"Here is 20 years of bottle off Crystal Cola." Toriko muttered to himself as he pop the cork off the bottle to continues talk, "Its cork was created from the 'Trunk' of a crystal cola tree..." He sniffed the cork to sigh heavily, smiled. "Mmmmm... What a nice scent." He nod toward the waiter to pour it in the glass to watch it fizzles till it settle down for him to taste it.
"Deliciousssss~ It's like high-grade champagne...I can't even believe it's cola."
"HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!" The favorite heroine stand up from her seat as she was dress up in a nice yet modest dress as she glares at three Bishokuya who paused in their eating to stare at her with widen open eyes. "How did this happen?! First we were eating the Century Soup and now here we are?! And why am I dress up like this!"
"You can blame the Author, Redsnidget, for skipping out so many parts. Heck, We suppose to build up my house in chocolate, candy and everything sweets, Or go to the vegetable sky to show Komatsu and my special bond together as chef and Bishokuya's OR Komatsu's special knife that you gave to him for his birthday that need to be fixed by a Melk! And yet-" Toriko rants toward the red-haired female who got cut off by her to wave her hand back and forth to sigh heavily.
"Okay, okay I get it, Toriko."
"Um, do you know we're breaking the fourth wall here...?" Coco pointed out, anime sweatdrop at them as they shrugged it off.
"I'm sure the Author have her reason..." Sunny said aloof, took a bite out of his plate.
"I just have to ask...it just...feel like this went too fast. Like a flashback or something." Kai frowned before sit down, crossed her arms. As they paused in silence and ponder on it before Toriko start to sip the cola wine then repeated what he said again.
"Delicioussss~ It's like high-grade champagne...I can't even believe it's 'cola'." Toriko smiles at them then cut up the steak cause Kai, Sunny and Coco to give him the look before shook it off as Coco decided it never happens and keep the story going. Coco did cut up the steak to take a polite bite to nod.
"Of course... 'Crystal trees' are said to naturally take 1000 years in order to grow a single centimeter...This cola made from the 'seed' of its fruit. Since man-powered cultivation is possible now, the price has lowered from when things were all-natural. Still, this is high-class cola that is clearly separate from normal cola." Coco smiled.
"So then is 'Mellow cola' so delicious that it surpasses even this taste as well?" Toriko smirks back cause Sunny to laughs.
"HAHAHA! The president gave you another insane request this time, Toriko! HAHAHA!"
"Mellow cola, If I recalling correctly, then your training seems to be the toughest, Toriko..." Coco frown lightly at the though of their own foster father give out the crazy training for them to face.
"Yeah..." Kai frown slightly, took a sip out of her cola, eyes Toriko wondering why the president give off crazy insane request for the Four heavenly kings like them.
"Shaddup!" Toriko barked at Sunny before looks back at Kai and Coco to shrugs, "Are you even training properly yourself?"
"Idiot. I've already cleared the gravity part, and low oxygen was no problem..." Sunny smugly stated himself off.
"EXCUSE ME!"
"Hm?" We all glance up to found Komatsu scratch back of his head as he have his fangirl face on as he ran over to them, "Sorry I'm late!"
"Komatsu!" Toriko smiled at his partner and frown, "You're late. What were you doing?"
"I...I'm sorry, I got swallowed up in the 'Melk Knife' and lost track of time." The chef chuckled nervously.
"What kind of a reason is that?!" Toriko and Kai exclaimed toward the small chef.
"Anyway, Matsu-chan, It's gonna leave now! Come on! Lets go see the horse!" Kai grins as she got off the seat to drag Komatsu away from the Three Bishokuya who watch them with a soft smiles.
"Hey, hey, calm down Kai, Komatsu." Toriko sighed at his partner and his friend's excitement. He's start to wondering why he have to bring them again. He know he did ask Komatsu as a partner but he's start to get concern for Kai...What was her goal anyway. He shrugs it off and will ask her later on.
"Amazing!" Komatsu exclaimed with eye shone with stars as he looks at the Giant horse.
"Whoaaaaa! It's a real 'Giga-horse'" Kai squealed, start to show her fangirl side for once as they look at the Gigahorses who whinnying loudly as they started to pull the giant ships. "You know its capture level is 64!?"
"It's so huge..." The chef stares at them in awe. "The colossal horses who are said to be able to swim, allowing for utility both on land and in water! I'm giga-mega excited after seeing this now!"
"Preparations complete?! This is a 'Trip around the world'! A Gourmet journey! And this dream-filled approximately two-year time period will now BEGINNNN!" The announcement boomed for other peoples who cheered, watching it set off.
"Wahahaha! I'm getting off next month, though!" Sani chuckled. "This is 'World connect' The massive track that connects the world's Gourmet cities."
"Which country are you getting off at, Sunny-san?" Komatsu blinked at the multi-colored Bishokuya in curiousity.
"The Forest that leads to the 'Sanzu Road' on the wok continent...But I'm not going for sightseeing." Sunny explained.
"The 'Road to Sanzu'?!" Coco gasped, "That's the entrance that continues to the 'Gourmet world'!"
"Don't tell me you're going to the 'Gourmet world?!" Toriko asked, bit surprise by this.
"No, no, I wouldn't do something so stupid." Sunny snorted, "There's just a man I want to meet there..."
"There's only one human who exists on the 'Sanzu Road'...Sunny, That isn't a trip that can be completed through just any old methods.." Coco warned.
Komatsu blinks then glanced over to Coco to ask the same question, "Where are you planning to get off, Coco-san?"
Coco blinked then smiles at him, "About two months after that, I'll get off close to the 'Jidal Kingdom.'"
"Jidal?! That's an area that isn't allied with IGO! It's a extra-territoriality where Gourmet crime is prevalent!" Toriko gasped at the Gentleman King.
"B...Both of you...sound like you're gearing up for some crazy journeys..." Komatsu chuckled nervously after hear this.
"Are you stupid, Matsu?!" Sunny give the small chef a blank looks, "You're the one who's going on the most dangerous one!"
"Y...yes...after all, we're going to the..G.."Gourmet Pyramid," Aren't we?" Komatsu blinks, scratch back of his head nervously.
"No, Before that." Sunny said.
"Eh...? Before that...?" He blinked then looks at Toriko, "Toriko-san, what does he mean before that...Where are we going..?"
"WOAAAH! It's a "Solid Gold Whale!" It's looks so tasty!" Toriko ignored the chef as he saw the whale jump out of the ocean.
"Hey! Toriko-san!"
"Where is Miss Kai by the way...?" Coco can't help but asked that question as he glanced around for her.
"Ugh..." Kai stood afar from them as she looks like she was have trouble breathe as she lean over the rail cause the other males to shout.
"She got the motion sickness!?"
"T-Toriko...ugh..W-when will we get off.." Kai asked weakily, didn't expect this to happen to her, She always though she have the Train motion sickness and now this! She's start to think she'll get the motion sickness from all rides...
"Well..." Toriko chuckled, "You'll find out eventually."
"WHEN IS "EVENTUALLY?!" Kai shouted angrily.
"Around tomorrow?" Toriko shrugged.
"That's so soon!" Komatsu shouts.
"Until then, Let's enjoy the deluxe carriage." Toriko smiled cause Kai to groan loudly.
"I WANT TO GET OFF NOW!"
Soon as Toriko, Komatsu along with soon recovered Kai as they got themselves off the Deluxe Carriage and stood in front of the Honey Prison to recruit this Zebra, the last Four Heavenly King who somewhat got himself arrested and is in the Honey Prison. Toriko did kindly ask Coco and Sunny to help him out but they fast reject him.
"What the big deal?! Hang out with us a little! You insensitive people!" Toriko screamed at the Deluxe Carriage who carry off on the way. "Tch! How could you shrug off a chance to meet an old friend for once in a while!"
"Well...they all have their goals." Komatsu smiles weakily toward the Glutton, as they both ignore the heroine who kiss the ground.
"Thanks god I got off! No more sickness!"
'S-still though...excusing Sunny, I'm surprise that Coco-san, with all his kindness would refuse a reunion like that. Troublemaker?! J-Just what kind of person is he...!? Zebra-san...' Komatsu looks worried.
"Ah Well. Let's go Komatsu, Kai-chan." Toriko sighed after his rants to pluck up the large sack of souvenirs inside of it. "I went and got some souvenirs for Zebra..I wonder if this will still not be enough though?"
"Probably not." Kai said, know how the Four Heavenly King's body works, shrugged as she waiting for Komatsu to catch up. But Toriko didn't hear her, instead, he heard or feel Zebra's presence behind him who said.
"That girly is right, it ain't even close, Dumbass."
"UWAHHHH!" Toriko screamed as he turns around to face Komatsu and Kai who give him the strange look yet surprise by his startle.
"The hell, Toriko?" Kai frowns.
"W-what's wrong Toriko-san...All of a sudden...?" Komatsu asked in concern yet worried.
'Zebra...! There's no mistaking it...But that can't be...! He threw a 'Sound Bullet' at this distance...?! There are still tens of KM between us and the Prison. He's really grown..!' Toriko grins, bit exciting by this new before shout, "Hey, Zebra! Can you hear me? This is one distannnnnt Reunion!"
Kai lean down to whispered in the small chef's ear, "He's start to losing it isn't he?"
All Komatsu replied back with a silent shrugs as they both wondering behind Toriko's back. Meanwhile, in the deepest of the Honey Prison, Zebra happen to hear Toriko and smirks, awaiting in his room.
