?"
Mercutio chuckles "Oh, what a romantic way to refer to him! It makes me sick enough to kill you right now, so you can join him"
"But what good will that do? Because he and I will be together even in the afterlife. My husband and my daughter are always my first concern. And I will not leave this rat hole until you hand me back my husband"
"Oh, how gullible you are, my love. And what makes you think he's still alive and I have him?"
"Never question that. I won't accept that you took away from me. And all for what, to keep my power? How insane you are!"
"You know that I want more than your power. No power is compare to having you. Even if you didn't have this power, I would want you anyway. And you have no idea how good it felt to rib out that Blue bastard's heart and crush it with my own hands"
"No, no, no, you're lying to me!"
"Why do you doubt me? He was the main obstacle that kept us apart
"Don't mess with me, Mercutio. You have no idea what I'm capable of and this gun is not the only thing that's going to help me kill you"
"Go ahead, shoot me. Let's see if you have the guts, sweetheart"
"Don't test me. I perfectly know how to pull this trigger and send you to hell"
"Hell. Hmm, hell. What a perfect world to describe the life I'm living it. A life where I had to suffer like you can't imagine"
"I'm not interested in knowing your back-story"
"I don't need to tell you because you already know it"
"What the hell are you talking about, ingrate"
"I see our dear mermaid queen did her job"
"What does Aunt Cordelia have to do with any of this?"
"A lot, princess. She never wanted us to be together. She never approved of me. She never wanted to go near you cause I was "dangerous". I was forbidden to even look at you which was always so hard because with you beauty, how could I not look? But you know what they say, "what's forbidden is what's mort desired". I bet you know that better than me, don't you, gorgeous?"
"Yes but the difference is that mine is clean and I had to fight for that love. Unlike yours, it's not even love, it's a sick obsession which I don't even understand why because you and I never met"
"That's what you think but I'm not if I should be the one to tell you"
"STOP BABBLING & TELL ME WHERE MY HUSBAND IS! WHERE IS GNOMEO!?"
"FORGET HIM! HE DOESN'T MATTER! HE'S HISTORY! HE'S SLEEPING WITH THE FISHES! And don't bother going down there and looking for him because he's probably in the stomach of the worms. While I'm more alive than ever & my love for you is bigger than you can imagine. You could say it's sick and insane like you say but it's love. Have you ever thought of that? Have you ever thought that I wanted the best for you? I HAVE FEELINGS TOO! I FEEL & WHAT IM FEELING RIGHT NOW IS BIGGER THAN BEFORE! Because I love you and I will never forget you for what you did. For marrying my worst enemy and having his child that SHOULD HAVE BEEN MINE!"
"YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DECLARE ME & LESS TO TALK ABOUT LOVE TO ME! And you don't feel love, anybody who feels love doesn't kill, doesn't trick, doesn't force anybody to love them"
Mercutio scoffs and chuckles "Have you not been paying attention to anything that's happened? You are the one who's turned me into this! YOU ARE the one who can put a stop to all this madness I've created because of you. All these years, in all my life, I have been with thousands even millions of women, beautiful gorgeous women that we stupid enough to sleep with me but NONE of them were compare to you. NONE of them were able to get you out of my head. NONE of them could make me get rid of all that hate and love I have for you for years. Do you know what it's like to sleep with another woman but all I would think off is having you with me, in my arms and in my life? And let me tell you something else, I swore on my life that I will have you one way of another until THEY DAY I DIE OR YOU!"
"Oh my God, you're completely insane"
With a swift unexpected move, Mercutio grabs Juliet from behind, making her drop her gun, pulling her dangerously close to him, enjoying this moment of having her this close, taking in her scent of roses. Oh, how he desired her for so long.
Juliet tried to break free of his grip but he tighten it but she then stopped when he started speaking again and she let him so find out more about this insaneness. But the closeness was giving her nauseous.
"Yes, I am insane, insane for you. You're the love of my life, the only woman who took me to heaven to hell itself. With those eyes filled with fire, that heart filled with kindness, that power so bright and powerful and this body fit for a goddess. Oh, how good you smell, like a fresh rose which is what you are. A unique rose" he strokes the curves of her body, giving her nasty chills down her spine.
"And killing you, would be killing me too. I did try it once. I wanted us both to die, together" he confesses in her ear.
She was confused "What?"
"Yeah, remember that night you turned 17 and you got intoxicated by gas smoke? And nobody knew how it happened? Well, that was me. I sneaked into your shed where you were sleeping inside. I sneaked in and turned on the gas. After I turned it all on, I admired you sleeping so peacefully; you were close enough to be a full woman, my woman. Thankfully you were a heavy sleeper; I laid down next to you. It felt so good to have your warm body next to mine..."
"YOU'RE PERVERT BASTARD! YOU DRUGGED ME WHEN I WAS STILL 17! IF YOU COULDN'T HAVE ME, YOU WOULD ACTUALLY KILL ME!?" She struggled hard to break free, with anger and urge to shoot him so much.
But he grabs her by her shoulder's and turns her to face him, very close "It was the only way for me to be with you. I wanted to take you from life to death. It all seem so romantic"
"YOU'RE SICK IN THE HEAD!"
"Yes, but this time I won't fail. You know what, forget the power, forget the mermaid kingdom, forget the treasure, forget everything. Now that I have you here with me, I'm going to make you mine before I kill you so then I can kill myself. That why we can be together forever"
"Kill me if you want but let my family out of this, they have nothing to do with this"
"You're wrong, my love. They do have to do with this. They know your secrets, they know your powers. Especially your mother. I can see where you get your looks but no woman is compare to your breath taking beauty and uncontrollable power. Join me, and I can teach you how to control it"
"NEVER!"
"Don't make me, Juliet. I love you. I love you like you can't imagine. But all of this could end... now"
Before Mercutio could make his move, Juliet made her's by pulling out the hidden knife she literally had under her sleeve and STABEED her knife in his right shoulder which made him scream in pain and let go of his grip on her. She grabs her gun and broke down the door to make a run for it.
"YOU HORRIBLE CHEATING SLUT!"
But Juliet kept running, ignoring his screams of demon. She dodged every post, every pirate that tries to catch her but failed cause she was too quick for them. And even if they did grab her, she would even punch them in the place where no men wants to be kicked or simply shoot their foot or shoulder to caught them off guard and it works every time. Like the ninja she is, she swings on to the sails, ripping them open with her smaller knife, that way that ship won't be going anywhere for a while.
"AFTER HER! GRAB HER! DON'T LET HER GET AWAY! I WANT HER BACK ALIVE!" their captain order/yelled, coming out of his room while holding on to his injured arm. And his crew obey him, running after the girl.
She runs across the deck with the entire crew on her tail, even the captain himself. Mercutio gave the new order to nobody is to catch her before him, meaning he would take the lead to grab her first. But what was strange is that as he ran after her, he sticks his 2 fingers and makes a loud whistle, like if he was calling something to his aid but nobody, only he knew what was he calling.
Juliet kept running to the front deck of the ship where there was a long pole that look much like a plank but that wasn't her issue. Her issue was that she had to stop when she got to the edge, took one good look down and saw the ocean infected with white sharks. And the worst kind, great white. Oh great, she was going to be their dinner.
Juliet sighs "Really? You gotta be kidding me"
And what was strange is that sharks don't usually do to the shore this close. Not even 300ft. To the shore, which was strange to her. She was trapped. She turns and sees Mercutio and his crew have caught up to her. Juliet needed to think of an escape plan fast and as in fast as in NOW!
"Finally got you, my love. You think you could have escaped from me that easily?" Mercutio smirks, evilly.
"Actually, yeah"
"It's your choice, you either join me and become my Queen or be the sharks dinner. What's it going to be? Me or the sharks?"
Juliet looks down and then back at him, thinking carefully of what she's going to do.
"Don't worry, love. I'm going to take really good care of you. Just take my hand and you'll see" he holds out his hand to her, hoping she would take it since she has no other choice to go.
She looks at him and his hand, with confusion. But she had other plans. She smiles mischief which confused him.
"Not gonna happen"
With a turn of her boot heel, Juliet turns and jumps off the plank!
"NO!" he cries.
And like if it was an action slow-motion movie scene, Mercutio attempts to reach for Juliet as she jumps in the air and slowly falls down until she made a SPLASH! hit with the ocean infected water, which also means Mercutio fails to catch her. And knowing he can't go in those waters for certain reasons, he searched in between the light reflected waves any sight of her. Despite being angry with her for rejecting and almost killing him, he was worried about her in swimming with those dangerous sharks he summoned. If only he had his powers to swim after her. Hopefully, he soon saw the glow of her tail swimming in the water as she swims away from the sharks and his ship.
"Oh, I love it when they play hard to get. YOU WILL BE MINE, JULIET! I SWEAR IT!"
And that he really swore on his life. Plus, tonight wasn't that all a waste because he got that chance to have her in his arms even if it wasn't how he wanted and for only a few seconds but it was good enough and pretty soon he will have her like he wants. He was going to get her back, in this life or the other. He had a plan.
After a few minutes of swimming, Juliet finally makes it to shore where it all seemed clear and calm. Thanks to the strength of her tail, she was able to escape with being followed. She pulls herself on the rocks with her tail still in the water. She was alone with only the shores of the waves crashing against her tail. She didn't want to go home yet, she felt this mission was all for nothing. She feared her love was gone for good. That ingrate trying to kill her too so he wouldn't tell her the truth.
Time like now, this wasn't the best time but this is when she's starting to get another puzzle piece of her past. She slowly rest herself against the smooth part of the rock as he eyes slowly closed and her dream turned into another of her childhood memories.
(Flashback)
The ghost girl has given her word to not harm her and Juliet made the decision to give her her trust and listen to her tale. The tale of the sad doll named Romina that Juliet held in her hands.
"Once upon a time, there was a small girl who lived happily with her parents, she was the spoiled child. And she was expecting a little sibling on the way. One day, her mother told her she had to be a kind and generous girl. They were going to leave her at a neighbour's house while they were at the hospital to expect the new baby. Before they left, her mother gave her a special doll she made with her own hands..." the ghost girl points at the sad doll Juliet held "... she had a bright smile. Then the mother came up to her and gives her the doll..." the ghost girl continues to narrate.
"This doll is for you, my love" the mother said to her "And she's you, precious. And I want you to promise me, that whatever happens, you will always smile like her"
"Yes, mummy, I will. I promise" the little girl says and smiles.
"Take good care of her so you won't feel alone" the mother kisses her daughter's head and turns to leave.
"Mummy!"
"Yes, darling?"
"Are you gonna come back soon?"
"Yes, my love"
"... but the mother never came back and neither did her father. They were both missing and never found. Days have passed and when the girl finally had the courage to ask for her parents, the woman who was taking care of her packed her bags and brought her to San Felipe. On the way, she told her that her parents when to heaven and promised her she would be taken care of her. But what the woman didn't know is that she made the biggest mistake of leaving her here. When she got here, Director Carlota took away her doll and using some sort of witchcraft, she ripped out the doll's heart. After getting the heart and locking it in a special safe where nobody could find it. She gave the girl her doll back but it was far too late. Because the girl lost all hope and even her childhood and turned cold and isolated, not wanting any shed of happiness she had in her. She lost all good feelings and grew up in this place, filled with hate and sadness. Now she's a cruel grown up woman and I'm her childhood. I've live here jailed and haunting the tower for years, waiting for somebody like you to go back to my body" she finishes.
"And who is this woman?" Juliet asks
"Minerva"
"Minerva?! So you're saying that Ms. Minerva is that girl who grew up alone and sad like in the story?"
"Yes and when we rescue the heart of the doll, put it back inside her, Minerva will be like before. Happy and free once again. All her hate and cruelness will disappear from her and she will also get all her memories back and everything bad she's remember of doing will be fixed and forgotten"
"Since my mum die, Ms. Minerva has done nothing but wanting to separate me from my Daddy but I'm glad to hear that it isn't her fault and that there is a way to help her be good and happy again. Now I know why she's away angry at everything and everybody, especially at me and my cousin. But how can I help Ms... AAAAAHHHHHH!"
A white sheet float in the air, giving the Red girl a fright. "How can I help Ms. Minerva? AAAAAHHHHH!" She screams again as more things moved and floated, ghost-like again. But it was all just the ghost girl's tricks for fun. She chuckles and laughs, making Juliet roll her eyes.
"Director Carlota hid away Romania's heart in the Vault of Toys, which is the hidden basement in San Felipe. Juliet, you need to go down there and rescue it" she begs her
And the dream fades away...
(Flashback Ends)
Making Juliet wake up in a gasp. She looks around and sees how it was almost dawn and the sky was half orange and half pink. She rubs the sleep and sand out her face and notices how she was still in mermaid form but it didn't bother her.
"Minerva. Why Minerva?" she asks herself.
Why was she suddenly thinking of her old foe or ex-foe she should say since it was in her past child years. UGH, How she hated to have these dreams that showed nothing but her past, why was this happening? And when will it end?! More importantly, when will she be happy and with peace? To live at peace with her family and not to worry about these disgraces were happening right now.
Suddenly, she hears a twig snap, somebody was coming. She feared it was him and his men who found her. She picks up a rock to strike back since her gun was wet and not working but that didn´t stopped her.
"Who goes there? I'm warning you to not come closer!"
"Calm, my child. It is only me" a familiar old man come to her aid.
"Old Man Barracuda. I'm so glad it's just you. I thought you were pirates"
"No, child. I'm just around these parts doing my early fishing. What are you doing in these parts in with your tail? You know it's dangerous if anybody finds you like this"
"I know. I understand it perfectly but I had a reason"
"Well, whatever the reason you need to be more careful. Come on, let me take you to my ship and call your mother to pick you up. Come, my dear, you must be starving, I'll make you some breakfast with this fresh catch I caught this morning"
"Thank you, Barracuda. I appreciate it"
Despite having such little strength for a man of his age, Barracuda kneeled down to her and picked her up by shoulder and tail and gently placed her on his wheeled cart and rolled her down the shore all the way to his boat so they'll take care of her and then take her home. But he will probably want to know her story of why she was there and in mermaid form.
That same afternoon, it was a cloudy day; maybe because everybody was sad and depressed by Gnomeo's death but the ones who was heartbroken most of all was his wife. After getting picked up from the beach by Old Man Barracuda, Juliet have barely talked to anybody since she got there. She in her daughter were just coming back from some errands they had to do as Juliet struggles to carries some grocery bags and Mimi sits down on the couch, all sad by still not knowing anything her Dad and Juliet could notice that and tried to cheer her up. She didn't want to tell her the truth just yet, it was much too painful but she knew she had to tell her soon, no matter how painful it will be for her.
"Princess, why don't you stay here and play while I go into the kitchen and put these away. And if you get hungry, let me know because I'm gonna make you your favourite dinner, macaroni and cheese with hog dog weenies" Juliet says, patting Mimi's head.
"Ok, mummy"
"Oh, come on, cutie, smile"
Mimi smiles a little "I should have brought Shroom. He's the only thing I have to play with until Daddy come back. I really miss him"
Juliet frowns, knowing that Mimi misses her Dad and she did too. And before she could say something to cheer her up, she hears a door closing in the far end of the greenhouse. It seems to her it was coming from the kitchen; somebody was in her greenhouse, snooping around.
"Stay here, Mimi. I'll be right back" she tells her.
Juliet walks into the kitchen, cautious of who might be in here. Being the stealthy and sneaky ninja she is, she slowly pulls out her fixed gun from earlier in case she needs it. She looks around every corner while holding her weapon up but it was empty. Maybe it was the wind that just blew the door shuts. She shrugs and puts away her gun in her belt but not knowing it was a bad idea.
Suddenly somebody came from behind her and muffled her mouth with his hand. She screams through it and fights back by punching the guy in the stomach with her elbow, punches his face with her fist and throwing it him to the ground. She spins around in her Kung-Fu attack pose but gasps when he sees who it is. It was her lost husband!
"It's ok, it's me. Whoa, I'll never get used to punches" he groans in pain as he stands back up, noticing the shock look on her face.
She puts her hands on each side of his face, staring into his eyes. "Oh my God, I can't believe it's you, my love" she wraps her arms around him and kisses him with love and he kisses her the same way until they break apart and just hug each other . "I can't believe you're alive, my Blue!" she sobs, happily as she stroke his scar. "What happen to you? How did you get so hurt?"
"Mercutio. That dangerous sinister. I can assure you that he doesn't have limits. And I'm afraid, you know? For you, for Rosemary, for everybody he could hurt. I don't want you guys to be in danger"
"Why didn't you tell me you were alive? You don't know what it was like for me to believe you were dead, my love"
"I know. Mercutio made me believe that he killed you"
"That deranged maniac, But I'm so happy that you're here but I'm going to kill you for not telling me sooner" she threats, playfully.
He then pulls her close to his body, smirking "Well, then kill me. But only the way you do that drives me crazy" and they kiss rapidly and in a violate way, not wanting to let her go ever again.
"Wait, there's somebody who deserves to know you're here more than me. Come on!" she pulls him to the living room where a tiny person was waiting there.
Back out in the living room, Mimi was sitting by herself on the couch, calling Benny on the phone, unaware that her father was here.
"Hi Uncle Benny, I want to know if Shroom ate?" she asks him through the phone. "Yes? Well, don't forget to give him water too because you always forget. Have him ready for me because I'm going to pick him up later to bring him here with me. Mmm-hmm, yeah, and tell my grandma that I left some of my toys there and my mummy is going to go get them"
As Benny was talking from the other line of their conversation, from behind her, her parents were walking toward her and Gnomeo put his finger to his lips, telling Juliet to be quite to surprise his daughter.
"My love" Gnomeo says to Mimi from behind her but she doesn't turn around.
Mimi gets confused by that voice, thinking it was Benny who said that and she asks him "Dad? I'm sorry but I thought you sounded like my Daddy, Uncle Benny?" she asks, really confused that might have confused Benny too.
"Sweetheart" Gnomeo cooed again
"Dad?" she asks again on the phone.
"I'm your Dad" Gnomeo says behind her, smiling at her and Juliet smile too.
Frozen in place, Mimi hangs up the phone and puts it down gently, confused. She thought she was going crazy by hearing her father's voice from thin air. She slowly turns her head around and there he was, leaning over the couch, smiling directly at her.
"My Princess" Gnomeo smiles with joy.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Mimi squeals with joy as she jumps on the couch, directly into his arms. "DADDY! DADDY!" She cries in joy as did him, squeezing the life out of each other and he kisses her many times.
"Oh, my princess! I'm so happy to be back home with you! With both my girls!" he pulls Juliet into their hug, kissing them both, not wanting to let them go.
After the loving family reunion, Gnomeo sat his girls both down to tell him what exactly happened in his disappearance. How Mercutio kidnapped him, beat him to the death, almost killed him. Even if she was a child and didn't understood much, but she wasn't dumb. She knew what was going on. Juliet was shocked by everything and she also wonder if she should tell him, she went after Mercutio to tell her where her husband was but no, she decided not to say anything right now, she'll tell him later when it was all calm a bit.
"Daddy, I can't believe that happen to you. That evil bad guy hurt you like that. But with all of that, I still have the most handsome Dad in the entire world!"
"You're right about that, Mimi" Juliet laughs "And we have to come up with a plan so nobody finds out your Daddy is alive, especially that wretch. That'll put him and all of us in danger"
"Can you keep the secret? Just for tonight" Gnomeo asks the child.
"Sure I can! Maybe this was a sign, saying that we should never be apart and be together forever as a family" she squeals in laughter and joy, hugging both her parents.
Gnomeo pulls her in his arms, hugging her tight again but then pulls Juliet too, trapping them both in is embrace, kissing them both, promising to never leave their side again. A few minutes later, the happy re-united family goes into the kitchen and they all prepared dinner for the happy occasion.
"It was a good thing nobody agrees to come with me, don't you think? Or things would get out of control. But we have to think of something when we tell them"
"Shouldn't we eat and go to bed first because I'm really tired"
"Ok, we'll tell them in the morning. Looks very good what you're making"
"You have no idea how much I missed you both"
"Not more than I have. I mean, us" "But mostly me, you know that, right?"
"Hey! No kissing in the kitchen when food is being made!"
"You're right, sweetheart" he kisses her cheek. "But I'll do it anyway" Gnomeo picks her up by surprise and kisses his daughter like crazy because he missed her and her mother like crazy!
"My love, it's time for bed" Juliet breaks it up when she notices Mimi yawning.
"I know, Mimi fell asleep 10 seconds ago" He laughs with the toddlers sleeping on his chest.
"She gets that from you. Plus, it's been a rough day, maybe you should go to bed and I'll take her to her room"
"It's fine. Plus, I don't want you to go. You go to bed; I'll take her"
"Ok. I'm going to be outside, I need some air" Juliet leaves out the door.
Gnomeo picks up Mimi and carries her to her purple toddler room, filled with toys on the floor, her closet filled with dresses of all the colors of the rainbow, mostly red and blue. And a cute bed shaped like a flower with flowery bed sheets. Mimi sucks her thumb as Gnomeo laid her down and tucks her in and kisses her tiny forehead and leaves the room.
But stops when he hears her sweet little voice, looking down at her.
"Daddy?"
"Yes, princess?"
"Are you leaving me?"
"Oh No, my love. I will never leave you or your mummy. I will always be here for you. I'm going to watch you grow-up into the beautiful big girl you're turning into" he stroke her tiny rosy cheek.
"All thanks to you and mummy" she smiles
"And we are very proud of you" he smiles back
"I love you" The toddler stands up on her feet and hugs her father
He felt so touched and loves her more than ever he kisses her "Right back at you, kid"
The Blue goes outside and finds his wife, next to the
"It's be so long to not kiss you, to not feel you, to not see you"
"I never stopped loving you but we have to do something about this"
"Listen to me; nobody will ever separate us, Juliet. Not then, not now, not ever. This love is bigger than Mercutio's hate or that past feud. You and I are destine to be together. Tell me that you still love me like before"
"No, I love you, more, more, more, and more!" she pulls him by his short collar and kissed eachother's lips.
And with that last word, the couple kissed like there was no tomorrow, going in a violate and passionate way. As they continue to kiss, Gnomeo reaches her back and takes off her black corset, her red skirt and her white T-shirt, leaving her in pretty red underwear. He wraps his arms around again as she takes off his blue waistcoat and his T-shirt, staying just in his pants.
"Gnomeo, remember where we are. Not exactly the place to do this"
"Who care? We're alone, we're together and we have nothing to hold us back. We love eachother and that's all that matter in the world, our world. I love you, you know that, right?"
"Not as much as I love you. But still, better do this inside" Juliet puts her clothes back on but that didn't stop her flirty husband to kiss her neck and her lips.
"Anything you say, Ms. Blueberry. You and I will be together forever, my Red. Know why? Because there isn't any huge obstacle that can separate us"
"Gnomeo... my love" Juliet whispers and they share a loving eternal kiss. But they were unaware of being watched.
"Damn you, Gnomeo. Juliet will never be yours" an evil angry voice says to himself from afar, scowling at the happy couple as they showed their love for eachother.
The mysterious man rise his gun and pointing his gun directly at them, getting his direct target and ready to pull the trigger...
(GUN SHOT!)
And with that gunshot, from his arms, Juliet fell to the ground, losing all consciousness. The bullet hit her right in the back as blood back out of the wound. Gnomeo hand his hand on her and felt the blood in his hand. He turns her body around and saw her dead on the ground. The person who shot Juliet drives off at full speed in his car, not regretting what he just did.
"JULIET! NO! NO! MY LOVE!"
By hearing the gun shot & Gnomeo's screams of desperation, the entire gang; Benny, Jazmin, Nanette, Lord Redbrick, Lady Marina, his mother and father, Willy & Tybalt came running in as they scream in horror when they saw Juliet's dead body on the ground and Gnomeo crying in pain, holding close to his wife's body who was losing a lot of blood.
"HELP ME! I NEED HELP, PLEASE!" he begged
"What happened?!" Lord Redbrick was the first to ask everybody's question. He was panicked as all of them were.
"Juliet, my girl, can you hear me?!" Lord B and Marina pleaded but their daughter wouln't more a muscle or had a pulse.
"Call an ambulance, please!" Gnomeo cried as he cradles Juliet in his arms, not carrying he was getting his clothes stained by her blood.
"Hello? Yes, I need an ambulance right away!" Benny and Tybalt fought over the phone with desperation.
As they waited for help to come, their parents tried any way to help Juliet stay alive but Gnomeo refused to let her out of his embrace. He was not going to let her die like this, not now of ever. He rather lose his life for her anytime, without thinking it twice.
"Juliet, please! DON' T DO THIS TO ME!"
His pleads were nothing but a blur to her as her soul came out her body with the decision to stay or leave forever?

Anyways, I am very proud of this chapter; I think this is my best one ever or for at least this story.
AGAIN, this was a birthday present in honor of my girl's special day. I AM SOO PROUD OF HER! I was watching the deleted scenes of her movie this morning while I was getting ready for school. I'm planning on watching her movie, deleteds, YouTube videos, fanfic stories, and anything that involves her all week long, BIRTHWEEK (Yeah, that's a thing) I hope u guys are celebrating too like I am.
Well, I have to go to bed now, why do I have night class tomorrow!? WHY HATE ME, UNIVERSE!? And just to let you know that on Saturday (Valentine's Day) I HATE THIS DAY SOO MUCH! DON'T ASK WHY JUST GIVE ME CHOCOLATE & CANDY! XOXO LUV U GUYS! & I LOVE U, JULES! HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY!
